Chapter TWENTY NINE
Lisanna and Millianna had broken away, both eyeing the other.
Rocker began to activate his magic, but was attacked from behind by Chelia, who hit him straight on with a Sky God's Dance. He lay there, then his body shimmered and he disappeared. The score board flashed and Rocker, along with the Quatro Cerberus guild mark appeared in the '8th' row.
8th-Quatro Cerberus
Unnoticed, Reaper summoned the Grim Reaper spirit in her mist form. Seconds later, there was a dramatic scream and everyone paused to look at Ichiya who collapsed onto the floor. He shimmered, and he too, was gone.

Darque had transformed into her mist state the moment after she had attacked, so no one knew what had attacked him until Reaper raised his hand, palm facing him. Darque, in her mist form, whirled over to him, once again returning to the key he had hidden in his hand.
He lowered his hand, then moved back to stand where he had been standing previously.
Runes appeared onto Freed's arm. Runes began to gather on his back and revealed a pair of dark purple wings appeared. He soared into the air, dodging a thrown monster blade.
A scream echoed around the ground and Reaper turned in time to see Millianna hit the ground, one of the monster's blades lying next to her. She shimmered and vanished. The blade flew back to the monster.

The monster turned to Rustyrose and during that time, Chelia flew at Lisanna, aiming for the take-over mage's head with a kick enhanced with her magic. Lisanna received the full blow and was flung backwards. Chelia leaped after her but was intercepted by Freed.
Freed glanced briefly over his shoulder at Lisanna, who was back on her feet. A wordless alliance was formed as the two moved subconsciously to protect their guild mate.
Chelia took a deep breath. "Sky God's be-" She was roughly cut off as Reaper caught the side of her head with a powerful kick that sent her flying. Her wounds could be seen healing even as she landed heavily. She was back on her feet in less than a second, spitting angrily about how that had hurt. She was cut off again as the monster lunged at her.
Reaper glanced at the Sky God slayer, then turned to face the two Fairy tail teams. He raised his hand and several golden beams launched towards them, who both leaped out of the way. Rustyrose appeared out of nowhere, a sword created from his imagination in hand. Freed deflected the blade with his own and Rustyrose landed neatly onto the ground.
Rustyrose broke into a crazed grin. He turned to Reaper and a silent agreement seemed to pass through the two before Rustyrose began to chant.
"I am the King of the arm cuts through everything with a deep black blade. Disappear to the edge of darkness!"
His right arm began to glow, before it transformed into a claw-like sword. He attacked Lisanna, who jumped out of the way. Recognition flashed through her eyes as she recalled fighting Rustyrose in Tenrou-jima.
Rustyrose held up a white key and swiped it, muttering words under his breath. A white flash appeared. A faint outline of a boy could be seen before it flew towards Lisanna. The take-over mage stared at the white beam for a second before it made contact with her body and she screamed.
Freed dodged Reaper's blow when he heard Lisanna scream. He swiftly turned his head and saw his guild mate surrounded by a bright, white light. For a moment, he couldne't see anything, then the light was gone and Lisanna lay there, unmoving. The white light returned to Rustyrose, who let out a sadistic laugh.

Freed had no time to check on his guild-mate as she disappeared because Reaper suddenly attacked him. Reaper swiped a glowing palm at him. Freed kicked into the air with his wings.
Reaper waved his hand and a huge dragon appeared out of the ground. Freed gasped and raised his sword to defend against its advancing set of sharp teeth, only to freeze when his sword went right through its scales without any resistance.
An Illusion
The thought occurred to him a second too slow as in the next heartbeat, Reaper appeared out of nowhere, a whirl of black in his hand. It connected with Freed's stomach and a gut wrenching pain ran through him before everything went black.
Reaper watched the Rune mage's body hit the ground.

A clashing sound made Reaper turn towards the source. Chelia was still avoiding the monster's attacks. Reaper wondered if there were people controlling the monsters, so that the audience could enjoy the more exciting fights.
He turned back to face Rustyrose, who was holding a white key in front of him, almost mockingly.
Reaper held up the identical black key. Black mist seeped out at the same instant white mist appeared. The smoke cleared to reveal two figures.
Darque di Daemon and Lite di Angelo
The audience didn't seem to understand the reason to the sudden drop in temperature while the mages of Fairy tail could only stare in shock at Darque, who they recognized to be Lucy's spirit.
"Didn't think we would be fighting in the first event." Lite said.
"We both know that this would not be our last." Darque replied.
Lite shrug. "Duh." He said. "What fun would it be if we don't go all out?"
When Darque didn't reply, Lite sighed dramatically. "Right. For now, lets just say this is a warm up." He met Darque's gaze. "Okay?"
A black dome appeared around Darque. A white dome appeared in the same instant, surrounding Lite. The two appeared a few seconds later, both in their battle forms.
The blood splattered on their Lolita styled clothing gave them an innocent, yet deadly air. Reaper inwardly scoffed. Innocent.
Lite reached into his pocket and flicked out a marble. He tossed it into the air and caught it with his teeth. He spat it back onto his hand. "Ready?" He asked playfully.
Darque simply engulfed her fist with black fire.
"Now, I declare the beginning of the battle for the Wish!"

Darque: We probably wont be able to update until at least the 4th of June. This is because I will be going back to Japan for the summer holidays, and we still need to get the pocket WIFI thing sorted.
Raven: And I will be taking his end of term exams, and needs to revise as if I fails this one, I will be in trouble. {Just in case you don't know, the Japanese school term starts in April.}
We'll try and update one more time on the 30th or something, and to get everything sorted as early as possible.
