It's been five days since the pirates came to Earth seeking the Super Sentai Grand Powers, and so far they met Devils, fought against two Neo Zangyack combatmen, met a Fallen Angel and met a nun named Asia. As for what they're doing now…
"Be with you by your side kono koi o dakishimeru Coming to you… kaze sora machi kimi to itsu mo …so naturally fukinuketeku kimi to futari" Zoe finished a song as she, Marvelous and Dax were at a karaoke parlor in a room. The crew wanted to travel around town a bit more and see how teenage earthlings have fun, Keith and Jade weren't interested because they wanted to see more of the town themselves and Jade wanted to make some more money.
"Now that was showy!" Marvelous commented as he and Dax were clapping.
"Yeah!" Dax agreed.
"Thanks…" Zoe smiled and blushed at her captain's compliment.
"Now it's my turn!" Marvelous said before grabbing a mike.
"You already sang five songs, it's my turn." Dax said.
"Really? I sang five times in a row?" blinked the red captain.
"You didn't even notice!?"
Zoe just giggled at the interaction between the two as she sat down and took a sip of her drink. This has got to be one of the most fun she's had since they arrived on Earth. Maybe she can invite Jade the next time there's an outing like this.
Keith was simply walking around the neighborhood of town in order to get a better understanding of this place, especially with the fact that there's Devils or whatever. So hopefully, if he runs into anything unwanted or something like that...he could actually get some information.
Speaking of which, the Kai Ozu replica never explained on why Wolzard appeared and if he could recall a lecture, Wolzard was this thing called a "Heavenly Saint" and is a good guy now. So here comes a bigger question he had in mind… Was he a replica or something else?

He can think about it later. It's very confusing, especially the fact there could be more of them.
Halting, Keith stopped when hearing a thud from outside a nearby house. Feeling curious, he went through the front gate while not bothered about practically breaking and entering. He entered the house and looked around a bit with caution through the corridor, but then froze...
'This smell… It can't be!' Keith picked up the pace carelessly a bit and when entering the living room, he grimaced a bit at the sight of what it is.
A dead body. On the freaking floor in a pool of blood and it was in a gruesome fashion. Honestly, if Keith hasn't seen something like this or worse out in space, or even have steel mind he would be throwing up like crazy right about now. Shaking that off, Keith moved a bit closer to inspect the body. It couldn't have been Neo Zangyack, 'cause they mostly move in groups even when being sneaky they wouldn't do something this small.
"Punish the wicked…" Keith turns to see a silver haired man sitting on the couch. "Words to live by… Yes, wise advice to heed from a holy man." he said while turning his head, showing he has red eyes and a psychotic smile. He also appeared to be wearing clerical clothing, especially a black jacket and a cross necklace.
"Who are you…?" Keith asked.
"Ah I'm sorry, let me introduce myself… I'm Freed Sellzen, at your service." Freed did a mock bow and did a little dance for some reason. "And you must be the scared little devil this priest is gonna exercise!"
"You're a priest? I haven't heard of one willing to kill someone for fun." Keith remarked. He may not be familiar with Earth's customs and religions, but at least he's familiar to something he's heard similar on other planets.
"Yup! I work for a certain devil purging organization you may have heard of!" Freed said, showing a real psychotic grin as he was already eager to kill.
"So not only that you're the one who did this," the first mate/swordsman pointed at the corpse. "...but was this person also a devil?"
"Why yes, just earlier he tried to summon a devil here to have whatever desire he wanted! And seeing as I was a little late, here you are! So I had to cut the itty bitty sinner into little pieces!" Freed's smile grew wider as he dug through his pockets.
"I see. You think people who summon devils are evil and you cut them down as well… I'm starting to think you actually got kicked out of an actual cult because of that." Keith said, making a smirk at the noticeable twitch on the priest.
"Yeah! Who cares about that now!?" Freed got his hands out of his jacket and took out some kind of gun and flashlight-like object, which then turned into a sword made of light. "Now with my holy blade, I will cut out your evil heart and with my righteous gun I will blow a hole in your wicked demon face!"
'I think this guy reminds me of someone who may be just as psychotic I faced before…' Keith thought.
He was snapped out of his thoughts when the mad priest charged at him with a hop, so the blue pirate dodged out of the way with a roll towards the sofa. Just as the rogue priest pulled the trigger of his gun to shoot him, Keith quickly got up and hopped over the sofa for some cover. Freed shot the couch, attempting to shoot him through it but then Keith actually flipped it right onto him with a lamp in the process. The later object hits the rogue priest in the forehead hard.
"AGH! FUCK!" he cursed as he landed onto the floor. The lightbulb was close to his eye for fu-
Keith actually interrupted his thoughts by stabbing the part of the floor just a few centimeters away from his face with his Gokai Saber, then he brought out his Gokai Gun out of nowhere and pointed it at his face.
"You're too simple." Keith said, ready to pull the trigger on this vulgar man.
However, a cry of shock and fear is heard within this living room which caused Keith to turn around. To his surprise, it's the nun he and the Gokaigers met the other day. What is she doing here?
Freed saw this as an advantage to get this damn fool off of him, by using his legs to kick him off and it caused Keith to fall on his back.
"This is what you getting for being so fucking stupid, ya shitty devil!" Freed laughed, firing his gun at Keith who barely managed to avoid one of the bullets until he was shot in the shoulder.
The swordsman winced in pain before taking cover behind the couch again. He was going to take out his Gokai Gun and prepare for a shoot out. Unfortunately, Asia had to intervene by coming in between them to halt their fight.
