Being that Ino could be a bit analytic at times, she noticed Naruto's hand conjoined with Anko's right away. This threw her off quite a bit, seeing as one of the last things she expected to see today was seeing that Anko Mitarashi and Naruto Uzumaki were romantically involved.

Anko inwardly, almost externally, sneered. Jealousy was not something that usually disturbed Anko. However, when it came to amorous possession, it had no trouble agitating Anko easily within every fiber of her being.

"Oh, er, hey Ino..." Naruto made a wise decision not to add '-chan' to her name, "What's up?"

"Nothing... Just on my way to-" she saw Naruto looking down at something just below her chin with wide eyes. Before she could say something, Naruto already has her high in the air in a tight hug.

"Your hitai-ate!" He said happily before putting her down, "You took it back!"

Ino blushed and looked away with a small smile, "O-Oh, yeah..."

"So does that mean you're still gonna be a kunoichi?!"

"Y-Yeah, I talked to Tsunade-sama this morning, and... Er... Naruto?" Naruto noticed Ino's eyes shift to something behind him. Or rather someone.

The only thing Naruto could hear was the sound of a twirling kunai spinning through the air.

And for some reason, Naruto knew that wasn't a good sign.

He slowly looked back, only to see the face of a very scary looking Mitarashi. And right then and there, is when Naruto realized what he did wrong.

"Um... Anko-chan, I, uh..."

"Naruto, honey, may I have a word with you for a minute?" She asked sweetly. Naruto knows that she was masking whatever emotions that were hidden underneath that creepy smile and tone.

"Uh, sure..." He answered, knowing that Anko can quite possibly outrun him.

"And hey," Anko looked at Ino, "you can come along, as well, now that you're here."

Ino couldn't help but feel small under Anko's gaze, "O-Okay..."

"Excellent." Anko smiled brightly before hopping atop of a secluded building's rooftop, away from the public. Naruto and Ino sent each other a worried glance before wisely choosing to follow after her.

"Okay." Anko began, "I've never been the type to beat around the bush here, so I'll just come out and say it." She dropped her fake smile and looked at Ino, "I know that you and Naruto here had quite good time together the other night."

Naruto mentally face-palmed.

Ino turned a bright shade of red. She was not ready to hear Anko say that.

"And I don't know if you've been smart enough to realize this yet, but Naruto is mine. We're official."

Ino was well aware of Anko's unique sanity level, and knew that she'd better get herself out of a deadly situation fast, "Uh, A-Anko-sensei, listen... I was not aware that you and Naruto were dating until just now, and if I had known that, I-I swear that I-"

"Ssshhhhh..." Anko hushed her rapid babbling, "Hey, hey, easy. I don't have any beef with you right now. Naruto and I weren't even dating when you two had sex."

Ino breathed a sigh of relief.

"I just wanted to issue a warning. To the both of you." Naruto received a sharp glance from Anko, "And since I do not like repeating myself, I suggest you both listen up because I will only say this once."

Ino and Naruto gulped.

"Naruto, you're now my boyfriend. And Ino, you are now aware of this. I know that you both are just friends and what happened between you two was a one time thing, Naruto told me everything. And I'm willing to let that linger in the past. However. If I catch any type of suspicious acts between the two of you again..." Anko chuckles lowly, "Naruto, you know what will happen. And Ino, I work with your father in the T&I Department. I'm sure you know that I am practically a queen when it comes to torture. So I suggest you cherish that knowledge and I'll leave it at that." She stopped twirling her kunai, "Got me?"

"Yes, ma'am..." "Hai, Anko-sensei..." The blondes replied nervously.

"Good!" She suddenly beamed brightly, "I'm not saying that you both cannot be friends. I would just prefer not to see anything too friendly between the both of you. Because, quite frankly, the thought of you screwing my boyfriend or even kissing him makes me want to do something with this kunai that will make you bleed from your uterus, and it'll have nothing to do with your menstrual cycle."

Ino's face could only twist with horror.

"And speaking of menstrual cycles, for both your sake and Naruto's sake, I would hope that you'll be getting your monthly visit from mother nature within the next couple of weeks. Otherwise, there will be a huge issue between the three of us."

Ino slowly nodded and prayed that the birth control jutsu was definitely one hundred percent fail-proof.

Anko then sighed and smiled at the both of them, "There. I've issued my warnings. And as long as you respect my wishes, we should all get along just fine!"

Ino and Naruto both gave a forced chuckle.

The three then descended back down onto Konoha's streets, "Now, what were the two of you talking about?" Anko asked.

"Uh, I don't remember..." Naruto mumbled.

"M-Me neither..." Ino said.

"Aw, well I'm sorry for interrupting your conversation." Anko apologized sweetly.

Naruto knew by now, that Anko is only sweet when she's up to something, "It's fine... It probably wasn't that important anyway..."

