Hi guys,
I have been thinking about this fic a lot lately. If you remember, I had said a few times that I didn't feel right leaving it without an ending. Unfortunately, I have really lost my love for this fic. I love the concept of it and the characters but I hate where I decided to take the overall story and plot. So, after mulling it over, I have come up with an idea and if you guys think it is a good one and that I should go for it please let me know. I'm going to create a poll for it so you can respond through that or you can send me a PM or review on this chapter.
My idea is that I will basically create a reboot of Wee Angels that I will post on AO3. The reboot will focus on the parts of Wee Angels that I actually enjoyed such as the interactions between Bobby, Dean, Sam, and the angels. I want to go back to the good old days where the chapters just focused on the guys taking care of the baby angels and not having to worry about badly written plot. That being said, major plot points (if you can call them that) like Andy the Delly Kid Killer, Elijah, and God's Plan will all be thrown into the trash where they belong. I apologize if you liked those plot lines but I personally didn't and they made writing the series too difficult. In other words, Wee Angels will go back to being a series of short and fluffy drabbles.
I personally think this is a good idea and will...idk give me some closure. I honestly feel bad about where I took this fic and want to fix it but the damage has been done. Writing Wee Angels was originally a de-stressor for me and then at some point, it turned into this stressful thing that I couldn't drag myself out of. I want to fix this and this is the only way I can think of doing that.
So what do you think? Should I start over from scratch on AO3 or should I drop Wee Angels entirely? If you have any questions about my plans for the reboot please feel free to ask and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
