Hello everyone, you must get tired of hearing me say sorry all the time that's because I am, I've dearly missed writing my stories, I've had a lot come up that has torn me from it but I will try and keep up my writing and not let my posting chapters get too far apart.

Now just a disclaimer I do not own any of the Inuyasha characters or plots/story lines just my own twists and my own characters: Akira (Wolf Demon/Priestess), Akira's parents (Kentaro and Michiko), Akira's brothers (Isamu and Toshio), Akira's sisters (Natsumi and Kazumi), Takara (Akira's companion), Yukiko (Snow/Ice sorcerer *Bad Guy*), Lord Sesshomaru's mothers name 'Inukimi', Masumi (Wolf Demon Priestess). Chapter 22: An Interesting Morning.

I got up early hearing the chirping of birds, Bankotsu groaned as he rolled over I looked to him seeing him grabbing some of the fur blankets and bringing it over his head I smiled and got up and went out and down stairs to get everything ready for Toshio and Isamu's trip back to the Northern mountains. After I sorted everything out I went upstairs and then went back to my room I didn't want to call Takara yet and risk waking everyone up here, I got back into my room to see Bankotsu still fast asleep, I went over to the small window and shut it then came and sat by Bankotsu. I laid down on my side propping myself up with my elbow, and peered under the blanket Bankotsu brought over himself to see him fast asleep, I smiled brushed his fringe back. He opened eye slightly and then smiled "Morning" Bankotsu said sleepily then yawned as he turned on his back "Sorry I didn't mean to wake you" I said he looked at me smiled slightly.

"You didn't those birds did" Bankotsu said as glared over at the window propping him self up with his arms "Well besides being woken up early how was your sleep?" I asked "I had you with me didn't I? That's enough to make any time of the day or night good" Bankotsu said. I laughed softly as I shook my head "Sweet talker" I puffed Bankotsu leaned towards me and ran his hand through my hair "How was your sleep?" he asked "It feels like old times, no worries" I said. He raised a brow "Akira…" Bankotsu said with a look, I looked away slightly "Ok so my sleep has been a little better but I'm still worried by everything going on" I said as my ears turned back slightly. "That's why I'm here but I can't help you if I don't know what you're thinking" Bankotsu said I looked at him "I love you Akira and that's not changing so don't shut me out now ok?" Bankotsu said I gave a nod "Ok, I'm sorry Bankotsu I just didn't want to trouble you" I said.

"I know it's just your personality but you can come to me about anything, besides while I'm still around I am still your lover" Bankotsu said then brought himself close to me placing a kiss on my lips "AH! GET OUT OF MY BED!" Isamu exclaimed. My ears perked up and I sat up as I looked out towards my doorway hearing Jakotsu flirting with Isamu "Looks like Jakotsu made himself comfortable last night" I said "What's going on?" Bankotsu asked as he sat up. "Jakotsu must have snuck into Isamu's bedding last night" I replied Bankotsu laughed "That's Jakotsu for you" Bankotsu said "I better calm down Isamu besides with his yelling everyone might be awake now" I said as I stood up. "I'll take care of Jakotsu" Bankotsu said I looked back to see him get up "Alright well after we've all had something eat I think it's best we get moving again" I said "You lead and I'll follow" Bankotsu said as he came over to me.

Bankotsu pulled me to him "As I said I'd do anything for you" Bankotsu said then kissed me "Exactly! MY BED!" Isamu yelled I separated from Bankotsu as I sighed letting my ears fall to either side "I'll go get Jakotsu away from Isamu don't stress" Bankotsu said giving me a kiss on my cheek. I smiled as I watched him leave the room and then followed my self as my ears perked up I went to the Isamu's room seeing Bankotsu about to take Jakotsu out of the room "Morning sister" Jakotsu said with a sly smile and wink. "Morning Jakotsu" I said "Akira can you please tell Jakotsu to keep out of my room and bedding" Isamu puffed "Why? You didn't seem to mind us cuddling last night" Jakotsu said Isamu went red. "I'm thankful it was only cuddling and not anything else cause I ain't gay, I certainly don't like guys the way you like them that's for sure" Isamu snapped giving a slight growl "Isamu, you can sleep side by side with Toshio, Ginta and Hakkaku and yet you can't with any one of Bankotsu's brothers?" I questioned.

Isamu turned away slightly "I don't know them that well… Besides I ain't gay so it ain't happening again" Isamu said then went to walk out "Where are you going?" I asked "To get Toshio up so we can get some breakfast then head off the Northern Tribe still needs help ya know" Isamu replied. I puffed a sigh as he walked out in a huff "He needs to unwind a bit" Jakotsu said "He's been like that since our parents were murdered" I said "Oh, uh I'm sorry sister" Jakotsu said I looked at him and smiled. "It's ok, he'll get over it, I'll go get Toshio and Isamu's things to take to the Northern Tribe" I said then walked out and down stairs, I grabbed a couple bags and brought them up then went back down and grabbed the last couple of bags and brought them up. "Sister where are we going next after we finish our stay here?" Suikotsu asked I looked at him as he came over "I think the South is a good idea, Sesshomaru said it was best I check out an island near the south coast" I replied "An island?" Bankotsu questioned.

