Hello everyone, I hope you like this chapter and I've decided that it is time to enact the final fight despite everything on wanting to have this go calmly but since I haven't had the inspiration to further fighting scenes for this fic and the constant on hold like King of The Ocean, I think it's about time to begin the final fight next chapter...God, I feel like mine might have a Bleach ending from being rushed, but the last fight on the night side will be multiple chapters long for what I have planned😭. If you have any, and I mean any questions on how the fights went for different characters and what powers they used then ask me, I will fill you in as best as I can.
Chapter 172: Part Ten of The Final War Arc; The Final Battle of The Pacific Ocean
AT THE PACIFIC OCEAN AT THE TIME OF IZAYA'S DEFEAT, NIGHT TIME
"IS THIS ALL YOU CAN OFFER AGAINST ME DRAGONS?!" Demands a monster who stood atop a massive landscape that was above the ocean, he was in fact in the center of hundreds of defeated Evil Dragon's with thousands of ninja scattering the area, having also fought with help of the other Brave saints, Pirate King Luffy, and the Four Dragon Kings. The one who shouted, possessed fallen angel wings that spread far and wide while his appearance consisted of being abnormally large, extremely muscular man, appearing at least six times the height of a tall man. He has a relatively small face, with yellow bloodshot eyes underneath small eyebrows, a hooked nose, a long chin, often with thick veins on his forehead, pronounced lines around his nose stemming from his angry sneering, and extremely pronounced crow's feet below his lower eyelid creases. He has very long, thick, swept-back black hair that resembles a mane, a wavy, waist-length fu-manchu mustache, and a spiky goatee along with a pair of long, thick, light horns curved forward on each side of his head. On his right abdomen, he sports a large, cross-shaped scar, and on the left side he has a red and gold tattoo resembling reptilian scales, going from his chest down the front of his left arm to end with a white skull at the lower forearm.
"I thought we were monsters, but this guy." Spoke FNaruto from the Fairy Tail Verse, staring at the giant who was far stronger then they themselves were after receiving his power boost, becoming apart of the Top Ten Ranking list in league with other Gods now just like White Beard. Watching this scene were also Thor and Beta Ray Bill.
"So he wasn't kidding..." Hearing that, FNaruto turns around and blinks in surprise to find another version of himself appearing as a ninja who had a look of amazement like a child who saw all his birthday presents on Christmas Day.
"So there really are many versions of myself!" He said with a big smile on his face while FNaruto just stares at him before the entire area was brightened by a massive explosion in the sky, gaining here attention to see that a fight had finally ended. High above then, Aizen had finally been defeated with Ren simply laying in midair covered in wounds and looking exhausted.
"That wasn't easy." Muttered the Gremory who was staring at the sky unlike his ally who was busy with something else.
"HOW?!" Demands the beaten Aizen who's body was severely burnt to the point he looks unrecognizable while the one who held him was a being that had outmatched him in every category. The man wore what could be seen as the Fusion Dance clothing. He has padding around the neck and shoulders of the vest he wore which was reddish orange rather than yellow, and the vest is black. His hair is very spiky with a single free hanging lock of hair in front of his face. He possessed dark hair with his eyes taking on a more stern, defined shape, sporting silver-colored irises and visible pupils. Not only that but he has a complex silver, blue, purple crimson-red, orange, aura consisting of rippling, fire-like energy, complete with sparkling particles travelling upwards.
"It's simple, you weren't strong enough...now, let's get this over with." With those words he sent Aizen flying up high before pulling his arms back.
"Final..." Hearing that, Aizen's eies widen to see a light-blue orb appear between his hands, surrounded by a light-yellow electrical sphere.
"Ka...me...ha...me..." As he says it loudly, the orb becomes larger and larger with its power drastically increasing.
"HA!" Gogeta screams as he unleashed a point blank range beam attack that completely consumed the screaming Aizen who's body was slowly disintegrating yet a part of him disappeared before the screaming Evil God was killed. The beam had lit the entire battlefield, everyone looking at it with great surprise while the beam slowly dispersed, leaving only light-blue sparkles behind as it falls from the sky. Seeing that, Ren simply sighs with gratefulness as this was the final Evil God that was in the way before looking at the katana in his right hand that had a crack on it.
