Jack had never been one to miss the opportunity to party. Ever. Parties were fun, and fun was what Jack was all about.

But the part he liked the most was the party itself, not all the planning that went into it. That's why he always had spontaneous birthday parties. He just did whatever he felt like that day. Whether that be spreading winter, flying with Wind, hanging out with his fellow Seasonals, etc.

This year was different though. Mostly because his fellow Guardians didn't want some spur of the moment party, not for their Winter Spirit.

"Guys, you really don't have to do- is that a confetti cannon?!" Jack exclaimed. North fixed up an old ballroom because he, of course, had one. There's a room for everything at his place. Tooth and Scarlett had put up decorations and sent out the invites, Sandy made sure to have some dreamsand handy in case things got too wild, and Bunny had the most important job.

Said job was to make sure the Burgess kids didn't hear about it. Now, Jack wanted them to go, but it would be a whole lot of work getting them to believe in each and every spirit and immortal at the party. Plus, the celebration wouldn't start until after the kids' respectable bedtimes.

"Yes, it is. It's not every day you turn 320," North clapped Jack on the back before he turned to look over at the food table. "Phil, we need more chips. No, Jingle, no alcohol. Maybe next birthday."

"Maybe never. I've seen the way people act under the influence. Not happening," Jack stated. AN: Let's see if he feels this way in the next chapter ;p

"Sure, mate. Now, who's got the guest list?" Bunny asked. Steve, another of North's yetis, handed a small piece of paper with the following names:

Guardians (duh), Scarlett (again, duh), Wind (triple duh), Ash (chapters 65-74), April Fools (chapters 39-41), Jack the Headless Horseman (chapter 43), Mother Nature aka Gaia, Father Time, Frosty the Snowman, Jack Skellington (chapter 79), Cupid, and Pitch (this one-shot takes place before the last chapter).

"I would've thought that you'd want the largest party possible," Scarlett teased Jack as she walked in, carrying a large box filled with blue and white streamers. "You have a reputation to uphold, Mr. Guardian of Fun."

"Hey, I'm the king of fun! There doesn't need to be hundreds of people in order to have a good time," Jack retorted.

"Speaking of a good time, shouldn't ya start getting ready for the party of all parties?" Bunny gave Jack a pointed look as he spoke.

"What's wrong with what I'm wearing?"

"So much," Scarlett grabbed the birthday boy's hand and dragged him towards his room, ignoring his protests. Sandy just smiled as Jack mouthed 'help me'.

Bunny was right about it being the party of all parties, even if he hadn't really meant it. Jack was right too about not needing a lot of people to have fun.

After all, any party with Jack Frost and April Fools attending had to be awesome. Especially since there were confetti cannons.

Why, you might ask, was it so awesome? Was there a specific event, joke, or game played that made the party as great as it was? No. It was just a bunch of friends (and Pitch) having a good time hanging out, eating delicious food that almost everyone liked (except Pitch), and a playlist that only slightly got on one person's nerves (Pitch).

But for the sake of staying on Cupid's good side, and the fact that he kind of owed it to Jack to let him have a great birthday, Pitch kept his snarky comments to himself. Which may have played a part in why Jack's birthday celebration was so fantastic.

And before you ask, I (the Author) was not forced to say how amazing Jack's party was even if it was just an average- I mean….I'm running out of descriptive words. Um...it was wonderful! Yes, wonderful is the word. Definitely wonderful.

AN: I plan on doing a New Year's Eve one-shot after this and posting it on, you guessed it, New Year's Eve (mostly for ironic purposes). I still need two final ideas before I mark this story as complete. I could always do the anniversary of the day Jack's sister died. Let me know what you think!

Jack: Why do you always want to do depressing ones?

Kitkat: I just did one about your birthday!

Bunny: Isn't it a little late?

Pitch: You could always- *everyone glares at him* You crash one wedding and suddenly you can't give your opinion?

Tooth: That's right.

Kitkat: Anyway...hope you guys enjoyed!

Kitkat Out!
