Chapter 22: The Accident

Christian and Ana had decided to take a holiday with their children the weekend after their anniversary. Christian even invited Ana's mother and father as she very rarely got to see them nowadays. The boys went fishing, the girls went shopping, and on Saturday evening, they all sat around the campfire outside telling stories and singing songs. Ana's mother was unsure at first but eventually joined in.

On Sunday before they all went home Ana had the chance to spend time with Ray and her mum together. They'd all gone for a hike and she and her parents were walking at the back to keep an eye on the kids while Christian led the way with Teddy at his side. Ana hadn't realised how much she missed them until she finally got to sit with them, and just talk while Christian kept their children occupied. She had decided right then that she would tell her mum about the baby, as she didn't want to do it over the phone. And her mum was so oblivious she didn't notice Ana's bump at all over the weekend.

"Oh Ana, are you sure?" her mother asked.

"Yes, I'm sure. I'm nineteen weeks now. Aren't you happy?"

"Oh baby, of course I am. I just thought you and Christian decided to stop after Ashley after all the problems you've had in labour. You're also not getting any younger," Carla said.

"Mum! We did agree to stop. But it's happened and we're both happy. We don't care that we're getting older, as long as we have our children around."

"Ana, I didn't mean it like that. I just don't want anything to happen to you that's all. You've still got your life ahead of you."

"Mum, I'm forty-one. I don't want to sound negative but I haven't got that much of my life left ahead of me. I'll be fifty by the time Ashley's eighteen. But if I have Christian and the kids I don't care." Ana replied, trying to hide her irritation at her mother's tone. Ray tried to calm his daughter down by showing her his joy again over becoming a grandparent. She smiled at her father and called Christian and the kids over to them.

"What's up Ana?" he asked. She whispered in her ear and he agreed with what she said. He told the children to sit down with their grandparents and made an announcement. "Ok, kids. We wanted you all to be the first to know that your mother and I have decided on names for this baby. Ana?"

"If we're having a boy we have decided to call him Frankie Elliot Grey and if it's a girl we were thinking Mia Carla Grey." She replied looking over to her mother, hoping for approval. Carla was tearing up and hugged her daughter. "We thought, since Phoebe has Grace's name, if this one's a girl she can have yours." Ana explained. Carla didn't say anything but just held Ana tight.

... ... ...

"Why don't you two just go home and leave the kids here tonight? They're exhausted and it won't do any good to wake them up now." Grace suggested. The young family decided to visit his parents when they returned from Aspen to tell them all about it. The kids told their grandparents everything about the weekend while Christian and Ana told them their name choices. Mia was ecstatic at the idea of their baby being named after her. However, as they were talking each of the children had started to fall asleep and they agreed to leave them where they were.

... ... ...

Ana went to work very happy on Monday morning. The kids stayed with Grace and Carrick last night as they were exhausted and all fell asleep. When she and Christian got home, they sent clean clothes over with the security who didn't go to Aspen. It was a very nice weekend and Ana wouldn't mind doing that again. Just her and her family. She and Christian were unsure about leaving all the kids at his parents but their time together last night and this morning was totally worth it.

"The elevator is still broken, so you'll have to take the stairs, Mrs Grey." Claire said as Ana walked into the building.

"Ok, thanks Claire." She said quietly. "And for the thousandth time, it's Ana." Claire nodded, smiled and resumed her work as Ana walked over to the stairs. It was only three floors she had to climb up. However, being five months pregnant wearing heels is not going to agree with her. Her bump was growing and was quite big for the amount of time she had been pregnant. Nevertheless, she climbed each stair, taking it easy as she did so. Christian would not be happy if he found out she was doing this. Hannah was waiting for her with hot water and a Twinning's English breakfast tea bag, Ana had gone off the coffee while being pregnant.

"Thank you, Hannah. Have a good weekend?"

"Yes, thanks Ana." She said stroking some stray hair behind her ear with her left hand. "Hung out with Jamie for most of it. How was yours?"

"It was good. Phoebe's talking more, now and appears to be on the mend. I just know that she'll never get over it completely, but at least she's finding a way to cope. Christian is his usual over-protective self, making sure we are well looked after and the boys were unnaturally well behaved this weekend. Christian took us to Aspen for some family time then we went round his parents last night for dinner and left the kids there." Ana said. She and Hannah had become great friends and they talked to each other about nearly everything over the last 20 years. Only really personal stuff was left out of their conversation. Hannah smiled and looked slightly disappointed as Ana entered her office, grinning like an idiot.