"It wasn't easy, but still we finally won." Ren told Gogeta who turns to face him.
"We did what we needed to do, I think it's about time we leave so say hi to Gasper for me." Was the last thing he said before he used Instant Transmission, disappearing without another second and leaving Ren by himself.
"I bet Haruhi is gonna kill me for disappearing a lot." He muttered to himself before sitting up and wondering what happens next. Unknown to them all, the battle was watched by one certain cat hybrid.
"Hmmmm..." Was the only sound that escaped the lips of none other then Menma who was far from the battle but close enough to have watched everything that had taken place. What was most different about him wasn't his longer hair but the fact he had tattoo like black markings on his body.
"So, they actually defeated the last of the evil gods...even so—" He stops there before turning around to see two golden doors appearing behind him, opening slowly to reveal a single girl that had surprised him.
"Why are you here, Mayuri?" He questioned his step-sister who hadn't fought against the Evil God with her siblings but instead went after him. His sister just stares at him with her wings extended, her left was a large skeleton wing while the right had different kind of wings being angel, Devil, and fallen angel.
"What does it look like, I came to stop you from going through with that plan." Hearing that, he simply stares at his sister.
"Really now?" He questioned his sister while they just made eye contact and almost immediately a scythe appeared in her hands just as a single katana appeared in his own without a guard.
"I can't use my phase through ability as long as I'm preparing the seal so you may have a chance at beating me. But even so, do you actually have even a remote chance of beating me?" Once asked, he was given an answer once she steered to release he golden aura.
"Fine, then come." He told his singer who didn't wait another second before she flys directly for him all the while he thought back to his this started.
FLASHBACK, INTO THE PAST
"I decided that I'm following my own path. Im not returning with you guys." Menma said, in turn causing his fathers eyes too narrow at the sudden news.
"What are you talking about Menma?" He demands his son who was no longer looking at him.
"I've decided...that, I'm joining Khaos Brigade." When those words left Menma's mouth, Naruto's eyes could only widen all the way at hearing such a thing with Azazel and Tiamat unable to speak. With what he needed to say said, Menam begins walking away from them and towards the now noticeable group that consisted of Crom Cruach, Ladon, Grendel, Aži Dahāka in human forms standing next Walburga and Rizevim.
"Menma, MENMA!" Naruto shouts before he runs after his son and grabs his left arm.
"Your joking, please... Please tell me this is a joke..." Naruto demands yet his son doesn't even respond to it but instead pulls his arm away which Naruto's grits his teeth while he watched his son walking away.
"Menma, if its about how you were treated at the meeting then I'm sorry, but you can't leave! What about your mother, EVERYONE! ARE YOU JUST GONNA ABANDON THAT!" He demands yet his son just continues walking not even turning to him. Seeing this, Naruto was about to stop Menma but Azazel grabbed his arm causing Naruto to look at his God-father who shakes his head.
"It's his life, he choses his own path... No matter how dark the path is." He told the wide eyed Naruto who simply looks back at his son.
"MENMA! I'm sorry, I'M SORRY IF I WASN'T THERE FOR YOU DURING MY ABSENCE, SO I'LL MAKE IT UP TO YOU, SO PLEASE... JUST DON'T GO!" Naruto yelled but a barrier appears around the two, stopping then from doing anything which he just falls to his knees as Menma stops walking.
"I never hated you, it's just I need to follow my own path." Was all he said before continuing again, only looking at the ground before he looks up at them which Rizevim smiles as he extends his right hand too Menma who takes it as they then disappear by a magic circle.
SOMETIME LATER ON THE DAY HE MEETS HIS FATHER AGAIN
"Rossweisse's essay, I figured out a way to seal Trihexa in such a way he can never again harm anyone." When Naruto heard that, he couldn't stop his eyes widening all the way.
"How..." Was all Naruto could say but felt uneasy at seeing the sad look in his face.
"Through a sacrifice must be made in order to use this spell." When he said that, the look on Naruto's face once again changed to show he himself had frozen in realization of what he's planning.
"It calls for the caster's blood, flesh, bone, and souls to create a cage. A cage that can contain only one thing, but that one thing can be anything even you yourself." After he said that, Naruto began speaking.