I looked over to see himself, Jakotsu and Mukotsu come over "Yes, Sesshomaru said it was important I go there but once I know what is there not to let myself go into a frenzy to kill Naraku" I said Bankotsu frowned with a look I knew all too well. "He better have an escape plan that's all I will bother saying" Bankotsu snapped I went over to him "What ever this has to do with him will face it together and as calmly as we can" I said Bankotsu looked away. "We will wait outside for your brothers to return Akira" Mukotsu said and walked out with Jakotsu and Suikotsu, I sighed softly as I looked from them walking out to Bankotsu, he was silent and had a killer look in his sapphire eyes. I placed my arms around his waist "Bankotsu please stay calm" I said "Calm? When we have no idea what else he has done?" Bankotsu puffed I looked up at him with my chin on his chest as my ears bent back slightly "Bankotsu…" I said.

He looked down at me and ever so slightly as he placed his arms around me "Sometimes I think you make me too soft" Bankotsu said I smiled "I don't mind your soft side" I said as my tail began to swish Bankotsu looked over my shoulders. "So I see" he said as he looked back at me smiling more now, he held me tight against him as his smile turned into a charming grin as he moved his face close to mine then placed his lips against me, I closed my eyes giving into the kiss. "Wo! Holy wolf!" Isamu exclaimed "What's going on?!" Jakotsu exclaimed "Oh dear kami…" Toshio puffed "Let's leave them be" Mukotsu said just as Bankotsu separated from me I looked over. "Did you get food at least?" I called out seeing them all leaving "Yeah but if your gonna be on heat we'll eat elsewhere" Isamu said "Isamu" Toshio snapped "Once we've had breakfast it's best we part ways, I'll call Takara now that gives you both time to have a meal and perhaps wash up if you have time" I said.

"Alright" Isamu puffed, I went out and made a howl to summon Takara then went inside to see everyone but Renkotsu and Ginkotsu came in and sat around the fire pit for breakfast, Suikotsu gave Renkotsu and Ginkotsu there portions this time. Once we were almost finished we talked about what was going to happen "So you don't want us to meet up with you after we've helped the Northern Tribe?" Isamu asked. "No I want you to go with Ginta and Hakkaku to find Koga, Naraku is after his shards, Koga is the leader of the Eastern Tribe, they need him so you guys go find him and make sure he doesn't do anything stupid" I replied "We'll do as you ask" Toshio says. "What about if he decides to make the future leader of the Northern Tribe his mate?" Isamu asks "It's his choice" I said "B-But…" Isamu said "Just drop it Isamu it's between Akira and Koga" Toshio said "Fine" Isamu sighs.

"Sister Akira, Takara is here" Renkotsu called out and shortly she ran in, in her pup form and jumped towards me I caught her as I giggled "Hey Takara" I said happily she licked me as she yapped "I know, I missed you too, so how are things going in the Northern Tribe?" I asked. She yapped again "What? But…" Isamu started "It doesn't change anything, we'll go there help out with anything that is needed then catch up with them" Toshio said I looked to him. "Don't worry sister we'll handle this" Toshio said as he stood up and then looked at Isamu "Get the bags and anything you need we'll leave now" Toshio said "I hate traveling" Isamu grumbled as he got up. They both got what they needed and we all saw them off outside, Toshio hugged me first then Isamu "Take care of yourself" Toshio said "You too, that goes for both of you" I said "Yep got it boss" Isamu said sarcastically.

Takara turned into her medium size, I hugged her "You be careful" I said softly, she gave a soft whimper "Aie!" Isamu exclaimed I separated from Takara to see Isamu glaring at Jakotsu and holding the bags behind him, Jakotsu had a big smile on his face. "Guys you better get going" I said "Agreed, come on Isamu stop mucking around" Toshio said and hoped on Takara "Me?! Jakotsu should keep his hands to himself!" Isamu complained and hoped on immediately behind Toshio. I went to stand by Bankotsu he had his arm around my shoulders as I had mine around his waist "Bye guys, take care" I said "You too" Toshio said "Let's go Takara" Isamu said. Takara gave me a sad looked then howled before leaping into the sky and flying off, I sighed "They'll be ok" Bankotsu said I looked to him "Yeah, I'm just worried for everyone else out there" I said. "I know you are" Bankotsu said as he moved behind me and placed his arms around me leaning his head gently on mine, I entwined my hands with his as we watched Takara fly off in the distance "This is just adorable" Jakotsu whispered "I know it's a perfect match" Mukotsu whispered.
