Disclaimer: I don't own Transformers

Magnia was becoming very frustrated; as she progressed in her pregnancy, she was being left out of more and more things. Neither Ironhide nor Jazz would train with her, too afraid of hurting her. Optimus wouldn't allow her on missions, due to her still not being on the team.

Optimus also kept her and Bumblebee separated much of the time, sending the scout on multiple missions. She was unsure whether Prime was doing this intentionally or not, so she remained unhappily silent about the matter.

Magnia was almost at five and a half months and many times she could feel her sparkling moving restlessly inside of her, which always made her smile. She went to go see Ratchet for a checkup, and after examining her spark for a little while, he nodded.

"Should be any day now."

"Any day?" Magnia looked a little panicked. "I thought I had an entire half a month left!"

"Magnia, I said about six months, not exactly six months," he grumbled.

"Dad, um, if you're uncomfortable-" Magnia began, but Ratchet interrupted her.

"Don't make this more awkward than it has to be. I don't trust Knockout to do it properly, so that's that," Ratchet smiled a little. "I'll probably just pretend you're some random femme who isn't my daughter."

Magnia chuckled, "Do you know what time Bumblebee is getting back from his mission?"

Ratchet shrugged, "A few hours, maybe. I'll let Optimus know not to schedule him for any more missions until the sparkling is here." He regarded her, "I don't suppose you would like to know the gender of the sparkling?"

Magnia stared at him, "You know?"

"Of course."

Magnia hesitated and then shook her helm, "I would rather it be a surprise." He nodded and they talked for a little while until Magnia said goodbye and started her quarters.

Once she reached her quarters, she decided to take a brief recharge, and curled up on her berth.

She slept for longer than she thought, missing Bumblebee arriving back from his mission. He was concerned when she didn't answer him through the bond, so he went to her room and opened the door quietly.

He grinned when he saw her curled up, venting softly, and tiptoed to the side of the berth. He kneeled on the side, next to her faceplates, and gently kissed her forehelm and then her lips.

Magnia mumbled in her sleep and opened her optics to find two big blue optics staring up at her.

"Bee!" she gasped and sat up. "I'm so sorry, I overslept. I was going to meet you in the docking area."

Bee laughed and drew her to him in a kiss, "I don't...care...Mags."

She grinned and wrapped her arms around him, kissing more deeply, "Mmmm, I've missed you."

He sighed happily, "Missed you...too."

"How was your mission?"

Bee sighed, "Stupid...Starscream...being...a problem...even has…'Cons on...Earth."

"Really?" Magnia frowned. "Why?"

"Dunno..." Bee shrugged. "Optimus...is organizing...team to...remain on...Earth...protect...humans."

"Bee, I completely understand if you want to go to Earth."

"What?..." Bee slipped his servos into hers. "Not...going anywhere...Mags...I promise."

Magnia smiled happily, "Good. I'm gonna go take an oil soak."

"Oooo..." Bee grinned playfully. "Mind if I...join you?"

She laughed and pushed him out of the bathroom, "Yes, Bee, I mind."

Bumblebee sent her a seductive stare and said through the bond, "Well I'll be waiting right here when you get out".

She grinned and shut the door, and Bumblebee settled in for a long, agonizing wait. He knew she was going to take as long as possible just to torture him, and he liked it.

After about ten minutes, however, he heard a startled yelp, followed by, "Bee?!"

He rushed into the bathroom to see her standing with the oil running, clutching her spark.

"...Are you...?" he asked and she nodded. All of the energon drained from his faceplates, and he stood there, speechless.

"Bee?" she waved a servo in front of his face. "We're kind of in a hurry; snap out of it already!"

"Right...sorry," he hurriedly helped her put her armor back on, and escorted her to the Medbay. Halfway there she couldn't walk anymore, and he scooped her up and carried her the rest of the way.

"...Ratch!" he yelled when they entered the Medbay, and the medic whipped around a corner.

"Set her down here," Ratchet said quickly, preparing everything. "She's only in the first stage now, so we still have a bit of time before she has to start pushing." He busied himself inserting energon lines and such as Bumblebee stood there helplessly.

"What can...I do...Ratchet?"

Ratchet glanced up at him and gestured to Magnia, who was sweating, "Support. And get ready to feel some of the pain through your bond."

Bumblebee nodded and held Magnia's servo, "You'll be...okay...Mags"

Magnia laughed nervously, "That's what you say. You're not the one giving birth."

"True..." Bee sighed and smiled a little. "But just...think how...worth it...when you...get to...hold them."

"Yeah, I guess," Magnia said wistfully. "You're not bad at this supporting thing." Her body seized suddenly with an incredible amount of pain that Bumblebee could feel through the bond.

"And that would be the second stage.," Ratchet said grimly as Magnia squirmed in pain. "Active labor. Now, Magnia I'm going to need you to push..."