"Yeah..." Ino looked at the position of the sun, "Oh, well look at that, I'm late for this thing I have to go to!" She put on a fake surprised tone.

"Oh, really? I was hoping you could tag along and maybe chat with us for a few." Anko invited generously.

Ino tried to be as polite as possible, "N-No, no thanks... I really have to go, it's kinda important..."

Anko shrugged, "Okay. Nice chatting with you, Ino-chan."

"Ah, same here, Anko-sensei... I'll see you guys later..."

With that, Ino speed walked to her destination.

Once Ino was a dozen or so meters away, Anko turned toward Naruto, "She's hot."

Naruto displayed how caught off guard he was by Anko's statement, "Wh-What?"

"I said she's hot." Anko repeated, "Very attractive. Many of the Yamanaka are known for their good looks. I can see why you chose to screw her."

"Anko..." Naruto mumbled, "I didn't choose to do what I did with her because of her looks. It just-"

"It just happened." Anko finished for him, "Right. But you agree that she's a hottie, right?"

Naruto knew there was a wrong and right way to answer that question, "Er, she's... pretty, I guess."

Anko looked at him, "Is she hotter than me?"

The Uzumaki may have been oblivious at times, but he was by no means an idiot, "No."

"It's okay, you can be honest with me." Anko told him calmly, "You've seen both of us naked. And I know I've hit the years where my appearance may start to go downhill soon. So tell me, do you think-"

Naruto's lips interrupted her speech, something Anko hasn't gotten used to yet, "Anko, you have no reason to be insecure."

Anko gives a small chuckle, "I'm not being insecure, I just asked you a question."

"Sure..." Naruto teased.

"Whatever." Anko dismissed, "And don't interrupt me like that again. I hate when you do that."

Naruto grinned, "So I'll make a note to start doing it more often."

"Not if you want to keep both of your balls instead of just one, you wont."

"Okay," Tsunade hummed, "From your earlier reports, you had two broken ribs, a broken arm, and both shoulders dislocated. Not to mention the amount of cuts, gashes, bruises, and internal bleeding. But from my diagnosis, you're already good as new." She put down her clipboard, "There's no doubt that you're the container if the Two-Tails."

"Yeah, I guess." Yugito mumbled.

"I see no reason to keep you in here any longer, then." Said Tsunade. "You're free to go. Just remember, you'll be on watch."

"I know, you guys made that very clear." Yugito sighed, getting off the hospital bed, "When is A-sama getting here?"

"The Raikage will be here in two days. I just managed to get in contact with him prior to coming here."

"Two days?!" Yugito exclaimed, "Why is it gonna take him two days to get here?!"

"Kumo isn't exactly close to Konoha, Yugito-san." Tsunade answered, bypassing her outburst. "It usually takes a few days to get here."

"Yeah, but you know how fast he is! He should be able to get here in hours!"

"He probably knows you're not in any danger." Tsunade told her, "He knows we don't have any intent to harm you or exploit you for information. Besides, Kage's can't just leave their village on a whim. The word has to pass through the council, and there's quite a bit of paperwork involved, as well."

Yugito's expression turned to a dead one, "Just to leave their village?"

"You'd be surprised at the responsibilities a Kage must go through everyday." Tsunade said knowingly.

Yugito sighed and crossed her arms, "...Great. What am I going to do here for two days anyway."

"Konoha is a big place." She answered, "There's plenty to do here. I have a temporary apartment for you to stay in for the time being. So just kick back and relax for a while. Maybe you'll run into Naruto, who contains the Kyuubi. At least you both have something in common."

Yugito grabbed her clothes and headed toward the bathroom to change, "I don't really plan to make any new friends here."

"...You wanna run that by me again?"

Anko smirked, "You heard me, Kaka-kun. I said Naruto and I are dating now." She said, linking her arm in with his. Kakashi's lone eye moves toward Naruto, who can only blush and grin like a fool.

"Ehehe... Yeah, it's true, Kakashi-sensei." Anko gave him a peck on the lips to further prove their announcement.

Kakashi sweat-dropped a bit, but he was never known to shift out of his cool and aloof persona, "Well, I gotta say that certainly is an unexpected announcement."

Anko frowned a bit, "You don't look very surprised."

"I'm hardly ever surprised by anything, Anko. You know that." Kakashi said, smiling with his one exposed eye.

Just as Anko pouted and crossed her arms, Naruto leaned over to her to mumble something in her ear, "You owe me 500 ryu."

"Bah!" Anko grumbled, then grinned, "He's just hiding his emotions. I know you're jealous on the inside, Kaka-kun." She accused, placing her hands on her hips.

"Not really." Kakashi said, "I actually feel kinda bad for you, Naruto."

A vein popped out of Anko's forehead, "Screw you! I know you secretly liked me."

"I hate to burst your bubble, Anko, but I don't think we would have had the slightest bit of compatibility. At all. To me, you're too..."

"I'm too what?! Sexy? Charming? Alluring? Too much woman for you to handle?!"

