Aaaaaah... my brain feels dead...
Sorry for the break of the marathon! I got into a spot of trouble which forced me away form my precious electronic devices, and in turn, my precious internet.
As you already know, the characters are the same, nearly everything is the same and this is a continuation of that! Before you read, note, I have never ordered at a fancy 5-star restaurant. And I've tried to look up some places, but, well, all that I found were 4 stars or just shy of 4 stars. Then I tried looking up a list of fancy food, but that didn't work out either. So, picture it yourself like you know what's there!
...Plus the fact that I don't know how meat would work On Cray, excuse the pun.
Enjoy!

Step 3: What to wear
Time Setting: 1:46PM
Setting: R-MAAAAAARRTT (This really is going to be a recurring thing here)!
"No, no, no, no.." Blaster Blade said aloud as he flicked through the various tuxedos and suits. The princes had gone out to the trusty R-Mart in their casual outfits. Luckily, none of the passersby and other units recognized them. "These are not right."
"Blade.. the ones in this sections are all the same!" Blaster Dark, a pile of the clothing all over his person.
"I know," Blade turned to meet his brother's glare. "I just wanted to see how girls felt doing this. It's actually really enjoyable!"
"Then why don't you hold these so I can try?" Blaster Blade sweat dropped, once seeing all the suits and tuxedos.
"No thanks!" He laughed, walking through the aisles. "Besides, we're heading to the change rooms now."
"They're in the opposite direction."
"I knew that!"
"Alright, I think this one fits pretty good." Blaster Dark came out from the dressing rooms, wearing a black tuxedo. Blaster Blade shook his head and Blaster Dark frowned. "What?"
"It may fit, but it doesn't look right. Try the navy one."
"You're playing mother again! I can make my own choices for myself, you know. I am a grown man."
"But isn't that my purpose today?" Blaster Blade grinned. "Now go back and change, dear. You're not in charge of your outfit today."
"I swear I'll get you back for this.." Dark grumbled unhappily as he went back to the dressing rooms.
-1 outfit change later-
"Okay, this is the grey suit." Dark came out and instantly Blade was on it.
"No, no! This is not right.. not like how I imagined it." Blade stood up from the viewing couch and started pushing Dark back. "Go back and change into something else, this is hideous!"
"W-What?! I think it looks fine! You thought it did when we got it!"
"I was horribly wrong!"
-8 outfit changes later-
"...This one?" Dark emerged from the dressing rooms, in a navy suit with pinstripes going down it. "I swear to the heavens above, I will make your life a living hell if this-"
"It's perfect." Blade nodded.
"-isn't ri- ...What?" Dark paused.
"It's perfect. Let's go return the others and pay for this one." Blaster Blade stood up and brushed himself off. "Come on, let's get going. We still have to buy a tie of some sort, which probably won't be hard."
"Are you serious?" Dark folded his arms, suspicious.
"Yeah, it looks really good on you! Let's go, time doesn't wait for no one!" And with that, the knights paid for the suit and set off looking for a tie to match the suit.
Step 4: The Date
Time Setting: 7:01PM
Setting: A random 5-star restaurant (I don't have a name for these things).
Blaster Dark fiddled with his crimson tie for the millionth time, only to have Blade fuss over it once more. The two were waiting by the restaurant for Dark's date, Luquier. Dark decided Blade was going to watch from the shadows, on the condition that he did not bring any video-recording device with him. The younger knight reluctantly agreed after a bit of persuasion, here they were. Blaster Dark had on the suit and tie Blaster Blade had helped buy with him earlier in the day, and his brother was in a waiter uniform, luckily the restaurant complied with Blade's strange demand to be a waiter after showing them proof that he was indeed, the prince of the United Sanctuary.
"Do you think she will come?" Dark asked, a tone of uncertainty in his voice.
"Pffft," Blade slapped his brother's back. "It's been one minute since 7, I'm pretty sure she will come! When was it like you to doubt?"
"I was not in doubt!"
"You so were!" Blaster Blade grinned. "And remember," His voice took on a more serious tone. "You have to tell me why you've asked for my help after this is over." Dark nodded solemnly.
"Of course I will."
"Pinkie promise?" Blade held out a pinkie, which Dark slapped away.
"We already did that!"
"I was kidding!" Blade pointed out at a carriage appearing at the corner of the street. "I think that's her. I'll head back inside, good luck brother!"
"Yeah," Dark said after Blade left. "Thanks." The shadow paladin collected his thoughts and breathed in and out calmly. He was not going to make any mistakes on this first date. Everything would be perfect, like clockwork, just the way Dark and Blade planned it. It seemed like an eternity to Dark before finally, the carriage arrived in front of him and Luquier stepped out of it, in a stunning blue dress, leaving Dark breathless in awe.
"Good evening." Luquier greeted him. Dark snapped out of his thoughts almost embarrassingly, and returned the greeting.
"G-Good evening." He stuttered. Dark mentally punched himself. The Shadow Paladin Blaster Dark, one of the most fearest knights of Cray, stuttered. It was simply unheard of and yet it happened right at that very moment! In front of Luquier, no less! He was not going to live this down, judging by how amused Luquier seemed. "Shall we enter?" Dark stuck out his arm for her to take hold of, and escorted her inside. They reached Blade, who was standing at reception table, smiling at them.
"Good evening. Do you have a reservation?"
"Yes we do." Dark nodded. "Blaster Dark and Lady Luquier, a table for two?" Blade nodded and leafed through the book of reservations.
