A/N: I know you guys are going, "Where the heck is she?" Well, we had a little setback with all of our health, and my daughter is really going through another part of her 24/hr studies which leads her to end up being sick afterwards. Which caused me to be sick and it is planting season! So, I can get these out while I'm waiting for the little buggers to grow. Owell, I am having luck a good bit this season with the thriving sunflowers and the entire cantaloupe you guys would love to eat. Wanted to try my hand at new things so growing Honey Dew and a new breed called Melorange which is a hybrid of orange and cantaloupe. It's fun for me even though now I have to hire a manual labor to get the garden plowed. Meh, anyway, it's Review Time:

The Unapologetic: Hey, let me say this first. Never worry about a review being long. I don't mind them in fact that makes the reply more than a sentence. Yeah, I understand on how they show their jealousy but they forget they have one thing; well, most of them do anyway. It's something called a brain, and it rules the actions of people, emotions, and anything else they do. If you don't use your brain and see that you are just a drama hungry git you shouldn't even be posting a review since all it will do is invoke not only the author's but the people who love the stories strife. This in turn can make you look like a fool, more so than you probably already do, and I laugh at people like that. What in the world makes you think everyone else would think you are a "god" and that what you say goes? Sorry, everyone isn't a clone or isn't a carbon copy of another person. If they were then the world would be a dull place. Anyway, here is the next installment, I hope you all enjoy.
Chapter Sixteen
"N…Naruto-chan…w…wow." Hinata stutters out while everyone continues to look on.
"You're great! Naruto!" Sakura cheers with a huge grin on her face while Naruto has a cocky grin spread on her lips.
'This is that loser Naruto?' Kuranai thinks while she looks down her nose at the girl.
'What did Kakashi do?' Asuma wonders while staring at the girls' stance in front of the canine like boy.
"Looks like she's not "that" Naruto anymore…" Shikamaru says with wide eyes.
"Yeah…" Choji agrees.
'But…Our Kiba's growth might be greater…' Kuranai thinks with a smile twitching at her lips. Kiba pops out a soldier pill towards Akamaru.
"Here I come, Naruto." The teen says while the dog eats the pill and Naruto looks at the pooch in her arms with confused eyes. Her eyes widen when his fur changes to a brick red and he starts growling.
"Whoa?!" Naruto says when Akamaru jumps out of her arms. The pup skids away from Kiba growling the entire time. "His fur…red? What did you feed him?" Naruto asks worried that it might hurt the pup.
'Soldier pill!?' Kakashi muses.
"That's why he's Akamaru…" Kiba explains the pups name while chewing on a soldier pill himself.
'Kiba intends to end it here…' Kuranai narrows her eyes at the pair.
"Here we go, Akamaru!" He shouts and the pup jumps up on his back. The pups' barks sound so loudly through the ring. "Beast Effect Ninpou!" Kiba growls out as the effects spread through their entire body. Akamaru is now transformed into a Kiba look-a-like. "Beast Human Bunshin!"
"His eyes are scary! He took some weird medicine! Isn't that doping? Is that allowed?" Naruto wonders and looks towards Hayate.
"Yes, the soldier pill is a ninja tool." He answers her.
"That's all you say!" She growls out.
"What?! What did he eat?" Shikamaru wonders as he hopes Kiba didn't do like Ino and break a rule.
"A Soldier Pill..." Choji mumbles.
"Huh? Soldier Pill?" Ino asks.
"The Soldier Pill is a special medicine that is said to allow a soldier to fight for three days and three nights without resting. It's full of protein and contains a special stimulant. Kiba and Akarmaru's Chakra has likely momentarily increased." Choji explains while Asuma looks down at the girl with worry filled eyes. Releasing the body's Chakra and attacking like a wild beast. It's the perfect pill for Kiba.
"Naruto's in trouble..." Asuma says.
"Here it comes! Quadruped no Jutsu!" Kiba shouts out as both of them run at Naruto whose eyes are flaring red making Orochimaru's eyes widen and his jaw drops.