Once she'd settled down in her chair, Hannah alerted her that she had a meeting with a promising author in five minutes. She thanked her and asked if she could take some time to find someone to fix the elevator as soon as possible. Leave it too long then Christian would find out and be angry that she didn't say anything. She fired up the computer and found an e-mail from Christian. She smiled and opened it up.

Mrs Grey,

I just want to tell you that I rather enjoyed this morning. I think we should send the children round to my parents more often on a Sunday. Don't think I could think of a better way to start my day, no, my week!

I miss you. I love you.

See you tonight.

Mr Grey,

Enjoy it while you can. There will be less of it, unfortunately, in about five months. I certainly enjoyed it.

You know that you cannot send our children away every Sunday; you can't live without them nearby. Especially our daughter. It was a one off as they fell asleep, as you know very well.

And I seem to recall some fun last night as well, what a way to end the week. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Yours forever,
A x

"Ana, your meeting is in two minutes," Hannah said. Ana stood and left her office, not having time to read the e-mail that she just heard ping into her inbox.

... ... ...

"Thank you, Mrs Grey. It was a pleasure working and meeting with you," Thomas Boyce said as Ana led him from the meeting room two hours later.

"I think you will be fine, Mr Boyce. Good luck with your work and I'm glad we could help you. You'll come back if you need anything?" she asked. He nodded claiming it would be a pleasure to see her again. "I'm afraid that our elevator is still broken so I shall see you to reception."

"I'm sure I can find it, Mrs Grey. There's no need for you to walk down all those stairs unnecessarily." He said looking at her baby bump.

"Honestly, I'll be fine. I need to go downstairs anyway as I need to go to a meeting with my daughters principle." She said leading him to her office and picking up her BlackBerry, led him to the stairs. It was true she had an appointment with Principle Gilbert but it wasn't until the end of the day. It was a one off meeting in the summer to talk about what was going to happen with Phoebe next year. She wanted to see Boyce out and see if Sawyer would able to grab her some lunch if she promised to stay in her office while he was gone. She and Hannah had their schedules to go over for the week so she was too busy.

"So, what does Mr Grey do?" Thomas asked. He hadn't been living in the United States long and had never heard of Christian Grey.

"My husband? He's an entrepreneur. Owns his own company. CEO of Grey Enterprises Holdings Inc. He also owns this company although he gave it to me as a wedding present. He's quite famous here in Seattle."

"Oh, really? In that case, I'm sure I'll hear of him sooner rather than later. I think I've heard my friends mention the Grey family several times." He stopped for a minute. She stopped also, halfway between floors three and two. "Do you have five children?" he asked suddenly. She smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I've heard of all of you," he smiled brightly as he continued walking. Ana went to follow but her feet were starting to ache and she was feeling dizzy. Before she knew what was happening she tripped over her own feet and fell the short distance to the second floor. Thomas gasped in shock and ran down after her, and saw her lying on her side, eyes squeezed shut to try and cope with the sudden pain. "Mrs Grey, are you alright?" he asked. She opened her eyes and tried to smile.

"Yes, I'm fine thank you. Don't worry I'm always tripping over my own feet,"

"While you're pregnant in heels walking down the stairs? I don't think so. Come on, I'll take you to a doctor," he said. She stood and shook her head.

"No, I don't need to go to the doctor. I have an appointment on Friday." He insisted but she won by telling him that he had no right to dictate to her what she can and cannot do. Christian does that enough and she was not going to accept it from someone who she worked with. She did, however, let him take her back to her office. Hannah asked what was wrong and she claimed nothing as she walked through the door and sat down in her chair. "Thank you Mr Boyce. I'll be fine if you want to leave." She said as she wiggled the mouse on her computer and she remembered she left her e-mails open and found the one from Christian over two hours ago.

"I'll be right back," he said and exited her office. She rolled her eyes and opened the e-mail from Christian.

Do you know how she is? I rang mum this morning but she claims that Phoebe left before seeing them. Marx didn't ring them either. Do you think she enjoyed Aspen? Don't forget to talk to Principle Gilbert this afternoon.

I may have to go to New York for a few days to settle a deal, fancy coming with me?

What would you say to lunch with your husband?

