" SAM WHAT'S GOING WHAT IS HAPPENING" Nikolas said as he started to panic which brought his uncles and his aunts outside. He looked up at them as the fear set in " Nikolas what happen to Sam" Stefan asked looking between him and his sisters.
" I...I...I... I don't know i... got go i have to get out of here" Nikolas stayed turning to leave. But Stefan stopped him you know where she is don't you Nikolas he said as Valentin looked on confused. Nikolas looked at his uncle as the tears start to form in the young man's eyes " something is wrong i can feel something is wrong" the young man stammered out.
" SHE NEEDS ME , SHE NEEDS US TO GET OUR HEADS OUT OUR OWN ASSES BECAUSE IT ISN'T OUR LIFE TO LIVE IT'S HER. As he began to walk away what he didn't know was they were following him out he pulled out his phone " Yes this is Prince Nikolas Cassadine i would like you to ready the helicopter now" he said hanging up.
" Nikolas Mikail Stavrosovich Cassadine you stop this instant" Alexis said
' There isn't anytime i have to go " he said
" Then i am coming with you that is my daughter" she said
He stopped and turned around are you willing to get out your way to just let her be happy because she doesn't need you coming there and trying to control everything Nikolas says. That's when Stefan got a call from Costos " Are you sure no got there and wait for me we are on our way' he says.
" That was Costos he got a lead on Sam her and Oliver are in Maine but you already knew that didn't you" Stefan said looking at his nephew.
" I HAVE TO GO NOW" Nikolas said as his phone rang , " hello K.K what's going what happen with my cousin'he said. Well is she okay well i am on my way Nikolas said getting on the launch never looking back. " Look we are going with you we love her just as much as you do Nikolas"Kristina said.
" All the three of you do is think of what you want you never asked Sam what she wanted and i get it we're young and we aren't entitled to our wants and desires because its not what you want for us. But you know what we still have them and i will not let you or anyone hurt her anymore he said.
As they all boarded the plane it was just as quiet as the ride on the launch and the car ride to the airstrip in which she called Sonny to pick up Kristina. And Tina was driving up with Jax because she was 8 months pregnant and she couldn't fly.
" Stefan how did Costos find them exactly" Alexis asked
Who sighs " He said their names popped on a marriage license in the state of Maine" he answered while his eyes was on Nikolas.
" They got married" Alexis said in shock
' I don't know if they are married or not Alexis i couldn't tell you what we do know is they have a marriage license' Stefan replies.
Why didn't we know in advance they got a marriage license when was it put in she asked. Stefan's eyes was still on Nikolas the entire time " It was put on Samantha's birthday and that was Monday" he says.

" Today i feel good yesterday i was miserable everything hurt, maybe it was all that dancing the other day Sam said laughing. I am taking care of them very i well i promise , Oliver is outside finishing what ever he is working on he should be inside in a little while. Its almost dessert time anyway you do know i can take care of myself Nikolas i am pregnant not disable she says.
" Oww OHHH FUCKKKKK SHHITTT " Sam yelled as she dropped the phone holding her stomach kneeling to the floor. Just as Olly and K.K were coming inside they heard her scream from upstairs they looked at each other " SAMMY" Oliver shouted bolting up the stairs.
SAM, SAM, SAM he said running and sliding across the floor " baby tell me what's wrong" he said.
" It hurt's Olly, It hurts " she said
Okay baby its going to be okay he said picking her up as K.K called the ambulance , Olly picked her up. And brought her downstairs as she screamed in pain tears filled the young mans eyes because there was nothing he could do to help. " Breathe shorty breathe " he said breathing with her as K.k was on the phone calling their families.
When the helicopter came as they boarded to fly to the hospital all Oliver could do was worry. As they took off to the hospital he held her hand " Okay she is in active labor " the Emt said as she screamed in pain again squeezing Olly's hand again.
" Olly i'm scared " Sam said through her tears
He wiped the tears from her eyes " its going to be okay mi reina i promise" Olly said as the tears started to form in his eyes. " Mrs. Tavares your five centimeters dilated he said as he checked the heart beats of the babies. We only hear one strong hearbeat we need to get to the hospital soon. As both Sam and Oliver looked on in fear in that moment K.K's stomach dropped.

When the plane landed on the roof of the hospital they rushed Sam inside leaving Oliver to fill out paper work. In which he gave to K.k because he knew everything " look i want to be with my wife okay" Oliver said. K.K grabbed him " Loco cálmate primo Sammy necesita que estés tranquilo.
Just as he was about to snap because no one was telling him anything someone grabbed him from behind. He turned around ready for a fight " Mijo calmate oyete" his father said cupping his face " okay good" Manolo said.
When the Doctor came out " Mr. Tavares your wife are fine the twins are remarkable their heart was beating together at the sametime. You can go inside Oliver rushed inside " hey mi reina he said rushing to her side.
" Their okay but its not time "she said
He smiled i know " she told me Mami is talking to her now"Oliver said as he kissed her
' Olly you have to call Nikolas he must be worried i dropped my phone ' Sam says i left my mines at the house we left in a hurry i forgot it Oliver said. But i will have K.K call him later my concern is with you and our children he said when she clenched his hand hard. Causing him to close his eyes shut as she gripped his hand before he opened them.
"I'm right here baby just hold on to me alright" Oliver says
Hey mi ninos its papi take it easy on mami okay he said talking to her stomach Esmerelda smiled as she watched them. They landed in a small airstrip outside of East Waterboro Maine do we know where they are because this is where they got their marriage license Stefan said.
As they drove around for countless hours when Nikolas was finally able to get in contact with K.K. They are at the hospital Sam is in labor but that is all he knows right now they have been in labor and delivery.

