SnowyIce: Okay, that's a lot of questions to answer and here I go. No, the thing about Naruto is that the only thing the male organs are really good for is to urinate, considering the sperm that comes out is only 10% viable. No, the fact of Kyuubi being female isn't why Naruto is more female, Naruto is that way because he/she was born from the main branch of the Uzumaki's. The reason I made Kyuubi female is because 75% of all Kyuubi legend has Kyuubi in the form of a female not a male. When I found this out that is what caused me to write this story this way. If there are any more questions I am willing to answer so don't feel like I neglect you or anything because I will get to them as fast as I can.

YaoiHimeSama: We will try to soon considering there is the month where they go their separate ways to train. The thing about the next few chapters is that it's going to be fast paced, so if I get one in feel lucky but if I cannot do a filler then don't hate me because there are other chances to have fillers added.
Papa Albarn: Okay, I would believe you have valid questions towards this but you must also realize that most kids don't realize their sexuality even before they hit the age of six, most boys out there that are even gender challenged started at a young age, the same with a girl. I've held a conversation with a transgendered boy and his mother and asked her how he was when he was growing up. She made a decision at birth that she wouldn't make him be the sex she chose and left him the way he was so he could choose. She wasn't shocked that he decided to be a girl since most of the time she would buy him presents one for a boy and one for a girl until he decided all together to stop getting boy stuff and hated it when someone got him trucks instead of Barbie dolls. The way he/she grew up she said there wasn't really much of a change in how her child behaved when they always felt like they were a girl even though they have both parts. The thing that got me on how the child was raised is that they were so definite in what they wanted and kept with it so much that they ignored anyone when they asked questions like "Do you regret choosing to be a girl?" To them it's not even a choice it is what they really are, it is how they behaved and how they really are inside. That is how most Transgender should be instead of their parents choosing them to be something they are not. I guess when I talked to them it kind of made the choice for me as well to implement it in story form mixed in with the knowledge that Kyuubi is more depicted as a female form instead of the male they put in the anime/manga.
Chapter Fourteen
"Kabuto-san…" Sakura says as her and the whole team's eyes widen.
"Ummm…" Hayate starts coughing again. "You're Yakushi Kabuto-kun from the Leaf, right? You may leave now…" Naruto gulps as the man's eyes meet hers. "Umm…Does anyone else want to retire? Oh…Umm…I forgot to tell you that from now on it will be individual battling. You may raise your hand based on your own judgment."
"Kabuto-san! Why are you quitting?! Why?!" Naruto shouts at the boy around Neji's tall frame. The gray haired teen looks at him while Gaara's attention is glued to the blond.
"I'm sorry, Naruto-chan…But my body is all beat up. Actually, I haven't been able to hear out of my left ear from the time when I got attacked by the Sound Nins before the first test…And now we'll have to risk our lives…I just…" The teen stops while looking at the sad but confused girl's innocent face. Naruto looks down at her shoes and pouts.
"I've seen him before. Didn't he quit during the final test last year? What's he thinking?" Sarutobi asks those around him.
"Yakushi Kabuto's data…He's failed 6 straight times." Anko says as she looks at the boys' profile.
"What kind of record is that?" Sarutobi mutters out looking disappointed in one of his village Genins.
"Since his academy days he was a student who didn't stand out much, his grades were average. He finally graduated on his third try. His completed missions are C-rank twice, D-rank 14 times. No spectacular battle history here." She looks over at the Hokage. "But…"
"But?" Sarutobi prods her to continue.
"It's about before he entered the academy." That drew his attention even more. "Do you remember? That young boy brought back from the battle at Bellflower Pass."
"I do…As I remember, a Jounin member of the Medical team brought back a child of the enemy who had survived the battle." He looks more at the teen. "So he is that child…" One of the Ninja's from the Sound Village smirks at the teen.
'You sure are devoted…Let me handle everything…Is what I'd like to say but…' He looks at the beautiful blond girl out the corner of his eyes. 'Naruto-chan…Sasuke-kun…I would have liked to play with you…A little longer but…' He pushes his glasses up again and hides his leering eyes. 'Anymore and…Hehe…The old blood will start boiling.' He looks toward the Sound Nin still hiding his facial expression. 'I am a spy after all…I can't reveal my true face here…' The Ninja stares steadily at the teen straight on. 'Perfect…If you will be watching them my…' You could see the snake-like eyes looking down at the teen. 'Job of gathering information is done. Orochimaru-sama.'
'You've been a spy, hiding in your fake self since you were a child…Looks like you are trying your best to hold down that boiling blood…' Orochimaru thinks while assessing the teen even more.
"Don't take selfish actions. Have you forgotten Orochi-sama's orders?" His teammate whispers from behind him.