"I'm sorry, we don't have your reservation." Blade frowned, after scanning through the reservations in the book. Dark felt like his world was about to crumble until Blade laughed. "I apologise, we do! It was too tempting to pass up." Blade pointed to an empty booth table. "Number 27 is your table, enjoy your evening."
"Thank you." Luquier thanked Blade, but as she was about to walk to the table, she paused and faced Blade again. "Do I know you from somewhere?"
"I might have been merely a face in the crowd of watchers, Lady Luquier." Blade smiled, predicting this would come. "I love the Pale Moon circus."
"Yes.. it seems like it." Luquier nodded to him and the couple walked to the booth table.
"This is quite a lovely place." Luquier smiled warmly, looking around. Dark nodded.
"It's 5-stars, only the best for you, Lady Luquier." He hoped he didn't sound weird.
"You're too kind.." Luquier blushed. "You look handsome as usual, Dark."
"You yourself look stunning." Dark held her hands across the table. "I was breathless when I laid my eyes on you."
"Yes," She giggled. "You looked a bit like a fish."
"A-Ah, is that so.." Dark made a crooked smile, feeling a sweat break out on his forehead. How fish-like did he look? "Erm, how have you been?"
"Just fine, actually. I've been looking forward to this, after all the duties I had to attend to during the day."
"So have I, even though I went out shopping with the Silver Thorn Tamers today and we had plenty of fun, I was looking forward to this throughout the whole day."
"What did you ladies do at the mall?" Blaster Dark asked. Here he was, going into a conversation about bargains, clothes, fashion and the like. He braced himself.
"We headed into R-Mart first.."
-6 minutes later-
"The girls and I found some really beautiful shoes, at such a wonderful bargain too! They were heavenly to slip on."
"That's wonderful to hear." Blaster Dark leaned back in his chair, relaxing as he participated in the conversation at certain points in time. Luquier was nowhere near Blade's level of annoying, and so far, Dark sat there listening closely to her likes and dislikes about what she and her friends saw at the mall. Valentine's Day was approaching quickly, perhaps with this info he could figure out what to get her...
"Now, be honest," Luquier leaned in and tapped the center of Dark's tie. "Did you buy your outfit today?"
"NO!" Blaster Blade said loudly as he spoke to a customer. Everyone turned to the royal waiter who laughed and apologized for his unexpected yell. "Whoops.. sorry everyone! Erm, no, you can't have that, sir..."
"Back to what we were talking about," Dark turned Luquier's attention back to him. "No, I just haven't had the chance to wear this yet, hence why it looks so new." Dark lied. "I had the servants wash
"Then what's that?" Luquier reached behind Dark's neck and tugged on a price tag, pulling it off and handing it to him. Dark laughed nervously, then sighed. How could he have been so oblivious to a price tag sticking out form the back of his neck?
"I did buy it today.. I thought it would be a nice look for our date tonight."
"That's sweet," Luquier replied. "But please don't lie for my sake. If this is a relationship we're getting into, you're going to have to clean about everything."
"Of course." Blaster Dark nodded. "Thank you for your forgiveness."
"Excuse me?" Blaster Blade and a waiter appeared at their table, each with a dish underneath a cover in their arms. He winked at Dark. "Dinner is served." They set them down on the table and removed the silver covers.
"Lovely," Luquier breathed out. "Thank you."
"Bon appetite!" Blade added in. The waiters left and the couple started their first course.
'Looks like Dark is going well.' Blade mentally patted himself on the back as he watched Dark and Luquier converse over first course. 'I suppose I really am a good Royal Paladin Wingman and a waiter. This night is going to be easy as-'
"Hey you!" A burly chef called from the kitchen. "Get over here!"
"Me?" Blade walked over. The chef pointed at a monstrous pile of filthy dishes.
"We got too many waiters, you're on dish duty for the rest of the night, young man!"
"But-"
"This is my kitchen son!" The man yelled at Blade. "Ya got a problem with that? Unless you're the prince of this here kingdom, you're not escaping from dish duty! Is that understood?!"
"Yes sir, I'll get to the dishes." Blade groaned as he craned his neck up to see the dishes all stacked haphazardly on one another, some piles reaching up to touch the ceiling. "I hope Dark's having fun right now.."
-Meanwhile-
"You've really raised the bar for first dates." Luquier took a bite of her meal. "Never have I been so pleased."
"As a knight, I live to serve the people." Dark smiled. Luquier nudged him the shoulder, shaking her head and smiling.
"Get out you, that was not clever."
"I thought it was." Dark mock pouted. The two laughed and enjoyed the rest of the night.
Time Setting: 10:47PM
Setting: Blaster Blade's quarters.
"How was your night?" Blade groaned as he trudged behind the clothing screen. "My night was filled with ceiling-high stacked dishes. I don't think I can move my arms anymore.."
"Nonsense Blade, you'll be fine. Overall, the night went by smoothly," Blaster Dark said to Blade. Dark was lying on Blade's bed while said knight changed for bed. "I'm surprised that I made it through rather successfully. I thought it was going to be a train wreck, but while waiting for first course, I began to relax and realize it wasn't so bad."
"You were bound to make a few mistakes here and there, but yeah, from what I saw, it went by nicely." Blade laid down on the bed with Dark, both looking up to the ceiling. "Especially for a first-timer."
"What? I never said that."
"Don't try to hide it," Blade closed his eyes. "That was your first-ever date. I'm not a moron to figure that out, brother. Why else would you come to me?" Dark chuckled.
"Correct."
"And I presume there was no blackmail in the first place?" Blade asked as Dark stood up to walk back to his own quarters.
"Heh, correct again."
"...You owe me a lot." Blade added in as Dark was about to leave the room.
"I know."
