Okay, um, a few things.

Okay I know its been a hot minute. When I started this flaming hot garbage, I was a freshman lololol

Now I am a crusty-ass senior who's mainly on archive (sorry ffn youll always be the og :( ) So follow me there (GroceryBag)

While now I may getting ready for college and getting ready to graduate I always thought about coming back to it tbh.

So you may be asking, why now? What really made you come back?

Well I saw a review for this by Noxvae in my inbox and I choked irl. I forgot this existed, so I went back to read what I wrote, and omg it was bad. But, I remembered how much fun I had writing it so I thought I'd do 14-year old me a service and finish it. I have fans to please-

Don't thank me y'all. Thank Noxvae lolol.

Also, a few points-

1. It has been 2 years since I've seen Supernatural, and I didn't even finish it so if anything is not correct with the shows canon don't come for me please,,,,

2. You may or not have noticed, but I went back and COMPLETELY fixed this story. Y'all,,, it was a mess. Believe me, it was mess. Garbage. The first chapter got a complete revamp, while the second and third stayed pretty much the same with minor fixes. I would go back and reread the three chapters if I were you. I preserved the originals though because they are historical documents. Like, the declaration of independence could never.

3. As I was fixing this I totally realized that Supernatural and HP don't even take place at the same time? Literally what? So like ignore that

4. Okay, I imagine myself as a freshman picking the 3rd book to take place in because it's the most normal of the school years? I mean, they're all pretty wack, but this one was the least wack? Voldemort didn't really make that much of an appearance in that one so it was good? But like? For this to work, can y'all just pretend that,,,, Sirius Black never escaped and there were no dementors? k thanks

5. I don't know how much this'll update from now on. I'm finishing high school and that has me pretty busy. Looking at my track record, it's not that reliable, but it'll be pretty random for sure so keep on the look out.

Without further ado, feast your eyes on the long-awaite 4

The Gryffindor common room erupted in shrieks as the fearful chatter spread among the kids like a virus.

"A witch?! We're all witches-"

"I heard it's another type of witch-"

"A soulless witch."

"It's not one of us, is it-"

"It can't be-"

"Everyone calm down!" Dean's voice bellowed through the tower, rendering them silent. He turned to Sam, speaking rapidly in a hushed voice. "This is a satanic witch for sure."

"Definitely." Sam agreed. "What does it want?"

"No clue. We have to see if we can get that girl's record."

"We have to clear this place." Dean said turning to McGonagall. "Get the students out. Do you think we could get a record on the deceased?"

McGonalgall's face was extremely pale as she nodded. She turned to the formed student body. "All of you, go to the Great Hall! Go! Now!" She said sternly, noticing some students trying to linger. "I already sent Flitwick to inform Dumbledore."

"Thank you." Sam said, taking a brief look over the scene. "Tell the painting at the door to not let anybody in, except teachers."

"Of course." She pursed her lips and nodded. "What happened?"

"We don't know yet." Replied Sam. "All I can tell you is that a witch did it. A very evil witch. Not like you."

She nodded. "Thank you very much. Dumbledore should be arriving very shortly. I will leave you with your work."

"Thank you professor." Sam said nobly as McGonagall stepped out.

As soon as she was out the door, Dean made a discovery.

"Sam! Sam! She's still alive!" Dean said frantically.

"What?!" He cursed, rushing over.

"Listen here. Her heart is still beating!" He said leaning over the poor second year.

When Sam checked to verify, he heard a faint thump.

"Go get the Professor-lady." Dean said, rushed.

"On it-" Replied Sam, as he rushed off in a sprint to catch her.

In no time, the two of them were back to join Dean, hunched over her.

"If she is alive, she must be taken to the hospital wing at once!"

As if on cue, Madame Pomfrey entered with Dumbledore, a horrified look on her face.

"Madame Pomfrey take her to the hospital wing at once! The student is alive!" Cried Mrs. McGonagall.

"My word- I'm on it." She muttered something neither of the brother's understood. Suddenly, the girl started to float in the force, the magic going to work.

She was out just as quick as she was in, the floating student right behind her.

The Headmaster turned to the two of them.

"I trust my instincts that you two knew what caused this?"

"Yes. A witch, capable of many things. Nothing any of your regular students could do." Dean answered.

