Once again hey guys! So I got inspired to write another chapter pretty quickly. Ideally I want to write long chapters over the course of two days. Life can get pretty busy, but this is what I love to do and judging from the reviews it seems you guys do too! So, thanks for the support and please by all means let me know what you think of the story so far. Right now, I have around 15 chapters planned, but I'm pretty much writing as I go along. As Rex collided with the door light encompassed him. With one last yell he finished his attack and light filled the entire temple. Rex went flying, but regained his posture as he stuck his sword in the ground to gain balance. It felt like a tornado was in the room, blowing him around mercilessly. What happened? Did he do it? The light was too bright and the force was too strong though as Rex was pushed on the ground his sword still in the ground. He got back up, but all of a sudden a black blur came flying at him knocking him out. He was out for the count.

A few moments later, with Rex still knocked out, the light was gone and the strong wind was nonexistent. Rex eventually woke up and sat up.

"Augh, Titans foot…" Rex sighed as he held his head. A sharp pain echoed out through his head. The pain subsided for a bit as Rex's eyes adjusted to the light. He looked around him. His own sword had hit him in the head and knocked him out.

"Was that a sign?" Rex said to himself as he grinned. Either way he was glad it was still in tact. He picked it up and was about to put it on his back, but as soon as he put it behind him it disappeared.

"Wait what?! Where did it go? Wait...Pyra! Damn, this was the worst time for her to summon a new sword." Ah well, hopefully there would be no enemies. Especially not any Empire soldiers. Rex shuddered at the thought of them yelling. He had heard their yells even in his dreams. Over and over again. He shook the thought out of his mind.

"The door! Did I do it?" Rex exclaimed as he turned around. However, the door was gone...but so was the wall...and the floor...and any signs of the back of the temple. Rex was befuddled. The back of the temple and the door was now replaced with what looked like a jungle. There was a staircase leading up to a platform that Rex couldn't see. The top was insanely high. He looked around. There was a path leading up to the staircase was surrounded by grass and as the staircase rose Rex saw the ground form into water. It looked like a oasis. Rex hadn't seen anything like this before. A secret oasis was right in front of him. He began up the stairs.

"This is amazing! Time to get moving!" Rex yelled triumphantly running up the stairs. At first he was speeding up them like there was no tomorrow. He couldn't be stopped, taking two stairs at a time as he sprinted up. However, soon he started to take one.

"This is starting to get *huff* *huff* a little tiring. Why is *huff* always me." Rex sighed as he sat on the stairs. He still couldn't see the top even though the bottom was so far away. Then it hit him. He was feeling this weak because he hadn't eaten in forever. He'd been preoccupied by the kids, the girls, and his current predicament that he hadn't noticed his stomach calling out to him.

"Dammit...I can't give up though!" Rex started running again and soon he could see the top. He reached the last step and looked around him.

"Beautiful…" Rex mumbled. The world around him was amazing. He didn't know where he was, but he had a feeling he wanted to protect it. Rex took another deep breath and caught his stance. He put the feeling of his empty stomach aside and looked ahead.

"A egg?!" Rex yelled as he saw a giant bluish white orb floating. What was it? Rex started to walk up to it. He was about to touch it when he thought about his past.

"Ha, I'm getting some serious deja vu. I'm definitely not doing that again! I'll go get the gang and come back and show them this." He said aloud as he turned. However, all of sudden the orb started to shine the light and wind that Rex felt earlier. That's when he realized.

'This place was sealed for a reason!' Rex tried to run, but energy shot out and went into his right hand. Heat shot throughout his body especially his right hand.

"Aaaragh!" Rex yelled pulling off his glove and holding his hand. The pain was so great he dropped to his knees. "What is this?!" Rex yelled wincing. Energy circled around him. A insignia appeared on his right hand. A circle with a sign in the middle. Rex had never seen anything like it before. It made him worried as the last time this happened he went on a giant journey to save the world. He suffered so much and finally finished it. He just wanted a peaceful life.

"Why is it always m….e…" Rex started, but stopped. "Wha-how?!" A girl sat in front of him. She was a little smaller than Rex, but as tall as PoppiQT. She was wearing ripped cloth and had long white hair with greyish eyes. Rex looked down at her. She was definitely more filled out than Nia even though she was smaller. Rex shook his head at the thought. This wasn't a time to let his desire get a hold of him! The way she was looking at him made Rex blush. She looked cute, but sort of needy. He was immediately reminded of the look Pyra gave him. Although, hopefully this girl wouldn't ask him to touch her chest this time. 'Hopefully' Rex thought.

"Uh, who a-a-re you?" Rex said flustered. He was never good at talking to girls. That much was evident.

"Master, I've been calling out to you!" The girl leaped onto Rex and held onto him as Rex's hands went up.

"M-m-master?! What do you mean?!" The only one who ever called anyone master was Poppi.