"W-Wait...! Please!" Asia exclaimed, putting both her hands out on the opposite sides of them. "Please, tell me. What's going on here? Why are you guys fighting...? And, Keith-san...why...?"
Freed answers before she could finish what she was about to say, "It's because this filthy piece of shit right here is a devil!" he told her.
"Keith-san is...a devil?" Asia gasped.
"Sheesh, not only are you simple...but you're stupid too. Not to mention annoying since you seem to be in love with the sound of your own voice." Keith said, causing the rouge priest to frown at his words.
"And what if I am!"
"Wow, that's something. Didn't think you had a noggin in there to admit how dumb you are." Keith smirked. "Because if you were smart and bothered to pay attention, you would know that I'm not a Devil...but a pirate!" As he said that, Keith pointed his Gokai Gun and fired at Freed who countered by firing his own bullet.
While he is, more or less, putting Asia in danger by doing this he made sure either bullet wouldn't touch her.
Asia screamed in fear as she had ducked low to the ground for safety.
They exchanged more shots at each other before Keith pulls out his Gokai Saber and threw it at Freed, who narrowly avoided having his face skewered. He did lose a few hair strands but it was noting important as he was about to look back at Keith, who had quickly run onto the wall before lunging at him with a knee to the face.
"Like I said, you were just too stupid to pay attention. Idiot." Keith told him as the rouge priest fell onto the ground. Sadly, he wasn't unconscious as he dropped the flashlight-like sword using that hand to cover his face.
"Damn! So you're not a Devil! No wonder my bullets of light didn't paralyzed you!" Freed remarked with his psychotic grin wider. "But man, I never expected to meet a Devil worshipping pirate! I've been wondering what it would be like if I killed a pirate!"
Just as Freed was about to pick up his sword, a shot from the Gokai Gun pushed it back towards the opposite wall. Reacting quick, the mad priest rolled as he shot back and the pirate dodged easily. They exchanged shots once again, but then Freed got an idea and pointed his little gun at Asia.
'Crap…!' Keith reacted by charging at the nun, and rolled to cover her from being shot. In the process, the light bullets hit his side in the process. That made him cringe, but then he noticed the pain from both wounds being healed by the same green light from Asia.
"Are you okay…?" Asia asked.
"Yeah. Thanks."
"Asia! Weren't you told to not even heal a shitty Devil worshipper, let alone a pirate!?" they looked to see Freed charging ahead, and looking like he's about slash and shoot at the same time.
Getting up quickly, Keith grabbed his sword and at the moment the gun was shot, he actually predicted where the priest was going to aim and blocked a light bullet with his Gokai Saber. Then the first mate parried an incoming slash, and just as Freed was gonna shoot him point blank, Keith hopped and spin kicked the gun off of him.
"You little!" Freed didn't finish when one thing he didn't expect happen.
BANG!
…He was shot in the wrist.
Freed screamed, then reflexively held his hand before Keith shot his thigh, making him fall down.
"GAH! FU-" he didn't finish when Keith kicked the mad priest's head to the wall, knocking him out.
'Can't believe I let this moron get a few hits on me.' Keith begrudgingly thought with an annoyed sigh. While this idiot was somewhat decent at fighting, Keith was obviously far superior to him in every aspect. He only got lucky because he had to worry about Asia being here, since the girl is rather frail. That's all it was: Plain dumb luck.
Speaking of this idiot, the first mate needed to make sure that he was out cold. Truthfully he would much rather finish the job by skewering him with his sword, or fire two head shots to make sure he wouldn't get up any time soon. But he doubts Asia would be able handle such brutal methods seeing as she clearly has a distaste for violence.
So for her sake, he won't kill him.
...For now.
But he will, however, kick him upside the head just to feel some satisfaction. And yeah, to make sure he stays down.
"Keith-san!" the blonde gasped, watching him kick Freed's head despite having won the battle.
"Don't worry, only making sure that he stays unconscious." he told her. Putting both his weapons away, he walks up to Asia and places a hand on her shoulder. "Anyway, you alright? Sorry you had to be in the middle of that."
"I'm fine." Asia replied with a small smile. "And, umm...Well, I still don't know what happened or even why it happened exactly."
"If you have questions, then come with me back to our ship." Keith told her, taking a hold of her hand and rushing out the door.
"W-Wait...! What about-?"
Keith cut her off, "Forget about the moron, alright? We need to get back to the Galleon before the authorities show up..."
"Galleon?" blinked Asia.
(Gokai Galleon)
Shortly after leaving the area, Keith had taken Asia aboard the Galleon where she would be safe from that idiotic psycho lying on the ground where he belongs. She had asked them where they were, to which he replied that they were on the Gokai Galleon, but then told her that he would explain everything when the crew came back. That way, they can all properly tell her what's going on.
"We're back." Zoe announced as she and the others came in.
"And with dinner...!" Marvelous proclaimed, holding up takeout.
"Welcome back." Keith said to them while doing push ups.
"Hope you don't mind, but we got these at one of those cheap convenience store places." Dax said, holding Keith's bag.
"All because someone here wanted more Earth food." Jade said frowning at their captain.
"Hey this stuff is good, alright." Marvelous argued, already opening his takeout.
"Sure I don't mind." Keith said, getting on his feet. He walks up to Dax to get his food before they noticed Asia sitting on the couch looking at them nervously.
"Is that Asia...?" blinked Zoe.
"Hello..." Asia shyly waved.