'I sealed the Kyuubi, I know I did…' The man's eyes seem to widen with every move Naruto makes. 'So how…?' Kiba swipes his claws across Naruto's shoulder drawing blood. This makes Akarmaru's eyes turn red and he winds back and slams a fist into Kiba's midriff. Naruto grunts out while holding her shoulder.
'Even if I focus all of my Chakra to my feet I can barely get away…' She cries out in shock when she almost got hit. The one thing that saved her is that Akamaru knocks Kiba away from her.
'An opening!' Kiba thinks while a grin flares up on his face hiding his frustration towards his canine companion. Naruto looks at him over her shoulder revealing blood dripping down her face. Akamaru sniffs and growls while Kiba thinks he's going to go with him on this attack. "Take this! Beast human Taijutsu supreme technique!" Akamaru speeds up and changes his angle without his owners notice. The both of them spin wildly like they were a cyclone itself, Kiba shoots towards Naruto hitting her causing her to cry out in pain which riled up Akamaru who started blocking each hit and attacking back. "Piercing Fang!" Everyone looks at her with worry as her body flies up from the blows, she then lands with a loud thud while Akamaru stands guard in front of her. "That's the difference between our abilities." Kiba explains and gives his dog a weird look. "What is wrong with you?!" He shouts and Naruto gasps out, Akamaru watching blood fly out of her mouth. He turns to his master growls and kicks the boy further away.
"I…Hokage…can't lose…here…" She grits out as she struggles to get up. Kiba gets up with an irritated look on his face as he glares at his pup. Then starts laughing at what she says.
"You become Hokage?! Even though you're weaker than me?! You don't actually think you can become Hokage! Stop acting tough. Hehe…If you want a Hokage…I'll become one!" He laughs wildly.
'You're wrong…Kiba-kun…' Hinata thinks back to all the times she saw Naruto when she was younger. 'Naruto-chan isn't that weak…Unlike me Naruto-chan always believed in her self-worth…I really thought that was incredible…Because I understand how difficult that is…Yet nobody would even look at that Naruto…Nobody even tried to acknowledge her…but…'
"Get up Naruto!" Sakura shouts at her.
'Right now everyone is watching you…Everyone is acknowledging you.' Hinata smiles down at the girl who is now standing up.
"If you're gonna compete with me for the Hokage name…I'm gonna whip you like a dog…" Naruto says with a grin on her face.
"Hey!" Kiba raised his hand and points at her. "Do you ever give it a rest?!" He laughs and starts running towards her avoiding Akamaru who is still standing as the girls guard dog. 'I cannot depend on having him as my partner while Naruto bewitches him.' He dips down as Akamaru jumps at him.
"Like I'll fall for the same trick twice!" Naruto says while smirking at the repetitive motions that the teen is making.
"Take this!" He starts the cyclone actions again but this time Akamaru does so towards him attacking him.
'This technique…I saw it earlier but…I can't dodge it over and over…What do I do?' Naruto thinks as she grips her now injured ankle.
"It's not over!" Kiba yells out as he is attacked again by his dog. He starts the attack again with his partner mirroring his movements.
'I could attack but if I don't get Kiba it will be useless. Which one is Kiba? Which?' She wonders as she watches the two look a likes attacking each other. 'I know!'
"What are you going to do, Naruto?!" Sakura wonders as she looks at her teammate with worried eyes.
"Transform!" Naruto transforms her body to look like Kiba, something she excels at.
'You're mine!' Kiba stops when he notices that there is now three of him.
"I see…" Kakashi says and when Sakura looks at him with confused eyes. "Look closely…" She noticed what the girl done.
"Oh!" She grins and looks on. 'She's created a nice chance. Great job!'
