Chapter 137
~~~~~~~~~~AT THE UNDERGROUND ROOM OF HYOUDOU RESIDENCE~~~~~~~~
The members of the Occult Research Club, the Sitri group, Sister Griselda, and Dulio gathered at an underground level of the Hyoudou residence, in the room where a magic circle was prepared for transportation.
"I doubt it will only be a one on one fight so you guys will be needing to get ready for a fight." Naruto told all of them which they were slit ending to him closely.
"The Location was hurriedly built for this battle in the style of a rating game and we'll be going there via magic circle. The other side has accepted this, as this battle will certainly be more intense than the previous one." Hearing Azazel say that, Issei was the only one that was surprised.
"It's scheduled to start at midnight. Our opponents will be using the magic circle that we prepared to be transported to the location of the battle." Hearing Sona say that, Saji added to her words.
"Whether it was the location of the battle, or us preparing the magic circle for transportation to the location, we really weren't sure if they would accept it. Being transported into a prison or barrier, or the location of the battle being a trap to begin with, they never considered that." Saji told the others which Azazel smiled wryly while replying.
"Then let me ask you, even if you thought that, what would you have done? I've considered the other possibilities, but I never planned to use them. That's all there is to it. The other side guessed that we wouldn't use such methods, after all, when we begin fighting, the impact of it won't be small. If it's a fight, then we should just accept the reality of it. Both sides already understand that the Church's rebellion has reached a point of no return." After the fallen angel said that he glances at Naruto who was prepared.
"... I'm really sorry, to make you guys draw the short straw. However, Strada and Cristaldi certainly brought with them more than just discontent warriors. Although the fact that the warriors are hoping to vent their anger at us isn't a lie, the three Cardinals must have another motive. I've received some information from the Vatican's headquarters. It let me understand... they were the real idiots." Hearing that, Naruto just raised an eyebrow but he just naps his fingers, causing a
mirror to be displayed, showing the map of the entire area that would be the stage for the battle.
"The stage for this battle uses the area within a ten kilometre radius of Kuoh Academy as a template. You guys will be giving me space as I fight one of there leaders alone if you don't mind." Naruto told all of them with a serous look on his face.
"The opponent will be splitting up their forces into two squadrons. Ewald Cristaldi and Vasco Strada will be acting as the leaders of each squadron." Shinra said, knowing that Naruto while be fighting Cristaldi alone.
"We will also be divided into two groups. As for the assignment, Dulio Gesualdo will be the leader, Sister Griselda, Irina, those of the "Brave Saints", as well as the Sitri group except Saji who are acting as support will be responsible for taking on Ewald Cristaldi's side while Naruto deals with Cristaldi personally." Hearing that, they now understood who there going to be fighting.
"So that means, it'll be the Gremory household, Saji and the other members who will be responsible for going up against Vasco Strada." Naruto said out loud which Rias just nods.
"Our opponent is...the former wielder of Durandal, Strada." Hearing that, the raging flames of battle had already ignited in Xenovia's eyes.
"Kuroka, Le Fay, Kunou, Tohka, Mayuri, and Slash Dog will be responsible for that side's support." After saying
"Sona, can I go over to Naruto's side?" Hearing that, everyone was quite surprised while Naruto just stares at Kiba.
"It's because of Excalibur right?" After asking him that, he only got a silent nod which he just sighs.
"Kiba, I'm fighting him not you." Hearing that, the swordsman eyes just narrow.
"You can't just decide everything like you're the boss! Please let me fight against him with you! I want to surpass Excalibur again, surpass the wielder of Excalibur. This is not revenge, but a challenge that I must do!" Hearing that, the two just stare at one another but in the end Naruto couldn't help but smile.
"Fine, but be sure not to get in front of my attacks and times yours right." Hearing that, Kiba just nods with a grateful smile on his face.
"Alright everyone, it's time to move out!" Naruto shouted to all of them with a smile on his face.
~~~~~PART 10 A LOOK INTO THE FUTURE, NEXT DAY, OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL~~~~~
Currently Leo was walking towards the entrance of there school by himself. He has already noticed that students were giving him odd looks for his new hair style and color but he didn't care. When he looked back in front he just blinks in surprise sporting Caesar walking with two other girls wearing the school uniform. The first girl, he had almost mistaken her for a Gremory due to her being a beautiful young woman of average height, with pink eyes. She has long crimson hair that reached down to her waist as well as having a distinctly voluptuous body. Next to her is a beautiful girl with long silver hair and purple eyes. Seeing them, he can only presume the older girl is the sister. After the three spoke with one another the younger girl walked away leaving the two which they heard a voice from behind them.
"So this is your sister, Mio." Hearing that the two turn and much to Caesar's surprise he saw Leo's new hair color.
"Who are you?" Mio asked Leo which Caesar explains who he is.
"That's Leo through what's happened to your hair?" Hearing that, he just sighs at the question.
"Don't even know..." With that said he walks past the two towards the school which they follow after him but the two saw a long black haired girl run past them.
"LEO!" A girl yelled, gaining a lot of attention and much to the shock of the guys who were walking to school and girls they see Chizuru hug the surprised Leo from behind but he quickly regains his composure so he could speak again while looking back at her.
"What are you doing and what do you want?" He questioned the girl who just smiles.
"What's wrong ma-" before she could finish the sentence, the kitsune was flicked in the forehead so he could start walking to school. The girl just blinks in surprise and noticed both Mio and Caesar pass her but Caesar was the only one to speak to her while glancing back at her as he continued walking.
"Are you stupid or what? You can't just act like that idiot since he's not that kind of person." Hearing that, she looks away due to remembering he is a person who doesn't really joke around due to his past.