"I'll let you guys handle it. Especially you Yoroi-san. With your ability there should be no problems." The teen looks at the man from over his shoulder. "This is your chance to show your strength. I know you are frustrated that I have surpassed you."
"Orochi-sama's favorite…Don't get too confident kid…" The man replies.
"I understand, Sempai." He whispers back and looks around drawing team seven's attention to him. He smiles to them one more time and waves goodbye. As he turns to leave Naruto looks like she's going to cry while her eyes never leave his tall form. 'I'll save the fun for some other time, Sasuke-kun…And you too, Naruto-chan…'
'Heh, this Yoroi will leave no fun for you.' The man says while watching team seven. Sasuke's attention leaves the leaving Genin due to his mark starting to hurt and throb on his neck.
'Ugh…The waves of pain are becoming more frequent.' As he grips his shoulder he draws Sakura's attention.
'Sasuke-kun…I knew it…' She thinks as she looks at him with worry filled eyes.
"Umm…Now…There are no more retiring, right?" Hayate asks and coughs a little.
"Huh?!" Sakura perks up and looks from between the man and Sasuke's bent over form. She hears the teen grunt from the pain. "Sa…Sasuke-kun! You should also quit this prelim!" Naruto and Sasuke looks at her with confused and angry eyes. "You have been strange since that Orochimaru guy attacked you. That mark still hurts, right?! If you continue…!" She stops herself while Naruto looks at her boyfriend.
'Mark?' The blond wonders as she keeps her eyes on the teen that is centimeters from her.
'I gave him a going away present. Sasuke-kun will seek me…to seek power…' Sakura thinks back to what the man said.
"Please…" She begs shakily as her shoulders shake from her gentle sobs. "Please…Quit…I'm…Afraid…" She sniffles and wipes her tears from her eyes.
'Sakura-chan…' The blond looks at her with concern and Sasuke is speechless.
"You are in no condition to fight right now!" She yells at the teen.
"Shut up!" Sasuke shouts back.
"I can see it! You have been hiding the pain all this time!" She shouts as more tears flow down her cheeks.
"Be quiet." He says with a deadly tone to the girl.
"Whatever you say I'm going to tell the Sensei's about that mark. Then…" Naruto's eyes widen in shock as she watches Sakura's hand rise up until Sasuke grabs hold of her wrist and tightens his grip on it. Sakura looks at the teen with her eyes widening.
"Shut up about this mark." He tells her as he tightens around her wrist again, showing he means business. The girl starts crying again.
"Why are you so stubborn?! I don't want to see you suffering anymore, to me you are…" She gets cut off by Sasuke.
"This has nothing to do with you." The girl couldn't say anything from what he said to her. "Stay out of my business." Sasuke says as he stares back at her with cold eyes and Naruto looking at the both of them. "Sakura…I have told you before." She looks at him with raised eyebrows. "I am an avenger. This isn't just a test to me. I don't care about Chuunin or whatever." She couldn't say anything to him while he lets her wrist go just to weave his fingers into Naruto's who suddenly grip his sleeve. ""Am I strong?" I just want the answer to that. To just fight strong guys here…" His eyes narrow as his thoughts overwhelm him. All of the Ninja's that he has recently just met filled his mind. "And they are here. I can't forgive even you…If you take that away from me."
"You bastard! Stop acting all cool! Idiot! Sakura is this worried and…" Naruto explains as she tries to tug her hand out of his grip but he won't allow her to. Sasuke's face gentles when he looks at her.
"Naruto…" His face turns serious. "I also want to fight you…" He then smirks just a tiny bit while putting a hand to her cheek. He winces from pain and grips his shoulder again.
"I thought so…" Sarutobi says while watching everything that team seven does.
"What should we do?" Ibiki asks him.
"We should remove him from the exam and have the ANBU watching over and protecting him…" Anko is interrupted by Kakashi.
"He's the type that wouldn't easily agree to that…" He says as she stares at him over her shoulder. "Since he's…From that Uchiha clan after all."
"Don't be foolish! We will force him to quit! By releasing Chakra the curse becomes active and forcibly pulls out Chakra. It's a forbidden Jutsu which eats at the user's body." She shouts while pointing at the Jounin.
"It's amazing that this child is still standing. He should be dead." Sarutobi says.
"Hokage-sama?!" Anko grits out while he sighs.
"What Orochimaru said is on my mind. Let's let Sasuke continue and watch over the situation." He says as his eyes don't remove from watching Naruto worrying about her boyfriend.
"Ho…Hokage-sama…!" The woman stutters.
"But if the curse begins opening and releasing power, then jump in and stop him." He says to the two.
"Yes." Ibiki agrees while Kakashi just stands there.