"Oh right..." Keith nonchalantly spoke. "We have a guest."
"Okay, what happened?" Jade asked, crossing her arms.
"Hold on." Marvelous announced. "Let's talk after we eat, alright? I bet out of any of us, except for me, Keith's probably really hungry right now."
"Asia, let's share this alright? I bet you could go for some food, too." Zoe politely said, sitting next to the girl.
The nun was about to refuse until her stomach growled.
"So you fought some moron?" blinked Jade, recalling what Keith had told them about his fight earlier.
"Uh huh." Keith nodded. "Wasn't all that bright, though. He just kept going on and on about Devils or whatever. Really wasn't paying attention much. Still, he managed to get in some lucky shots at me. If it wasn't for Asia here, I doubt we'd be having this conversation."
"Yeah well…" Marvelous got up and placed his first mate into a headlock playfully. "You got some moron getting the upper hand, ya moron!"
"Who are you calling a moron, idiot!?" Keith exclaimed, stepping on his captain's foot and made an advantage to throw him in an O goshi Judo style, not that he knew.
"You asked for it!" Marvelous got up and hopped on him, which then became a tussle between the two.
Asia was going to stop it, but then Zoe put a hand on her shoulder in assurance.
"You'll get used to it." she said with a smile.
"But… Uh…" Asia stuttered, wanting to stop that. Obviously she's mistaking it for an actual fight, even after when the blue pirate survived a brief ordeal.
"You'll get used to it." Jade insisted while Dax came back from the kitchen with tea, which is the brand that Zoe likes.
"So Asia, from what Keith said, based on your uniforms it sounds like you and what's-his-name are from the same or similar organization." Dax said, pouring some tea into her cup.
"Well…" Asia looked down, not used to having looks like theirs this much. "I was taken in by a Church in the area, and…"
"They must have scouted you for that healing power of yours." Dax guessed.
"I was told this was called Twilight Healing…" she shyly corrected.
"Right, Twilight Healing." Dax nodded.
Keith was pushed back to the feet of the captain's seat, making him grunt a bit in the tussle. "I have no idea on what reasons why the people in that little abandoned Church would want to have you, but what should we do captain?"
Marvelous sighed, sitting back on his chair and using a toothpick on his teeth.
"For now, let's have her stay here and then smash that place later." he said nonchalantly.
"P-Please don't destroy it!" Asia pleaded.
"Fine. We'll cause a havoc tomorrow night, it's fun when people are scared of our superior stealth skills. Cause havoc, we grab the boss, question them and become aware of something on Earth if it's needed. Then we kick her out eventually, everyone wins." Marvelous said without a care about her surprised expression.
"You don't want me here, Marvelous-san!?" Asia asked, worried that he doesn't like her or if there was anything she did to offend him.
"Nah, it's just that you're not fit for a pirate's life." Marvelous said.
"Yeah, I agree." Navi said, catching the nun by surprise at the robotic parrot. She was introduced to Navi earlier, but it's still surprising for her to see a robot.
"Well, what should we do in the meantime before doing so?" Jade asked.
"Go to the arcade. I wanna see these Earth games." he said, causing his friends to comically face fault to the ground.
"At a time like this!?"
"Well I do wanna see what kind of things Earth has in store to offer." Zoe said, making the money pincher deflate. "Do you want to come with me Asia?"
"Huh…?" Asia started to brighten up at that in surprise, but then had a smile on her face. "Y-Yes! Of course!"
"Well I guess I'll come too." Jade sighed.
"Great! It's unanimous! Keith, Dax, you're with me!" Marvelous said, now ready for some guy time and friendly bullying on the doctor.
"I guess so." Dax said, scratching his head sheepishly.
"Very well." Keith nodded. He does feel like he needs a break now and then.
(Next Day-Arcade)
"You better get to revving, doc! 'Cause this race ain't over yet...!" Marvelous excitedly said with a toothy grin.
He and Dax were playing one of the racing games that this place has. Obviously, the captain suggested that they should play this game first, but Keith's attention was quickly given to some zombie game. Not bothering with his first mate's decision, Marvelous dragged their doctor to play the game with him.
Speaking of Dax, he was racing against his captain desperately trying to get ahead. Although...he was pretty much dead last as he was in 10th place. Not once was he able to keep up with his captain, or any of these computerized cars for that matter. By this point, he was just trying to keep steady trying not to crash into anything as he has had a few crashes here and there.
"I can't keep steady!" Dax cried, trying to stick onto the road before his car crashed into pole. "Oh come on! How am I supposed to do this...!?
"It's all about lettin' loose, doc. Maybe if you weren't such a worrywart, you'd stand something of chance." Marvelous snickered, his grin growing wide.
"...You're a cruel captain," Dax comically complained.
Keith, meanwhile, was playing the zombie game. He picked this game because it looked interesting to him; that and the fact he doesn't know what zombies are. This game seems to run down the details on these zombies, which are apparently humans who have died and suddenly came back to life becoming zombies or the undead as they so call it. And because of this virus, or whatever is making the dead "come back to life", the world has turned into desolate wasteland of sorts.
Basically, he has to play as a member of one of the last remaining humans trying to get to some safe zone. And to do that...HE MUST CUT EVERY ZOMBIE IN HIS WAY AND SURVIVE!
The first mate was really getting into this game. So much so that his own enthusiasm, high scores, flawless techniques, brutal zombie kills, and overall skill alone was beginning to attract bystanders. They were impressed that he was so far into the game without dying once or even taking a break. Not to mention he hardly took any damage, to a point where he was just dominating.