A few minutes later Thomas returned and Hannah was with him, holding a cup of hot water with a tea bag. He sat down opposite her and asked if she was ok, again. "I'm fine. Hannah do you want to go through our schedules for the week?" she asked. Hannah nodded and sat down in Thomas' seat that he had just vacated. "By the way Hannah, that's a lovely ring, Jamie is very lucky." Ana said commenting on Hannah's engagement ring.

"I was wearing it this morning as well,"

"I know. I was waiting to see how long you were going to wait before you told me. But I had to tell you congratulations!" Ana grinned standing to hug her assistant and friend. She sat back down as her e-mails pinged. Christian.

She smiled and opened the e-mail.

My wife ignoring me, Mrs Grey!

You have not answered my request for lunch and not answered my phone calls. Nor have you e-mailed me back about Phoebe. I have also called into your office and Hannah told me that you weren't able to talk to me.

Not to mention I have just received a phone call to alert me that the elevator at Grey Publishing is out of order and has been for a while! And you were just walking a possible author down the stairs and that your two left feet caused you to trip.

Are you OK?

Call me or I will be forced to come over there and relieve my twitching palm.

She sighed, her anger building up.

"Hannah, have you spoken to Christian?"

"He called a few times while you were in your meeting-"

"But have you spoken to him since I came back to my office?"

"Yes I did. Have I done something wrong?" Ana ignored her for a moment.

"And, Mr Boyce, did you by any chance tell anyone about my accident?" she snapped.

"I only told Hannah to see if she knew what to do. I was concerned about you, Ana." He said simply. Ana's anger was continuing to build.

"I am Mrs Grey to you. Hannah did you tell Mr Grey about me falling?" she already knew the answer but she wanted Hannah to say it.

"Yes, Mrs Grey. I thought you would have wanted him to know."

"You had no right! I would have told him when I was ready. There was no need to bother him with this. I have told you I am fine!" she nearly shouted. There was a slight pain in her stomach but she ignored it. She calmed herself and dismissed Hannah from her office. She needed to be alone for a while to sort herself out. Now that Christian knew about the accident, there was no way he would let her go to work tomorrow and not until the elevator was fixed for at least a week. Hannah nearly ran from the office as Sawyer knocked on the door.

"Mrs Grey, I have just received a phone call from Taylor. He told me to come up and ensure that you were ok. He told me about your fall," he said eyeing Thomas by the window.

"Thank you Sawyer. I'm fine. Can you just wait outside the door for a minute, please?" he nodded and stepped outside closing the door.

"Mr Boyce, I have told you I am fine and my husband is more than likely on his way over here to check on me. You don't have to stay," she said. There was pain in her side, now, spreading further across her stomach, but she continued to ignored it. She didn't like the way this man was looking at her and she wanted him to leave.

"I will stay with you until your husband gets here, Mrs Grey." He said. She shook her head.

"I don't want you to stay here, ok? I think you should go. My husband won't like it if you're here when he arrives." He didn't seem to care and sat down opposite her.

"Your husband's a very lucky man, Mrs Grey." He whispered.

"Thank you."

"I wish I was that lucky." He said standing again and walking over to her. He leaned over her and inhaled deeply. "You smell divine, Mrs Grey," he whispered before leaning in further to kiss her. She pushed him away as best as she could before shouting Sawyers name for help. He burst through the door and pulled him away from her. He threw the other man out of the office after checking the she was ok. She nodded her head and turned back to her computer. It had been twenty minutes since Christian e-mailed her and quickly typed a response hoping he was still in his office.

Christian, if you're still at your office (which I doubt right now) stay there. I have too much work to be doing to go out to lunch. It was a lovely thought though.

I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier, I was in a meeting and it ran over. I didn't forget about the appointment with Principle Gilbert so don't worry about that.

Also, I know it's difficult, please don't be angry with me about not telling you about the elevator. You have too much on your plate and I didn't think it was that big of a deal after everything else we've been dealing with. I've been trying to get someone in to fix it for a while, with no luck. Finally, can you please attempt not to worry about me? I am fine and I didn't even fall that far, only a few stairs.

I love you

There. She was hoping that was enough to keep him away for the rest of the day and started to get back to work. Ten minutes later she realised she was hungry and asked Hannah if she could go and get her some lunch. Hannah agreed as it got her away, uncertain of her boss's mood. Hannah had just walked out the door when Ana heard a very familiar voice shouting outside her office. She sighed. I should have known he wouldn't keep away. She thought when Christian walked into her office. She kept her eyes glued to the manuscript she was reading as he sat down in front of her desk. He said nothing and neither did she for a few minutes. She could feel his eyes on her and she couldn't concentrate on what she was reading. But, that was also partly due to the pain in her stomach, not just her husband's grey gaze on her.