"Insane." He said simply. He then smiled, "You're a good friend, though."

"Whatever." Anko dismissed him by flipping him the bird, "You, your hand, and that porn you always read must have an awesome life together."

"We do." Kakashi replied, "But I believe Naruto came here to train and work on his jutsu, not to hear you try to insult me. So, Naruto, lets not waste any more of your time." He said, motioning for Naruto to walk with him into the middle of the training grounds.

Anko grumbled and sat on a log, while Naruto and Kakashi walked away, "What's her problem?" Naruto whispered to Kakashi.

Kakashi chuckled a bit, "She used to have a crush on me when we were younger, but I wasn't really interested. And I guess she got a little upset by attempting to see if I was going to get jealous by showing me that you two are dating."

Naruto rose an eyebrow, "Why would she wanna get you jealous?"

"Because she might want revenge for all those times I turned her down. That, and women love to make us men jealous, even if they no longer have any interest in them at all."

Naruto couldn't see the logic behind that, "...Why?"

"Because that's just the way women are." Kakashi tells him, "They get a kick out of attention and jealousy. Women are strange creatures, Naruto. All we know is that they're mysterious and crazy. And in Anko's case, I would apply that to her tenfold."

Kakashi suddenly ducked his head down, as a couple of his silver strands of hair were shaven off via an incoming kunai targeted for his head.

"I can still hear you, Kaka-cocksucker!"

Kakashi lifted his head and chuckled, "See what I mean?"

"Point taken..." Naruto mumbled with a sweatdrop. "Kami, what did I get myself into...?"

"You're not gonna get into anything, especially my bedroom, if you don't quit your bitchin'!"

"Heh." Kakashi chuckled, "I think we should just shut it for now and get on with the training."

"I agree." Naruto said, wisely keeping the comment about Anko's current phase of her menstrual cycle to himself.

"Now, Ino-chan, are you sure you wanna do this?"

"Yes."

"I mean, you're still a great kunoichi. I was just like you when I was your-"

"Dad."

"Yes, Hime?"

"I'm positive."

Inoichi frowned just a bit, "Okay. Well, I guess we'll get started on showing you how things work around here tomorrow. Things are kinda booked up right now, so I don't think we'd have time to do it today."

"That's fine, Daddy." Ino said with a nod. Inoichi smiled before giving his daughter a peck on the forehead.

He was about to go back to work, until, "...Dad?"

He turned around, "Yes, Ino-chan?"

She looked away, "I'm sorry if I'm disappointing you."

His face looked puzzled, "Disappointing me? How?"

"Because, I'm choosing to stay here in T&I, instead of continuing as a regular kunoichi that goes out on missions, and I... I'm just scared, daddy..."

Inoichi pulled her in for a tight hug, as Ino tried not to cry into his chest, "Oh, honey, you're not disappointing me. I'll love you no matter what. I know that you must be going through a lot considering what happened over the past couple of days... But you're not disappointing me with this decision. As long as you continue pursing your career as a kunoichi, I'm happy."

Ino didn't speak for a few moments, "...What if... What if I wanted to quit my kunoichi duties?"

Inoichi didn't have an immediate answer as he pulled back a bit to look her in the eyes. He could tell by the look on her face that she had thought about it.

"Well... I can't say I'd be happy, in all honesty, Ino-chan..." He said, knowing he'd be contradicting himself if he said otherwise, "I mean, you have a lot of potential. So much, in fact, that I believe you can even surpass me. And the main branches of the Yamanaka have been shinobi and kunoichi since the Yamanaka clan has been formed. Also not to mention how I feel about the Ino-Shika-Cho trio that has been going on for generations... But," he sighed, "I would have to respect your decision. I wouldn't be able to change it, even as your father. I wouldn't be happy, but I wouldn't be disappointed in you. My love for you and the amount of pride I have in you wouldn't change the least bit."

Ino legitimately smiled for the first time in a few days, "I love you, Dad."

She hugged him, and he hugged her back, "I love you too, Ino-hime. You're... not actually thinking of quitting, right?" He asked, and Ino could detect the small amount of nervousness in his voice.

"...I did think about it." She confessed, "But... after some thinking, I decided not to. I figured that I can still be in the forces without going outside the village so much. Besides, with Asuma-sensei gone, Choji and I being Chuunin, and Shikamaru being a Jonin, I think Squad Ten will be disbanded soon, anyway."

"But not Ino-Shika-Cho, right?"

Ino chuckled, "But not Ino-Shika-Cho. Shikamaru and Choji are gonna be my friends and partners till the very end."

"I'm glad to hear that." Inoichi smiled, "Just know that you should do whatever you feel is best. I don't want you to think that you should make certain decisions just to please me."

"I understand, Daddy."

"Good. Now, if you're heading home, can you ask your mother when dinner will be ready? I'm starving."

Ino chuckled, heading towards the exit, "Alright."