'They may be weak, but their numbers are phenomenal.' Keith thought, oddly taking this quite seriously. At first he was confused how to use the controllers, but thanks to various image training when practicing with real swords, he immediately got the hang of it. Although... '...but it doesn't matter! As a swordsman and as the first mate of my crew, I shall overcome these monsters and live!'

He was going overboard.
Without even knowing it, Keith had knocked out some of the onlookers who were unfortunately too close to him. He backhanded one who was checking out his scores, elbowed another that was trying to challenge him for some reason, and then another crashing into another game while swinging his controller. Simply put, the onlookers kept their distance knowing he was already lost in the world of gaming.
As for the onlookers that Keith knocked out, well...they were still in place as nobody really wanted to help them out.
(Clothing Store)
"Asia, that looks great on you!" Zoe complimented the girl with starry eyes.
"Y-You really think so...?" Asia shyly asked, a light blush on her face as she wore a sundress.
"Of course I do!" Zoe smiled at her while holding a bunch of other clothes in her arms.
"Hey! The hell kind of prices are these, huh!?" Jade yelled. Asia looked at the register seeing Jade argue with the owner who looks as though he was about to wet himself due to how harsh the girl is. "Now c'mon! Lower these damned prices to something reasonable, alright! Otherwise, I'm gonna ground ya to the dirt with the rest of this place...!"
"U-Umm...? Zoe-san?" the blonde looks at the other girl with a worried expression.
"Ah, don't worry about that. This is natural." Zoe offhandedly said. "Besides, Jade's just showing how much she loves to shop."
"R-Really?" Asia blinked. She may seem like a sheltered girl and all, but even she's not sure that's even allowed or not.
"But ma'am…" the owner stuttered, but then he was grabbed by the collar.
"Who the hell do you think I am, huh!? I said lower these prices to something more reasonable!" Jade yelled while her eyes were somehow glowing red, and had a dark glowing aura in her signature.
"Yes." Zoe giggled, not even noticing that her friend put the manager in a German suplex. "In fact, I remember the one the other day we arrived to this planet. She seemed very satisfied when she convinced (tortured) that one shopkeeper into giving us needed supplies."
"I SAID LOWER THE PRICES!"
"EEEEEEEP!"
Asia comically looked at the scene with comical whitened eyes and with a little fear somewhat. She may not know much about the world, or even life out in space, but clearly Jade is something to be feared when it came to money.
Zoe giggled at the scene though, not really bothered about the entire thing at all.
Jade wiped her forehead as she approached the two with a thumbs up, "I got the prices lowered!"
Now Asia's conflicted on whether or not it's also a work of God.
(Park)
"Here you go." Zoe said, giving the nun some ice cream.
"Thank you." Asia accepted it and was confused on how to eat it at first, but then a quick demonstration from the pink pirate gave her an understanding.
Reason why these two are here is because that they've finished the shopping, but Jade saw some few things she saw yesterday, and today, that she wanted to buy. So she left to bargain (torment to near death) with other owners to get really big discounts, while the guys are still at the arcade.
Zoe watched her with a smile, but decided to kill some time by starting a conversation.
"So Asia, I'm wondering, where did you learn of that healing power of yours and how did you obtain it?" Zoe asked.
Unexpectedly though, Asia's reaction became sad and a few tears actually managed to escape her eyes. That made Zoe feel surprised, but then wrapped her arm on her shoulder and patted her.
"Are you okay? Did I do something wrong?"
"No, Zoe-san, you did nothing wrong." Asia assured, wiping her tears. "I… I don't mind telling you." she said between sniffles.
It took a couple of minutes, but she calmed down and is now in the mood to tell.
"My parents abandoned me right after I was born." she started, not noting the pirate's sad expression. "I was told I had been found crying in front of a small European town's church, that's where I grew up. When I was eight, a wounded puppy was close to death wandered into the church. By myself, I prayed as hard as I could."
"That was when a miracle occurred. Soon afterword, I was taken into a big church where I was ordered to heal illnesses and wounds of Christians from all over the world. I was really happy that I could use my power to help people! Then, one day, I encountered a man collapsed on the floor and he was heavily injured. I healed him. But the man I came across was a devil, then he later killed the priest and fled."
"The people who worshipped me and had called me a Saint now in turn called me a witch and branded me a heretic for healing a devil, then I was expelled by the church after that. But I never stopped praying to God, expressing my attitude."
Before Asia can finish, she heard the sound of some crying and sniffling. She turned to Zoe, who was the one crying.
"What a sad story. You've been through so much!" Zoe cried as she gave the nun a hug, much to her surprise.
"N-No...It's alright," Asia said with a light blush. She then gently gets out of Zoe's embrace as she then thinly smiles to herself. "Despite my past, I always learned how to appreciate the little things in life. If I hadn't discovered Twilight Healing and learned how to use it, I probably would have never met all of you."
Zoe had stopped her crying before smiling, "You know, that's probably one of the few things we have in common." Asia blinks at her as she continued, "See, while the two of us have different backgrounds, it's clear that we're more or less cut from the same cloth." Zoe looks at Asia in the eye. "What you just said, I feel the same way when I'm with my crew."
"Zoe-san...?" Asia blinked.
"Listen, Asia, you might not believe this...but I was once the princess of my own home planet destined to rule someday." Zoe began, making the blonde blink.
"Eh?" Asia questioned. "Wait, what do you mean by planet?"