"Are you... ARE YOU FUCKING MAD?!" When Menma heard that, he was quite surprised.
"Wha-" Menma was cut off by Naruto punching his own sun in the head with such force it resulted Menma yelling "ow" while scratching his head a lot. He looks up and froze seeing the dark look on Naruto's eyes that seemed to have petrified him.
"W-What the hell-" Menma stops speaking now in fear but he just swallows along with he takes a deep breath before he stood up straight in order to look his father in the eyes.
"Dad, if I do this I can stop all future battles. The seal itself took so long to make and can only be used by-" He couldn't even finish after he was backhanded hard in the face, leaving a mark on the wide eyed boy.
"THAT ISN'T THE POINT, I WILL NOT ALLOW MY SON TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!" Hearing that, Menma just grits his teeth at hearing his father day such things.
"WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST ALLOW ME TO BECOME YOUR JOKER, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED THEN!" Menma yelled at Naruto who glares at his son.
"Because I've already found someone to become the Joker, his nickname is Kaido of The Beasts and one that could kill high class Devils while still human. If he's reborn as a saint he can fight at the Satan level opponents, maybe even Carter." Hearing that, Menma's eyes just widen all the way but he just sighs in the end at seeing whatever he says won't change anything.
"Whatever, it doesn't change anything and I don't need your permission." With those words, he simply turns his back to his father who spoke.
"I will stop you..." Hearing that, Menma just shows a sad smile at his words yet didn't bother turning back to face him.
"Sorry, but you won't...you'll be too busy fighting against the real enemy." With that said, Naruto goes to grab him but his hand surprisingly passes through him, much to his surprise.
"See ya, dad... Say hi to mom for me." With that said he this time swirls away and leaving the two by themselves.
FLASHBACK END
"Do...you...honestly think your life will change...anything at all?" Spoke the exhausted Mayuri who was floating with trouble while covered in wounds with her scythe very cracked unlike her brother who was giving off a chaotic aura while surrounded by sphere like black orbs of space magic.
"Yes I do, I decided that my life was worth giving up if it means I can protect everyone. Sister, can you not see where I'm coming from? I can end all of this so—" He was cut off by his sister who grits her teeth.
"SHUT UP! What about Nanami, what about everyone else?! Do you not realize how much pain they'll feel if you do something like this?! You won't die, you won't live, you'll most likely cease to exist if everything is put into that seal! Don't you even remotely care for your own life?!" She shouts at Menma who merely stares at her, thinking about why she won't just stop trying to stop him, since during the entire fight as he was thinking back she wouldn't stop speaking to him over and over again, trying to convince him from trying to turn his body into a seal, an Omni Cage.
"If it means everything can be save, I will gladly—" He stops there after feeling a pulse from Mayuri, confusing him greatly.
"What was tha—" He couldn't even finish that sentence just as Mayuri started speaking.
"Kyouka...dad...they were suffering and knowing that there son would do such a thing would make things worse...you so blind, you can't even see what dad can do so...so...shut up...shut up...! SHUT UP ALREADY!" Mayuri screamed while from her back, her wings transformer to reveal two pitch black skeleton wings that were covered in a golden aura that took the shape of angel wings that unleashed a massive shockwave against Menma that sent him flying back but a portal opens behind him which he enters, only appearing behind Mayuri with anger while she turns with her body continuing to give off an angelic aura, being seen not as an angel but as the very Angel of Death.
"ARE YOU REALLY GOING DO JUST LEAVE US ALL LIKE THAT?!" Mayuri demands her older step-brother who showed a little surprise her his gaze hardens.
"IF IT MEANS I CAN SEAL AWAY TRIHEXA WITHOUT ANYONE DYING IN THE PROCESS THEN I'LL DO IT! Mayuri, you act like a child! Can you not realize that when it comes to lives which would you give? One life to save everyone or do you plan on risking everyone's lives just for my own?!" He demands his sister who showed tears in her eyes while glaring at him.
"I don't care, Trihexa is a threat like no other and if your soul is the only thing being used then how could that even remotely hold back one of the Six Beings? I won't stake your life on such a small chance, not to mention...why...WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ANY FAITH IN DAD?!" When she shouted that, he was actually taken aback by her words as he himself never thought about that.
