Hello everyone, you must get tired of hearing me say sorry all the time that's because I am, I've dearly missed writing my stories, I've had a lot come up that has torn me from it for example I moved house, had 2 operations, family get together at Christmas, cars broke down ... and of course my laptop for some strange reason would not let me update ... weird but true anyways, I will try and keep up my writing and not let my posting chapters get too far apart.

Ok before I start my little intro I am going to be changing my Profile name from Wolf-Lover26 to Da-Wolf-Goddess so please keep your eyes open I will change it on... Let's say 26/03/2018 which may be the 25/03/2018 for others. I just thought I would give you a heads up, this is most likely the only time I will change after that it will stay that way.

I have done a ''story'' called Author's Notes up which I will keep everyone up to date with my stories I have up currently along with new ones I will be uploading and what they are based on (anime/manga/game, etc). So if you want heads up or just to see what's going on then I recommend you to follow but that's your choice of course.

Alright onto the disclaimer I do not own any of the Inuyasha characters or plots just my own twists and characters, my OC's are; Yuzuki (main character, half-wolf demon/water sorceress), Raven (wolf demon 'bad guy'), Ryuu (water dragon), Kamiko (fire/earth dragon, Ryuu's mate), Taro and Kenji (Ryuu and Kamiko's children), Hayami (Yuzuki's mother), Tsuyoshi (Tiger demon/elemental sorcerer, Yuzuki's teacher), Narumi (Tiger demon, Tsuyoshi's mate), Kazuhiko (leader of the southern tribe, Sayuri's mate), Sayuri (leader of the western tribe, Kazuhiko's mate), Michiko and Satoru (wolf demons, children of Kazuhiko and Sayuri), Zurui (mixed-breed, fire sorcerer 'bad guy') Kiriko (Naraku's new incarnation), Yukiko (Snow/Ice sorcerer), The Ishikawa family of the Village Yuzuki's partially grew up in and of course the new person who's name nor face has been revealed yet.

1. Princess Umiko. (From the Water Elemental Isle)

Chapter 27: More questions than answers.

I sighed heavily "I'm sorry Yuzuki my wife has been so cautious since the attacks" Lord Kazuki said "We all have" Lord Hiroshi said "It's ok I understand, I wasn't expecting anyone to really welcome me in but your kindness I am thankful" I said. Lady Fumiko groaned, I looked to her and placed the back of my hand on her forehead "She does have a bad fever very much like the other villagers" I said "It hurts, it feels like there is a fire burning inside me" Lady Fumiko said with a wavering voice. Lord Hiroshi knelt beside her opposite to me as his father Lord Kazuki knelt by his side "Does the pain get worse with the fever?" I asked "Yes and every time it gets worse it feels like I have aged as well" Lady Fumiko replied I knitted my brows in thought, this is nothing like I've ever seen. It must be the work of the demon but what kind of demon has this power? To create such a sickness? Naraku maybe but why attack the village? His attacks are getting tiresome "Do you get nightmares?" I asked. "Yes, it's pure darkness, there are a pair of crimson eyes just staring at me then more appear all around me and this horrid evil laughter echoes out that's when I see everyone I love, dead" Lady Fumiko replies with a wavering voice struggling to hold back her tears I looked down in thought "Yuzuki please tell me the truth, am I going to die?" Lady Fumiko asked.

"No my love you are not" Lord Hiroshi said "I will do everything in my power to save you and the villagers Lady Fumiko" I said then looked at Lord Kazuki "I believe your demon has something to do with this sickness, everyone who is like this came in contact with the demon, correct?" I said. "Yes that's correct, you think the demon is infecting our villagers?" Lord Kazuki questioned "I'm not sure if it's infecting them but it has something to do with them" I replied "So do you have a plan?" Lord Kazuki asked "I'll stay out on guard tonight and see if I can encounter this demon if not I'll have to go out and look for it tomorrow" I replied in detail. "And for our sick now? What can we do?" Lord Hiroshi asked I looked to him "Everything I have done for the other villagers is the same as for what I can do for your wife, until I get to the source there's not much that can be done" I said sadly "Do you need anything for your encounter with the demon?" Lord Kazuki asked. I shook my head "No thank you, I have everything I need but please stay inside and if anyone gets worse let me know" I said "Very well, be careful" Lord Kazuki said I gave a bow and then got up. I saw myself out of their home and roamed around the village looking for anything odd while I thought over everything I had been told, the nightmares were peculiar, they all stated a blackness then crimson eyes, the evil laughter, then their loved one's dead.