"Oh yeah..." After saying that she continued walking but not before sensing something which she turns fast to see a black van driving away with some kind of darkness coming from it.
"I wonder what's that all about?" Chizuru asked herself before following after them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~AT CLASS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Leo was currently looking out the window without a care in his mind due to all that's happened the past couple of days.
"What can I do and what does this tattoo mean for me... Including...-" his train of thought was cut off seeing the teacher now introducing a new student who was writing her make on the board.
[Yuki Nonaka]
The girl Yuki is a young teenager with a slim yet endowed build. She sports a light blue, neck length hair that has a braid placed on her right side of her face and a longer portion of hair placed on the her left. She also has a strand of hair that is slightly raised but goes downwards located on the top of her head. Yuki has yellow eyes and long eyelashes. She also wears a white hairband. Her school uniform consists of a white shirt with a black collar and cuffs that both have white stripes. An orange tie hangs from the ends of her collar which is sewn in lower than the edges. Below this is a short, black skirt with a white stripe and maroon shoes. Yuki chooses to complete this using long, black socks with a white stripe which wraps around her calves.
"I am Yuki Nonaka, please to meet you." Yuki said to the entire class of students hat included Naruto, Caesar, Cao Jie, and Rōshi.
"That empty seat will be yours." The teacher said to the girl who looks at the empty seat to see its in front of Caesar.
"Oh, and Caesar, since you're the class representative, could you show Nonaka around?" Hearing that, the student just nods just as the bell rang.
"Everyone, line up in the hall. We're moving to the gymnasium." The teacher said and walked out of the class, while confusing Yuki.
"Caesar..." Hearing that, the student looks to see Yuki standing next to him while staring at him showing a passive expression. Seeing this, Caesar just stood up facing her.
"I'll show you where-" Caesar stopped cold when Yuki suddenly hugged him much to his confusion while the students just watched in shock. Leo didn't expect to see that but noticed Mio approaching the two with a blush in her face.
"Wh-What are you two doing?!" Mio demanded of the two students which Caesar looks at her blushing.
"W-Wait! Hey, can you back off of me." Caesar told the girl but she did not, instead she started speaking.
"Caesar, have you really forgotten?" She he heard her say that, it took only a couple of seconds to reignite the girl.
"Are you..." He stops there at seeing her nod.
"Yes, Caesar, it's been a while..." Just after saying that the annoyed Mio pushes the two apart.
"Would you let go of him already?! H-Hugging him all of a sudden... Is there something wrong with you?" She asked the girl, still blushing.
"Not really. This is normal for us." When Mio heard that, she was very confused so she turns to Caesar with a stutter, causing to move his arms up in front of himself.
"H-Hey, Caesar, what does she mean?" She demanded of the now sweating Caesar.
"It's none of your business, Halphas." Yuki told the girl who turns to her with annoyance.
"I-It is my business! I'm living with him now!" When she yelled the last part, the class was silent with the only sound being hard was Leo face palming himself followed by shocked gasps.
"He's screwed..." Leo thought at seeing all the guys glaring at Caesar but he did notice one person who wasn't glaring at him. The guy has deep purple colored eyes and dark green hair spiking up with two fringes on both sides of his face.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~NEXT PERIOD~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"There still glaring at you." Naruto told the annoyed Caesar who was very annoyed at all the stares but there attention was drawn towards the door to surprisingly find Margit, Isuzu's older sister at the door. The president of ORC stood in front of the two.
"Can I speak with you two in-" she was cut off by Leo speaking.
"Sorry but I got a job after school so no..." Hearing that, everyone in the class was shocked at how he just rejected Margit who just wanted to speak to him.
"Bu-" she was cut off by seeing the look in his eyes, even knowing who she is he didn't really care. In the end, she left but the students were now annoyed by Leo who just didn't care, at the end of the day the bell rang and Leo was walking back to the amusement park alone until he heard he stopped and turns to find five older men standing in front of a hooded person what appears to be a girl.
"Come on, let's have some fun already." The leader said before he fell to his knees surprising the four others who turn to find Leo standing behind them.
"Why you!" As he yelled that, he pulls out a knife and guess to stab Leo but he had already moved faster then he could both his bent arms slamming into the guys chest, causing him to stumble back and then wasn't he's right in the center of his chest which he just hits the ground in front of the surprised girl. Leo does a quick counterclockwise spin and slams his right elbow directly into the chin of a guy that was on his left, gaining a crack sound but he was far from done; Leo's left leg slides down and he turns with his left elbow soaking into the guy that was one his right which he was soon enough hit in the face by a palm that sent him to the ground, behind him was the third guy charging straight for him but due to Leo's speed and precision he immediately moved his left leg back in order to kick the guy in the stomach and sending him into the wall. The last guy just stood there with wide eyes at his he just took out the guys in the down of fifteen seconds. In the end the guy just made a run for it, not wanting to get his ass kicked and leaving his friends. Leo just turns to the girl, she is fairly short, has long light blonde hair. Her petite frame makes them seem much larger. Her eyes are blue. She wears only a blue and black tracksuit with her hood of the track suit pulled up over her head.
"Do you realize the situation you were in?" Hearing that, she just a stares at Leo.
"I uh..." She couldn't help but blush at how she was saved through she could have slaughtered them which she was about to do.
"So this is the one, the one who has the power to end all the fighting..." The girl thought but came back to reality after realizing he was talking to her.
"What is your name?" Hearing that, she just answers by giving him her first name.
"Fino." The girl said to Leo who just stares at her and while this was happening, two beings of unimaginable power were watching them.
