Here's a chapter about Mori and you'll notice that he is very chatty! THIS IS A BONUS CHAPTER FOR MY 100 REVIEWS!
Mori's POV:
I wonder if I should tell Haruhi about what happened to her friend since for the last week, she's been looking completely depressed but she tried to look like a nice host which she had managed to accomplish but I still managed to see and feel the pain that was in her eyes.
"Nii-kun, what's wrong?" Shizuka asked as she looked at me from where she was standing. I was leaning by my door and she was passing by. I was wearing a red T-shirt that had small rock designs on it with dark jeans, my sister was wearing a traditional indigo blue kimono with a silver sash tied around her waist and her hair was tied to the side.
"Nothing sister. What are you doing?" I asked her as I saw that she was holding various items one of which I identified as a chain.
"Nothing." she said stubbornly as she hid the stuff behind her back and puffed her cheeks.
"Hmm." I said as I kept walking. In fact this is how I make sure that she tells me stuff.
"Okay, I'll tell you what I was going to use this for." Shizuka said. "If you tell me what were you thinking about."
"Fine." I said. "Let's go to my room."
I turned to walk towards my room, I looked past my shoulder and she was fumbling with her stuff until she noticed that I was looking at her. That was my 'hurry up' face.
"Sure." Shizuka said as she trailed behind me, I walked into my room with my sister, I sat down on the floor as she did the same but putting her stuff next to her. I raised an eyebrow out of looking at her potions and voodoo stuff.
"You first." I said and she pouted. "Before I tell mother and father that you smuggled a dragon's heart into the house when you know how explosive those things could be."
"You're mean big brother. Well, I was going to use magic and try to force Luke to love me for all eternity and become my one and only man and by that I mean that I'll turn him into a vampire. But for that spell to work, I needed various items. One of them being his true love's heart." Shizuka said with an inspiration that I hadn't seen in decades.
"Does that mean that you were going to kidnap Alexandra and rip her heart out?" I asked her with an eyebrow raised.
"Yes. The plan wasn't perfect but I could still make it work for me. I was going to lure her out of her little doggie den and put her in a cage then I'd torture her because for me to be able to rip her heart out, it would have to be human so then I'd have to perform the power-extraction spell and then I could rip her heart and I would be happily ever after with my dear Luke." Shizuka said as her eyes lighted up with happiness and passion.
"You know that if you do that then you'd be breaking the truce." I said and the happiness left her eyes in that exact moment.
"Why can't you be happy for me, Takashi? This is the first time I've felt happiness in a very long time after you... I'm going to my room." Shizuka said and she left my room but not without slamming the door with all the strength that she had.
I'm such an idiot! I had to remind her of something that. she had tried to forget for years.
My sister was the only child that my mother gave birth to that wasn't born a vampire. She was born a human instead, which caused for my mother to not even want to touch her own daughter and my father thought of her as a burden and a shame to the Morinozuka family but I kept seeing her as my little sister so I told her that she could help me with my hunts, she'd lure women out of bars as to help them walk home since they were drunk and then I'd kill them. She'd usually feel guilt later but I never had time to think about it since my usual problems were drinking blood every night and trying to prove to my mother and father that she wasn't useless, that she could help.
Until one time, that she was helping me. She met a man that had seemed to had taken an interest to her. I didn't like him and then one day, I was told that she was planning to run away with him so she could be with the man that she loved away from her own family whom constantly seemed to judge her.
I encountered them when they were already leaving at the exit of the town that we used to live in. I decided that I was going to fight him so he could show to me if he was worthy of my sister, we fought for a well moment of time until I stabbed him in one of his lungs which caused him to choke on his own blood, Shizuka tried to stop me but I went into a frenzy and I attacked her and I drained her completely. When I noticed finally, both of them were dead and together but I wouldn't let my little sister die so I turned her into a vampire. She hated me for a few years because I turned her a little too late because if I had then she could've been able to save him, but then our relationship got back to normal.
"She shouldn't have talked to me about stuff if she knows that I'm going to tell her if it's good or not." I mumbled and I got up but I noticed that something was shining in my room, I turned my gaze to a silver cross that was hanging by the side of my bed. It reminded me of a vampire hunter that I encountered once 600 years ago.
"I'm old." I said as I kept distance from the cross since it could still burn me but I advanced forward and grabbed it and leaned by the door.
It had belonged to one of the 3rd generation vampire hunters of the Blanchard family, the only one whom seemed to give out obvious results of superiority than either of her male siblings. Her name was Nadeshiko Blackwell, she was practically the perfect mix between a French-British man with a Japanese woman. She had divine silky long black hair with eyes the perfect mesmerizing color of honey with a nice color of cream for skin, she looked more than refined when I first laid eyes on her, after I planned her murder more than a 1,000 times but I could never find the perfect way of killing her. So I went for the simple approach.
~~~~~~~~~~~*Flashback*~~~~~~~~~~~~(I don't know why these things are here)
I was trailing after her. I had started following her after she had killed 6 vampires, she walked into an alley and then noticed that there was no way for her to get out.
"Would you please stop following me? It's getting a bit out of hand if you ask me, Mr. Vampire." Nadeshiko said in perfect Japanese as she turned to see me. She was wearing a velvet red kimono with a gold sash around her waist while her hair was tied in the traditional Japanese bun.
"I'm afraid I can't do that, Ms. Vampire Hunter. When we vampires get an interest in someone, we don't stop following them until we get what we want from them." I explained to Nadeshiko and her pupils dialated.
"In your case, that means that you want my blood. Sorry boy, but I'm not a blood bank that you can get whatever you want from them when you want it." Nadeshiko said as she grabbed a pair of sais from her kimono sleeves.
"I'm not going to fight you. I wouldn't want to hurt you." I said and in the flash of a second, I had Nadeshiko pinned to a wall in the alley.
"You're a coward if you didn't want to hurt me." Nadeshiko said.
"I just wasn't in the mood of sinking my teeth into something limp and irresponsive." I said and I gave her a smile which made her shudder.
"What? Cat ate your tongue?" I asked her with another smile.
"N-n-n-no! I-I-I-I'm not scared of you!" Nadeshiko stuttered.
"The fact that you stutter is enough to tell me that you're scared. And I can practically smell the sweet scent of fear bouncing off of you." I said as I leaned in towards her neck that held a sweet delicious nectar.
"No! Get off!" Nadeshiko said as she started to try and push me off of her but I kept my ground.
"You know that when a vampire bites a human, the human feels a sort of feeling but I wonder if you'll feel it." I said as I slid my tongue down her throat.
"Please don't." I heard her whisper.
"Gomenasai." I whispered one last time and I plunged my fangs into her soft, tender neck. I instantly tasted the most delicious flavor of blood, that must've been why they were the royal family of all the hunters that were out there.
"You're not like all those I've encountered? Why not?" Nadeshiko asked and I deattached my fangs from her neck.
"I see no necessary reason to be as mindless as they are. Farewell, you've given me enough. I won't bother you ever more." I said as I stepped away from her.
"Why are you letting me?" I asked.
"No particular reason." I said and after that, I never saw her again. I heard that she married her own cousin.