"So that's your plan…but…I'll warn you about something…I wasn't focusing and didn't notice last time but…Henge no Jutsu won't work anymore…because…" Kiba slammed one of his look-a-likes into the wall then throws them across the ring. "You smell…Don't underestimate our noses, Naruto…"
'Kiba can focus his chakra to his nose and increase his smelling by a 1000 fold. And of course he can tell people apart by just smell.' Kuranai muses with a tiny smile on her lips and the form on the ground groans.
"Heh, I won!" A cloud of smoke flares up and the teen's eyes widen. 'What?!' There lay Akamaru on the floor knocked out. "Akamaru! Damn!" Kiba growls out as everyone holds surprise on their face.
'What's going on? Kiba's nose confused Akamaru and Naruto?' Shino wonders and expands his senses to find his beetle that protects the girl. Kiba looks at his other look-a-like and grits his teeth.
'Damn it! What the hell?!' The copy looks at him with a confused look and Kiba swings around to hit him right across his face. "Then you're Naruto, take that!" The copies body spins wildly then a puff of smoke reveals Akamaru who looks at his master with fear. 'What?'
'Well…the creativity of a former prankster…' Kakashi thinks with a smile on his lips.
'Oh no!' Kuranai gasps out as she realizes that her cockiness holds no grasp on this fight anymore. Kiba is continuously looking down at the Akamaru in front of him while the one behind him stands up and then the transformation is released. The boy looks over his shoulder to see Naruto running at him with her red tinted eyes.
'Wha?' His eyes widen as he watches Naruto's slender sandal covered foot connect with his face. He cries out as blood flies from his mouth and he hits the floor.
'I see…when Kiba smelled Naruto and punched her, Naruto quickly transformed to Akamaru. So that it would appear that Akamaru was hit and the Beast Human Bunshin had been released.' Sakura cheers in her head.
"Was Naruto that clever…?" Ino asks and the two besides her look at her like an idiot. Gaara is musing over the girls' actions while he watches her closely and Kiba looks down at Akamaru who is lying on the floor.
"…crap…" He bites out while Naruto stands still looking down at him.
"Think before using a Jutsu. Or it will get used against you, and also…don't fall for such obvious traps, idiot!" Naruto growls out with a sneer on her face. While Kiba glares at the girl Kakashi is wondering how she could be so cruel to the boy.
'Exchanging words with this girl is a waste of time…Don't get caught up into Naruto's pace…Calm down...Calm down…' Kiba bites his own hand till there is blood pouring out of it. He staggers to his feet and stands in front of his pup. 'She can't keep up with my movements…I still have the advantage…' He rummages through his bags to remove Shuriken in both hands. 'If I just watch Naruto and attack look for openings…I can definitely get behind her with my Quadruped no Jutsu…just relax…if I stay calm this match is mine.' He grins as he calms himself down.
'It looks like the opponent has regained his calmness…now what Naruto?' Kakashi wonders as he looks down at his pupil.
"Heh…so you're finally serious, eh Kiba? Then…with my new special technique, I'm going to end things!" Naruto says with a grin while she starts forming signs.
'What? New special technique?' Kiba wonders.
"Huh? Since when…?" Sakura asks while Kakashi looks confused.
"She was saving a special technique? Impressive…" Rock Lee cheers out.
"I don't know what kind of special technique it is but…I just won't give you a chance to do it!" Kiba shouts and starts throwing Shuriken at the girl whose eyes widen. She dodges every single Shuriken and then Kiba forms signs. 'Now…Beast Effect Ninpou! Quadruped no Jutsu!' As he says this Naruto boosts up her Chakra some more while Kiba appears behind the girl. "Too slow! Eat this!" Kiba swings towards the girl who is looking at him behind her. A red Chakra lining came out and smacked the boy across his nose making Naruto's face explode in shock.
'Fast movements and beast like reflexes…Beast Effect Ninpou hurt him there…' Kakashi thought as he looked at the boy who basically got thumped on the nose by the Kyuubi.
'Right now Kiba's sensitive nose controls most of his movements, so when injured there or chastised in his case…' Kuranai thought as she looks on still seeing the tail.