"Um…Now…Let's begin the preliminary. This preliminary will consist of one on one fighting. You will basically fight as if in a real life confrontation." Hayate says as he looks over the group of Genins. "Since we now have exactly 20 entrants, we will conduct 10 matches and…Umm…The winners will advance to the third test. There are basically no rules. The fight continues until one of you dies or is knocked out or admits your defeat." He coughs a little bit. "Umm…If you don't want to die then quickly acknowledge your defeat. But when I decide that the winner has clearly been established..." Another cough. "Umm…Since we don't want to pointlessly increase the amount of corpses, I'll jump in and stop things. And the object that controls your destiny is…" Everyone looks at him.
"Open it." Anko says in her head piece. This brought a wall panel up to reveal a screen.
"Is this…This electric scoreboard will…Show the match-ups for each battle." He coughs again. "Now, this is sudden but let's announce the 2 names of the first fight." Everyone watched the screen closely and Naruto is nervous. The screen shows that the next fight is Sasuke and Kabuto's team member Yoroi. Sasuke's lips smirk.
'Right now…' He chuckles a little.
'Heh…I don't even have to beg…' Yoroi thinks with his cocky thoughts.
'No way…! Why does Sasuke have to…?!' Sakura complains in her mind.
"Now, these two entrants come to the front…" As Hayate says this everyone looks to the two who are supposed to walk forward. They all watch them walk to the ring. "The two participants in the first fight are Akado Yoroi and Uchiha Sasuke, are you ready?" He asks them and they both answer with a "yes". The two Ninja's that were the teens superiors both had a multitude of different expressions on their faces. Kakashi held an indifferent expression, calculating what Sasuke's first move would be while Orochimaru had a smirk on his face as he holds laughter in his eyes. The two Genins look at each other and the youngest had the look of complete weariness along with stubbornness, while Yoroi's expression only showed through his eyebrows because his eyes are shielded by the dark lenses and his mask covered his entire lower face.
'All I can do is watch…Sasuke-kun…' Sakura thinks as she looks at both of them with worry wrinkling her brow.
'Sasuke! If you want to fight me…Then you better not lose!' Naruto thinks as she watches every muscle movement the two gave off.
'Sasuke-kun…He seems strange…' Ino thinks as she watches the two with her lips partially opened.
'Is it because of the curse sea…?' The bandaged Genin from the Sound thinks as he recalls the battle that he had earlier with team seven.
'Good luck, Sasuke-kun!' Lee thinks as he silently cheers on the younger teen.
'A chance to watch his abilities.' Neji thinks while a smirk quirks his lips and the cold eyes of Gaara's flashes from Neji to Sasuke like they were the only challenge he could see.
'…The pain isn't subsiding…' Sasuke says as the throbbing continues.
'Hehe…Looks like the curse seal hurts.' Yoroi thinks as he looks at the younger boy.
"Now…We will be starting the first match." Hayate says as he watches the two Genins facing off each other. "Will everyone except the two participants move to the upper level?" He gestures the crowd towards the balconies that they could stand to watch the entire match.
"Hey! Kakashi Sensei!" Naruto jumps up and down to get the man's attention while Sasuke enjoys the voluptuous bouncing of her breasts that were barely concealed in her jacket that is only partially zipped up. The man walks towards them and as he passes Sasuke a shadow of a smirk forms on his lips barely visible through the mask hiding everything but his eye. He stops right behind the teen.
"Sasuke…" The teen looks at him over his shoulder. "Don't use the Sharingan." He warns the boy which shocks him.
"So you know…" Sasuke says with a smirk on his face.
"If that curse on your neck becomes active, you might lose your life…" This didn't surprise the teen at all.
"…Probably…" He says as his face turns serious.
"Well, if that happens…I'll jump in and stop the match, got that?" He finishes and continues to walk to the rest of team seven that is waiting for him while Sasuke follows the man's' movements with surprise on his face.
'Stop it?!' He puts his hand over the mark once more. 'It seems this curse seal thing reacts to my Chakra…If I try to release my Chakra it steals my mind and begins pulling out all of my body's Chakra…So in this match…Not only Sharingan…I can't even use my normal Jutsu…' He now looks at Yoroi.
'But unfortunately for you, Yoroi's ability…Is the worst possible ability for you, Sasuke-kun…' Orochimaru thinks as he smirks down at them.
'Now…What do I do…?' The black haired teen wonders to himself while a small smile forms on his lips. Everyone is now watching them intently waiting for the first one to make a move.
'Be careful…Sasuke…' Kakashi thinks while not taking his eye off of his student.
"Now…Please begin." Hayate says starting the match.
"Are you ready?" Yoroi asks while he forms a seal with his hands.