"Interesting. I can trust you two to deal with this? You know I and the other staff are here if you need any sort of help. The Defense of the Dark Arts teacher may be of us to you if you ever wish to contact him."

"I think we have it. I believe we can handle it. We would just need some time. Can you have her teachers send us a list of who she was friends with and anyone she interacted with recently?" Sam asked.

Dumbledore nodded. "Of course."

"Thank you."

Dumbledore swiftly nodded to McGonagall, leading her out and leaving the brothers to her work.

Once left alone, once more, Dean examined the scene, more thoroughly. He could see where the water spilled on the floor. When he reached to touch it, it was cold to the touch.

"This shit is freezing!" Dean exclaimed.

"Well, if it froze her, I would imagine, yeah." Sam rolled his eyes.

"You're the worst, you know that?" He replied, getting up.

"Just doing my job." He joked. "Anyway, I don't know how much we can get out of this until that McGonagall lady gives us this girl's information. She seemed too… sweet to have bad blood with anyone."

"You'd think that, but who knows anymore?" Dean replied. "When I was in middle school, I got in a fight with the class president because he started dating my crush."

Sam chuckled at the memory. "Yeah, I know. I'm gonna go ahead and assume classes are canceled for the rest of the day."

"Probably. Only thing we can do now is wait."

And they waited. And waited. And waited.

Hermione had her arms wrapped comfortingly around Ginny as sobs racked her body.

"Ginny, it's not your fault. You know that-"

"I could've saved her! She was my friend and she just-"

"Stop that Ginny! You know that's not true-"

"Oh, but it is! It is-"

Ron had long-given up on trying to care for his grieving little sister (his mum told him he was never good at being emotionally vulnerable anyway) and was more interested in theorizing with Harry.

"Professor Dean said it was a killer witch- Whatever that means." Ron said, fascinated.

"Ron, we're all witches. We can't know based on that." He replied, also curious. "I bet the professors know. They're really amazing."

"For sure. I wonder how they learned all this? It's not something taught in schoo-"

Just than Seamus and Dean sat next to them, quivering with the news they just received.

"That second-year Gryffindor girl is alive!" Seamus said.

"Yeah, yeah! We heard from a Hufflepuff that her body is completely frozen! Her blood, her brain, her spine….Everything except her lungs and her heart!" Dean added.

Ginny popped up at the news. "Really?!" She turned to Hermione, giving her a great hug. "Did you hear that?! She's alive!"

"Yes, I heard. Oh, I'm so relieved." She sighed.

"Hermione, you're smart. What type of magic could do something like this?" Ron asked.

"Nothing I can think of. Besides were you even listening to the professors? They said satanic magic. Nothing any of us could do."

"But I mean, there's gotta be-"

"Ginny Weasley?" A sharp voice asked. It was Professor McGonagall. "Please come with me."

A small yelp was heard as Ginny got up and followed her, nervousness ringing in her footsteps.

"What could they want with her?" Asked Harry.

"They probably just want her to recount the incident, that's all." Hermione answered, silencing everyone's fears.

When the owl came swooping through their doors with a long scroll, Sam knew this was the one. After reading it very carefully, he narrowed down to some people of interest, according to the comments from various teachers. The girls name was Holly Sullivan, a 2nd year who, according to a classmates, was quite nice and had no known enemies.

Vicky Harswell: 2nd Year, had boy drama with the victim in the previous year.

Gabriel Sweeney: 3rd year boy who she rejected.

Abby Nixon: Slytherin, seen talking to her the day of the incident.

Draco Malfoy: 3rd year Slytherin seen harassing her on the day of the incident.

Ginny Weasley: Victim's best friend, last to see her before the incident. Reported it.

Sam handed the summarized list to Dean. "This is who I got."

Dean nodded. "Looks pretty good. Let's call em' in and see what they have to say."

So, after meeting with the first three on the list, they were each concluded busts- Vicky came in bawling her eyes out and announced herself as a lesbian, Gabriel's rejection led to his current relationship with a Ravenclaw girl, and Abby Nixon was just asking to look at her Transfiguration notes, with proof.

When Malfoy came walking through the classroom door, Dean groaned in his head. This asshole.

Sam, however wasted no time, and was quite unfazed.

"Tell me Draco, how did you know Ms. Holly Sullivan?"

"Brat stepped on my foot. I told her to apologize."

