Hurdling uncontrollably through the air, Naruto decided, was a lot more peaceful than you would expect.

Twisting through sky, as the air screamed in his ear, was surprisingly nice. So much so that he was almost disappointed when he noticed the approach of the earth in the form of a bright green forest of pine trees and snow.

Twisting like a cat, The [Armour of The Slayer] fluttering around in the wind like a living creature as he adjusted for landing, as he was forced to hold onto his hat.

Snow erupted in a plume of white, the earth crumbling beneath him as he left a furrow in the ground as he skidded past. He had to fight down a grimace, as he shoved one of his hands into the ground, and slid to a gradual halt that ended with him in the middle of snow covered grove.

Had he been a normal human it would have resulted in a major case of road-burn from the friction, let alone the damage shoving his hand in the dirt would have done to a normal person.

Thankfully he wasn't normal, and as a result only had to stretch his hand a bit to get rid of the quickly fading numbness, as he ripped his hand from the ground.

A quick scan of his surrounding showed no clue to where the Marquis had ended up, and a small snowy grove, that he was the only occupant of. He was rather surprised to find still living plants, (Flowers in particular) but he was forced to sideline that though when he turned by instinct.

A black silver wolf the size of a small pony burst from a nearby snowbank, (A result of his landing) and made for his neck.

'Cannon fodder' he thought blandly, already wrapping a hand around the wolfs neck. Snapping it like a candy bar, its neck making a soft popping noise as he twisted it. Another itch on the back of his had him yanking the wolf's body over his head (the power of his authority making it almost as easy as lifting a feather), and down upon another wolf as it tried a similar tactic.

The lower wolf was squashed under the dead wolfs weight with a meaty thunk-ing noise, another sudden burst of warning, and he found himself swinging the divine beasts corpse. Sweeping three other beasts of equal size off their feet, and throwing the corpse into a forth, Killing it in the process.

The newly dead wolves had barley sparked into golden particles when he dashed for the off balance wolves. His hand broke through the middle wolf's skin easily, as he ripped out one of it's ribs and used it like a dagger to pierce the of the wolfs skull. The one to his left roused itself and lunged for his left hand, snapping its teeth around his forearm.

Turning to this new problem he ripped his bony dagger from the other wolfs corps, it dissolved into gold light only moments after he had buried it into the second wolfs neck.

The last wolf capitalized on his turned back, lunging once again for his neck. Only to be thrown across the clearing and into a tree with a sharp snap, the result of his instinctual backhanded slap.

Naruto clicked his tongue in irritation, over already? Couldn't they have at least given him a challenge? Only to pause for a slight second as a cynical scowl clicked over his face. 'Okay, so personality changes and killing gods are a package deal' Naruto thought sardonically 'Great'

Something blared in the back of his mind, his body acting without the slightest prompting, as His neck snapped around in an almost reptilian fashion, a clap cracked crisply through valley clearing.

Beside the disintegrating corpses the First King stepped out from the deeper snow. Clapping idly as a pack of wolves numbering in the hundreds emerged from the snow. Naruto had no doubt he was completely cornered.

So why couldn't he stop the feral smile that split his lips like a knife?

"Well, well," Said the Marquis, his voice was all mocking amusement as a fanged smile broke out across the mans face. "Now that you've, warmed up a bit. Why don't we start what we came here for?"

Erica was in the process of questioning her sanity, as she used her {Boots of Hermes} magic to maneuver her way down to the valley.

Really she didn't know why she had even contemplated the idea let alone decided to follow through with it.

A flash of sickening red flashed through mind, in the shape of a necklace stood an eye that dwarfed her in every way.

As it stole everything from her

She sighed, it was probably the dreaded "rebellious phase" her father seemed so terrified of.

Another term she would have to look up later.

Realigning her attention back onto her destination, she made double time towards the large plume of snow that had just shot into the sky like the eruption of a volcano accompanied by the sound of ripping earth.

Jumping from platform to platform with her boot of Hermes spell, after the rather obvious signs of a landing Campione. She made good time, the snow (Ugh, and it was still so cold out!) under her feet crunching slightly as she landed only a sparse minute or so later.

Just in time to see the newest Campione, surrounded by hundreds of wolves and hear the oldest God Slayer chuckled sadistically at his younger siblings plight a mere sixty feet away from her at most.

The younger of the two was looking everywhere, blue eyes tracing everything in the small grove. Evaluating every threat, as the older Campione laughed and bragged.

However neither she nor the 1st king of the world was expecting the Sixth to smile as his eyes said nothing of being cornered. The blond king raised a foot and stomped on the ground.

Erica wasn't really sure why she moved, it could have been instinct, or all of her father's training paying off, or (more than likely) just sheer dumb luck. Either way, Erica ducked behind a tree and chanted a protection spell so fast she bit her tounge-and it saved her life as the ground warped underneath the strength of the Sixth King of the World.

