The music was blasting again as he backed out in a squeal of tires.
"Drive it like you stole it!" I call out in laughter as he hits the gas hard, slamming me back into the seat.
Eric's head snapped over as I tossed mine back, bottle of water half guzzled in a breath. There was a sharp look to his expression, ignoring his turn to go at the stop sign. The lady across the way went. A loud breath left me, bottle empty and tossing to the back seat.
"What was that?"
I grin lewdly toward him, head remaining on the seat back and angling lazily. "My plans for the night."
"Faelyn, what did you take?" He was demanding almost in a harsh snap, hand suddenly grasping my chin to watch the change in my pupils.
A dazed grin was given back. "Possibly a lethal dose of Molly."
Something was hissed out, sounded like a curse in Swedish. I giggled, eyes half lidded and taking a long, slow deep breath. I was basking in the feeling of the warm air filling my lungs. The very heightened sensations that were almost an overload. My eyes snap open in the same flash of motion I used to suddenly arch on the armrest and twist up the dial of the sound system. Three songs skip in rapid succession that was almost too quick for the system to actually read.
I'm already shifting in the seat to the music, heavy in hand movement. The bass vibrated the whole car. A new system would be needed if I kept this up, possibly. But it wasn't in mind. I feel Eric shooting looks at me as I half sing, half rap out the lyrics to the song. I was definitely getting into the song. Feeling the beat in my being.
I cackle laughter, arched over Eric's arm, hands grasping at it. He seemed edgy, but amused. The car that had ran the light, causing the almost collision, crept forward and clear. A sound left me, hands grasping letting fingers wonder over the cool flesh.
"Fae, you're high."
I giggle like a school girl, still letting my fingers wonder the flesh of the arm I still held. My eyes lift to look toward him.
"If you drank my blood right now, would you be too?"
His focus zeroed in upon me, nostrils flaring. The arm was hugged closer, tilted out more toward him with single minded focus on his eyes. The fingers teasing over his flesh didn't stop, but was forgotten.
"It doesn't-"
His words were cut short, head turning to the road as a horn sounded. I giggled again, having to let his arm go as he pulled it away to drive. But the song had changed and I was just noticing it. The excited sound was a very girlish thing, something Eric hadn't seen much of. Or the feminine action of hands over my mouth.
"Toadies! I love the Toadies~!"
My finger misses the first time. And the second. The horrified cry may have been very loud at the realization of the mess up. Eric had pity as he realized my shot perception. Deeply amused now, he pressed the back button twice. My hands clapped eagerly as I bounced in the seat.
The opening guitar was played, already nodding to it. And then I was giving lyrics. This was one I knew from heart.
"Make up your mind. Decide to walk with me."
My hands were playing air guitar, hair flying in a mass of head banging.
"This is my shit!" I cry happily with a look to Eric as I catch my breath at an instrumental. "I can promise you. You'll stay as beautiful; with dark hair, and soft skin, forever. Forever." I call it to the open window, hand thumping out the beat.
Eric didn't say a word more during the song. He allowed my enjoyment, easily letting me forget his presence. After the song ends he turns it down, having slowed and stopped without my notice. I perk instantly, door tossing open to drop out. The sound was sharp with the heels.
I shot a wide smirk, hand motioning him along. "Come on, Eric. Come have fun." I nod my head toward the thumping sound through the building. "I'm going to dance without a care in the world."
My hands open toward him, grasping at the air in invitation as I slowly backed from the car. His smirk was dark, around the car and towering over me in a blink. A breathless laugh lets out as I turn in a whirl, hands lifting to mess at my hair.
"Faelyn."
I half twist to look back, paused in lifting for the next step. "Huh?"
I had to blink a few times at him. Nothing sat still in my vision, shifting lightly about. He holds a hand out. My hand misses the first time it tries to catch it. He quirks a brow, laughter etched in his features.
SMACK! "Hah!" I laugh as I give him 'five'. The grin was seemingly plastered to my face, head tilted to look up at him from a side angle. "Wat'cha want?"
"Wallet."
The resulting fake glower was given. But my hands were already searching out the wallet and things aside from the phone. Chapstick fell into his hand first, fumbled and slipping through fumbling fingers. Both brows lift at the hand. I beam, wiggling fingers now.
His head lifts to look at me, a hint unamused. I look back at the palm, a hint lost on what got the look. "Oh!"
I was stumbling into him and grabbing at the small film that was twisted shut that had been about a cigarette box. Eric didn't stop me from taking it back. Clearly not pleased either way. My hand thumps his chest in a light back handed pat.
"Don't pout, Eric. Not like this shit can kill me now. And, I stole it all. Not a penny lost."
That said, I was rushing ahead in a clattering lope.
"EHY!" Male cheers went up as I neared the bar.
My hands went up with the cheer, calling it back before I knew what was happening.
"Ehy!"
"Party girl's back!"
"I'm back!" I cheer, sidling up quickly to join the males. My hip thumped the bar, glancing over the drink options.
"Gin and tonic," Eric's voice calls from over me.
I perk, distracted from the drinks I was eyeing to steal and the boys. It was the same group from the last club. They gained more and lost a few others. Distinctly-
"Lovely eyes~!" I gush, leaning on the table to eye him.
A hand grips the back of my shorts, pulling me a bit back and up some. I didn't argue it, following the motions naturally. Lovely Eyes shot an edged look back and up. A cool arm curls about me from behind, pushing something cooler into my hand. A happy sound left me, lifting it to my lips to drink.
The glass was half empty when it lowered, crunching a cube of ice.
"Who's this?" Lovely Eyes pushes with a firm glare and jerk of his chin.
I half twist, staggering into Eric with so little space. A hand rests on his front, head not bothering to look up from the shirt at eye level. Turning back, I beam at the guy over the table.
"I got a DD," I chirp, patting where my hand rested on Eric.
"Jesus that's a big guy," one of the new guys to the group hisses to another.
Eric leered down at the one to speak as I kept a hand on him, hips already lightly shifting to the pulsing music. His attention is drawn to me lofting the glass at him. "Hold on to this."
He didn't get much choice in the matter. I was letting it go and moving back all in one breath. Lovely Eyes shot looks after me weaving through people for the thick of dancing and at Eric. Eric didn't move after me, but watched closely. I was dancing before I found the place I wanted to be.
Lights flashed and blinded. Bodies pushed, touched and ground. The heat was excruciatingly amazing. And here was the peak of the roll. There was practically sex going on as I found a pleasing partner and claimed them easily from their previous companion. Basically I inserted my way in. Girl was tripping balls worse than I could have prayed for myself.
Hands played. Clothes did stay on and no actual violation was done. But our hips all but stayed connected, hands roaming without care as the music ruled our actions. And then there was another joining. It turned from blatant sexual to just a small part. The male looked beautiful more than handsome. But I recognized the twin. His sister moving in on the other side to make a mass of us.
The cool skin made my own seem feverish. Drew gushing urge to keep touching as we danced. Eyes meeting like some fateful thing with the lights painting colors about. The bodies of the others on the floor were forgotten as all that remained in the world to me was us four. My senses were buzzing.
But they were gone too soon. I had a breathless moment, staring at the open space that had held the twins. The girl with me seemed just as lost.