"Have you ever spoken to her before that?" Dean asked.

"No. I don't waste my time with Mudbloods-"

Dean looked at Sam, confused, with Sam just looking down as if to say I'll explain later.

"I think we've heard enough." Sam said. "You can leave."

And, with no goodbyes, Malfoy just up and left.

"Man, that kid is an asshole." Dean said. "He leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Circle him."

Sam nodded. "Yeah, I got that." He said, as he underlined his name on the list.

Soon after, the very shy red-haired girl from the scene walked in.

"Hello, uh," Sam looked at the list, "Ginny?"

She very nervously waved as she sat down.

"There's no need to be nervous. Just tell us what happened." Sam assured.

"W-w-well, we w-were studying for potions because we h-h-had an exam today, when s-she took a sip of her water and just fell down."

"Was that the first sip?" Sam asked.

"I-I-I don't remember." She answered, disappointed.

"Hey, its okay. Do you know if there was any tension with her and anyone?" Sam asked gently.

"D-draco Malfoy. He's been bullying her for months. But he bullies everybody, so, I-"

"What you've told us is great. Thank you so much."

She squeaked as she left the room.

Dean sighed. "I don't know. Other people did say that that assholish kid had beef with everybody. Why her?"

"I don't know, but right now, it's the best thing we got, so we have to run with it." Sam replied. "Can we go to bed, I'm tired."

"Yeah, me too." Dean agreed, yawning dramatically. "Let's fucking end this shitty day."

Harry couldn't sleep that night, and he was sure no one else could too. When he went down ready to go to class, he found he wasn't the only one. Hushed whispers ran all about the common room as people kept theorizing what could have happened to the girl.

Harry was not surprised to find Ron and Hermione having an intellectual conversation about the incident, which was very odd for only one of the two.

Hermione turned to Harry. "Oh, good your up. Ron and I aren't really hungry, so we were just going to go to class early..."

"I'll join you. I'm not in an eating mood." Harry agreed.

The halls were tense as everyone shot their own theories and ideas around. When they got to the classroom, they were not surprised to find most of the class already there, the atmosphere being the thickest thing he's ever felt.

Sam and Dean weren't as lively as they were the previous day, Dean pacing the room, and Sam studying something at his deck. As the last few students trickled in, Sam stood up, ready to begin.

"Good morning everyone. I know yesterday was hard for everyone, but we just need to pick up where we left off. We'll handle everything regarding the situation. Where were we?" Sam asked.

"Simple exorcisms." Dean answered swiftly.

"Oh, right. Anyway, who would like to-"

"How do we defend ourselves?"

"Hm?" Dean said, looking for the source of the outburst.

"If the witch...Comes for us….How do we protect ourselves?"

The class leaned in with fear and anticipation.

Dean looked at Sam. Sam nodded, figuring it was only right.

"Well, there's no easy way to answer than to tell you the truth. There's not much you can do." Dean replied. "Their magic...Is a lot stronger than yours. A lot stronger than McGonagall's, Flitwick's, or maybe even Dumbledore." A gasp passed through the room. "That's because their magic comes from a very different place than yours...You guys have natural talent. They either sold their soul for it, or draw it from a wicked place in hell. They're not easy to spot. Most of the time, you gotta catch em' in the act to know for sure. They look just like you or me. Witchcraft doesn't discriminate- it could be literally anyone. All I can tell you right now is, don't make enemies. Be nice to everyone."

Lavender nodded, soaking it all in.

"Please tell us everything you know about witches." Dean Thomas said passionately.

"You know, I don't think we got time for that." Sam said, glancing at the clock. "Just be careful...That's all I can really say."

"Hey, why does everyone look so gloomy?" Dean said jokingly. "Here, I'll tell one of those story's y'all really like."

Ron snickered. "I didn't know Americans actually said 'y'all-'"

"Riddle me this Ronnie Boy, what do you do when there's a ghost serial-killing in prison?" Dean asked, challenge in his voice.

Ron was caught off-guard. "Uh, well-"

"I'll tell you what we did. We got our asses thrown into prison-"

"Not our proudest moment-" Sam commented

"To catch that son of a bitch! So there I was-"

Dean droned on, keeping the class thrilled, so their minds would wonder from the travesty of yesterday, at least just for a little bit.
