Sakura's P.O.V.

"Blood pressure is normal. Blood sugar is fine. STD free and she isn't pregnant." The doctor told Itachi. He had Sakura and Riri have a physical at the house. She couldn't remember the last time she had a check up.

"Both are good to go?" Itachi asked him.

"Yes. Oh! I almost forgot." The doctor dug in his bag and pulled out a small pill case. "Birth control can be very helpful. Just remember you have to take them ever day at the same time. You can only miss one day. You miss more you will have to start completely over."

"Thank you." Sakura said as she took the pill case.

"Riri healthy!"

"Yes you are. And very strong." The doctor turned to Sakura. "Remember with her having autism you have to be consistent, keep her on a schedule, reward her for good behavior and remember the safety zones. If she doesn't want to talk verbally then try sign language with her. "

"I'm well aware."

The doctor wrote down on a sheet of paper and handed it to Itachi.

Itachi showed him to the doctor and went back into the living room.

"Thank you Itachi." Sakura said.

"Don't thank me. You should thank my brother." He said.

"R-right..."

"I'm guessing he doesn't know you were a stripper."

Sakura put her head down in shame.

"Let me tell you something." Itachi stepped up closer to her. There was a few inches in between them. "Don't play around with Sasuke. We might not get alone but that's still my brother. I'll do anything for him. The last thing I need for him to be dealing with is some girl who don't have respect for herself."

"W-who said I didn't respect myself?" Sakura felt like a lump what longed in her throat. Itachi's crimson eyes were looking dead into hers.

"If you had respect for yourself you wouldn't of been working at a strip club."

"Ask yourself this Itachi: Have you ever been in such a bad situation that you were willing to do anything and EVERYTHING for the one you love? You had to sacrifice your own dignity for that person? Give up everything? Or even had to become someone you aren't because that person NEEDS you?"

Itachi was silent.

"Riri is all I have and I'm all she has. My mother hates us. I went through hell just to take care of her. I have scars everywhere because my mother beat me every single day." Sakura felt tears build up in her eyes but she held them back.

"You never had to sleep in the cold because you didn't have the proper clothes. Or had to go without food for days. Or even had to either catch the city bus or walk just to get to your destination. You were born with a silver spoon in your mouth. You were giving everything you ever wanted, so before you start to judge me because I chose to work at a strip club to support my daughter you need to put in consideration of what people go through."

The room went silent.

Itachi eye got wide. "I thought Riri was your sister?"

'I did not...'

"You are full of surprises aren't you?"

"Itachi please."

"No no no. You're right. I don't need to judge you. I don't know what you been through." He backed away some from her. "Why lie about Riri?"

"It's too much to explain. The less he knows the better." She looked over at her daughter.

"You were raped at a young age weren't you?"

Sakura shook her head. She couldn't hold back the tears anymore.

Itachi let out a heavy breath. "I understand to an extent. Sooner or later Sasuke has to know. I'm not going to tell him. It's not my place."

"Eventually... I'll tell him."

"Don't procrastinate." Itachi told her. He looked at his Rolex. "I have to get back to work. Tomorrow, be ready to go back to school." Itachi grabbed his brief case and headed out.

It was just Sakura and Riri now.

All alone.

In the Uchiha house.

Sakura decided to be daring for once in her life.

She dried up her tears, took Riri and headed upstairs.

'Which room is again?'

After checking at least six other rooms Sakura finally found it. She paused at the white door. She slowly turned the golden doorknob.

Checkerboard carpet. Royal blue walls. He even had a balcony. A huge flat screen was on the wall facing his bed. His bed was huge. Probably a king size. Trophies were placed on shelves. Sakura walked up to look at them.

'These are all Mix Martial Arts trophies.'

Sakura walked over to his dresser. She saw golden wrapper paper with black words. She picked them up and a discovered it was about eight of them together.

Trojan Magnums.

"OMG that's disgusting!" She said throwing them back down. Sakura wiped her hand off on her shirt.

Something caught her attention. It was a photo frame. The frame was laying face down on the dresser. Sakura picked it up.

It was a family photo.

Of a younger Sasuke, younger Itachi and their parents. They were standing behind an amusement park. Both parents were on the side while Itachi and Sasuke were in the middle. Itachi and Sasuke both were smiling. They looked so happy in that picture.

"Losing their parents really did change them."

Sakura felt her depression kicking in. She missed her father. Her real father. If he didn't die she would of never met Rin. And her mother would of loved her. She wouldn't have to deal with Zabuza. Sasori would of never raped her.

Sakura felt sick again.

She grabbed Riri and went back to the cottage house.

She needed sleep.

Sasuke's P.O.V.

Sasuke was glad he was wearing a seatbelt because as hard as Sakura hit the brakes he would of flew out his car.

"Don't push on them so hard. Barely touch them."

"Sorry..." The pink haired girl said.

Sasuke was trying to teach her how to drive. She needed her license so she could stop walking around everywhere.

"Drive down that end of the parking lot and make a left."

"Okay." Sakura was going at least five miles an hour. He could tell she was nervous. She was stiff. She had the seat so close to the steering wheel.

She looked so cute.

Her creamy pale skin.

Those big green eyes and long pink hair.

Her waist was slim, her breast perky and her a** looked so firm.

He wanted to have her. Sasuke craved to see the faces she would make while he was stroking her in bed. He felt himself getting excited.

'Get yourself together.' He told himself.

"Sasuke did I do the turn good?" Sakura asked.

"No. You're too stiff. You need to loosen your grip after you make the turn. The steering wheel isn't going anywhere."

"This is hard!" The pink haired girl pouted.

"It'll get easier. You just need practice."

"Easy for you to say."

"Sakura."

"Yeah?" She asked putting the car in park.

"Itachi said he put you on birth control." He said.

"Yeah he did."

"He must think we're having sex."

Sasuke saw Sakura's face turn bright pink.

"I don't blame him. He wouldn't want to deal with my spawn."

Sasuke felt angry all over again. He would of been an expecting father by now. Karin took that away from him.

Speaking of the devil.

Sasuke saw Karin approaching his car.

"Sakura. Hurry up and switch seats with me."

Both teens hurried and got out the car. But Sasuke didn't have time to go to the other side. Karin already was there.

"Oh so the slut can drive your car but when I wanted to I was told no." The red head said.

"Go away Karin." The raven haired boy said sounding irritated.

"Not until I get what I want."

"Not going to happen." Sakura said.

"NO ONE is talking to you pinky!" Karin yelled at her.

"Look I'm getting sick of you. Sasuke doesn't want you."

"Shut up!" Karin rose her hand to smack Sakura but Sasuke caught her by the wrist.

"Let me go!"

"If you don't leave me alone I will hurt you Karin." He squeezed her wrist. The red head flinched from the pain. Sasuke shoved her away.

"Come on Sakura let's go."

Both teens got inside the car and left Karin looking like a duck.

The red head stood up from the ground. She smiled.

"Time to make your friends suffer on your decision."