"Hmm?" Zoe tilted her head. "Didn't Keith tell you when he brought you onboard the Galleon? We're from outer space, not Earth...I thought the Galleon was more than enough to prove that. After all, it is our ship."
"Huh!?" Asia comically exclaimed.
"Anyway," Zoe completely shut her off by continuing her story. "Ever since I was little, I had always been curious as to what the rest of the world is like. Every so often, I'd always sneak out of the palace to see what the town is like…"
(Flashback)
Zoe was exploring the town completely enamored by what she saw. There were stands selling items that she had never seen before, all different kinds of people wearing clothing she hadn't seen before; not to mention some of them didn't seem to be from this planet seeing as they were other species. The young princess wanted to speak to one of them and learn more about things outside of this particular town, and hopefully this planet.
Alas, her would-be-adventure would seem to end before it even began as she heard footsteps approach from behind. Slowly turning around, Zoe widened her eyes when she saw the authorities...!
"Oh! Princess...!" one of the guards called out, when he made eye contact with the girl.
"Oh no...!" Zoe said before turning to run the other way.
"Wait!" cried another guard, giving chase to her.
'Sheesh, that father of mine...!' Zoe frowned in thought, continuing to run from the guards. She had no doubt her father was the one who hired these guys to bring her back to the palace.
As the girl continued to run, the guards were slowly catching up to her until...
BAM!
...they had crashed into someone.
This made Zoe stop as she looked to see who they crashed into. While she would have taken the opportunity to run, her instincts were telling her to stay and see how things would play out.
"Oi, watch where you're going!" a guard said.
The bystander didn't pay attention, as he was busy looking at his snack in presumed horror at how it has been ruined.
"Princess…" the first guard said, making Zoe tense a bit at the way he addressed her. "For your sake, it would be best to return to the palace and stay in your room. Your father is doing what's…"
"Hey." the first guard turned to see the bystander, but then he was suddenly punched in the nose and knocked to the ground.
"Hey! What are you doing!?" one of the guards exclaimed as he and the others looked at who punched him. Zoe even got a better look at who it was.
It's Marvelous, wearing his jacket and his hat is shadowing his eyes hiding his anger.
"What am I doing…? What are YOU doing!?" Marvelous growled, catching the guards off until he pointed at a ruined treat that's now roadkill. "I only arrived on this planet just a couple of hours ago and was looking forward to having that, which is said to be a good delicacy. But now…"
Just as soon as he said that, Marvelous then gave a flying kick to one of the guards.
"THAT TREAT IS CRAP THANKS TO YOU!"
The guard is now knocked out after that, even crashing his head to a wall and finally collapsed to the ground.
"You little brat!" the second guard said as he and the other two guards got their weapons out, which are bo staff looking weapons that are electric power for non lethal purposes.
…Big mistake.
Marvelous easily knocked them out. He dodged the an attack from the first guard before grabbing the bo staff, and then the captain dropped and slid himself under the first one. In the process, the second guard attempted to attack the pirate, but accidentally hit and shock his companion before Marvelous turned and used his feet to push the first one on the second, while hooking them onto the electric bo staff. The guard landed on his companion and the pirate captain jabbed the weapon onto the conscious one's face, then shocked him and it knocked him out.
"Bastard!" the last guard shouted in anger, charging at him. But Marvelous dodged a hit, then he twirled the bo staff and hit him in the process before he jabbed it on the last guard's foot, shocking him in the process. The captain then kicked his face to the ground before slamming the staff onto him and shocking the guard again, thus knocking him out cold.
Zoe could only look at him in awe of his skills, and how he knocked them out. This man is amazing!
"Dammit…" Marvelous sighed as he picked up his hat and dusted it off before putting it back on.
"U-Um…" he looked back to see Zoe walking up to him rather nervously.
"Yeah?"
"Thank you very much!" she said. Well this is more difficult than she expected, Zoe has never even talked to anyone around her age or just anyone else outside the palace.
"Doesn't matter, those guys ruined my meal." Marvelous said as he walked off.
"Well… maybe I can treat you to a meal as a token of than-" Zoe stopped when somehow, Marvelous flash stepped right in front of her and placed his hands on her shoulders.
"Alright! Let's go!"
(Present)
"And that's how me and Marvelous became acquainted." Zoe smiled fondly at the memory.
"Wow!" Asia awed at the story. "But how did you join the group you're in now?"
"That's a story for another time…" Zoe said with a slight giggle, then looked down away with a look mixed with nostalgia and sadness.
(Flashback)
Zoe breathed heavily as she was being carried by Gokai Red to safety away from all of the destruction. Her sight is slightly blurry after what she's been through… just why did this happen?
Gokai Red ran for a few minutes, until he found safety and gently placed her down.
"You got some guts to pull of what you did back there, I like it." Gokai Red said as he turned back into his civilian form.
"M-Marvelous…?" Zoe asked in surprise.
Marvelous could only sigh with a smirk before digging through his pocket, taking out a second Mobilate along with the Pink Gokaiger Key then offered it to her.
"Take it." he said.
(Present)
After a certain event, she became a pirate for the Gokaigers not only to fight against Neo-Zangyack but for a goal and to prove herself that she's not just a princess that always needs protecting. But for the how and why she has that resolve, like Zoe said that's a story for another time.
"How touching… That makes me want to barf." a familiar voice said.
Zoe and Asia look to see Raynare the Fallen Angel, in her black strapped outfit looking at the scene.
