It's Not Asian Porn
Sam stretched his arms as he hopped out of the Impala, glad to be back home. He let out a low moan before dropping his hands back down to his side and grabbing the bag of burgers by the front seat. With the bag cradled in the crook of his arm, Sam started up the steps to the house and walked inside to the living room. He opened his mouth to call to his brother and the angels seated on the couch, but his voice caught in his throat. Talking on the TV screen was an animated woman in a really showy school girl outfit that showed off breasts that were the size of beach balls. Sam glared at the back of his brother's head and smacked the paper bag full of burgers over the hunter's head. Dean let out a startled cry.
"What the hell man?!" he shouted, rubbing at where the bag had made contact. Sam crossed his arms and waved a hand at the TV screen and the three angels watching it.
"Dean, I know they're older than they look, but that doesn't mean you sit them down and let them watch Asian porn!" Dean's eyes widened and a sudden burst of laughter broke past his lips.
"Porn?! Sam, this is not what it looks like," Dean giggled. Sam gave his brother a knowing look, but Dean hardly noticed it as he continued laughing. "We're watching anime," Dean tried to clarify through his choked gasps for air between huge bursts of laughter.
"I don't care if it has some fancy word for it or not, Dean. Don't watch it with –"
"Charlie!" Dean suddenly shouted, cutting his brother off. There was a loud banging sound in the rooms above them and soon the sound of feet padding down the hall. The sound grew louder until Charlie finally peaked into the living room.
"What's up, Bitches?" she mused, sipping at a coffee mug in her hands. Dean waved a hand between Sam and the TV.
"Sam needs some education on the fine arts of anime," Dean told her. Charlie's eyes brightened instantly and she stepped fully into the room, stealing the remote while squeezing in next to Dean.
"Buckle up, Moose. You're in for a wild ride," Charlie instructed, flipping out of the show Dean and the angels had been watching. She clicked on the anime tab on Hulu and thousands of different anime shows and movies popped up. "Let's see…" Charlie hummed, skimming over the anime's marked most popular. "…there's Death Note, Attack on Titan, Dragan Ball, Sailor Moon, Fullmetal Alchemist and a billion others." Sam walked around the side of the couch and plopped down between his brother and Charlie, staring at the TV with his brows creased.
"So it's not porn?" he questioned. Charlie bit her lip and shrugged.
"Well, there's some crazy anime out there, Dude, so I guess if you look in the right places…" she trailed off, not needing to finish her sentence. Instead, she continued to flick the buttons of the remote, clicking on Fullmetal Alchemist. "I bet you guys would like this one," she told the group sitting around her. "It's about two brothers."
"Nah, lets watch Hetalia!" Balthazar cheered, Gabriel hooting out his vote for the anime as well. Castiel just shook his head at his brothers, not understanding their love for the show.
"Hetalia?" Sam questioned. Dean let out a pained sigh, pinching his nose.
"Don't even ask. The thing is crazy," he told his little brother. Sam decided to not question his brother anymore on the subject and turned his eyes back to the screen, watching as more and more shows popped up with each click of the remote in Charlie's hand. It was unbelievable how many there were and just how many Dean, Charlie, and the angels saw already.
"How about…" Charlie trailed off as a hand shot out at her. She pulled back reflexively, but the hand grabbed hold of the remote.
"Sailor Moon!" Kevin decided for all of them, clicking on an episode of the anime and jumping up and down as the main theme started. Charlie snatched the remote back and Kevin scowled at her.
"Sailor Moon is by far the best." The prophet glanced at Cas, grinning widely at the angel. "What do you say, Cas? What anime do you like best?" Kevin questioned. Cas pondered over the idea for a second before finally making up his mind.
"The Devil is a Part-Timer," the angel stated. The others in the room stared at him with dumbfounded expressions.
"Cassie, are you serious?" Balthazar questioned.
"This is my serious face, yes," Cas informed his brother. Balthazar slapped himself on the forehead and fell backwards dramatically into Gabriel's lap.
"Of all the good ones you choose that weird thing," the middle angel exclaimed. Cas frowned at his brother, stating that he rather enjoyed it. Gabriel laughed at that.
"Probably because you're kind of like the characters," Gabriel huffed, earning only more confused stares from his baby brother. Gabe laughed at Cas and pinched the angel's cheek playfully. "Oh come on, Cas, can't you see it? The main characters are just as confused about humanity as you are and don't even try to say you wouldn't run a business just like Satan!"
Sam tuned the angels out, only growing more and more confused with every word that was passed between them. When he looked to the others however, he was greeted with the same environment. Charlie and Kevin were in a heated debate, Dean leaving a comment here and there through a mouth full of burger and fries.
Dean grinned up at his brother when he saw Sam watching the fanboy and girl, slapping Sammy hard on the shoulder.
"Dragon Ball sounds good to me right now," Dean pitched in, winking at his brother. Charlie and Kevin instantly whirled on him and again another battle was started over which anime was worthy enough to destroy Sam's life mentally and emotionally.
Having enough of all the fighting, Sam eased out of his seat. He paused every few moments so not to be noticed. When fully upright without anybody even noticing his movements, Sam made his move. The hunter slowly snuck out of the room and into Bobby's office, closing the door behind him. The old hunter looked up from the book he was reading.
"Hiding?" he guessed. Sam nodded in answer, glancing back at the door. He still didn't know what to make of anime just yet. It actually looked cool and it had to be if more than half Sam's family couldn't make up their minds on which the best were. He wouldn't mind watching the ones they were all passionate about, but there was one that seemed to pop out at him more than the others; Fullmetal Alchemist. It just called out to him for some strange reason. If it was because of the cool cover picture on Hulu or the fact that it was about two brothers Sam didn't know, but he did know that it was definitely something he wanted to check out.
Letting out a sigh, Sam slumped down in the chair in Bobby's office and grabbed a large book. Checking it out could wait for later though. He doubted he'd be able to get to the remote without being pulled back into the raging battling in the living room
Sam opened the large hard cover he had grabbed, a Busty Asian Beauties magazine falling into his lap. Bobby raised a brow at him and Sam let out a small chuckle before setting aside the Asian porn and settling back down with the long text in front of him.
Ick…I can't write today.
Thanks, A. Zap, for requesting for some mentions of anime. If any of you (like Sam) haven't seen any of the anime's mentioned I highly recommend them.