"Haven't you been watching dad, hearing the stories about him? Every foe he's fought he's only gotten stronger and stronger, now he can fight Great Red so tell me why, WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ANY FAITH IN HIM IN DEFEATING TRIHEXA?!" She demands her brother who only repeated the word "faith" before he was sent skidding back by her massive golden aura that shattered his black spheres like nothing before his katana met her scythe as the two struggled for dominance yet slowly her power still grew as she began overpowering him easier and easier which shocked him since her power shouldn't be evolving to the point she's reaching the level of gods.
"Do you actually think any of them could defeat Trihexa and his overpowering abilities? It's absolutely ludicrous to think they could—" He was silenced by his sister delivering a headbutt that caused him to stumble back.
"OF COURSE I DO, I ALWAYS HAVE BELIEVED IN DAD AND YOU SHOULD, TOO!" She shouts with her body unleashing even greater level that suddenly surpassed the Gods, causing Menma to become dumbfounded at the unthinkable level she's acquired in power.
"I WON'T LET YOU SACRIFICE YOURSELF BROTHER, NO MATTER WHAT AND I'LL STOP YOU WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE!" As she screamed that, her scythe unleashed a massive golden and pitch black aura that shocked him.
"NOW SNAP OUT OF IT ALREADY, MENMA!" While she screamed that, the scythe was swung down towards man that sent all the aura at him before he brought his arms up, creating his strongest barrier, a black hole shield that immediately began absorbing that attack that could very well kill him but as it was absorbing it, the attack suddenly grew, shocking him I see it was growing far faster then he could absorb it before he too was consumed by the attack, only able to scream in pain as he couldn't fight back against this power and as it took place, many noticed the massive mixed pillar of light in the distance that shook everything from the power of the shockwave it was giving off. By the time everything set, it was obvious they won this battle.
"I...lost..." Spoke a passive Menma who laid on the top of the ocean water, only able to stare at the night sky while the markings on his body fade away as the spell was canceled. Not only that, his clothing was badly damaged and he was littered with wounds yet he was still somehow alive.
"Did that help?" Hearing that, he moves his head to look up more to see his sisters head was in front of the moon before closing his eyes in acceptance.
"I lost...so fine, I'll have it your way. I'll put my faith in our father..." After saying that, she just sits down on the water while he just stares at the night sky.
"Good, the reason why I'm not gonna beat you senseless is because I'm gonna let Nanami handle this." Hearing that, he just sweat drops but his eyes widen for some reason but closes it after realizing something.
"So that's it...you..." While he muttered that, he opens his eyes again to see an image of Apollonir behind her.
"Are now the replacement member of the Six Beings, Apollonir's successor." Hearing that, her eyes simply widen but instead of talking more about that, he talks about the threat.
"But even with your help that doesn't matter...Trihexa, he's already gathered all he needs, another universe, the Infinity stones...the tree of the beginning...everything has been planned out, since the very beginning." Hearing that, Mayuri showed confusion.
"What are you—" She was cut off by Menma who proved her fear right.
"Trihexa just needs the stones for the portal, but not for him to fight...because he's..." As he spoke, while this was happening, somewhere else the final battle was about to commence.
HIGH ABOVE BERMUDA TRIANGLE
Currently, the Infinity Stones were placed into key position under the ocean itself, projecting pillars of light to create a pentagon and in the center was the slowly increasing size of the portal to the Dimensional Gap and in turn to the previous universe.
"Well, isn't this interesting, to think I would be met with this force yet among all of you, I don't see a hint of confusion as to how I already obtained the Infinity Stones, since we did just have a previous war a year ago for said Stones then for my awakening...either way, glad to see I get one hell of a welcoming party." Spoke the smiling Trihexa in human form who was surrounded by many Deities of many different myhtlogies, the ones that caught his eye were Naruto, Shiva, Odin, Freyr, Vidar, Zeus, Poseidon, Indra, Brahma, Vishnu, Lugh, and Aten. Naruto looked serious yet he was worried how much time they have.
"Dammit Sirzechs, you better hurry with that seal!" Naruto thought, all of them looking at the being who was in his first state, having yet released his true power. The monster simply looks around to see that despite what was said previously, Great Red as well as his sister and twin were missing.
