I know. It's been far too long, but I am restarting up on all my past projects and this is one of them. I hope you enjoy this chapter!
Gothel slipped down the streets in a very dark, black robe. Followed in suit was Gaston strolling down the route in track with Gothel. He wore a robe as well, but only lighter with a hint of blue. They were passed by like ordinary civilians even though their peculiar clothing line. They slithered down the avenue with no problem until they reached the city limits venturing off onto old dirt roads and cows that sang their own personal tunes.
The witch truly hated cows but it couldn't be helped if they were going to capture the Hydra. Gaston huffed loudly smelling the manure. Gothel swiftly looked over watching Gaston walk up beside her finally removing his hood. She did the same hearing Gaston sigh annoyingly once more. She finally spoke up really dying to smack the idiot upside the head.
"You know that you're an idiot," She spoke fiercely, "That boy is completely gone, he's not going anywhere."
"I know," He muttered.
"The necklace has done its job. He is a walking, talking slave that will do anything we ask," Gothel gave appraisal to the teen, "Not only will he do what we ask, but he is actually very powerful. He may not have all of the things such as opinions of his own now, but he still owns that large brain of his."
"Question," Gaston inquired, "Is Hercules going to be here?"
Gothel thinned her lips only blinking, "What have I told you about calling him by his name?"
Gaston whitened as he realized what he had done, "Wai- I'm sorry, please forgive me!"
He dropped down on to his knees and she stopped not turning towards him. His pleading only aggravating her more, but he did something unforgivable. He grabbed onto her flowy fabric, and her head whipped down, her eyes glowering. She didn't really like to use it often, but Gaston was just becoming too well known with the plan. She slipped it out pointing it towards him.
"You are just completely worthless," She shot it at him and he stilled for a few moments before raising up.
"Y-You made me forget," He pursed, "Did you have to use the Memory Erasing Gun…on me of all people!"
"You're becoming too comfortable with knowledge," She began to walk towards the mountains, "Don't forget your place."
He blinked grabbing onto his head feeling like he should know more, but it no longer allowed him the access of his forgotten knowledge. He raised up sensitively, clearing his throat catching up to Gothel. He just couldn't wrap his hands around the fact that her of all people used it on him. He could potentially understand Facilier using such a thing on him, but Gothel of all people.
Gothel peered over at him, "Mongrel."
He jumped back scared she was going to do something else, "Y-Yes?"
"Stay here," She grumbled sliding through The Rocks they had walked upon, "And don't move."
He wanted to go inside The Rocks as well, but she gave him an order so he just stayed there and pondered over his own thoughts.
Jay gave up looking for her. This damn campus was too big for its own good. Jay rounded the corner peering off towards the blockade stopping many from leaving the grounds. A tree stood out from them all. Carlos loved this tree, and Jay started walking towards it doubting that Carlos would actually be there but something about it drew him in. Maybe he just wanted to feel the presence of Carlos by this tree.
He stood next to it now closing his eyes and feeling the best he could. His hand rose touching the bark. If anybody actually saw Jay's soft side, they would probably be scared to death he even had one. He growled when he couldn't feel anything that he wanted, so he jumped up into the tree sliding down on a branch sitting quite comfortably. He sighed, barely seeing over the side of the campus seeing the city so close to him. He hadn't been out into the city since he came to the kingdom. Though him and Carlos wanted to go out together to adventure out into the unknown.
Jay smiled giving a quiet laugh before realization dawned on him, "Carlos," He peered down feeling the bark.
He stroked the broken pieces of bark that seemed so fresh. Why didn't he realize it before? He sprang on his feet looking for other signs of sneakers on the bark bouncing from one side of the tree to the other. He made it nearly to the top branch before peering down once more seeing the whiteness underneath the first layer of bark glowering over to the city.
"Carlos could have made this jump," Jay growled jumping with no care in the world except for Carlos.
"I will find you," He spoke fiercely.
A giggle gave way once the tanned male jumped over to the other side of the wall. She stood on the microbots, hovering just right under the tree
"What do you mean Hydra cannot be unleashed," Gothel hissed in a fit of Rage, "H, if you cannot give me what I want, I will have no choice but to dest-"
She was stopped in her tracks when the Ginger put his arms around her waist and pulled her close, "Hey, calm down first. Hydra can be awoken, but it will need the hair of another monster like himself."
"And where the hell do we find a monster as magnificent as Hydra? If there was another monster like him, I would have resorted to that first," She crossed her arms taking a step back from the towering male.
"Gothel, darling," He smirked devilishly which was a rare feature on his ever-glowing face, "Who has control over the whole kingdom but deep down is renown from his past as the monster of them all, Beast."
Her black, glossy hair turned with her astonished expression, "Y-You're absolutely right. He is THE monster," Her arms uncrossed while she walked across the underground cave that ran through the west of Auradon.
It was dampened by droplets of water dripping down from the ceiling and rock formations made it a bumpy trip, but this is where they were hiding the forever-resting Hydra. Gothel had blossomed with passion when she was bestowed with such valuable information. She blinked many times while roaming in circled trying to come with conclusions.
"H, how are we going to get the strand of hair," Gothel peered back up with a threatening grin playing at her lips.
Hercules put a hand on her shoulder, "Do not fret, Yzma has agreed to help our cause and will be brewing the potion with the main ingredients. I will, however, be getting the strands and other necessities needed for the brewing process."
Gothel's eyes twitched in confusion and hatred, "Yzma, that bitch, of all witches…You had to ask her? Why?"
He smiled triumphantly, "Because, I know how much you despise her."
"You perfectly rotten, God, you," Gothel slipped her hand up his biceps, shoulders, and onto his cheek, "You know how to spice me up into pure unadulterated hatred."
His smirk did not falter, but only a cynical laugh escaped his lips. Auradon wouldn't even know what hit them and it would be a glorious day for the villains to finally shred those "heroes" into kneeling, pesky bugs. What could they do? Nobody had a clue about their superior motives that had no loopholes and no failures.
"Umm, Gothel," Gaston shivered visibly as the moon lit his features, "Are you there?"
And he waited impatiently all night for her to come back through the rocks, but she never did. She went out the back exit. Poor Gaston.
Damn, what could even possibly happen next?