"Hey you're…" Zoe blinked.
"Raynare-sama." Asia recognized.
"I see you became acquainted with her, Asia." Raynare said coolly, but then looked at Zoe. "It's been a-"
"Aren't you that weird bounty hunter lady with a weird sense of fashion that doesn't seem like you can't even afford any good clothes?" Zoe asked.
"Well screw you too, bitch!" Raynare comically snapped, feeling the urge to rip her apart. Sadly though, she doesn't have time to mess around with her again as she had to get the girl back. "Now, Asia," Momentarily forgetting about her anger, she looks at Asia with a fake smile, "…be a dear and come back with me to the church, okay? The ceremony will be soon…"
'Ceremony?' Zoe questioned. Already she could feel something was up.
Asia was downcast as she looked at Zoe, who had become a really good friend to her and she liked how they got along. It wasn't just her, though. The other pirates, despite their odd habits, were also really good people and treated her like any other person. She may not have known them long, but feels as though they may have been the first friends that she's ever had.
Keith may have already caused a bit of trouble for them after defeating Freed, who mostly likely has told the others about him, and she doesn't want the pirates to be involved with the church. And she certainly doesn't want them to go take the church head on either. She doesn't need to hesitate or think. She already knows what she has to do.
"I..." Was the only word Asia managed to get out before Zoe pulls her back.
The blond nun didn't get a chance to say anything as Zoe charged at Raynare with her Mobilate and Ranger Key already out.
"Gokai Change!"
GOKAIGER!
Now as Gokai Pink, she had taken out her Gokai Gun and started firing at Raynare who quickly conjured a spear light to deflect the shots. However one of the bullets managed to graze her, as she snarled before getting kicked to the stomach by Gokai Pink causing her to fly backward. She had used her wings to regain momentum before glaring at the pirate.
"Oi, oi don't forget about me just like that. We still gotta settle our score from last time." Gokai Pink said before snickering, deciding to channel her tomboy friend. "That is, if you're afraid to lose again."
"Tch! As if…!" Raynare sneered before conjuring another spear in her other hand. "You got lucky last time, that's all! And don't think you'll get out of this scot free either. You don't have your little friends with you this time."
"Pfft! Wow, I can't believe you're this hilarious…!" Gokai Pink snickered. "You're really blaming it on the fact that you couldn't fight all of us at once? Lady, please, my friends and I have fought people who could give all five of us a run for our money. Trust me, you're nothing compared to that."
"Shut up!" Raynare angrily yelled before charging towards her with both spears.
'This is a no brainer.' Gokai Pink thought, pulling out her sword as dashed toward the Fallen Angel.
"Zoe-san?" Asia uttered, watching the fight from a safe distance. She was surprised that her friend had transformed into a suit.
Jade walked around as she spotted the arcade her friends were in. Deciding to see if they had screwed up anything yet, she walks inside only to find Marvelous and Keith fighting over some game or whatever. Then she looks to see their resident doctor/coward passed out on the ground making her shake her head.
"I'm the captain, dammit! I say let me have a turn! You've been hogging onto this game for hours now…!" Marvelous exclaimed, throwing a couple of punches at his first mate.
"And I say to hell with that!" Keith delivers a kick that his captain blocked with his arms. He then pulls his leg back and quickly turns his body around to deliver an elbow blow. Marvelous countered with one of his own as they were in a stalemate. "This is my destiny, you hear!? I am MEANT to slay all zombies!"
"Well then, allow me to steal that 'destiny' from you!" Marvelous said as they butted heads.
"These morons." Jade shook her head, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Hey you idiots! Knock it off—!" Before she could say anything an explosion came from outside followed by people screaming and running in fear.
This brought the boys back to reality, with Dax waking up, as the four pirates immediately ran outside.
There, they saw four giant sized Sugormin causing havoc.
"Let's do this!" Marvelous announced as they took out their Ranger Keys and Mobilates.
"Yeah!" the three pirates answered.
"Gokai Change!"
GOKAIGER!
"Yo, bird! We're gonna need the Galleon!" Gokai Red told Navi through the phone.
"Got it! You know what to do!"
The captain nodded before dialing 5501 on it.
GOKAI GALLEON!
The red space pirate ship eventually appeared from hiding from the clouds, revealing itself before it dropped some rope towards the pirates. They caught onto them before they ascended the Gokaigers up to the ship.
Gokai Pink fires a barrage of bullets at Raynare, who was dodging them while throwing a spear of light at her. The pirate dodges easily, while going back to shooting her.
Raynare silently cursed herself, barely dodging her attacks. Even when there's only one pirate, she's giving her a hard time even with the physiology of a Fallen Angel. She could've just given up like a few minutes ago, but no way was her pride going to let her give up until she let's this pirate give what she deserves. Especially when she needs to get Asia right now!
That just gives her an idea on what to do in this situation, making the Fallen Angel smirk. One at the right angle, Raynare conjured up two spears and threw them while Gokai Pink dodged again.
"You missed!"
"…I wasn't aiming at you!"
Hearing that, Gokai Pink looked back to see that the spears are going towards Asia.
"Oh no, Asia!" she called out before inserting a Ranger Key.
GO-ONGER!
Turning into Go-On Yellow, she used this Sentai's power to speed up while running and charged ahead before tackling Asia to the ground to save her. Unfortunately, the delayed reaction was enough to damage her side during the process and the back of her shoulder as well. Causing a bunch of sparks to appear, and turning her back into her default form.