"Yeah." Sasuke says as his face fills with a smile and determination. Chakra forms around Yoroi's right hand as he digs around into his pouch on his left hip. Sasuke seeing this takes his Kunai out of its holster and notices the Shuriken that Yoroi removes from his pouch then throws at him. He spins around with the Kunai in his right hand, swinging it to deflect the Shuriken right back at the Genin with a grunt coming out. Yoroi crouches down waiting for the projectiles to get to him while the mark starts making a sharper pain become noticeable for the teen. 'Damn it!' Yoroi crouches down far enough where his own Shuriken zooms over his head while Sasuke hits the ground with a moan. He hurriedly looks up at Yoroi that is throwing the Chakra covered fist towards his head almost making it impossible to dodge. The fist instead hits the concrete floor causing fragments to hit the teen causing him to cry out from the pain of it. Sasuke slams his Kunai into the concrete making Yoroi look at him with confusion until he uses the Kunai to maneuver his body enough for both feet to grapple with Yoroi's arm that is still imbedded into the concrete. He uses his right foot to kick the top part and his left to kick him directly on the joint of his elbow. This causes Yoroi to cry out in pain and crumble to the ground where Sasuke immediately grabs his right arm to hold him in a grip and bend his arm even further back. Sasuke grits his teeth with the how much power he had to use just to accomplish this while Hayate is watching the two a little startled.
"Yes!" Naruto cries out with joy while grinning at her boyfriend. Yoroi ends up turning his right hand over enough to be able to grip the front of Sasuke's shirt causing the boy to start panicking. He felt his strength waning while Orochimaru's grin fully breaks through.
'Guu…My strength…' Sasuke winces as his grip on Yoroi's arm weakens enough for the Genin to rip his arm out of his hold. He balls his fist up over the Shaking form and slams it into Sasuke's face. Sasuke cries out in pain as the Genin uses the momentum of his hit to prop himself up into a defensive stance. 'What was that? My body's strength suddenly…' The teen wonders while moaning in pain as the man starts to stand up.
"Sasuke-kun!" Sakura cries out a warning which makes the boys eyes fly open and look towards Yoroi whose Chakra covered hand is quickly moving towards Sasuke's head. Unable to move quickly enough to avoid it Sasuke's head is now gripped by the Genin and slammed into the concrete. The Genin chuckles while he sucks out the teens Chakra causing his body to go limp. His Sensei is shocked.
'Sasuke...' Naruto whimpers in her head.
"You…My Chakra…" Sasuke shakily reveals he knows what the man is doing.
"So you finally noticed…" Yoroi says.
'Yes…Yoroi's special ability is to absorb Chakra…A wonderful Jutsu that allows him to suck out the opponents physical and spiritual energy just by touching them with his palm…And when he sucks all of your Chakra…Sasuke-kun…You'll be forced to rely on my curse seal…' Orochimaru thinks as he watches the black haired boy cry out. 'Now release it…That beautiful power…That is your only path for survival…'
"Ugh…Damn…You!" Sasuke shouts and kicks the man off of him making him bite out a bark of pain.
"Hehehe…You guinea pig…You still have power left?" Yoroi says holding his Chakra covered palm.
'That was close…But if he touches me one more time I'll be finished…He will probably try to make this a close contact fight…This is it…What do I do?' He wonders as he pants and grits his teeth in anger.
"Uchiha Sasuke…This is it…?" Gaara says barely showing his disappointment in the teen.
'Sasuke-kun…' Lee looks at him closely. While Naruto looks at Sakura who will not look at the fight. She is disgusted by the girl.
"Sasuke! Are you really Uchiha Sasuke?! Is that the best you can do?!" She screams out at him drawing his gaze to her.
'She is…!' Sasuke looks at her and saw the emotions fully on her face. He looks in shock when he saw her anger and disgust. 'I know!' Sasuke felt ashamed that she is feeling this towards him. Hayate looks at the older Genin with weariness showing on his face and the Genin chuckles at him.
"You don't have time for sightseeing!" He shouts out while running towards Sasuke. 'I'll suck up all his Chakra! It's over!' Everyone stares on in suspense while it feels like time slows down.
'Is this it…?' Hayate wonders until Sasuke kicked the man right on his chin shooting his body upwards a little bit. He pushes himself off of the concrete following the others motions as he is flying through the air.
'That's my…!' Lee stares at them with wide eyes.
'What?!' Gai Sensei thinks as he watches the boys' movements and movements that are so familiar since he's seen them every day he helps Lee practice the move. Everyone watches on in shock except for Orochimaru who now holds the power hungry look on his face.
"Though from here I'm going original…" Sasuke says as he appears right behind the Genin who is now panicking. "It's over." Sasuke puts his index and middle fiver towards the middle of Yoroi's back.