'Well…that thump was a coincidence but…that's Naruto for you…' Kakashi continues to watch the tail as it wags back and forth.
"Naruto! Now's your chance!" Sakura shouted at her.
"Damn it! I boosted it really high! But now I'll do my new technique!" She says as she tries to boost her Chakra while combining signs again. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu! Alright!" She creates four clones of herself which shocks Kiba. "I'm going to return the pain you gave me all at once!" Her clones all surround Kiba and one of them head butts him sending him reeling back. Her clones do a series of kicks while one jumps high enough. "U-zu-ma-ki Naruto Rendan!" With the last part she kicks him straight down to the ground where he hits face first bouncing on the pavement.
"New technique eh..? She was watching Sasuke's move earlier…" Kakashi shakes his head at the girl while the others looked on stunned. Hayate looked at the teen and then looked at the girl who just barely made her clones disappear.
"Winner! Uzumaki Naruto!" He shouts out.
"Ohhhhh!" Rock Lee shouts out.
"Hell yeah! This feels great!" Sakura cheers.
"That Naruto beat Kiba!" Shikamaru says with a grin on his face.
'Yeah!' Hinata cheers for her silently. Kakashi grins at his pupil and the girl is looking down at her hand.
'I've gotten…stronger…' Naruto thinks while clenching her fist with a smile on her face. "Hahahaha! Easy easy!" Naruto says while running up the stairs.
'What…what should I do…?' Hinata wonders as she holds a container in her hands while Naruto walks behind her. "N…Naruto-chan…" She stutters out to get the girls attention. When Naruto looks at her she holds the container out to the girl.
'Hinata…' Kuranai wonders while watching the two.
"What's this?" Naruto asks her.
"Medicinal cream…" Kuranai answers for the girl.
"Why for me?" Naruto wonders.
"Just take it…Naruto…" Kuranai says while watching the two.
"Uh…sure…Thanks, you're nice, Hinata!" Naruto says then turns to look at the medics removing Kiba from the ring.
'There's nothing to feel bad about, Kiba. This girl was a strong opponent.' Neji thinks and then turns his attention his cousin and the blond girl. "Pft…you seem to be enjoying yourself…" He activates his Byakugan. 'Hinata-sama…' Naruto rubs on some of the cream Hinata gave her and you could see the steam from the Chakra being released to heal. The cream was made especially for Naruto considering she has a great store of Chakra but what the young girl didn't realize is she is also making the seal weaker as she makes the intermingling Chakra of Naruto and Kyuubi stronger.
"Wow, this works well…great medicine!" She thought as she watched it heal quickly.
'You're the only one who would heal so quickly, Naruto…' Kakashi thought as the girl offers the cream to Sakura. 'I'm always surprised by the power of the nine-tails…'
"Now, we'll announce the next match." Hayate says then coughs while drawing everyone's attention to the board. "Hyuuga Hinata vs. Hyuuga Neji." Neji walks down into the ring to look at the girl.
"I'd never thought I'd be facing you…Hinata-sama…" Neji says politely.
"Brother Neji…" The worry shows vividly on her face.
"Huh?...siblings!?" Naruto shouts out as she looks at the two with shock.
"They are members of the Leaf's oldest and greatest blood line…the house of the Hyuuga clan…but they aren't siblings…" Kakashi explains.
"Then what are they?" Sakura asks.
"Hmm…well…they are members of the Hyuuga clan's "Main House" and "Branch House"…you could say…" The man says explaining vaguely.
"Main house and branch house?" Naruto looks at her sensei warily.
"Yes! Hinata-san is a member of the Hyuuga main house. While Neji carries the Hyuuga blood but is in a lower house." Lee explains more detail.
"I know what that means, Lee. After all, I'm from the Uzumaki clan main house myself. I've only met one person from the branch house and none from the main house itself." Naruto says while everyone looks at her with wide eyes.