"Zoe-san!" Asia called out until Raynare used this as an opportunity to fly towards them and point another spear at the nun's head.
"You think I wouldn't notice or think of a plan?" Raynare asked in a mocking tone. "After what happened, I decided to keep an eye on you pirates from far away."
"From far away, huh? Were you scared that we'd take you down again?" Gokai Pink taunted.
"No! Do you want her dead now-" Hearing a loud sound, Raynare stopped when the three girls looked over to see the Gokai Galleon firing its' cannons at a giant Sugormin.
"…Well now, here's a choice." Raynare began, deciding to take advantage of this. "How about you let me have Asia and you can go off playing pirate ship with your pathetic friends and deal with that, or you can kill me and in the process, Asia dies with me?" she said, now pointing. Really, knowing where to hurt humans is really pleasing.
Gokai Pink looked down in confliction. It's true that her friends need her right now and she needs to stop any Neo-Zangyack attacks to save lives. But still…
"…Asia, I'll come back for you and save ya!" she said before grabbing her Mobilate. "Captain! May I have a pick up!"
"Got it! Picking you up now so hurry aboard!" Gokai Red said
Soon, the Galleon quickly appeared and dropped the rope to pick her up, then ascended her into the ship.
(Cockpit)
(Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger: BGM - Gokai Change)
"Sorry for my lateness!" Gokai Pink apologized through the comms as she entered her station.
"It's alright… Anyway, Gokai Red!" Red flashed his hand in front of his face.
"Gokai Blue!" Blue put his hand on his helmet.
"Gokai Yellow!" Yellow waved her hand in front of her helmet.
"Gokai Green!" Green smoothed his hands down his suit.
"Gokai Pink!" Pink placed her right hand over her heart and made a slight bow.
"Kaizoku Sentai…" Red began as he crossed his arms in a cool fashion while Blue did a finger point almost dramatically. Yellow put her right hand behind her back and placed her left hand on her knee. Green shifted his body, bent his knees a little bit and placed his hand forward. Pink is simply in a ballet pose, with her right hand in front of her chest and her left downward diagonally.
"Gokaiger!"
"Kaizoku Gattai!" they announced.
The Galleon shot out the four vehicles and began to assemble into Gokai-Oh.
"Complete! Gokai-Oh! Full speed ahead...!"
(End BGM)
"Let's see...Four of them and only one of us." Gokai Yellow noted. "This seems like an even fight."
"Agreed." Gokai Red nodded.
"What!?" Gokai Green comically exclaimed.
"Uh, guys...as much as I'd want to ignore Dax by agreeing with you saying how we can easily destroy these guys, we kind of have to finish this quickly." Gokai Pink said, wanting to destroy the Sugormins.
Before they could continue their conversation two of the Sugormin charged at Gokai-Oh, and raises their arms at the mech. Gokai-Oh blocks their attack by using their right sword, then follows up by slashing them with the left making them fall back. The other two had moved behind them, and raise both arms to fire laser cannons at the pirate themed mech.
Oddly enough, the two Sugormin from behind them had started to get back up.
"Huh…How convenient." Gokai Green commented.
"Yup." Gokai Yellow nodded. "Still, we gotta finish this quickly anyway. Might as well take advantage."
"Don't we always?" Gokai Red playfully said before spun their wheels again.
Using both swords, Gokai-Oh deflects the blasts and redirects it to the other two as they blow up. Dashing toward the other two, Gokai-Oh pierces the Sugormin on the right as it was about to fire at them. Lifting off the ground, Gokai-Oh slams onto the ground before slashing the other one as it used its arms to defend itself.
The other two Sugormin are now far behind the pirate robot and aimed their arm blasters before firing. Conveniently, the third standing Sugormin didn't notice them and charged at Gokai-Oh, but then the pirate themed robot did the same and leaped over. At that moment, Gokai-Oh watched as the two Sugormin blew up their own ally.
"Damn!" Gokai Red exclaimed.
"Well ain't that lucky." Gokai Blue said.
The two Sugormin helped up their down, but surviving, other and then the two of them formed into space ships while the other stayed on the ground.
"Well let's have Magi Dragon take this to the skies!" Gokai Yellow said, holding up her key and the other pirates did so as well.
"RANGER KEY! SET!"
Gokai-Oh glowed momentarily before Magi Dragon came out of it, before it started to fly upward and breathed fire upward while giving chase. Gokai-Oh twirled its' swords before charging at the land Sugormin, which blasted the arm cannon at the pirate mech.
Gokai-Oh saw it coming and flipped with ease before jumping on a nearby building that supported its' weight before landing a kick to the Sugormin. Magi Dragon spun momentarily while dodging some laser blasts from the first Sugormin-Ship before the dragon mecha got back into a normal position, then breathed some fire at the enemy ship.
Magi Dragon gave chase to the second Sugormin-Ship while the first one kept firing until the Magirangers dragon stopped and stomped onto the the first one. Essentially, Magi Dragon begun to breath and knaw on into it while burning into the opening weak points, until the second Sugormin-Ship noticed and begun to fire before the dragon hopped off.
That caused the enemy ship to be destroyed until Magi Dragon found an opening and did the same onto the last Sugormin-Ship.
Gokai-Oh pierced the Sugormin before grabbing its' legs, and then jumped into the air before slamming it into the ground before throwing it aside. Conveniently again, the flying ship went back into its' default form and fell onto its' companion.
"Thanks Magi Dragon!" Gokai Green said before they all took their Keys out, making the Dragon disappear.