"Ugh…Leaf Shadow Dance…!" The man grits out as he looked at the teen from the corner of his eyes.
"Take this!" The black haired boy says revealing his bloodied face over the man's shoulder. Everyone looks up at him and the mark throbs even more while the marks spread from the spirals. 'Damn it…!' He spurts blood from his mouth and his muscles bunch up and pulse with every beat of his hear. Now the mark is spreading up his neck and over his shoulder a little. 'Reacting again…!' Orochimaru smirks up while he waits for the mark to take its toll on the teen. He grunts as the mark enters the whites of his eyes and thinks to how his teammates reacted to him being this way. The pissed off face of his girlfriend stayed in his mind. 'Heh…Having them worry about me…' He shows a tiny smile on his bloody lips. 'I can't…I can't let this thing…'
'Is this the end…' Kakashi wonders as he notices the mark spreading on his body.
'Control me!' Sasuke's eyes widen as he boosts up his will and the mark recedes back into itself, shocking everyone that was watching.
'The curse is returning!?' Anko wonders as she watches the boy.
"Here it comes." Sasuke says with a smirk on his lips. He grips into the back of the man's shirt, gripping a bit of the muscled back while he was at it, making the man grunt as he swings his legs hard enough and quickly kicks him. Yoroi was quick enough to move his arm to block the kick.
"Heh…Not enough!" He taunts the boy while the foot is removed quickly from his arm.
"…Not enough." Kakashi states while watching Sasuke twist his torso getting ready to deal another blow to the man. He swings his hand hard and fast, backhanding the man causing him to cry out from the pain. Sasuke draws back his fist bringing it quickly to embed a blow into the man's midriff causing another grunt to come out of the immobile form. Sasuke moves away from the man a little bit before they are supposed to hit the cement.
"There's more!" He shouts out as he swings his leg again; making the man hit the floor with more power than he would have if he just fell. Everyone watching holds an astonished look on their face. "Lion Rendan!" Sasuke growls out as he kicks the man in the face and he slides along the concrete away from the man. Hayate looks at the two as they laid there almost immobile except for the pants that were coming out of their mouths.
'Like I have to check.' He thinks as he moves Yoroi's head to the side to see what his health status is. He looks over and saw Sasuke slowly trying to get up which causes everyone to take a breath of relief and a more crazed look to appear on Orochimaru's face. Sasuke wipes the blood off of his chin as he starts kneeling. "I'm stopping the fight here…And thus…The winner of the first match, Uchiha Sasuke…Has passed the prelims!" Hayate says as he waves his hand towards the still panting boy.
"Yes!" Naruto cries out in joy while Sakura sighs. Sasuke plopped down in his rump about to fall onto his back but before he could Kakashi appears behind him holding him up with his knee.
"Well, good job." The man says as he is reading his book. The teen snickers at the man. 'The movement before the Lion Rendan was Gai's Taijutsu. He must have recorded it when he and Lee tangled earlier.'
"Sasuke! Heh heh…You, you. What a lame way to win! You're all beat up, idiot!" Naruto shouts out at him as she couldn't take her worried glaze off of him.
'Sasuke-kun, great…' Sakura sighs as she notices how normal it looked for Naruto to watch the teen.
"That damn total moron…" Sasuke insults her still panting a little bit.
'Alright…Me too!' Naruto shakes with relief and excitement.
'Lee…Thanks to you I was able to survive. If I hadn't seen your technique earlier I would have been in trouble…But it's not a move I can count on very much.' Sasuke thinks as he notices Lee standing besides Naruto and thinks back to the moves he used in the fight. He winces from the pain his body is now in. Lee stares down at the Uchiha heir analyzing him.
'I see, that time…You were able to copy part of my technique from just seeing it once…That's your ability…Sharingan! Sasuke-kun…What a person you are…You will get stronger and stronger…' He thinks as he watches the boy sigh and wince in pain. 'I even…Feel fear…' His Sensei is looking at him closely.
'Mastering even part of the super Taijutsu technique, "Lotus," is impossible without grueling training…Even with the Sharingan, it's not something that can be perfected that quickly…And the creativity of that finishing move…' Gai Sensei observes his rival and Sasuke. 'Kakashi…This boy reminds me of you when you were young…' Tenten watched the slight angry look on Neji's face.
'Last year's number 1 rookie was Hyuuga Neji…This year's number 1 rookie is Uchiha Sasuke…I wonder which is stronger.' She wonders while staring more at her teammate. 'But what a guy…To release the true power of the Sharingan here…The terrifying…Uchiha Blood…'
'That's surprising…To be able to stop the reaction of the curse with his own will…' Anko wonders about the boy while the others are watching them. Gaara's body starts shaking and emitting an almost unheard of animalistic growl.