After some time they got to the hospital Alexis rushed in i am here to see Samantha Davis she is in labor and delivery.
The nurse checked the computer i'm sorry ma'am we don't have a Samantha Davis here she answered. Well she would have been brought in around 9:30 long dark hair she would be with a hispanic male around 21 years old Alexis says. When she saw Jax and Kristina come in with Florio behind them " are they here" he asked.
Jax rolled his eyes " You knew they where here the whole time didn't you" he said facing Florio.
Who was on the phone and he was ignoring Jax's comment " Esme donde esta todo el mundo" he said okay we are right here. Esmerelda is coming she said they are wait for news on the Sam and Oliver Florio said.
" Did you hear" Jax said again posturing himself causing Florio to roll his eyes when Elena came out the elevator. She ran and hugged her uncle " Oh my god Tio it was so awesome "she said. " What did she have" he asked getting on the elevator they let me be there and i have it figured out i want to be a pediatrician Elena said.
"Is Sam okay " Nikolas
" My girl was a fucking rockstar she actually pushed them out " she answered
" What did she have" they all said at the same time
' Oh yeah she had two boys she was fine when i left" Elena says
As they got off the elevator she lead to where everyone else was Jax turned to Alexis " they had to know how did they get here so fast" he said
" Question how long have you guys known they were here" Jax asked
" We didn't K.K called we got on the plane and came right here it only took us an hour to get here from New Jersey" Manolo says. That is when Esmerelda came out " They named the boys Jackson Manuel and Justin Davis Tavares she said.
"Congratulations grandma your girl did good it was touch and go they are closing her up now Junior is with her. That's when they heard the machines going off which caused everyone to turn around. Suddenly they saw the doctors pushing Oliver out when Santiago grabbed " WHAT'S HAPPENING TO HER I WANT TO KNOW YOU CAN'T JUST SHOVE ME OUT" he shouted.
"Junior parada por favor mi amor" Esmerelda said putting her hand on his face Junior your sons need you. " Mami they are not telling me what's going on" Oliver said " she can't just do that she has to tell me what's happening he says.
Okay Mr. Tavares listen your wife started to hemorrhage and that is why we needed to get you out of the room so we can tend to her alright Dr. Arnold says. How she was just fine just a few minutes ago Oliver asked, Jax noticed Alexis face when the doctor said wife.
" She isn't his wife Doctor she is his girlfriend" Jax says
Oliver ignored Jax " so what happens now I don't want her to be alone" he says. Dr. Alston is working on stopping the bleeding and is will be fine she is young and she wil bounce back she says.
But for now I will come and let you know okay she says patting him on the shoulder. She was already warned by Sam and his mother that he was very protective of her so she was going to make sure she did everything she could as she walked away.
"Calmate Junior" his mother said rubbing his back go and see your sons she said making him smile. That's when Alexis asked what she mean wife because she just turned 18 that isn't possible to be married that soon she says.
As Stefan noticed all the kids were trying not to pay her any mind " you two did get married didn't you" he asked. Oliver ran his hands over his head and face still not even looking Alexis direction. When Kristina saw the wedding band on his finger she gently put her hand on Alexis's shoulder.
Oliver was tired of running and hiding how he felt he wanted to be sharing this time with his family " Yes we did get married Ms. Davis and you and everyone else could have been but your to self absorbed to see that you were hurting her he said.
" You little manipulative son of a bitch how do you get married with no regard for her family or what she would want" Jax said moving toward him when his arm was grabbed and bent. Now Mr. Jacks you will never disrespect me again and lunged toward my child again and i will break your arms. And I will really show you what this bitch can do cabron Esmerelda said calmly before letting him go.
"You took advantage of a teenage girl so she could just do what you want" Jax spat angrily. Making Oliver laugh and shook his head " do you hear yourself man do you evenn know Sam she hates when people try to tell her want to do how to feel" Oliver said. And i would never take advantage of her because unlike you i actually respects what she has to say he continued.
Nikolas looked straight at Alexis and said to her in Greek " he Isn't helping he will ruin any progress you make with Sam and this is why I didn't want you to come. I said it once and in won't repeat it I want let anyone hurt my cousin and with that he walked away with Karina to go see the babies.
That's when Alexis stepped forward" Jasper stop please this isn't helping me okay just stop" she said. Alexis they are playing you they probably knew this whole time where they were and was holding out on you he said.
