Chapter 2 coming in for re-entry..Please comment about this. I personally think it is cringy. :)

Thomas P.O.V.

Vince dragged me away from the others. His face had an unreadable expression. Happiness, Shock, and Worry all twisted in to the lines of his face.

"Thomas," vince said, ripping my shirt off, "this is gonna sting, a lot."

He ripped peices of fabric off my shirt, and tried to patch up my bullet wounds the best he could. I couldn't feel anything. I felt so exhilarated and happy that I couldn't feel a thing. Just numb.

Then I looked at my stomach.

"AAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!"

A bullet hole had been made dead straight through my stomach.

Suddenly, all the pain flooded back, and I had never felt such intense pain in my life. It was then I blacked out.

Teresa P.O.V

I was breathing heavily. I almost died. I looked out the back of the berg as the cargo ramp clanked shut, seeing the Last City go up in flames. Then I heard a scream from the back of the cargo bay.

Thomas's scream. I was put back to my senses.

I ran as fast as I could, and barged through the accumulated crowd around Thomas, being given dirty glares from people all around. Someone even stuck their foot out to try and trip me.

When I got to Thomas, I gasped. Blood painted the floor around him, like spilt oil, oozing out of the wound in his stomach.

Vince was being assisted by Minho, trying to hopelessly save him with a massive first aid kit (more like crate),

mopping up his blood with wipes, and injecting him with anesthetic.

I stepped forward to help, but I was pushed away by Minho.

"Go away Teresa. No-one wants you here." he said "Poor Tommy here used his life to save yours. Now GO AWAY YOU SHUCK TRAITOR."

He screamed the last bit and, the broke down into a sob.

"We've just lost Newt and Thomas, plus countless others. We're not losing any more."

"I can help him," I whisper, "I can heal him. I know how."

Then Minho said it. The words that broke me.

"But we can't trust you."

Oof that was rather savage. Don't worry, it will get better in the next chapter, coming soon.
