I will warn you that this chapter has none of the original OHSHC characters pov or any epic moments about them because I wanted a chapter that would fill some of the gaps between my oc's so here! I'm sorry that I didn't upload faster because my inspiration had fleeded away from me... The sick bitch doesn't know where to stay when you want it to stay! Don't criticize too cruelly!
Narrator's POV:
Antonia could only stare at her husband while her son and granddaughter were sleeping in the back of the plane. She was completely worried about Luke due to the fact that she felt that something terrible had happened to him, made that feeling even worse.
"What's wrong?" Vincent questioned as he stared back at her, his eyes filled with worry.
"Something happened to Luke and it wasn't good, like... Dieu, I can't explain it! All I know is that he might be gone." Antonia replied as she looked out the plane window to see at the midnight blue sky while biting her nails.
"Don't bite your nails. It's bad for your colon if you end up swallowing them and then you end up complaining that you need to use acrylics." Vincent bluntly told her as he took the hand that she was biting and he tangled them together to hold hands while looking at her in the eyes.
"You know its a habit and the last time I ever bit my nails was when... Kotoko died and we didn't know what to do." Antonia answered as she looked at Vincent. "We thought that Ryoji and his kids were going to be next but now it seems that the kids were next."
"Stop worrying so much. Okay, you know that there is only one way to know if he's okay." Vincent started and Antonia released a desperate sigh. "And I know that you don't want to but it's the only way. Do you still have his cross?"
Antonia nodded and she grabbed her purse and found Luke's cross that was rather simple, it was a silver cross that didn't have much embroidery with a sapphire gem in the middle. The point is the gem in the middle was the indicator that shows if the hunter is alive or not, if it shines brightly then yes but if it doesn't shine anymore then that means that the hunter died but if it shined softly then that means that the hunter is alive but because he's a hunter and the gem would turn black.
"It's shining softly." Antonia muttered as she stared at the cross, Vincent looked to his right where across, Ryoji was napping while Haruhi was also doing the same.
"He died and they turned him into a vampire... They're trying to destroy us completely." Vincent mumbled as his eyes wandered over towards to Haruhi whom was sleeping, tears started to stream across Antonia's face as she tried desperately to stop them but she noticed that Vincent was looking at Haruhi, she wiped them away.
"We already changed her appearance, the only thing that we can't change is the way that she smells but everything else is changed. They don't even know that we're gone, on our way to another country, for all we know they could be ransacking the mansion by now." Antonia comforted Vincent as she placed her hand on his cheek.
"You're right, your makeup looks terrible... It's a good thing that you got the paintings out before they planned on destroying them for any clue of where we are." Vincent answered with a weak smile while Antonia fixed her makeup the instant she could.
"So you do admit that I make good choices... Nice to know." Antonia whispered softly with a bright smile on her face.
"Grandmother? How much are we missing to get there?" Haruhi asked as she comforted herself into her seat.
"We're missing a few hours." Vincent answered when Antonia was going to answer whom started to pout.
"I was going to answer, mon amour! You can't go answering other people's questions." Antonia started.
"It's okay. I just had a terrible dream." Haruhi responded as she tucked a stray piece of hair behind her ear.
"What was it?" Both Vincent and Antonia questioned calmly.
"I dreamt about Luke... He was trying to kill me, his eyes were red, his skin was very pale... I think that he was a vampire in my dream." Haruhi replied softly while both Antonia and Vincent both stared at each other and back at Haruhi.
"Haruhi... Luke is a vampire, we just realized it ourselves and we know that its a shame because he is one of us... A hunter and once a hunter turns into a vampire, he needs to be eliminated." Vincent answered while Haruhi choked back a sob.
"We don't even know how he turned but for all we know, they could've turned him into a vampire just to make us suffer." Antonia finished.
"I see. But if he comes here then we'll need to kill him right?" Haruhi questioned with a sad voice.
"Yes. Though it will pain our hearts, its the only way." Vincent replied with sorrow in his voice.
"When do we tell Dad the bad news?" Haruhi asked as she looked back to her father whom had a stupid face on while he slept.
"Macaroons~" Ryoji dozed as his head dropped even more.
"We'll tell him when we get to the mansion, till then we all have to put happy faces on." Antonia said happily which caused both Vincent and Haruhi to look at each other in confusion.
"How do you guys manage to look so serene when someone you care about died?" Haruhi asked while looking out the window, not daring to look at her grandparents.
"We've seen many deaths of our comrades, friends, family members. All of our family is dead, some of them we have had to kill them with our own bare hands, others we have had to see them die right before our own eyes. Despite us having to raise Luke ourselves, seeing him grow makes the fact that we have to kill him so much harder." Antonia stated with a sad smile on her face. "Now, we should all rest. It'll be a long trip to get to the mansion in France."
Luke's POV:
I feel cold... Like if I'm in a freezer... Oh God, I hope that I'm not in one of those cooling fridges where they place people's dead bodies after autopsy but I think that it would be pretty obvious that I was killed by an animal... Though that animal was a wolf that was also my girlfriend... Wait a minute, if I'm supposed to be dead then why do I still have thoughts? Aren't I supposed to be in Heaven or in Hell, depending how I was when I was still alive.
I opened my eyes to see that I was in a bedroom, but it wasn't mine. I pushed myself up to see better. It was large, it was also painted a deep red color and there were many portraits hanging on the walls, but there weren't any windows. I was sitting on a four poster king sized bed, the sheets were a midnight blue. I looked at myself and all of my wounds were gone, not even the slightest scar remained but I knew that there was only one reason to why I am still alive. Someone must have turned me into a vampire but I remember hearing someone pleading someone else to do this to me.
"How? Who? And where the hell am I?"
Next chapter or next month better said i will include the Ouran characters and Haruhi will finally know that the Ouran have imprisoned her potential fiancee and she will get pissed. So please review and I will get it started.