"Time to finish this!" Gokai Red commanded as he and his crew took out their respective Keys.
"RANGER KEY! SET! LET'S GO!"
"GOKAI STARBURST!"
The wheel on Gokai Oh's back spins and the hatches on each limb opens up, revealing the unlimited line of cannon balls in each limb. The cannonballs are then fired out of the Gokai Hō at a rapid pace succession, hitting the two Sugormin before they were blown into smithereens.
"Yosha!" the captain cheered as the crew stretched their arms, and Gokai Green sighed in relief. Gokai Pink, however, was still worried about one thing.
"Asia, I'm coming now." Gokai Pink declared.
"What about Asia?" Gokai Red asked, but was surprisingly ignored as she actually left.
As soon as the robot formed back into the Galleon, Zoe wasted no time going back to the park where she was at. But predictably, even if she didn't want to believe it, Raynare was gone with the former nun. The crew came along and when they heard what happened…
"What!? Asia's kidnapped by that lady with that weird revealing fashion choice!?" Jade asked.
"...I'm really sorry you guys! I let that odd fashion chicken lady kidnap Asia, because I didn't tell her to run or hide somewhere! Not to mention that I fell for an obvious cliched 'trick' that she pulled on me! Now...I just feel really stupid." Zoe bowed apologetically to her friends.
"Oi, oi no need to go that far, alright." Marvelous spoke, placing a hand on her shoulder. "We already agreed to go into that church and kick everyone's asses anyways. I'd say this give us a legit reason to do that now more than ever. Not to mention it's a perfect opportunity to get some sweet revenge."
"What he said." Jade grinned. "Look forward to kicking what's her face's butt."
Dax patted Zoe on the back as she lifts back up to meet them in the eye again.
"Now that we have established that Zoe has made her first mortal enemy on this planet, more or less...Let's get back to the topic." Keith spoke, remembering a certain part of Zoe's story. "The odd fashion lady said something a ceremony, right?"
"She did." Zoe confirmed. "I probably would've asked her about it, but she was already annoying and I doubt she'd tell me if I asked."
"That's alright." Keith assured. "I'm willing to bet this ceremony has something to do with Asia's Twilight Healing power. It's only logical conclusion."
"Agreed." Dax nodded.
"So? The heck are we waiting for, then...? Let's go and crash that joint already." Jade said.
"But first…" Keith spoke as they looked at a tree. "…you may as well come out of hiding."
On cue, Koneko appears from behind a tree and walks over to them.
After learning that they were spied on and didn't notice, the crew vowed to let that happen again for obvious reasons. Mainly because they didn't want to go down in the history books as "Those pirates who lost because they weren't paying attention". Nuh uh, they were NOT having that.
"How long have you been here?" Keith asked.
"Not long. I was around the area when I spotted those giant creatures and your robot." Koneko answered. Strangely enough, the pirates felt inclined to believe her since she seems kind of…well, maybe not easy going, but as someone who they can talk to on reasonable grounds unlike that tomato girl.
"But the real issue is with your ploy to attack the church." she continued.
"How come?" Zoe frowned, putting both hands on her hips.
"Because you might start a war with the Fallen Angels." she began. "I understand you aren't from this planet and that you're not Devils. So by all rights, I have no reason or obligation to stop you from doing this. Even so, I feel you should know the consequences of what you might do." Koneko then looks at Marvelous, "You told Buchou that you're this team's leader, and decide what's best for them. And as someone who follows a quirky leader also, I implore that you think about it…"
Silence filled the air as the wind breezed through their hairs. It may have lasted for about a minute before Marvelous spoke…
"Are you really comparing me to that tomato head? Come on now…you heard us, didn't you?" Marvelous gave Koneko a look like she grew a second head. "If my crew and I say we're gonna do something, then we'll do it. Simple as that."
"That's right." Dax nodded. "We've always stuck with the decisions and choices we've made, and have had no regrets doing so. Even though…" he nervously fiddled his finger. "…I kinda don't want to be in war with other weirdos."
"And we've gone through impossible odds before. Because going through impossible odds, that's what pirates do." Marvelous grinned as Koneko looks at the other pirates who only smiled or smirked at their own resolve. But then the moment was ruined when Marvelous' stomach growled. "…But let's grab a quick bite first."
"Way to kill the mood, captain!" Jade yelled, smacking the back of his head.
"Give me a break! I haven't eaten since this morning!" Marvelous complained.
"Oh crap…" Keith seemed to realize something, then looked at the direction they came from. "MY ZOMBIE SLAYING!" he shouted before running off, also shoving Dax to the ground in the process.
"Ow!"
"You too Keith!?" Jade shouted. How can they be this care free when they all agreed to-
"Hey Jade. Didn't you want to get those bags?" Zoe asked, making the yellow pirate freeze up.
"Oh man! You're right!" the money pincher of the crew exclaimed before running off, stepping on Dax's stomach as well.
In a rare moment of emotion, Koneko could only watch with a surprised expression and sweat dropped at the little scene they had. While Dax was complaining about being hurt, she only had one thought…
'Will they really be okay?'
And done! Whoo feels good to be doing Super Sentai again! Anyway, sorry for taking so long on making an update on something, especially this story in general I've been busy with real life stuff. But anyway, here's a special announcement: I'm taking a break from Kamen Rider for a while and decided to do Super Sentai stories. So next time I do a publish/update it'll be a Super Sentai story. Also after the Asia Arch, I'm gonna be focusing on original chapters before the Riser Arch.