'Damn. Not again…' Kankuro stares at his little brother with fear on his face.
"Now this is fun." A sound Ninja says while standing by his team.
"Kyaaa! Sasuke-kun!" Ino cheers out at the one she likes a lot.
"Man, I'm hungry!" Choji says while his stomach growls at him.
'…Looks like this is it for us.' Shikamaru thinks looking at the people around with a bored expression.
"W…Wow…" Hinata stutters.
"Pft. That was nothing." Kiba lies with a smirk on his face. Orochimaru starts shaking with a power hungry look on his face.
'Wonderful…' His long tongue pokes out long enough to lick part of his cheek.
"Uchiha Sasuke." One of the medics that came into the room says to get the boys attention. "Let the medical team treat your injuries now."
"You guys aren't needed. I'll take care of him." Kakashi says from behind the teen that looks at him from the corner of this eye. "I'm going to take you to the back and…Seal up that curse." The tall man says as he kneels down and puts a hand on the startled boys shoulder.
"Umm…We will now start the next match!" Hayate says as everyone's attention is drawn to the board again.
"Wait until after the prelims…I want to watch the other matches." Sasuke says to his Sensei.
"No! Don't get so mad." Kakashi objects while looking at the boy who is now glaring at him. "If we don't take care of it now, it will be too late. I won't listen to your selfishness anymore." Everyone is on their toes as they watched the board closely. The names appeared: Zaku Abumi vs. Aburame Shino.
"Heh, who's this loser?" Zaku wonders out loud sounding as cocky even though he has two broken arms. Kakashi started walking Sasuke out of the area while his teammates watched.
'Sasuke-kun…' Sakura looks at him with worry while Naruto looks directly into Kakashi's eyes giving him a silent message to which he nods his head barely so people do not notice. Naruto remembered the mark on her boyfriends' neck and decided to play the stupid blond role again and she looks at Sakura.
"Oh yeah, Sakura-chan…Did you see a weird thing on Sasuke's neck during the fight?" Naruto asks her trying to fish some information that the girl gathered even though Naruto herself knows about the mark and knows what it can do. The girl looks at her wondering if she should tell the blond. She remembers what Sasuke told her that he didn't want Naruto to worry about him so for her not to tell the blond.
"I…Also don't know." She replies hating having to lie to the girl.
"Oh…" Naruto put on a disappointed look on her face even though inside she was happy the girl didn't reveal anything even to her about the mark. The less people that knew about it the less and the less the danger.
"Umm…Now, we will…Begin the second match." Hayate says to the two Genins standing in front of him.
'That's the Sound…The guy whose arms were injured by Sasuke-kun…He's going to fight like that…?' Sakura looks down with recognition while Naruto reads the fight and can already tell who will be the victor. Out of the corner of the blonds' eye she noticed the bug on her shoulder that draws a pattern on her jacket fabric. Naruto looked towards Shino and nods her head which made Shino sigh in relief.
"…Will Shino-kun be alright…?" Hinata stutters out showing she is worried for the bug wielder.
"He's strong! He's one guy even I don't want to fight…" Kiba says honestly to her as he looks at their teammate in the ring.
"…Please begin." Hayate says and starts stepping back away from the fighters.
'Now…Zaku…It will be interesting…To see how you fight…' The bandaged Genin thinks while watching him with one eye. A form disappears behind him and he looks where it was with curiosity. Zaku looks at Shino with both of his arms in the sling trying to stare the boy down.
"If you fight here you will be finished. Forfeit…" Shino says as he tries to do as Naruto asked of him and be very cautious of the Genin.
"Heh…This one moves a little bit." Zaku says as her removes his left arm from the sling. "And one arm…Is enough against you!" He starts running towards Shino who looks at Naruto again and she nods her head. He turns his attention back to the Ninja while releasing his bugs and barely catching the fist that was thrown at him. "Damn."
"You can't beat me up with just one arm." Shino says as the veins pop out in the arm he brought up to block the punch with.
"Shut the hell up!" Zaku shrieks out and releases his Jutsu on his hand. 'Take this!' Shino notices that he had something planned and barely had enough time to roll away from the attack. Zaku laughs while everyone looks at Shino with worry on their face except for Naruto. "Hey…Get up!" The dust cleared from around Shino and you could see him getting up slowly. Zaku's eyes widen when he saw the little tiny beetles that are fixing up the scrapes on the boys face. '…Wha…What!? B…Bugs…!? From inside his body…coming from below the skin…!?' His eyes widen when he hears the scurrying and chirping of the beetles behind him and turned around to see them.
"These are called destruction bugs; they attack their prey in numbers and eat Chakra. If this many attack you, as I said before…you will be finished." Shino said as he held up a finger that one crawls around on it. Zaku whips his head back around to stare at the boy. "If you don't want that, then give up…that's your best option. If you use that technique with your left arm on me again…then the bugs will instantly attack you from behind."
