Returning the favor
Weee'rrreee Baaaack! Ok, I'm sorry for not updating this sooner, but here's the story. Autobot SlipStream had writers block for a long while and I took on the next chapter for her, but then, guess what, I got the writers block for this story, too. . . I swear this story has a curse on it, 'the curse of writers block' dun, duh, duuun. (Ok, forget I said all that). . . *Clears throat* Ok, well, I still don't have great ideas for this story now, so I'm doing somewhat a continuation of the last chap, so, please enjoy and I'm sorry its so short.
Monday: 07:00 hours, Decepticon Warship, StarScream and trine
Three days had passed since the three had been doused in the chemical, rendering them half sightless since Knockout only had a cure for pepper spray. StarScream had spent his reluctant free time in ranting about how he was going to pay revenge to the femme and mech who cursed him with no ability to see, while both ThunderBlaster and NightWarp had come together and devised a plan on how to repay the two Cybertronians, mainly the femme, after all, they had been the kings of revenge pranks back at the college campus, of course, that was when they had no real competition.
"I swear if I ever see that femme again, she'll wish that she had stayed in that cursed universe."
"Hey, Screamer's," NightWarp called from the other side of the room. "Ya ever stop talkin', we're working here!"
"What are you two working on?" The SIC asked furrowing his optic ridges as he began walking over the best he could to his brothers.
"A plan, a plan so devious that we will forever be known as-"
"It's a prank to get back at Aqua and her boyfriend." ThunderBlaster said, sparing StarScream the long explanation his brother had planned out.
"What do you have so far?" The mech sat down with a loud thud and then rubbed his tail end, knowing he had underestimated the height to floor ratio. The younger of the three spilled out all the plans him and his brother had created, going through every detail so that no rock was left unturned. StarScream and ThunderBlaster sat in the still of the room, listening intently, taking in every bit of information and finding what would work and what they would have to throw away. Of course, since NightWarp had been the main idea maker, most of the so called revenge prank was going to easily find its way into the trash.
"Nice plan, right?" The purple seeker asked smiling and nodding, even though he knew his brothers could barely see him.
"Well, considering that we cybertronians are metallic beings that use only energon as our fuel. . . The chocolate used for luring, Aqua to her demise would be nothing short of stupid and completely illogical." StarScream said with condemnation lacing his voice. "I mean, if you want to get that wretched femme back, might I suggest actually using a plan that would work?"
"Well, what'd you got that I don't?" The leading member lightly grumbled before speaking up.
"Someone who knows these girls better then we do. . . Follow me." All three go up and walked to the door, but ended up smashing their heads together and stumbling to the ground. "You imbeciles, I said follow me."
"Yeesh, what crawled up your tail pipe?"
"Nothing, I just can't stand being taken down by a group of unworthy and unskilled Autobots. . . Now, lets go." With blurry vision and dark halls, the three made their way down the corridor that led to the left wing holding the quarters that belonged to the new recruited femme's.
StarScream, reaching the room he was searching for, knocked and waited. From spending time in the human world and seeing how these girls acted, it was best to keep on the femme's cool sides. With a whoosh, the door opened and a sunset pink and lime green femme stepped forwards.
"What do want, blind bats?" Brittnianne said leaning against the doorframe.
"We've come for your help." NightWarp said and StarScream shook his head.
"Help, huh."
"Like we would need your puny help, you can't even lift an energon box without thinking you chipped a digit."
"Don't blame me, I have sensitive paint."
"I don't care if you have sensitive feelings, we've come for assistance from you." She rolled her optics and straightened herself out. "We want to get Aqua back for the stunt she pulled on us, and we require your expertise on how to get her back."
"Well then, you've come to the right place. . Please do come in, I think you may want to sit down for what I have to say." A smile formed on her face as the three walked in.
Monday: 0900 hours, Autobot Base, Training room
WheelJack and Aquanette were currently training in one of the smaller rooms, learning and teaching each other moves they had learned over the years. Somehow, during the time, it had turned into a competition to see who could score the most points, and so far, Aqua was winning. WheelJack couldn't understand why his competitor was winning, maybe it was because whenever she pulled the 'I'm hurt' card, he couldn't help but fall for it and end up paying the price by being knocked onto his aft, hard at that.
"You're too easy, Jackie, it's like I'm roughhousing with my younger brothers back home." Aqua said with a smirk implanted on her face. "Or maybe you're just to soft to go hard on me." WheelJack punched his fists together and laughed.
"I wouldn't want to mess up that pretty face of yours, now would I?"
"Who you callin' pretty?" She said, trying to hold back a blush, if she could even blush.
"I'm not saying names." Aqua charged towards the mech and tried to do a simple kick, but was caught in mid air and was thrusted around until she was smacked onto the ground as if she was a toy doll. Her head pounded for a second before she was thrown back to reality when a servo grabbed her wrists and pulled her up so that her pede's dangled a few inches from the ground.
