Sherlock is refusing to do it. I managed to sent in a few enquiries off to several universities and said that he couldn't apply due to medical reasons and they let him apply now due to that, plus I have a few contacts. It's not a complete lie. I can get him advanced to the second year, he is intelligent enough.