"Is master not the desired name. Master?" The girl looked up at him.

Rex's face was beet red. What had he gotten himself into. Rex was seriously conflicted. He held her shoulders and pushed her off from him while keeping his hands on her shoulders. This girl seemed like she was lost anyway. She was probably just confused.

"Are you lost? I can take you back to my village if you want?" Rex asked sincerely. He thought of what he'd have to explain to everyone. Especially the three girls. What was most important right now was getting out of wherever he was and back to his friends. The problem was finding a way out and if this girl was coming with.

"Master, I'll send you out now. We are now connected together. I'll see you later," The girl said with a sad smile.

"Wait...wha? You know the way out? You should've just said so then! Let's go together, yeah?" Rex said smiling.

"Master, stand over there," The girl pointed over to the edge of the platform.

"Oh okay?" Rex stood over where the girl said to stand.

The girl walked up to Rex and turned him around. Suddenly, she kissed Rex's hand with the newly burned insignia. Rex was flustered and when he looked at her he immediately felt a hand on his chest.

"Bye bye," The girl said smiling and pushing the hero off the platform barreling towards the water below.

"AAAAAAAHHH! WHY ME!?" Rex yelled as energy roared throughout his body. The water was coming faster than he imagined. He closed his eyes as he was about to it the ground.

*THUD* *SPLASH*

'Black. Everything is black. Am I dead? Aw, man I didn't even get to continue with Pyra or Mythra. I'm sorry guys…' Rex thought as black surrounded as he shut his eyes.

"Rex?!" A voice said from behind him.

"Mpmh…" Rex groaned.

'Even in my dreams I hear Mythra. Hah, too bad I never got to hear her feelings.'

"Rex are you okay!?" He even heard Pyra.

"..." Rex didn't respond.

"Wake up idiot!" Mythra yelled as she kicked him.

"OW!" Rex shot up in pain. "What was that for!?" He yelled in retort.

Pyra came up and hugged him with Mythra. Nia stood by with tears in her eyes hiding them by wiping her eyes. She was so happy to know Rex was alive, at least hopefully. The bigger question in all the girl's minds right now, was how and why Rex was floating in the sea outside of Leftheria.. However, on a closer look, Rex had dark circles under his eyes and he looked pale. It was obvious he was hungry, tired, but still looked content at the very least.

"Hey everyone, why are you all out here?" Rex looked around as Pyra broke the hug. Seeing around him he immediately hid his hand with the insignia. He tried to act like he was just going for a swim. "I'm just out for a...uh...late night swim?"

His uncertainty caused the girls to question him in their minds. He was still wearing his salvager gear. He was soaked as well, but looked nervous. The girls shook it out of their heads as they were more concerned with his right now.

"Annnnd why are you all armed? Wait...is this about Poppi's new form?! I swear I had no idea abo-" All of a sudden Rex felt a unknown warmth overcome him. Mythra was right next to him. Not only were they right in front of each other. Her eyes were closed. What were they doing?

"Wha!?" Nia gasped as she looked on as her driver and friend were kissing in front of her. Mythra broke the kiss and stepped back.

"Don't make them worry like that again...idiot," Mythra blushed and looked away. (Author's Note: Writing a tsundere is great. No wonder there are so many of them in games and anime!)

"Whaaaa!?" Rex looked as confused and flustered as ever. He thought Mythra had hated him! He knew he felt something for her, but wasn't sure what he did feel. How did this girl who treats him a little less than good have feelings for him? Rex's face was bright red as Mythra walked away. This time she was the one who was swaying her hips, not Pyra. The sisters were more alike than he thought. He knew Pyra was somewhat of a tease, but Mythra?

'Was Mythra always this forward and teasing?' Rex thought as she walked away. Two kisses one night. It seemed redundant to him. Every time he was finally up something happened. First an attack and then that strange girl. This was getting to be too much for him. Though he didn't mind the sentiment from Pyra and Mythra. However, this complicated everything a little more. Did Rex really want to have a three way relationship? What about Nia? He still had her to decide what to do with. Rex sighed as he couldn't process anymore due to his mental and physical state. He surrendered his thoughts and looked at Pyra. She was...smiling?

"Took her long enough, right?" Pyra said with a grin. Nia was being left behind. At least she had Pyra right? She wasn't in dead last, right? Nia decided to go up to Rex and shake off the conflicting feelings. She just wanted to know if he was safe.

"You look like ell, Rex. You sure yer alright?" Nia questioned genuinely concerned for the salvager.

"Could be better, but not as bad as after the battle with Torna!" Rex grinned and Nia felt her heart skip a beat. His optimism and vibe he gave off were infectious. His words and actions gave hope to everyone. Nia asked to heal Rex, but he declined. He knew it would be useless as he wasn't hurt in anyway. Besides was his hand technically a wound?