"So are they cousins then? That makes fighting difficult…" Sakura says.
"Yes but…" Lee stops himself.
"What?" Sakura goads.
"Many things have happened between the houses over the years…and right now they do not get along together very well." They all look down at the cousins.
"Hmm…why?" Naruto wonders since the houses in her clan are apparently different than the Hyuuga clan.
"I don't know everything, but…this is normal with old houses but…in order to protect the blood and house of the original Hyuuga family…many rules have been established to put the main family in an advantageous situation…because of this the branch houses feel slighted." Lee explains more and Naruto nods since there are more advantages for her than there was for her cousin.
"So they hate each other then…" Sakura says with a small smile.
"Now begin the match!" Hayate says while coughing.
"Before we begin the fight…I'd like to say something, Hinata-sama." Neji says while the girl looks confused. "You don't make a good Shinobi…forfeit now!" When he says this her face shows how shocked she is. "You are too kind…you wish for harmony and avoid conflict…you agree with others, never resisting…" He explains further to her and she looks down in shame. "And you have no confidence in yourself…I always feel your sense of inferiority…that's why…I thought it would be best for you to remain a Genin…but the Chuunin exam can only be taken as a team of three. You couldn't turn down your teammates request…and unwillingly entered, this is reality…am I wrong?"
"N…no…I…I…just wanted…wanted…to change myself…do it…myself…" She stutters out. Everyone looks down at the girl who is showing a small hint of her determination.
'Hinata is trying to change herself…' Kuranai thought as she watches her student.
"Hinata-sama…as I thought you are a spoiled brat of the main house…" Neji says showing his hatred.
"Huh?" She looks up at him.
"People cannot change themselves! Losers are losers…their personality and strength will not change." He goads her more.
'That guy…!' Naruto bites her lip trying to make sure she doesn't jump into the ring and pummel the guy.
"Because people cannot change, differences are born…expressions like elite and loser are created. Looks, brains, ability, size, personality…all people judge and are judged in these values. Based on these unchangeable factors, people discriminate and are discriminated against, and they suffer within their own means. Just like the fact that…I am from a branch house and you are from the main house cannot be changed…" Neji says while glaring at the girl and Naruto is now shaking with fury while watching the boy. "I have seen through many things with this Byakugan…so I know…you are just acting strong…deep inside you just want to run away from here."
"N…no…I really…" Hinata stutters out as she puts her hand to her chest.
"Byakugan?" Sakura asks her sensei.
"They say that the Uchiha clan's origins lie with the Hyuuga clan. The "Byakugan" is one of the advanced blood abilities passed down in the Hyuuga house. It's an eye ability similar to the Sharingan but…in terms of the ability of insight…it surpasses the Sharingan." Kakashi explains while watching the girl down below them.
"It might surpass it but that is only if the person is of pure heart and pushes the boundaries as well." Naruto grits out while watching the shocked girl. "His hatred towards her will limit his abilities and he will start to notice that they will fail him." Neji activates his Byakugan and the girl starts shaking with fear.
"You can't fool my eyes." He goads and she looks at him with shock. "Against my pressure just now…you floated your eyes to the upper left. This is a sign that you are remembering your past experiences…your painful past, and after that you looked to the lower right…that's a sign that you are imagining physical and mental pain…basically…you are thinking about yourself…and from all the experience until now you are imagining the results of this match…imagining that…you'll lose! The action of raising your arms in front of your body…that shows that you are trying to create a wall between us, create distance from me…that you are trying to prevent me from figuring out how you are truly feeling. Because everything I have said is totally right. Further more…" Naruto's eyes are now red and she is gritting her teeth showing her fury. "Touching your lip is a personality trait revealing a disturbance…it's a defense mechanism to soften the nervousness and worrying…so basically…in reality…haven't you already realized…? That you cannot change your…"
"You can!" Naruto shouts out to the boy below showing how pissed she is through her words. Both of them look up at her from below. "Stop deciding things about people! Idiot! Kick that bastard's ass! Hinata! Show him exactly what it feels like to go up against the main house with his weaker blood!"
