p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"James walked onto the stage, he was very good looking guy, he had short brown hair covered with a red baseball cap, a red and white hoodie jacket, blue denim jeans and white Nike trainers, the sound of hip hop music started blurring through the speakers. He was quite a good dancer was James almost as good as Kook./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"I was really starting to enjoy this, but there was just something that I couldn't put my finger on, there was something about this guy that made me think that I'd seen him before and that I'd heard this song before./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;""No it's just that I feel like I've heard this guy before."/span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"Throughout the whole performance I couldn't take my eyes off James, there was just something about him that almost didn't seem right to me./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"I was starting to get the feeling that Kook wasn't coming, the third performance was halfway through and I was on next, I was about to go outside to look for him when Kook finally came running through the door./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;""No it's about tonight. When I saw James come out to perform I just couldn't help but get the feeling that I've seen him before."/span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;""Well, it's mainly his voice, his voice sounds really familiar."/span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;""No." I reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone. "I'm going to see if YouTube recognises the name, see if that song he was singing turns up."/span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"I clicked on the video and showed Kook./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;""He's the guy who performed tonight?" He asked./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"Now I knew who James Elmer really was I could finally relax, I quickly got changed into my pyjamas, and got into bed, I must have fallen asleep almost instantly because the next thing I saw was the sunlight bursting through the curtains./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"The next couple of weeks flew by in a flash, my stall in the market was starting to get really popular and I was getting along really well with the other performers, especially James./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"That Friday I was due to go on stage straight after James, Kook was still on his shift so he couldn't make it tonight, but Faetal and Gildar were there recording the show on my mobile to show him later./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;""Break a leg James." I said giving him a high five./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"James wasn't there yet when I walked through the door, so I just sat on a nearby chair messing about on my phone until he turned up./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"We went over to the stage and just sat on the edge while James set the guitar up, I told him my suggestion and he was fine with that, he actually knew the song too which made it better./span/p

Halfway through the song it was all going swimmingly, I looked over at James and smiled, James smiled back at me but without even exchanging a second glance he plucked one of the red roses from the display on the stage and handed it over to me, I didn't know what to say or what to do, should I say something?/span/p

"I'm sorry James, but I can't possibly do this, I love Kook and I always will, don't get me wrong, you're a great guy and maybe if I wasn't getting married to Kook then there might have been a chance between us, but I think this duet will have to be a no go. p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"I turned around again and walked out of the building, letting out a sigh of relief as I walked outside, the cold air hitting my skin and cooling me down nicely, I had to tell Kook about this, he has a right to know./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"By the time I'd gotten back to the flat Kook wasn't there so I made myself a quick coffee to calm my nerves and sat down on the sofa, trying to think of a way to break this to Kook, how was he even going to take this? Was he going to get mad at me, or mad at James? Was he going to leave me?/span/p

I asked if anyone knew where he was, one of the other performers told me he was still in his dressing room. With a shaking hand I gently knocked on James's dressing room door./span/p

p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"I got everything pretty much sorted, I had the bills out in front of me, and the iPad on my lap, I just needed to make a few transactions, I logged into the online bank and double checked that there was plenty of money in the bank, Kooks payslip had gone in and so had mine, but...wait, something just didn't add up, it seemed that I'd received a payment from the club twice in the same day, this had to be a mistake, I didn't want someone else to go without their payment, so I dashed out of the flat with the iPad under my arms and rushed down to the club to talk to the manager./span/p