She snapped her optics up and met them to Jackie's, noticing along the way that he was the one now with a smirk plastered on his face.
"Too easy, huh?" She locked a leg behind his and knocked him down so that she was kneeling over him, their faces closer than they had ever been before. They both lightly laughed and she moved in a little closer.
"Way to easy." She jumped up and walked over him. "I'm beginning to think that you're too afraid to get your exterior dirty."
"No way, I may like my armor to look good, but I ain't no Knockout."
"Sure, pretty boy." He went to counteract her sentence, but was stopped when she raised a servo to him and then lifted it to her audio receptor. Her optic ridges furrowed as she listened to the transmission, and a couple times the mech caught her clenching her free fist. After the silent call was over, she walked to the open door and then turned to face WheelJack. "I have to go do something, I'll comm you if I need anything."
"Hey, wait a second, I want you to tell me what that comm was about."
"Nothin', Jackie. . . I just have to settle a little problem with a few others. . . I'll be back to train in a few." She walked towards the ground-bridge and told the coordinates she was given to Ratchet and waited for the swirling green light to flare up once again. Once it did, she walked through and made her way to the secret destination.
Monday: 1800 hours, jungle,
They finally knew what to do, the perfect plan to get back at the femme who made them lose their optics sight for the agonizing three days. Well, now that it was back, they were ready for revenge.
Due to the information Brittnianne had given them, the trine now understood that even though Aqua was one to fight, she hated fighting in restricted and confined spaces such as a jungle or forest, so that's exactly where they were leading her.
It was foolproof, they had a great plan, and no one was going to be there to stop them.
When all had come to the pre-planned destination, the tension began to rise even higher. Aqua could tell that she was outnumbered when three bodies made their way out of the shadows, but she was not easily intimidated, especially if it was the three that supposedly called themselves brothers.
StarScream on the other hand, had a plan that could and would change her mind about them. Even if she wasn't intimidated, she would be embarrassed.
A small fight went on between the four, and grenades were thrown, at times, each side gaining the other hand on each other, but ultimately, StarScream and his trine knew they were to win. Knockout, with orders from the SIC, recreated the pepper spray/teargas, and even made a vocal neutralizer that would work for the same amount of time.
Minutes passed on and no sooner two hours had gone by, and still the two sides were fighting, one gaining the higher advantage. The optics gas was thrown and Aqua found her eyes stinging with pain, she stumbled back and shook her head, but found that everything was pretty much black, with the exception of three tiny moving blurrs in the distant. Another was thrown, and when breathed in, she felt her throat clenching up and burning, she couldn't tell what they gas was, but when she tried to speak, all that came out was heavy sounds of trapped air.
"My, my, Aquanette, haven't you found yourself in a nasty rut." StarScream said, picking her up by the throat. "Revenge certainly is sweet, sweeter than anything I tasted as a human." With blinded eyes, she still glared at him and all he and his brothers could do was laugh. "This is certainly a day I won't be forgetting anytime soon." She knocked her helm against his and he let her go a he stumbled back into the vine hanging jungle. "Why you." He shook his fist and pushed himself up, only slipping back and needing help. "NightWarp." The youngest member nodded and pulled a stray vine that, on the other end, wrapped around Aquanette's pede's and snapped into the air, dangling her head first into the muddied and creature filled ground.
She tried to speak, but all that came out were broken sounds, making the trine laugh.
"Let's go, I think we've made our point quite clear to this young recruit." The three transformed and and shot off into the clear sky, leaving Aqua to wait for assistance.
Hours passed and the light blue sky slowly drifted into one of black and blue. The air became colder due to the wetness that had built up around Aquanette. A voice called in the distance and she snapped her helm to the sound, seeing nothing but the blackness and feeling the legs of a spider crawling down her back. She shook and the arachnid fell off onto the ground, as the calling came again. Mustering up strength, she smacked against the tree, hoping that it resonated sound to whomever was calling her, and thankfully, it had.
Rustling of leaves and branches filled her hearing and she smiled. Her name came again, but this time it told her that the person had found her.
"Never, ever, go off like that again." She looked to where they voice came and gave a sorry filled smile. "But, I'm at least glad your, well, for the most part, safe." She rolled her optics at the sentence. "What happened?" She shrugged and tried to speak again, but her voice was still not coming out. "Let's get you to, Ratchet." She was cut down from the vine and carried to the ground-bridge, knowing that she was most likely in some trouble from all of her teammates. "You know what, you gotta make a promise to me, saying that next time you get a freaky call like that, you'll bring me along." Smiling, she used a digit and traced it across WheelJacks chest, drawing out the words, 'I promise'.
