Chapter 50
It was the day of the school trip. No one knew where the tattoo came from and had no answers but for some reason, if you stare at it to long you start seeing something dark and sinister.
After this and that, our scene changed to the waiting area of the Tokyo bullet train station. The group has gathered in a corner of the waiting area, out of earshot of others. Of the ones staying behind, only Riad came to see them off. Though Akeno, Koneko and Gasper wanted to come, the first and third years had normal classes. Since they were not allowed to fall behind in school, only Rias came to the station making Naruto sad. By the way, about the preparations for the school festival, the first and third years have no choice but to cover the shares of the second years. As for what the Occult Research Club plans to do for the festival, it is a secret.
"Here, this is a pass for each of you", Rias says handing out to us something like a card. Naruto is a third year and the only reason he's coming is that 1: the group needs someone to supervise them and 2: Naruto really doesn't give a fuck about school. And 3: Azazel convibced the teachers to allow Naruto to cone along, via seducing the teachers. Everyone took one card and confirmed.

Kiba asked and Rias nodded.
"Yes, this is required for devils to enjoy Kyoto, the so-called 'free bus pass'."

It seemed to be Kiryuu calling. Asia bowed to Rias after taking the call.
"Then, Rias . We will be taking our leave!", Naruto says.
"We are going", Issei says.
"We are going now!", Irina says and Xenovia nods.
"Yes, take care", Rias says and Asia, Xenovia and Irina bid Rias farewell and turned to leave.
"Then it's about time for me to go. I will bring souvenirs back", Kiba says also bowing and turned towards where his class was gathering. Leaving only Naruto and Rias. Rias began to adjust Naruto's collar to tell him something.
"I asked brother about that tattoo on your arm but when i asked him was a little shocked and avoided the question for some reason but never mind that, even in Kyoto, don't forget you are a student of Kuou Academy", Rias says and Naruto nods.
"I understand", Naruto says and Rias smiles.
"Chances are you may meet some of your family. Yasaka and Kunou, Kunou may be old but she hasn't fully matured yet and is still a little girl", Rias says and after she adjusted his collar,
"...Even though I've been trying to hide it, I am the same as Akeno. I will be very lonely the days Issei is gone. Still, even if it's like this I have improved a bit? It was roughly ten minutes after the bullet train had left Tokyo station. Naruto is currently sleeping, ignoring what the others are talking about.
"For me, this is actually the first time taking the bullet train", Matsuda's says and his face was full of excitement as he sat on the seat in front, chattering away.
Naruto was sitting on the last row of seats, alone. The seat beside him was empty, while Matsuda, Motohama, and Issei were in front. Across the aisle was Xenovia and Irina's seats. The scenery outside the windows was changing rapidly due to the high speed of the train. Over there, Xenovia and Irina were happily chatting away as they looked out the window.
Xenovia came over to me and sat on the empty seat. Her first words were:
"Naruto, I want to tell you something", Xenovia says and Naruto opens his eyes and looks at her.
"What is it, Xenovia. I was just sleeping?", Naruto says rubbing the sleep from his eyes.
"This time, I did not bring Durandal - I am unarmed", Xenovia says surprising Naruto.
"You didn't bring Durandal, why? We could be attacked at Kyoto", Naruto says to her and she nods.
"Yes, I think it's the alchemists belonging to the Orthodox Church. They discovered a technique to suppress Durandal's offensive aura. Hence, Durandal has been sent over to them via channels belonging to Heaven", Xenovia says and Naruto starts thinking.
"The Orthodox Church was another major faction within the Church, but they did not help much in the Excalibur recovery affair... Assholes", Naruto says and Xenovia laughed ironically.
"Even the Orthodox Church is coming out to help. Looks like it must be due to the efforts of the Seraphim under Michael's leadership or that you threatened to kick all there asses if you so much as find out if there experimenting again on kids. However, it is still a rare opportunity to have those alchemists reforge the sword. To suppress Durandal's offensive aura without diminishing its power as a holy sword. This is really something that caught my interest. However, it is truly shameful for me to be unable to control it properly despite being the owner of Durandal... How can I call myself a Knight? Am I better off dead...? Oh Lord...", Xenovia says and Naruto signs at the girl.
"Ah, starting to self abuse. Really, doing this right off the bat. But anyways, I understand. If anything happens, just borrow Ascalon from Issei?", Naruto says to her.
"Yes. Much appreciated. Always lending me his sword", Xenovia says.
"Considering the current situation, it's much more efficient to lend it to you", Naruto says looking out the window.
"But then, Issei really should train in sword fighting. He shouldn't waste the gifts he was given", Xenovia says to Naruto.
"He has. When Kiba is your training partner, your sword skills definitely improve", Naruto says to her and she smiles.
"Yes", Xenovia says nodding and returns to her original seat.
Then Naruto heard light high-pitched screams coming from the front. He looked ahead - it turned out Kiba was coming from the train car in front of there's. Once he saw Naruto, he walked over to his side.
"Eh...? W-went over to Uzumaki's side!", a girl says.
"H-how can it be... Kiba is going to that Naruto's territory...", another said and Naruto sweatsdrop at what the last girl said.
"Uzumaki x Kiba must be an undeniable truth!", a girl says but receives a bop on the head from Naruto and he sits back at his seat.
"Can I sit beside you?", Kiba says and Naruto raises an eyebrow at that but Kiba had already taken the empty seat beside Naruto.
"...What is it?", Naruto said looking at him.
"I wanted to know your itinerary once you get there. So that there's a plan in case of emergencies", Kiba says to Naruto.
"Ah-, after all we are in different classes. Where do you plan to go tomorrow?", Kiba says.
"I'm going with Issei's group? So what will you do when you have free time?", Naruto says.
"Just end it by casually walking around the Kyoto station and getting souvenirs. By the way, Irina mentioned about wanting to go on the Kyoto Tower", Kiba says.
The schedules for each class were prepared beforehand and handed in to the teachers. The students were even required to create travel guides for their own class to use. After exchanging details about our sightseeing plans, we changed topics.
"Did Issei did join the activity with the various satan-sama?", Kiba says surprising Naruto.
"Ah ah, it was an activity that totally revamped his image of the Underworld if I'm right", Naruto says thinking.
A few days ago, Rias and Issei participated in a mysterious Gremory family ritual. In the banquet that night, Rias's parents were very happy and lavished Issei with praise.
"Actually, I think after the ritual finished, Issei even received Beelzebub's personal special suggestion", Naruto said changing the subject.
"Special suggestion?", Kiba says confused and Naruto nods.

The conversations with Xenovia and Kiba had ended. Asia and her group were happily chatting away.
The two idiots Matsuda, Motohama, and Issei were going "...zzzz..." and fast asleep.
Naruto stretched his back and closed my eyes.
"Kill them all", someone says and Naruto's eyes open wide from what he just heard and looks around but no one heard it. Naruto looks at the 6.
"Who said that?", Naruto says confused and looks out the window. For a second Naruto thought he saw himself looking different. What he saw was himself with black spikes hair, wearing a black Hodie and has black eyes with red iris. Naruto shakes his head and what he saw was himself looking normal agin.