"I know you're not really reading that anymore, Anastasia," he said calmly. Yikes! Full name. She finally looked up at him and sighed.

"What are you doing here Christian?" she asked.

"Ana, you fell down the stairs then sent me an e-mail telling me not to worry. And also that you don't want me to be mad at you. Of course I'm fucking mad! Why didn't you tell me the elevator was broken?" she shrugged.

"I e-mailed you that answer. I knew you had a lot on your plate, with everything that's happened with Phoebe. What was the point of giving you more to worry about?"

"How many more times do I have to tell you? I like worrying about you, it's my job."

"Also, I knew you wouldn't have let me come to work until it was fixed,"

"You're damn right. Ana you know how I feel about your safety. If it were just you, maybe I wouldn't have minded as much, but with our baby? And in those shoes? I want to take you over my knee right now!" he snapped. "Not to mention you haven't eaten anything today."

"I've just sent Hannah out to get me something." He sighed.

"Why do you push my buttons, Ana?" She was about to reply but the pain increased significantly and she wrapped her arms around herself and gasped. Christian stood up and knelt in front of her, his expression soft. "Ana, baby, what's wrong?"

"I don't know," she whispered. There were tears in her eyes and she was breathing heavily.

"TAYLOR!" he called. Taylor appeared in the doorway with Sawyer. "Go and get the car ready. We're going to the hospital," he said as he lifted Ana into his arms and carried her downstairs to the car with Taylor behind the wheel. Sawyer stayed and gathered her things and placed them in the car he bought. Taylor drove to the hospital while Christian held his wife in the back seat. She was trying to stop the tears and find a position that may ease the pain but it was a difficult task. As he held her tightly in his arms, Christian noticed something red on her beige pencil skirt and started to panic. Taylor pulled up outside the hospital and Christian carried her inside, demanding to the receptionist that she sees a doctor immediately.

Fifteen minutes later, Ana was finally sitting in a wheelchair being wheeled to a private room and placed on the bed. Christian held her hand and she continued to cry, continuously repeating sorry over and over. He shushed her and eventually the doctor turned up.

"Hello, Mr and Mrs Grey. I'm Doctor Loggins. What seems to be the problem?" he asked when he saw the blood on Ana's skirt. "Hmm. Mrs Grey, how many weeks pregnant are you?" he asked while the nurse retrieved her file.

"Twenty-two." She said panicky. He walked over and looked her over. Checking her temperature and blood pressure. She felt warm and her blood pressure was higher than it should be. He checked her heart rate and it was beating too fast. The nurse came back with her file from, who knows where.

"Hmm," he mumbled. "According to your chart, you're a healthy young woman and haven't had any problems with your previous pregnancies. Have you felt ill at all today?"

"No, I haven't," they were interrupted by Grace walking into the room.

"Ana, darling are you ok?" she asked panicky.

"Ah, Dr. Trevelyan. I take it you know Ana?" Dr Loggins asked.

"Yes, she's my daughter-in-law," Grace said professionally. "Do you know what's wrong, Chris?" she asked.

"Not yet. She's feeling very warm and her blood pressures higher than it should be. Her chart says she's been fine for her other pregnancies so I'm just going to try and understand what's happened today." He replied and Grace nodded.

"I think I might know why this is happening," Christian said. Ana scolded him, telling him to be quiet. "She fell down the stairs at work," Ana went red as he said this.

"Why were you using the stairs, Ana?" Grace asked.

"The elevator was broken," she replied.

"I would like to do an ultrasound to see how the baby is. With you bleeding that much, it may be a good thing to see if you and the baby are alright." Dr Loggins said. The couple nodded. And he vanished from the room and came back with the appropriate equipment and walked over next to Ana. "Mrs Grey, could you just lift your shirt up a bit?" she did and he squirted some gel over her bump and started the scan. He found their baby but there was no heartbeat and she wasn't moving like she had been in previous scans. Grace's hand went to her mouth and Ana's grip on Christians hand got tighter. "Mrs Grey, I'm so sorry. Your fall down the stairs must have caused some—Oh hang on." There was a soft thumping noise. "There we go. Your baby's heartbeat. Though a little weaker than it should be."

"What!" Ana screeched.