Cracks spread away from the king, as crater formed instantly under the Boys strength. The army of wolves was thrown into the skies, as rocks and things were catapulted into the air as the earth cratered under the sixth kings strength. Coming down like tiny shooting stars as they crashed into the harsh unforgiving ground, or the merciless bark of the valley trees. The Blandelli felt her tongue bleed as she struggled to not make a sound.

Something made difficult as a wolf the size of a small pony flew past her small hiding spot by mere inches like a speeding bullet. It's back breaking easily against the bark of a elder pine tree with a cringe worthy popping sound, as it was brought to an all to sudden stop.

Sweat trickled slowly down her brow as she quickly came to realize the sheer depth of how much she had screwed up.

At this moment Erica Blandelli promised herself that if she survived, she would never do something so foolish ever again.

(She would break this promise in a little less than a month)

Alexandria was the perfect example of stoic as she sat calmly within her office, her old one to be precise. It had been only ten minutes since she'd woken up in one of the guest rooms, after what had been the most restful sleep she'd had since the whole debacle had begun more than a week ago.

A mere week since Merium had issued his ultimatum, funny how it felt more like a century.

She had woken up in such a good mood as well. She really didn't need this right now.

What was this you ask? It was the messenger, or at least the person taking the roll of messenger. She was quite sure that the man himself had only just been promoted a couple of month ago to senior manager of... something, but nonetheless here he was delivering bad news like he'd been doing it for a living.

"I'm sorry," Alexandra began with a slow, smooth, drawling voice that radiated I-Better-Have-Not-Just-Heard-You-right, and If-I-Did-You-Are-Fired. "But I thought I heard that not only have both Kings come into conflict, in order to- as you say- stretch their muscles." The man whimpered as her amber eyes dug through his skull like his brain was made of her favorite dessert, and that she was all to willing to bash his skull open in order to get it.

"And that you allowed an eleven year old girl to volunteer for the role of temporary observer, of not only one Campione, but two-One whom is the king of the balkans. All because you were too busy wetting your pants to do it yourself." She hadn't blinked once since the man had delivered his message. Distinct caramel amber eyes never leaving the mans face even as sweat trailed down his skin.

The acting messenger suddenly stiffened, as the stress proved to much for him as his eyes rolled into his head, and passed out on the ground.

She sighed as the messenger crumpled on the floor like a soggy fast food wrapper. Rubbing at eyes as all the stress that had dissipated during her little nap suddenly reared its ugly head.

'But honestly', Alexandria though moving her hands away from her eye to glare at the unconscious moron that had dared pass itself off as human 'Some people aren't worth the air they breathe.'

She knew standing up against a Campione was hard. After all she had honestly done so only hour before, fully ready to die or worse in punishment for insulting the youngest Campione by accident if only to be entirely sure the rest of the shrine survived.

Thankfully the newest devil king proved to be far more easy going than either Luo-Hao, or Marquis Voban.

Something Alexandra would be thankful for, for the rest of her life. But this man had been fully ready to give a job that not only risked death, but far, far worse things to Erica Blandelli.

A child, that was not only under age of fifteen, but a personal friend of Alexandra's albeit an annoying one.

The Piece of trash would be lucky to remain in the association, let alone alive if the [Copper Black Cross] got a hold of him.

Naruto shot forward like a arrow, as all the wolves scattered like broken pieces of china. The Wolf King meeting him in the middle as the Marquis stood his ground against Naruto's Authority enhanced strength.

The King of the Balkans didn't even bother to call more wolves to his aid, as the man gradually grew more feral. Thick silver fur sprouting from the man's flesh, as he poured on the muscle to counter and (if Naruto didn't do anything soon) overcome Naruto's own strength.

Well he couldn't allow that.

The Hungarian King had almost completed his transformation, his face having long ago turned into a muzzle, and teeth making a sickening crack as they turned into sharp dagger like fangs. With the finished transformation also came more strength as Naruto found himself being on the losing side of the confrontation, as he found himself forced to one knee.

The blond couldn't help the smirk on his face as the marquis opened his mouth to speak only to be interrupted when Naruto spoke first.

"Are you really going to try an beat me in a contest of strength, Slayer of Apollo?!"

Something clicked into place in Naruto's mind, the song of his blood that called for BloodWarDominationDeath that had been echoing his his head since the Hungarians first attack, was all but silenced as another that had been idling in the back of his mind silently burst onto the forefront as he kicked [Armour-of-the-Slayer] into full effect.

The Bloodthirsty Campione was obviously surprised when his junior rose from his kneeling position and he showed it with a expression that Naruto couldn't help but find funny on a wolf's face.

But all was not well, because while the boost was significant enough to bring them into a stalemate, it was not enough to break it.

Both Kings knew this, as they glared at each other, hunting for even the slightest sign of weakness. It wasn't a question of when they were going to break their current deadlock, or even how.

It was merely, which one of them was going to do it first.