'…Naruto-chan…' Hinata looks up at the bright blue eyed blond that is looking down at her intently.
"Hinata! Stand up for yourself! This is hard to watch!" She grits out like she is holding herself back from entering the ring to take on the Hyuuga male.
'…Naruto-chan…' The girl looks down at her cousin with a thoughtful gaze.
'God she's annoying…' Neji thinks looking at the blond over his shoulder, when he turns his eyes back to his cousin he's shocked.
'…Thank you…' Hinata thinks as her determination grows stronger.
'Her eyes have changed…' Neji examines her more. "So you won't forfeit. I'm not responsible for what happens." Hinata closes her eyes tightly and thinks of all the times where Naruto shows her bravery to everyone around her.
'I no longer…' She activates her Byakugan before she opens her eyes. "…I no longer…want to run away!" Everyone is shocked when they saw her get into the gentle fist stance. "…brother Neji…we fight."
'That is…' Lee stops his thought process as he continues to watch while his sensei is brooding over the girls' movements. Neji gets into the same stance as her mirroring her movements.
"Fine…" Neji says.
"I thought so; she uses the same Hyuuga style...her stance is exactly like Neji's." Lee muses and draws others attention to him.
"Hyuuga style?" Sakura asks since she isn't from a clan she doesn't know that they all have different styles of fighting.
"…The Leaf's strongest Taijutsu style…" Lee answers.
"Huh!?" Naruto tries to sound clueless and is about ready to give up on this farce since she got the look from her Sensei who shakes his head at her.
"I said it before…that "The strongest Leaf Genin is most likely on my team." That is…Hyuuga Neji…" Lee finishes and that's when the action starts inside of the ring. Neji stands still while Hinata rushes towards him with her palm facing him. They started a series of blows in turns of each of them blocking them while they don't move from one spot. Hinata slides back a little on her right side and her Chakra covered hand zips towards Neji.
'Here!' She lands a little blow to Neji's midriff causing the boy to grunt from pain and Hinata to be shocked.
"She got him!?" Sakura shouts.
"No, not deep enough!" Naruto says while watching the two while people are wondering how the girl knows since most don't know about the Hyuuga style.
"No…a slight touch is enough. That's what makes the Hyuuga clan so great." Lee states.
"You are missing the point Lee." Naruto interrupts. "Yes, she is a Hyuuga but so is Neji, she barely glanced off of a pressure point which is what the Hyuuga style "The Gentle Fist" is all about. It closes off Chakra points limiting the Chakra flow to those parts of the pathways. Thus, a blow that doesn't hit straight on doesn't do the job it was meant to." While she says this she doesn't remove her eyes from the two in the ring and doesn't notice everyone looking at her confused on how she could know so much about the Hyuuga clan. "You might train your body but it is different for the Hyuuga clan than those who don't use Chakra attacks."
"Well…you can't train your inner body. It can be a critical hit for even the toughest guy." Kakashi says while watching the two still trading blows.
'I can also…' Hinata hits Neji again but this time on his left side.
'Hinata's in control…' Shino thinks while Naruto is still trying to make sure no serious combinations are being used against either of the Leaf Genins.
'Hinata…' Kuranai watches her pupil continue her onslaught.
"Yay! Hinata!" Naruto cheers for the girl.
"To attack the "Inner coils system"…who are these people?" Sakura mutters.
"Hey hey! You have to understand that most clan has different abilities, but I guess you aren't able to since you don't come from a clan." The blond says to her.
"Not your annoying mouth again. What the heck do you know about clans anyway, Naruto. It's not like you come from one in the first place." Sakura growls out.
"I do." When she says this Sakura's eyes widen. "Not only one but apparently by what my doctor says is I come from two. Although one of them is unknown to me the one I carry the name of should be known. Uzumaki clan is widespread and most of the higher ups know about us and our demon wielding control."