"Don't panic, Mrs Grey. Panic will not help your baby right now. We'll keep you in for observation tonight and see how you and the baby are doing in the morning," He said.

"Do we know the sex yet?" Ana asked, needing to know, in case anything goes wrong.

"Mrs Grey, according to this you have a baby girl." Ana burst into tears. Turning her head away from everyone, she tried to curl up into a tiny ball but it was too painful, so she had to just lie on her side. Christian, who was also crying, gently stroked the back of her head, running his fingers through her hair. Dr Loggins packed up the equipment and asked Grace if he could have a quiet word with her outside. "Grace, I know this must be hard for them, as their baby is at risk, but is it possible if you can convince Ana to let me check on the bleeding as soon as possible? I don't want to disturb them right now. I think they need a moment."

"Of course, Chris. I'll let her know she needs to be checked over. I'll find you later," she said. He nodded and went to check on other patients. Grace re-entered her daughter-in-laws room and found that she had just cried herself to sleep. She placed her hand on Christians shoulder and he looked up at her with clouded eyes.

"Oh mum, why did this have to happen? We could lose our little princess."

"I know, honey. But you have to stay strong. There is always the chance that she'll be fine, don't forget Ana isn't as young as she used to be. I bet Ana's going to feel guilty about this for a long time if anything goes wrong in her pregnancy now."

"I want so much to blame her, but I can't. I just wish she told me about the broken elevator."

"She didn't tell you?" Grace asked, confused. Christian shook his head.

"She wanted to sort it out herself and didn't want to give me another thing to worry about." He said regretfully. "I don't want her to think it's her fault. It's not." This situation was out of his control and he didn't know what to do with himself. Grace sighed.

"Christian, I know that you two are worrying, but the doctor needs to check over Ana. She shouldn't be bleeding this much." Christian nodded and woke her up gently while Grace went to find Dr Loggins. Thirty minutes later he was finished, claiming that she was fine.

There was excited talk going on outside the room. It sounded like teenagers excitedly talking about a concert and trying to convince their parents to let them go. They were also talking about the dangers of climbing trees. He recognised one of the voices. He was sure it was Phoebe. Who was she with? It sounded like a boy.

"Come on dad. I'm fine! Can I go to the concert?" the boy asked.

"Please can he Dr Loggins?" the girl said. Curiosity got the better of him and he opened the door of the room to see Dr Loggins talking with his daughter and Kenny.

"Phoebe, will your parents let you go? And if I say yes I want to know how you're getting there, back and who is going? Kenny you know how nervous I am about you going out and about so late at night."

"I'm sure my parents will let me go, if Kenny goes. Also my cousin and a few more friends are going." Phoebe said. Christian stepped outside the room to see his daughter. She gasped when she saw him. She looked like she'd just rolled around in the dirt. Her hair was scruffy and dirty, her clothes were all scuffed up and she had a few rips in her designer jeans and blouse. Her denim jacket had dried mud on it and she had small cuts all over her hands. There was also a large shallow scrape on her cheek. Kenny looked similar except his wrist was in a cast. "Dad?" she asked. "What are you doing here?"

"I could ask you the same thing."

"I came in with Kenny; he fell out a tree and broke his wrist." She explained. Christian looked at the boy who had spent plenty of time round their house lately and nodded.

"And why are you all dirty?" he questioned.

"Erm, I tripped?"

"You were in the tree too, weren't you?" she nodded. "What have I told you about climbing trees? They're dangerous and looked at your clothes. You know how expensive they were!" he snapped. Ok, he wasn't worried about the clothes as much, he could buy her some more quite easily, and he was more worried about the cuts.

"Dad, come on, it's not that bad. And I honestly did trip over, luckily I was on the ground unlike monkey boy," she nudged Kenny, who just laughed. "These small cuts are just from scraping the tree."

"And your cheek?" he asked. His anger was starting to boil.

"My foot slipped and I scraped it on the trunk. That's when Kenny fell and I decided that I would stay on the ground. Of course I'm such a cluts I tripped over a root sticking out of the ground and fell in the mud." She was laughing at herself but Christian wasn't. Kenny and his father excused themselves and walked away. "What are you doing here anyway?"

"I'm here with your mother. Come here," he said leading her into the room. Phoebe took one look at her mother and rushed to her side.

"Mum?" Ana looked at her, but said nothing. "What happened?"

"Your mother just had a fall, Cupcake. The doctors want to keep an eye on her tonight." Ana sat up and glared at him.

