Chapter 21
The day was set off. The first place we headed to was the nearest station. Everyone was wearing Kuou Academy's summer uniform. Rias said that, if we were entering the Underworld, this was our best uniform. They were headed for an elevator for some reason.
Akeno and Rias entered it first.
"Come on, Naruto", Akeno says pulling his arm and Xenovia and Asia get in.
"Yuuto and the rest of you who are used to it, please come together with Azazel afterwards", Rias says looking at Yuuto.
"Yes, President", Yuuto says nodding.
"Uhhhh, its kinda cramp in here", Naruto said because of there luggage. Akeno is facing Naruto with her breasts pressing against his chest making him blush while Akeno giggles. Naruto looks seeing that there's only two floors, 1 and 2.
Rias took out what seemed to be a card from her skirt pocket she turned it towards an electronic panel. They hear a "pi" sound and it reacted to the card, and then. Naruto and Issei feel like there going down further then they thought along with Xenovia and Asia.
Asia and Issei show there surprise while Xenovia just tilts her head as a small reaction and Naruto looks at the elevator buttons trying to see if there was another one.
Akeno and Rias giggles at Asia's and Issei's shocked reactions.
"Beneath this station, there is a secret level", Rias says gaining there attention.
"President, even though I grew up in this town, this is the first time I'm hearing of such a thing!", Issei says surprised never hearing this before.
"That's only natural. It's a route that is exclusively for devils. Ordinary humans can't arrive here even if they struggle their whole lives. Areas for the exclusive use of devils are hidden within the town in this way, you know?", Rias says to Issei.
"There seems to be many places I don't know about in my town. Just how far has the devil's business world penetrated into this town?", Issei says not knowing the answer. We kept descending fir another minute. At last, the elevator stopped. After the doors opened, Rias urged us forward with a "go ahead", and what confronted my sight as I went out first was a vast artificial space. It was some kind of huge cave. Rather, it seemed it had the structure of a station platform. Though there were a few differences from the design and structure of those in the human world...
"Wait, there were train tracks?", Naruto says seeing train tracks on the ground and starts to think is this a station. After a little but Yuuto and the others arrive from the elevator.
"Now that all of us are here, we'll walk to platform three", Rias says and with that she and Akeno lead and we begin walking.
"This place seems several times the size of the station I usually used. The ceiling above was also distant. It seemed like your voice would echo if you yell out "hey!". There was no one else here besides us. The wall lamps that illuminated this place have off a magic like mysterious glow. Before I released it, Akeno came to my dude she suddenly grasped my hand. Naruto smiles at Akeno who smiles back with a light blush. Suddenly Koneko appears at Naruto's side grabbing his other hand and pulls making Naruto lean towards her and Akeno pulls making him lean back. After a few more times both girls begin pulling wanting Naruto all for themselves.
"Ahahahaha! There fighting over you", Tiamat says laughing at this while Naruto glares at her mentally.
"You two stop fighting. Just share him until we get on the train", Rias says sighing at the girls behavior while Issei watches with jealously at them wanting Naruto.
"Naruto sensei, you are amazing", Gapser says earning a sweat drop from Naruto and a sign from Yuuto.
After taking passages left and right while Akeno and Koneko are holding onto Naruto, they came out into an open space again. There was what seemed to be a train in front of us. It's form was more peculiar than the trains Naruto knew.
"There were many devils representing patterns carved into it at acute angels... Ah, it's the Gremory pattern. And there was also Sirzechs pattern.
"Is this the train we take?", Naruto thinks and looks at Rias.
"It's a train owned by the Gremory Family", Rias says to them.
"So you family also owns trains? How rich are you?", Naruto said and Akeno laughs at that.
The train doors opened automatically. With that Rias lead us induce the train.
"Riiiiiiiiiing", the all heard the departure whistle sounded, and the train began to move. We had gone to sit down in the chart of the train. Rias was in the first train car ahead of us, and it appeared that the rest of our group had to sir in the central train car behind it. Issei and Asia sat together on the seats facing away from the train's motion. Naruto, Akeno, and Koneko took the seats facing us. Yuuto and Gasper took the seats next to us. And there was Azazel-sensei/Pervy sage sitting at the end if the car, but he had already entered sleep mode. (The reason why his nickname is percy sage is because he lived a long tine making him seem old like a sage)
The train started started running fir several minutes. The train advanced duel the dark tunnel. Naruto was told by Akeno that the train was powered by a unique fuel that existed in the Underworld. There were a lot if things I didn't know about the world, weren't there?
"How long is the ride", Naruto says already bored.
"We'll arrive in about an hour. Since it seems that this train passes through the dimensional barrier using official means before it eventually arrives at the Underworld", Akeno says.
"I thought that we could just jump with a magic circle and enter the Underworld like that?", Naruto says confused.
"Usually that's fine, but if you and the other new household devils don't enter at least once by the official route, you'll be punished for illegally entering. That's why you guys have to properly finish the official procedure", Akeno says and Naruto's eyes widen in realization.
"Didn't we crash Rias's engagement party in the Underworld with a transfer magic circle given to Issei by Grayfia? I did hurt a lot if then with Roku", Naruto said questionably and Akeno laughs a little.
"It seems that was a special case because you were transported with Sirzechs-Sama's back-door magic circle, you know? Of course, doing it twice if impossible", Akeno says and Naruto sighs.
"Oh good, it would have sucked if I was thrown in jail for setting one foot in the Underworld", Naruto says smiling along with Issei thankfully. Naruto turns to see Koneko ignoring everything and just staring out the window. Naruto gets a little worried.
