(This chapter takes place in the same day as the last chapter I posted)

Juliet wakes up at about twelve, throws up some more, brushes her teeth, takes her vitamins and gets ready to meet R for lunch.

He works across the street so it's not a big trip.

She throws on a white tank, green military style jacket and jeans.

"Well at least these still fit." She says smiling slightly in the mirror.

She throws the salami and Swiss sandwich he requested into his red lunch box a disgusted look on her face.

Grabbing her keys and a granny smith apple the expectant mother walks out the door.

As she crosses the street she finds herself being concerned an ambulance is parked across the street, she shakes it off "probably some old lady fainting again." she tells herself, but in the pit of her stomach she has a bad feeling.

She walks up to the desk, and meets the newest member of Marty's team Rose a small skinny, short haired girl who has a slightly nervous demeanor.

When she turns to Juliet she sees that the young girl is crying, and blood is all over her pale hands.

"Rose what happened?" Juliet asks concerned.

She gives Juliet a terrified look and hesitates for a second, "Juliet there was an accident, R-"

Before she can even finish her sentence, Juliet is running to the back of the store.

They are putting R on a back board with a brace around his neck, but that's not what turns Juliet's stomach it's the bone sticking out of R's calf.

"Juliet!" R screams fighting the medics.

"R, relax love so the men can help you." Juliet says softly the she looks at the medic, "Can I ride with him?"

"We don't have much choice; I don't think he's going to relax with out you." The taller medic says staunching the blood pouring from R's leg.

They get R in the ambulance; Juliet hops in and sits next to him.