"I am starving though, so did Corinne leave any food?" Rex asked still hiding his hand and blushing due to the attention. Pyra and Nia walked down the stairs somewhat helping him as he was unsteady due to hunger and fatigue. He had gone through enough for a lifetime. Soon Rex got to the house and Pyra cooked him a giant meal. Rex naturally ate it all and even Pyra was impressed. Everyone had retired to their rooms except Pyra and Azurda. The small Titan decided to leave the two alone and said his goodnites. That left the driver and blade combo alone. Just as Rex began to think it was getting uneasy and awkward, Pyra spoke up.

"Rex, I'm glad you're okay, but I need to ask you something…"

Rex looked at her. "Sure, anything Pyra. What's up?"

"Why didn't you tell us about the attack when you woke up?"

Rex knew she'd ask. How did she know though? He assumed it must have been Nia or maybe it was...Mythra. He saw her blade that night. The shape and color was the same. He just didn't want to acknowledge it. What was he supposed to do anyway?

"Well…I just wasn't sure to be honest. I couldn't piece it all together. The strange occurance, the shadow man, and his weapons…" Rex acted more shy when he got to that part. He didn't know that she knew about the blade.

"Rex, I know he was using Mythra's blade. We don't know why, but it wasn't her fault…" Pyra said sympathetically.

"I know I was just scared it could've been y'know? What was I supposed to do with her? I wouldn't be able t-" Rex was suddenly stopped in his sentence as he felt a warm embrace rush over him. Pyra embraced him in another hug. Rex was sure he wasn't gonna get sick of these hugs anytime soon. She rested his head on her chest and stroked his hair.

"Rex, I know it must've been tough. You've been through so much, was knocked out for so long and when you wake up you're already resolving problems, but you're not alone. Ever. Mythra, Nia, Zeke, Morag, Azurda, me, and everyone you've met. Don't hold these things back from us. We're here for you so trust us alright?"

Pyra's words touched the boy. He hadn't felt like this in a long time.

"Thank's Pyra, listen I need to tell you something important about why I was gone for so long…" Rex tried to say, but was cut off by a big white blur with blue in it behind Pyra's body.

'The girl!?' Rex thought.

"AH!" Rex was startled and fell back in the chair.

"Master Rex are you okay? I didn't mean to startle you, but Lady Pyra Mythra and Nia are asking for you. They told me it is urgent for you to get up there."

"Oh okay! I'll come up now." Pyra responded. "Rex, we'll continue this later alright?"

"Ah, um, okay Pyra. I'll uh see ya tomorrow!" Rex said slightly defeated. His feelings were definitely strongest for Pyra. He did everything for her and ultimately Mythra as well.

Pyra noticed his flushed and defeated face, but she had a hunch about what the girls needed her for. She leaned forward and kissed Rex on his forehead. She waved and Dromarch bowed to Rex as he took his leave.

Once again Rex was left alone. He knew they loved him whether platonically or romantically, but he felt alone. Nobody to listen to his story even when he tried to tell them. Rex sighed as he cleaned up his food. Deep down he was still scared for himself. He didn't want to be alone again. There wasn't many things he was insecure about, but this was one of them.

As Pyra walked up the stairs she could already hear Mythra yelling at Nia about something. She hurriedly rushed in to split the pair up.

"Guys what's happening? You'll wake everyone up!" Pyra rushed in.

"I don't know why don't you tell her Nia?!" Mythra retorted.

Nia looked away with a glare. "I'm leaving in the morning. Zeke and Morag have to leave tomorrow morning to help with their countries settling into Elysium. So, right now I might head back to Gormott and help them out there."

"What do you mean there is no place for you here? There always has and will be. We need you. Rex needs you." Mythra pleaded.

"I'll just be in your and Pyra's way. I mean I have no chance!" Nia finally let out.

"I thought that that may be the case. Listen, Nia, I'm not gonna stop you, but Rex has feelings for all of us. He's a greedy yet kind boy. Eventually, he'll figure it out, but as of right now...He truly loves all of us. I'll support you and whatever you decide though."

Dromarch slept outside silently hoping that Pyra's words would get through to her. He knew she wanted to stay, but was just afraid. The girls quieted down and the light was turned off. The blade sighed as he assumed they went to bed. He heard steps coming from the stairs and saw Rex barely make it to his room.

"One more stair *huff* and I swear to the Architect I'll die *huff*" Rex caught his breath and Dromarch watched the boy lug himself into his room at the end of the hallway. He closed the door and fell on the bed.

Rex took no time to pass out. He had never been more tired Slowly his eyes closed as he thought about what had happened and if it was real. He took his glove off and looked at the insignia.

'Nope. Definitely happened. What am I gonna tell everyone and who is that girl?'

He pictured the white haired girl and as he fell asleep he felt pressure on his body and as his world slowly went to black he could swear he saw the girl fall on top of him…