"Eheheheh, interesting", someone says and only Naruto can hear it. Naruto looks out the window and sees it. Some kind of Demon smiling at him while its running next to the train keeping up. (The demon looks like "Love Machine" from the anime movie "Summer Wars" when it was in its second form, the one that looks more huminoid but with a demon face)
"I've finally found you", the demon says.
"W-What was that?", Naruto says shocked and runs his eyes and looks again but the demon is already gone.
"Weird, I must have been seeing things", Naruto said to himself rubbing his own eyes.
TIME SKIP
About forty minutes after our departure, we heard an announcement while we were killing time by playing cards.
[we will momentarily be breaking through the dimensional wall. I repeat, we will momentarily be breaking the dimensional wall]", the intercom said.
"Try looking outside", Rias says to them and they all look. Originally Rias had to sit in the front of the train as a high-class devil, but she seemed to have been lonely by herself and had passed the time in our car instead. The scenery changed from the darkness to a landscape. The sky is purple.
"Wow, mountains, trees and forests! Awesome, I should come back here more often",
Naruto said liking the scenery. Issei was allowed to open the window by Rias and once he opened it, wind came in. The air feels peculiar, however the temperature outside right now feels neither hot, not cold. Naruto looks behind the train to see they came out a black tunnel.
"Did we come out a dimensional wall or tunnel? Which ever it is, it connects the human world and underworld. Naruto could see me clearly at the scenery now. Mountains, rivers, trees all grew in abundance, and forests. There's also a town with peculiar shape, but devils still lived in them.
"This area is already within Gremory territory", Rias says proudly making Naruto's jaw drop at all this.
"... Hey, can you lend me money", Naruto says thinking about ramen and Rias sweat drops at the question.
"No...", Rias says making Naruto sad and he starts to shed fake tears.
"How large is the Gremory territory?", Issei says and Rias smiles at the question turning to him.
Yuuto showed his face over Issei seat about to answer the question.
"If I remember correctly, its about the size of Honshu in Japan", Yuuto said and Naruto actually faints. Naruto's eyes open wide fast and sits up.
"Sorry, continue please", Naruto says politely and making the others feel uncomfortable about his reaction.
"As I was saying, the underworld had the same amount of surface area as the human world, but the population here isn't the Dane as the human world. Even with devils, fallen angels, and other races, it isn't that high and since there are no oceans, the land is also spacious", Rias explained shocking Issei and Naruto.
"I-In other words, if it was in my world, the Gremory's territory would engulf almost all of Japan... I-It must be because President is a princess! She really is super rich! Even if you say that it's the size of Honshu, is he it mostly unused space? It's mostly just forest and mountains", Rias said to them.
"P-President, even if you say that, it already exceeds my imagination and I don't know how to react anymore", Issei says and next to him, Asia is also in a state of ?. As for Xenovia, she had stopped considering her surroundings and had started talking a out the swords of the Underworld with Kiba. Naruto is currently thinking that he needs to know more about this.
Rias clapped her hands together as she just remembered something, gaining there attention.
"That's right. Issei, Asia, Xenovia. Since part of my territory will be given to you later, please tell me what places you want", Rias says shocking them and Naruto starts to cry because he doesn't have any.
"Don't worry Naruto, since your a blood descendant of the Uchiha clan, then you also get your own land, no one can enter there even after everyone thought the last members of the uchiha died during the war. That place was a monument to keep there for there great efforts in the war.
"Awesome!", Naruto says smiling happily.
"S-So we can have out own territory?!", Issei says shocked and Rias nods.
"You're all the servant devils of the next family head. Living in my territory as part of the Gremory group is permitted. Akeno, Yuuto, Koneko, and even Gasper posses land within my territory", Rias says and lays out a map.
"The red areas are places that have already been taken, so they're no good, but anywhere else is okay. Now then, please point at the land you like. I'll give it to you", Rias says to them.
"Father, mother, I'm having an amazing time in this strange new land", Issei thinks.
"Awesome", Naruto says looking at his land that's the hidden lead village but has no faces on the mountain and all the symbols of fire are changed to uchiha.
AT THE MOUNTAINS
"Pl-please st-", a high class devil is cut off by his neck being snapped and ripped off making blood gush out of it and the body falls to its knees then the ground.
"Man, even after all these years, my sound is still a nightmare", the demon says standing on top of a bunch of dead, low, middle and high class devils.
"I wonder if I should have stayed in flute form and just sleep?", the demon says. It's the same demon that Naruto saw.
The demon looks and sees a devil crawling away and it's everlasting smile widens and walks to the devil putting a foot on his back.
"P-Please, I'll do anything , but please don't kill him", the devil says and the demon laughs and picks up the devil but the neck making him face the demon.
"Why should I save a devil, all of you are a disappointment and you're so called four satans are the strongest. There no match for me, I am a true demon unlike you weak devils. I was created by chaos himself to awaken the beast of apocalypse inside all the kitsune's. I am Apollonir!", Apollonir says and whistles making the guy scream in pain and Apollonir drops him. The devil grabs his head screaming seeing nightmares like nothing he's even seen before.
"Die", Apollonir says and rips out the devils spine and blood gets everywhere. Apollonir kneels down and sticks out his long tongue kicking the blood up and stands back up.
"Eheheheh, it tastes good. I can't wait to spill more and kill more", Apollonir says and starts walking away leaving all the bodies to be found by other devils.
