Lucy high-fived Cygnus, before sending her back to the Spirit world. The audience cheered as Sting looked up from the unconscious Archive user and waved, his smirk back in place.

Lucy quickly opened several small black holes, which hovered around the heads of the Dragon Slayers, sucking in all the noise. Once the cheers faded away, the black hole disappeared with a 'pop!'

Wendy sighed. "Thank you."

Cobra smirked. "You could've done that from the beginning."

Lucy stuck out her tongue.

A few seconds later, Sting appeared at their stand, grinning. "Tell me, how awesome was I?"

Lector leaped at him and began gushing on about how awesome 'Sting-kun' was. Rogue gave his partner's shoulder a pat, before retreating to sit on one of the chairs with Frosch in his arms. Midnight simply nodded. Sting and Cobra exchanged a few playful insults before Jellal congratulated him on his win. Wendy gave the older Dragon Slayer a small hug and Sting happily returned it. They had gotten close over the month. Actually, though it was hard to imagine, this guild full of ex-criminals and former members of famous guilds had gotten very close, almost like a family.

Lucy stepped in front of Sting, and offered him a genuine smile, which he returned.

The scores for the first day were being displayed.

1st: Grim Requiem: 25

2nd: Fairy tail B: 14

3rd: Mermaid Heel: 12

4th: Lamia Scale: 11

5th: Sabertooth / Fairy tail A: 8

6th: Blue Pegasus: 1

Quarto Cerberus: 0

"Let's celebrate our good head start by eating together!" Sting cheered.

Lucy sighed. "I don't know. You eat like-" Too late. Sting had already dashed out of the guild stand. Lucy sighed, and glanced at the others, before flipping her hood over her head and grabbing a smiling Wendy's hand. She made her way out of the stands and fell into step behind the blonde Dragon Slayer, who had waited for them outside.

"I remember this restaurant me and Rogue visited last year." Sting said. "The foods good and the prices aren't too bad."

"It's Rogue and I." Lucy automatically corrected.

Sting shrug.

"Anyways, lead the way." Lucy said.

The group of seven, plus the three exceeds, made their way through the crowded streets of Crocus. The people sent them bewildered looks as they automatically made a path for them. Sting accepted a rose one of the female's shoved at him, and sent them a wink. Rogue let out a barely audible sigh and promptly ignored the crowd.

Most of the people stayed clear of Cobra and Midnight, though a few of Sting's fangirls hovered over to them. Lucy didn't know what was so attractive about scared faces and eyeliner. A few seconds later, multiple shrieks of fear were heard and Lucy risked a glance from under her hood and noticed Cobra's face had morphed into a grin, one that was all snarl and teeth. That had scared away all the people.

Lucy sighed.

Sting pointed at a fancy restaurant near city center. He dramatically pushed open the door and held the door open for Lucy and Jellal, then tried to slam it in Cobra's face, only to have him stop the advancing board of wood with his foot.

That was the moment Lucy wondered if this restaurant was popular enough for the customers to be able to cover the amount of money which it would need to fix the damage about to befall it.

The Grim Requiem members were led deep into the restaurant, where a long table was waiting for them. Lucy made sure Cobra and Sting were sitting separately, and as far apart from the other as possible. Cobra sat by the window, with Wendy next to him. Midnight sat opposite the Poison Dragon Slayer, followed by Rogue and Jellal. Next to Wendy sat Lucy, then Sting. The three Exceeds sat on the wide windowsill.

After a while, Lucy called over one of the waiters, and ran through the list of food, which was a mile long. Darque reminded her of the names when she couldn't remember, which wasn't surprising, considering the fact that Cobra and Sting had ordered at least ten people's worth of food. It was like they were competing to order more food than the other, which, at this point, Lucy wouldn't find very surprising.

When the waiter finally managed to write down all the ordered food, he rushed off. Lucy glared at the two Dragon Slayers in turn. "I have no idea how you're going to eat all that, but when you need to puke it all out, make sure you do it outside our sleeping quarters."

Wendy giggled, and Lucy's gaze softened.

Jellal stared at the pile of plates littered around Sting and Cobra. He then glanced down at his half full plate. Watching the two Dragon Slayers eat had made him lose his appetite.

Lucy and Wendy were talking among themselves, as if they were used to this sort of thing. He briefly remembered Lucy telling him about the first time she had met Natsu, where the Fire Dragon Slayer had eaten nearly her whole wallets worth of food.

He glanced over at Rogue, who was ignoring everything going around him as he ate like a normal person, then at Wendy, who was neatly wiping her mouth. He decided that not all Dragon Slayers had messy eating habits.

Jellal paused, his mind rewinding his previous thoughts. Whole wallets worth…

Before, Jellal had been planning to offer to pay, but now he was not so sure. Maybe he could leave Sting and Cobra to pay, but that could lead to even more disastrous happenings. He glanced over at his guild mates.

'Darque?' He mentally called.

'Yes?'

'I want you to tell Lucy…'

Lucy grinned and nodded at Jellal, who stood up. "I just remembered something we need to sort out." Jellal said. "Lucy, can you come with me?"

Lucy smiled, and turned to Wendy. "Why don't you and Carle come with us?" She asked. "I don't like the idea of leaving you with a whole bunch of messy guys."

Wendy smiled shyly and beckoned at Carla, and the white Exceed flew over and sat on Wendy's head.

Sorry Midnight, Rogue…