"Most don't know because they aren't supposed to, Naruto." Kakashi explains. "A lot of clans protect the Uzumaki's because of your ability but it can also be used against them so they keep it from those who don't belong to a clan in the first place." He told the girl sternly.
"Whoops…" Naruto rubs the back of her head. "Besides, on the Hyuuga clan who cannot know about theirs? It's as plain as day since you can see via their eyes, which is in high demand by clan hunters."
"With the eyes of those two…with the Byakugan they can see ever part of a human body and the area surrounding them. That is why they are in high demand that is why they have the attacks of the gentle fist which is different from a normal attack. You release your Chakra from your palms and flow it into your opponent's body. This will cause direct damage to the "inner coils system." Kakashi explains. Everyone watches as Hinata directs an attack straight onto Neji's core and hits it perfectly.
"Yes!" Naruto shouts out.
'Did she do it?' Shino wonders. They all then notice that she wasn't the only one who landed an attack. Neji landed two one to her core and another to her right Chakra control pathway. Blood spurts out of Hinata's mouth.
"So this is it…the extent of the main house's strength." Neji says emotionless while everyone watches on in shock.
"Wh…what's going on!? Hinata's attacks have been landing perfectly!" Naruto growls out.
'Not yet…' Hinata draws back a little and attacks her cousin straight towards his eyes. Neji then blocks it by grabbing it and moving it away from his eyes while drawing his opposite hand up to hit a major pressure point in her arm.
'What a guy…' Kakashi thinks.

'Hoho…no wonder he's called a genius even among Hyuuga clan…' Sarutobi watches with a small smile on his face while other onlookers still are confused why he would hit that pressure point. Neji moves the sleeve of her jacket up her arm showing the bruises left by his attack.
"No way…so from the beginning…" Hinata stutters out.
"Exactly…my eyes can even see the "opening points"…" Neji says while showing her the glare on his face.
"…what the hell?" Naruto mutters out.
"You know that there isn't only the "inner coils system", Naruto. There is also pressure point above them that spread throughout the entire body that one touch to them will shut off certain Chakra pathways causing that body part to be useless with Chakra control. He used the Byakugan to be able to see each opening point." Kakashi explains then looks down at the girl. "I'll tell you one more thing too…these "opening points"…frankly speaking, even my Sharingan can't see them. Even with the ability…to be able to use it this effectively during battle…" He stops explaining when Neji throws Hinata a little bit away from him.
"Hinata-sama…this is the difference in talent that can never change…the difference that divides an elite from a loser." He sneers down at her while she is panting. "This is the reality that cannot be changed. At the point you said "I do not want to run" you were setting yourself up for regret. You should be overcome with desperation right now. Forfeit."
"I…" Hinata stops as blood drips from her mouth onto the concrete below her. "…don't…go back…on my word…" She says repeating Naruto's words.
'…Hinata.' Naruto looks at the girl with awe-filled eyes.
"That is…also my Ninja way." She says with a smile delicately playing on her lips. She looks up at Naruto and smiles at her.
"I never knew Hinata was this incredible…" The blond says while looking down at the girl.
"She's very similar to you…" Lee says.
"Oh yeah…she was always watching you." Sakura says while smiling at the blonds' confusion filled eyes. She looks back down at the fight.
"Come." Neji says while watching his cousin shaking body. She cries out in pain while everyone's eyes widen.
'That child is at her limit…any more damage and she'll…' Kuranai said as she watches them on more.
"Neji's "Opening Point" attacks have completely shut down her Chakra flow. So basically…she can no longer do her "Gentle Fist" attacks. This match is over." The man watches on. 'But well…for a guy like this to exist…frankly speaking, even our Sasuke would have no chance against him…'
'Neji will most likely survive this test…that child cannot defeat him…' Gai thought as he continues to assess his student and Gaara starts shaking a small bit.
"Incredible eyes…" Shikamaru says.