"Damn…" Zaku grits out as he turns to look back at the bugs.
"If you use it on the bugs…then there will be an opening for me to attack…either way, you can't pass here. You should always have a trump card!" Shino forms seals and the Sound Nin grunts as he thought of when he first met Orochimaru.
'I can't…I can't continue to fail!' His eyes burst open and he opens his mouth to shout. "Don't mess with me!" He laughs. "You should always have a trump card, right!? Here!" The Genin took his right arm out of the sling and held both arms out at his side with his hands in the shape of claws. Shino looked worried and zipped an eye to Naruto who didn't even show a hint of it which kind of calmed the boy down.
"What!? He can use his right arm, too!?" Kiba yells out.
'Hehe…so it was an act that his right arm was useless…good one…Zaku.' The bandaged Ninja thought as he looked on with an excitement filled eye.
'Take this!' Zaku says as he pointed both of his palms at the bugs and the Genin standing there. He released his Jutsu and his arms exploded off of his body. His face held confusion along with every single one of the ones watching. "Wha!? What!?"
"When I told you to give up earlier, I ordered them like this: "Close up those dangerous wind holes with your bodies…" This is a true trump card…" Shino says into the Genin's ear.
"…y! You…!" Zaku spun around just in time for Shino to back hand him. Hayate kneeled down to check the Genin who is groaning on the floor.
"It's over…it seems." He says to Shino and the others that were watching the fight.
"What is he…? Neji!" Lee asked his teammate who activates his Byakugan to take a look at Shino who now stood with his hands in his pockets as he looked at Naruto out of the corner of his eyes.
"What a guy…I can understand summoning bugs but…" Neji says with shock in his voice. "Bugs are living throughout his body…"
"What did you say?" Lee asked with his eyes open wide in shock.
"He must be a member of the bug using clan of the Leaf…" Gai says as he watches the boy below them.
"Yes, I have heard of them…a clan whose members, at the time of birth, give their body to insects to use as a nest. The clan can freely control the insects and use them as their primary fighting technique…by feeding them their Chakra; they have established a contract with the bugs…" Neji explains to Lee.
"So the progeny of that clan…is him." Lee murmurs as he kept his eyes on the boy who wears the trademark Aburame sunglasses.
"Too bad…Zaku." One of the Sound team members says.
"Why did Zaku's arms explode?" His teammate asks as she looks on with widened eyes.
"Most likely, that Shino guy…had his insects plug up Zaku's air canals…when he tried to use the Zankuuha under those circumstances, the energy had nowhere to go as it searched for an exit and…the cannon that is Zaku's arm exploded and blew off!" Her teammate explains as she stares down at the Genin's severed arm that rested on his abdomen. They watched as the medics carried him off on a stretcher.
'I only knew you through working on the same mission…but…I will get them back for you.' His teammate thinks while his eye looked at him and he chuckles darkly.
"Winner, Aburame Shino!" Hayate says as the boy walks off.
'Phew, that was nerve racking…' Kuranai thinks as she sighs.
"What? What?! You guys didn't know he was that strong? Damn you guys have no faith!" Naruto shouts at the ones from the Leaf village who all stared down at the boy whose lips quirk in a small smile when he heard the girl say this.
"I've always thought he was creepy but…" Sakura said as she shivers from disgust. Shino rejoins them up on the balcony.
"Oh…Shi…Shino-kun…congratulations…" Hinata stutters out as her teammate approaches them.
"Hey, great job." Kiba says and both boys and the girl nod at Naruto who is further away from them. She smiles and then it turns to disgust as Sakura shivers from the fight.
"Yeah, I'm counting on you guys too." Shino says to them.
'He comes back acting like the team leader…' Kiba glares at the boy while his pup Akamaru barks in his shirt.
"Umm…I think we should go to the next match." Hayate says to the crowd with a cough while Kakashi appears behind Naruto and Sakura.
"Kakashi Sensei!" Naruto says with a joy filled voice drawing Sakura's attention to their sensei. Kakashi looks at the blond and smirks a little realizing that he won't be able to sneak up on her anymore now since she is no longer too concentrated on keeping her Genjutsu up anymore.
"Hey." He says as he salutes the two.
"What do you mean "Hey"?! Kakashi Sensei, how's Sasuke?! Is he alright?!" She whines out to the man who gives her a look that reprimands her on how she is speaking to him. She gulps and looks down in shame.
"Well, he's fine. Sleeping in a hospital bed." He says turning his attention to look at Naruto giving her the silent message. 'With ANBU protection though…' Naruto nods her head and Sakura sighs in relief not realizing how clueless she really is.