I sighed "Sounds like something Naraku would do" I muttered under my breath as I walked around looking in every space I could see, it could be Naraku then again it could be just an incarnation, or some other demon completely, either way I have a feeling this will not be easy. The night dragged on it was silent-well almost if I not for a couple people with snoring problems, the hours passed slowly soon it would be morning and still not a sight, sound or smell of a demon anywhere. I was annoyed but frightened for the people, what if the demon had moved on? Thoughts raced through my mind as the last hours of the night passed and the morning light shone over the village. I puffed a sigh another hour or so and some villagers were up and carrying out their normal daily routines a few steered away from me and I couldn't blame them I had earnt no trust from them or proven that I wasn't the demon responsible for this sickness. "Yuzuki" Lord Kazuki called out I turned around to see him walk over with his son, Lord Hiroshi "It was awfully quiet last night, did you ever encounter the demon?" Lord Kazuki asked.

"No Lord Kazuki and that troubles me, I was thinking that I will have to go out and search the surrounding areas for this demon" I replied in detail "I think you best see your mothers hut first perhaps there is something there that may help you with this demon" Lord Kazuki said. "I can walk you there" Lord Hiroshi said "Thank you but it's ok I remember the way" I said "Yuzuki my son will walk with you some villagers are still fearful of you, walking with one us may ease their fears" Lord Kazuki said. I gave a nod "Of course sorry my Lord, thank you" I said giving a slight bow He smiled "No need to be so formal Yuzuki, go with her my son, I shall see you both later" Lord Kazuki said "Yes father" Lord Hiroshi said. Lord Hiroshi and I walked off together, he led the way and told me more about who lives where and what each person is like then told me about what has happened in the village since his father was young. I was up to date by the time we came to my mother's hut "A monk placed sutras on your mother's hut when my great grandfather was head village leader so it may be difficult for you to get in and we currently don't have a monk or anyone with spiritual powers about" Lord Hiroshi said I frowned seeing way too many sutra's covering my mother's hut.

I sighed, either the monk was trying too hard and after money, a bed and hot food or he was just over doing it "I have to get in, I'll just have to try my luck and hope I can get past them" I said "Perhaps we should send word for someone first before…" Lord Hiroshi started. I shook my head "No need I don't have a lot of time, I must find what my teacher-my friend left for me besides like your father said there may be something in here that can help with the demon" I said I walked towards the hut. I could feel the sutras power, they are definitely not fake, I frowned and took a breath as I stood still I concentrated on water and held my hands in front of me as if I were holding a sphere-shaped object, I then formed water in my hands. "Mother, give me strength" I said and sent the water out towards the hut and let it cover the hut I could feel the power of sutras start working as the water started to strip off each sutra from the hut, I felt the sutras clinging on to the hut. "No you don't, you're coming off" I growled as I brought my hands back towards me I left them slowly detach from the hut, once they were all off I brought the water with the sutras inside letting the water combine back into a sphere-shaped object then turned the water cold to the point of freezing.

Once it was frozen I placed it to the side of the hut but at a distance a couple metres away then fell to my knees, feeling a little exhausted "Yuzuki? Yuzuki are you ok?" Lord Hiroshi asked as I heard him come over to me "Yes, I'm ok… Those sutras were a little powerful…" I replied. Lord Hiroshi helped me to stand up "Thank you" I said the door suddenly creaked open slightly we looked over I frowned, something felt a little strange "Stay back please something doesn't feel right" I said. "What is it?" Lord Hiroshi questioned "That's what I'm going to find out please stay back" I said I went towards the doorway as Lord Hiroshi backed off, as I stepped onto the edge of the doorway, a figure covered in a hooded cloak had come out of nowhere and tackled me out of the doorway. "Urgh" I puffed as I hit the ground, I grabbed wrists seeing a dagger in one hand that this-woman was about to bring down towards my chest, I saw her clothing beneath the cloak. She had on an aqua-light green looking dressy top that looked to be made out of satin or a fine silk material that had a light blue embroidery on it, she had some sort of choker necklace on that was pure white but looked to have light blue gems in it.