"Hinata won't get killed right?..." Ino asks.
"You know…that guys' strength…it's almost not fair…he's seriously too strong…" Sakura says and Naruto grits her teeth.
"You can do it, Hinata!" She shouts down at the girl.
'Naruto-chan…' Hinata's eyes brighten a little.
'Strength has returned to her eyes again.' Neji observes with shock.
'I have always watched you…' Hinata runs and starts attacking Neji again. 'Watched you for all these years! Why is that?...I don't know why but…when I look at Naruto-chan…I feel courage…I feel that if I try my best…even I can do it…that I am worth something…that's how I begin to feel.' Neji blocks another attack from her and she slips a little. When he notices this he attacks her straight on her face causing a cry to fly from her lips. The girl moves back and starts coughing up blood.
"Hinata…" Kuranai whispers out. 'You used to always be a quitter…but you began to change yourself…I know better than anyone the tough training you put yourself through, but…you'd always fail in the missions…you were weak when it mattered most and you'd quickly lose confidence…but today's Hinata is different…that child…I have never…seen her with eyes like that…'
'Naruto-chan…in the past I was the only one looking…but right now…you are…' Her thoughts were interrupted when Neji does another blow to her Chakra core. He watched her hit the floor not even bothering to catch her.
"You don't understand anything…from the beginning your attacks have done nothing…" Neji says without even an ounce of emotion shown on his face.
'Hinata, that's enough,…you may have lost but you have changed…great job…' Kuranai says while her brow wrinkles a little showing her concern for her pupil. Naruto looks on while her blue eyes show some hints of billowing emotions.
"A deciding blow to the heart. I feel bad for her but she will not get up again…" Gai says.
"Continuing is impossible and thus…" Hayate starts until Naruto interrupts.
"Don't stop it!" She shouts.
"What are you saying, you idiot! She's at her limit, she's unconscious!" Sakura shouts at her. The whole audience held various shocked expressions as Hinata struggles to her feet while blood drops out of her mouth. She clutches her stomach while gasping out air as her cousin looks at her with a glare.
"Why do you stand…if you keep pushing yourself, you'll die…" Neji stops.
'She's finally watching me…in front of the person I admire…Why?...I can't look this bad…' As she wobbles everyone's eyes do not leave her. "It's not over…"
"Acting tough is useless. You can barely stand, I can see that. From the time of your birth the responsibility of the Hyuuga main house has been forced upon you…you have always hated yourself for your own weakness…but people cannot change…that is destiny. There is no need to suffer anymore…let it go!" Neji goads her.
"That's not true…brother Neji. Because…I can see it…it's not me at all…the person lost and suffering within the destiny of the main and branch houses…is you…" When she says this Neji snaps and starts rushing towards her to attack.
"Neji-kun! This match is over!" Hayate says panicking. 'Oh no!' Gai, Kakashi, Kuranai and Hayate appear all around Neji forcing him to stop his attack towards her. Hayate holds his fingers to the metal piece that covers the teen's forehead.
"Neji, give it a rest. You gave me a warm promise not to lose your head over this main family stuff." Gai says and this makes Neji even more furious.
"Why do even the other Jounin's jump in…oh, more special treatment for the main family…" Neji sneers at her just as her organs in her body start failing. She falls to the ground crying out.
"Hinata!" Kuranai cries out. Naruto and the two with her jump down to rush to the girls' side.
"Hinata, you alright!? Hey!" The blond stares at her with concern filled eyes.
"Her color is bad…" Sakura again states the obvious.
'Naruto-chan…was…I able…to change a little…?' Hinata asks herself while losing consciousness.
"Hey…the loser over there." Neji says trying to get the blond girls attention. "I'd like to tell you two things. If you're a Shinobi then cut out the pathetic cheering of others…and one more…in the end, a loser is a loser…they cannot change!" Neji says not caring that he broke the rules that Naruto made for those coming from the Leaf village.