"Oh!" Naruto realized that the board now displayed the next results for the next match. Tsurugi Misumi vs. Kankuro.
'Finally…my turn…' Kankuro looks at the board with one eye open.
'Kankuro…you're not taking this seriously…' His sensei thinks while glaring at the teen.
'Idiot…' Gaara glares at his older brother.
'It's him.' Naruto thinks as she grits her teeth while watching the teen with the purple make up on his face.
"We will now begin the 3rd match." Hayate says and waits for them to walk down to him.
"Unlike Yoroi, even against little punks, I show no mercy. I'll say it now, if I put my techniques on you it's over. Give up immediately." Misumi says cockily while glaring at Kankuro through his glasses. "I'm going to end this quickly."
"Then I also…" Kankuro pauses as he relieves himself of the bandaged package on his back. He slams it upright on the floor. "Will end this quickly." Misumi's glare gets deadlier and he starts rushing Kankuro.
"I won't give you a chance to do anything!" He says to the teen as he draws his left arm across his chest to try and strike him with a back hand only for it to be blocked by Kankuro. He makes his body have elasticity and wraps around Kankuro like a snake.
"What?" Kankuro grits out as the man's body continues to wrap around his limbs binding him.
"In order to gather information, my body has been altered…to be able to fit into any space. So I can keep squeezing until I break your bones. If you don't give up I'll keep squeezing harder…" He says as Kankuro grunts from him squeezing him. "I don't know what kind of Ninja tools you use…but you can't do anything like this. But try something funny and I won't wait until you give up. I'll break your neck immediately. Hurry up and give up." Kankuro looks at him over his shoulder.
"Heh, no way." He says as he smirks.
"Do you want to die?" Misumi grits out as he tightens even more causing more grunts coming out of Kankuro.
"You're the one who's gonna die." Kankuro growls as his sweat covered face looks at the man binding him. Hayate looks on trying to figure out if he should intervene or not. Everyone looked as they saw something that might look like a hopeless situation. Then they heard a snap and Kankuro's neck hung limply.
"His neck is broken…" Lee states the obvious.
"Huh?" Naruto looked at him like he was stupid.
"Bah…stupid…" Gaara says while Hayate sighs.
"Damn…idiot…you made me kill you…" The guy looks on with remorse until the head flipped around to look up at him.
"Then is it my turn now? 3" The puppet says while smirking at him.
"What?!" Misumi says shocked at what he now holds. The puppets arms twined around the man's pliable body making ripping sounds in its wake. The Kankuro disguise is ripped off of it revealing the true look of what a puppet could look like. Misumi grunts out as the face appears again in front of his face. "This is…a puppet?!" The bundle that Kankuro brought to the area that is now laying flat on the ground is now moving and a hand pops out grabbing one of the bandages wrapped around it. One tug and all of the bandages fly off of the form revealing the real Kankuro. 'That's the real one? He's a puppeteer?' Misumi noted that there are Chakra strings coming from the tips of the teen's fingers.
"If I break your bones you'll be even softer right?" Kankuro asks while making his puppet squeeze the man.
"Give u…Ahhhhhh!" Misumi's screams could be heard echoing through the entire area.
"Though I'll go easy on your neck." Bones breaking silenced the cries.
'Phew, I almost ended that one too early.' Hayate thought as he coughs. He starts walking to the only one standing. "The battle cannot be continued. Winner Kankuro!"
"2 on 1 is cheating! That's allowed, Kakashi Sensei?!" Naruto wonders since she hasn't really read the rules of matches like this before.
"It's not cheating…that's just a doll. The same could be said with your passenger, little one." Kakashi says sending her a hidden message and the girl nods.
"That's Puppet no Jutsu. It's controlling a doll and using it as a weapon with your Chakra. It's the same as a Shuriken or any other tool." Sakura says with her snobbish voice making the other two cringe along with those that over heard her.
"We will now begin the 4th match." Hayate says as he catches a group's eye up in the balcony.
"Geez geez! There's a bunch of weirdo's here." Naruto crabs as she crosses her arms while watching them release Misumi's Jutsu so that his limbs can return to normal enough for them to put him on the stretcher.
"Like you're one to talk…You are both sexes." Kakashi says teasing the blond who glares at him enough to make the man gulp.
"Haha, good one." Sakura laughs as she watches her sensei hold his hands up to shield himself from Naruto who looks like she would kill him until something caught his eyes.
"This is no time for laughing. Sakura…" Kakashi says in her ear as he gleefully looks at the board. She looks at him with confusion filled eyes. He points to the board. "Look." Her eyes widen when she saw the next match. Haruno Sakura vs. Yamanaka Ino.
"Oh!" Ino cries out as she saw who she was fighting.