She tried harder to push the dagger towards me with more force as she did her light blue almost icy-sky blue like hair dangled down past her hood, I gritted my teeth holding her hands back that held the dagger so tightly "Stop this, you have no reason to hurt me or anyone else here" I said. "I can't trust anyone, everyone's trying to kill me" she snapped "I give you my word that I am not trying to kill you I am here because of my teacher and friend, Tsuyoshi" I said she lost her force on the dagger for a moment. I pushed back and turned over pinning her to the ground flicking the dagger from her hand "Let me go!" she exclaimed "I won't hurt you, I just need answers to make sure you won't hurt anyone here" I said sternly I could see her face more clearly now. Her skin tone was in between pale and slightly tanned but had a slight glow about it, her ocean blue eyes had tears forming in them she looked to be some form of royalty I looked to her hands. Her hands looked like they hadn't seen a day of hard work in their life, she looked Michiko's age or younger, I sighed "What are you doing here?" I asked "Are you Yuzuki?" she asked my eyes widened slightly before narrowing ever so slightly in suspicion.

"Yes but how do you know my name? And what do you want?" I questioned "Tsuyoshi he brought me here and said to wait for you to come" she replied "Me? Why?" I asked "He placed you in charge of me, your my protector and teacher" she said with slight hope in her eyes. I let go of her and stood up then offered her my hand she took it, I helped her up she then instantly started brushing any dirt off her "What's your name?" I asked "Princess Umiko of the Water Elemental isle" she replied. My brows raised slightly as I looked at her in awe "Princess? Water Elemental isle?" I repeated in awe then looked away slightly as I ran a hand through my fringe in frustration, Tsuyoshi still has kept so many things from me and now wants me to protect and teach a Princess. "Did Tsuyoshi say why he wanted me to protect and teach you?" I asked "The Elemental isles are being attacked every so often by a half spider demon Naraku and a woman snake demon…" Umiko started "Kiriko?" I said. "Yes you know her?" Umiko said "I've run into her once, she's after elemental powers" I replied "That's not all she's after, she's building her own army besides being the leader of the snake demon clan" Umiko said "An army?" I repeated in awe as my brows knitted together.

"Do you know what she plans to do with this army?" I asked "She wants to take over the elemental isles and after she does that she believes that she will be able to rule over all of Japan and the surrounding islands" Umiko replied "Yuzuki?" Lord Hiroshi called out. I looked over to him "It's ok Lord Hiroshi" I called out I looked to Umiko "We need to speak with the leader of the village before you or I do anything else, ok?" I said she gave a nod. "Alright, let's go and don't do anything to irritate the villagers" I said "Ok" Umiko said then picked up her dagger up placing her away I walked over to Lord Hiroshi, Umiko caught up and walked right behind me "Who is this?" Lord Hiroshi asked. "Lord Hiroshi, this is Umiko, my teacher Tsuyoshi placed me in charge of her without my knowledge, I apologize for this but I will make sure she stays in my charge and sight" I said with a slight bow of my head "How did this Tsuyoshi get you here without our knowledge?" Lord Hiroshi asked as I lifted my head and looked at Umiko. "Fog in the early morning, it was a few mornings ago, he was able to take the sutras off like Yuzuki and once I was in the hut he sealed it back up" Umiko replied "Lord Hiroshi I must speak with Lord Kazuki, Umiko has given me information that your father must know immediately" I said.

"Very well and what of…" Lord Hiroshi says as his eyes gaze to Umiko "As I said Lord Hiroshi she'll be in my care if she does anything that your people find unsettling please let me know so I can deal with her" I said cutting him off. "I promise not to be any trouble or try as hard as I can not to inconvenience anyone" Umiko said Lord Hiroshi was still unsettled by Umiko but walked off towards the village, I looked at Umiko and gave a slight smile. "Come on, stay close and quite unless spoken to" I said, Umiko gave a nod, I looked to Lord Hiroshi and quickly followed him with Umiko following closely behind me, the villagers either gave glares or cowered away in fear, Umiko suddenly clung to my arm. "What are you doing?" I asked "I've never been looked at in these ways, it scares me" Umiko replied I looked at her in awe then smiled slightly "It's ok your with me now and I won't let anyone hurt you" I said then looked ahead. "Thank you Lady Yuzuki" Umiko said we soon arrived at the Ishikawa house "I'll go and get father for you, my mother is still not sure of you and with, Umiko here I doubt it will make things better" Lord Hiroshi said "That's ok, we will wait here" I said.

Thanks for every ones support I shall try to upload every weekend also I am writing a couple stories that will base Hakkaku and Ginta getting mates so don't stress out if they don't get picked for being Yuzuki's mate.

I do have a lot more stories of Ginta getting a mate way more then Hakkaku so if anyone has any ideas of who Hakkaku should get as a mate or even who Ginta should get as a mate please feel free to PM (Private Message) or leave a comment below and I will dedicate the story in your honour!