"Our baby's life is at risk and you're worried about people finding out! Why do you have to control everything!" she was nearly shouting. Phoebe tried to calm her but to no avail. "Why do you even care Phoebe? You never wanted another sibling!" she snapped at her daughter.

"Ana!" Christian shouted. "That's uncalled for."

"Well, it may not matter anymore will it? Because I may lose my baby Girl!" Ana shouted back.

"Baby Girl? I'm going to have a sister?" Phoebe asked.

"Yes. And I was going to have another daughter. One that I've always wanted!"

"Ana that's enough!"

"Just get out, Phoebe." Phoebe ran from the room, nearly bumping into Grace, crying.

"What's all the shouting about?" she asked.

"Nothing mum," Christian said. "Ana why did you say that to Phoebe?" he asked, voice eerily low.

"I don't know," Ana looked shocked that she had said those things to Phoebe. She started to cry. She hadn't lost the baby, but she was behaving as if she had, like she was accepting defeat. Christian tried to comfort her but she didn't want it.

"Christian, right now can you leave me alone? I need some time to myself." She placed her hand on her belly. On baby Mia.

"Ana, please don't push me away. Mia is here and together we can help her grow stronger."

"Christian please. Just leave me alone tonight. Go and spend time with the kids and we can talk properly in the morning. I'm really tired, so I just want to sleep." He sighed. She had a point with the kids and he had damage repair to do with Phoebe.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. Go." He kissed her forehead and wiped away her tears. "I love you, Christian."

"I love you too, baby. I'll see you in the morning." He whispered.

"I'll stay with her Christian." Grace said. They both forgot that she was there. Christian nodded and left the room, taking one last look back at his wife, before closing the door, leaving the hospital and getting in the car. As Taylor drove away, a song he hadn't heard in years came on the radio, 'I Don't Wanna Fight'. He listened to the lyrics and thought about Ana. He really hated fighting with her. Maybe he should put it on his iPod and play it every time they have a fight so she truly knows how he feels. When he was half-way he remembered Phoebe. She wasn't in the car and he hadn't seen her when he left the hospital. He tried ringing her but there was no answer. Naturally, he started to panic and rung Marx. Fucking phone was switched off. Shit! Phoebe where are you?

... ... ...

"Bee, calm down. I'm sure she didn't mean it." Kenny said when they left the hospital.

"You didn't hear her, Kenny. She was so upset and scared. I've never completely showed my support and she knows that. She really is ashamed of me," Phoebe replied, breaking down in tears again. Kenny put his hand on her shoulder, and told her to look at him. She did.

"Phoebe, you may have been nervous about having another sibling and being pushed out, but your mum is not ashamed of you. It's natural for children to be nervous about something like that. It's also normal to shut down after what you went through." He said and she nodded. He went to hug her and she allowed it, although she stiffened a little. Apart from her parents and brothers, Kenny was the only person she would allow to touch her. She inhaled his scent. He smelled so good. "How about you come back to mine for a while and get your head sorted?" he suggested and she nodded. She didn't want to go home and she had an appointment with Flynn later, so as much normalcy as possible is what she was hoping to gain.

"Thanks, Kenny. I'm glad I can always rely on you. I should call my dad and let him know." She took out her BlackBerry and saw that Christian had been trying to call her. When she helped Kenny to the hospital when he fell from the tree she turned it on silent and the vibrate function wasn't working for some reason. Five missed calls. She rang him back.

"Phoebe! Where the hell are you?" Shit! He's angry.

"Sorry dad. I'm with Kenny. Heading over to his house for a while." She replied.

"No, I want you to come home. You have a session with Flynn later, don't forget."

"I know, dad. I'll be back in time for that. I just need some space at the moment. I promise I'll call so you know where I am. And I'll have Marx."

"Why weren't you answering your phone? And why is his switched off?" he asked the last question with pure anger.

"Mine was on silent and the vibrate still isn't working. I don't know about his." She replied honestly. He sighed.

"I want you home by five thirty, ok?" he ordered. She agreed, that would give her an hour to calm down round Kenny's house before going to talk to her shrink.

... ... ...

Ok, before you all review about the broken elevator, it needed to be broken to cause Ana's fall and scare. I also know, it would be extremely unlikely that Christian wouldn't know of it being broken for months due to the amount of security and people working for him but again, it fit in with the story better than him knowing.

Thank you for the reviews:
