Chapter 15 - Renewed bounds

Back in class, Usagi was daydreaming and was wondering what she was going to write to Helios, since she knew that he was the Silver Tuxedo.

- Dear Helios,
I figured out that you were hiding something important from me. I never would have known until you dropped the locket I gave you when you left me back in the days. At first, I was confused but after that I was so frustrated that even words couldn't spell out how I was feeling. Now, after a few days of thinking, we need to talk, face to face. But you have to understand that my feelings for you have not changed.

Usagi!

Stealthy as alsways, Katrina sneaked up behind Usagi and scared the big Jesus out of her.
" How are you? " asks Katrina as she looked over Usagi's shoulder.
" Fine, thanks! "
" Were you writing a Love letter? "
" No. " as she quickly covered the letter.

" Quiet please, everybody take your places. We have a new student. " as M. Haruna presented a very shy looking young lady. " Her name is Mamori Chiba. "
" She looks so beautiful! " as Usagi looked at the new girl.

Elsewhere, a beautiful woman was heading towards Crystal Tokyo for a very special reunion. She looked at a picture of Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity.
" Dear brother, it seems like a lifetime ago since I last saw you. Now that your destiny has been fufilled, I can come to see you again. You and Serenity. " as she puts back the picture in her purse.

At the palace, Endymion had gotten some strange news. His advisor that worked at the spaceport had called him when he had learned that a Royal had stepped in. That was not what bothered him. It was the Royal's name. "Chiba" So he called his master and told him about the news. So, eager to know who that strager was, Serenity and Endymion went to the spaceport and greet who ever this person was.

As she was walking through the spaceport with all of her bodyguards who were holding her luggages, the people around her were impressed about her beauty.
" Look at how beautiful she is ... She must be royalty. "
" She must be going to the Crystal Palace. "

Then, guards from the Palace showed up and cleared a path for the King and Queen. They both walked down towards the beautiful woman with her own guards.
" Greetings your majesties. With all respects, may we have a private place to discuss!? " as she bowed down to Endymion and Serenity.
" Of course, would you be so kind to follow us to the Palace. " as Serenity smiled at the woman as she sensed something warm and familiar coming from her.

Back in class, introduced the new girl as Mamori Chiba. A new girl that got transfered from the United States of America. She was wearing her old school's uniform and would have the regular one's the next day.
" Please take a seat Mamori. " says .
" Yes madame! " as she takes her place beside Usagi.

At the Palace, as the woman steps in front of Serenity and Endymion, she finally introduces herself.
" My name is Gaia Chiba and you, dear King, are my brother. It's so good to see you again Endy! " as she sends him a sweet smile.
" You have a sister ? " as Serenity looks at her better half.
" Hey... Don't ask me. I'm as much in the dark as you are. "
" Serenity, don't you remember me? We used to train secretly together before. All because your mother didn't agree on it. She was too scared that you'd get hurt in the process. And also that little brother was a little bit over-protective. You always wanted to prouve him wrong. "

" No way! Gaia, really, is it really you? By the way, how did you survive the Millenium war? " as Serenity started to remember parts of her old life.
" That's a story for another day. " as Gaia looked away.
" Okay. Anyways, I'll get you a room, wanna have it next to mine?"
" Are you sure? "
" Yeah, we could still spar one of these days, if you want? " as she giggled.
" Okay, but you better make that two, my daughter is gonna come back from school soon." as she smiled back.

" Usako, you used to train on the Moon? " as Endymion sent out the evil eye to his better half.
" Not really, I used to travel to the Earth, at night, to train with Gaia. He he he. " as she weaseled herself out of that conversation.

Coming back from school, Usagi was so happy about finding a new friend. She ran up to her mother and wanted to introduce her.
" Yeah... About that. I've got something to tell you about that." as Serenity looks at Usagi innocently.
" What is it? "
" She's your father's sister's daughter. She's your cousin."
" What? " as Usagi seemed even more confused than before.

Then, the young lady walks in and introduces herself.
" Hello uncle Endymion. Aunt Serenity. My name is Mamori Chiba, mother has told me so much about you. You've been the Earth's heroes so many times."
" You are very pretty Mamori, welcome to the Crystal Palace."
" Serenity is right, she's very beautiful. May I ask who the father is, Gaia? Is it that guy you used to hang around back in the days? " as Endymion looks at his sister.
" Nah... That love tradegy ended really fast. Her father died in the great war between the Moon and Beryl's forces."
" I'm sorry. "
" It's fine. "
" I'm sorry Gaia." as Serenity felt sorry for bringing it up.
" Serenity, don't be. It's not like it's your fault all what happened on the Moon." as she tries to comfort her friend.
" Sometimes I feel like it was. Beryl only attacked the Moon because Endymion and I were together." as Serenity started to shed tears.

" Mamori, let's let our mothers be... They need to catch up." as Usagi takes her hand and leads her away.
" Okay, sure. " as she turns to see her mother.

" Serenity ... I wouldn't have any other step-sister than you. I'd go to war anytime if it meant to have Beryl as part of my familly." as Gaia hugged her friend close to her.
" Thanks Gaia, it means alot."

Back in the Underworld, Berylia was scolding Pyrolia for her many failures. She was about to punish her like she did with Cyrius, but Pyrolia defended herself and said that she would never betray her. That she would stay and remain by her mistresses side forever. So, for another time, Berylia had spared her servant's life. She then sent her on another mission. To send out their best warrior out to draw out her little princess sister out in the open.

" I know exactle who to send out, your majesty. They are the children of the mighty "Doom and Gloom" girls. " as Pyrolia suggested.
" Yes! They will be perfect for this job. Well done Pyrolia!" as she looked wickedly happy.

note : While the 'Doom and Gloom" girls were fighting the Sailor Senshis from long ago, they were still inside their cocoons. Now, they are here to serve the daughter of their mother's master. I introduce the new and improuved "Doom and Gloom" ladies.

Usagi had taken Mamori to the park and show her some of the nice places that she likes to go. Then, she heard screams coming from the market place.

" Eummmm... Mamori, I have to go. I forgot to take care of something, I'll be right back." as Usagi looks worried.
" Okay. Do you want me to help you? " as Mamori looks back at her with an even more worried look.
" No!" as she lashes out to Mamori. " I mean, no. I'll be fine. I'll meet you back at the Palace later."
" Okay. Well, be carefull Usagi." as she puts her hand on her cousin's shoulder in means of comfort.
" Sure, why wouldn't I be? Forget it, I'm in a hurry. See you later Mamori." as Usagi bolts out running towards the market place.
