Hermione knew that she might have gone too far this time, but honestly, if anyone was to blame it was Snape. If he hadn't refused to talk to her then she never would have written to Umbridge pretending to be him and inviting her to come live with him at Hogwarts.
She didn't actually expect her to agree, but she had and Snape was not happy that his wife was now at Hogwarts nor was anyone else for that matter.
Hermione was currently sitting in Dumbledore's office with Snape glaring at her and Dumbledore looking a cross between amused and annoyed by Hermione's antics.
"You better fix this Granger," Professor Snape hissed, his nostrils flaring with anger. " I don't care what you have to do to get her out Hogwarts, but do it quickly."
"Hey your a potions master you must know of an untraceable potion to poison her with. Sort your own problems out," Hermione said, because even though the whole situation was her fault she didn't like being ordered about.
Snape looked to actually be considering what Hermione said as an option.
"No one is poisoning anyone," Dumbledore said, letting out a loud sigh because he shouldn't have to make that clear to anyone at Hogwarts.
"Look, I'd be happily divorced by now if Granger hadn't broken into the ministry and destroyed the paperwork," Professor Snape huffed in annoyance, glaring at Hermione.
"Why does everyone always blame me?," Hermione asked, pouting. " What about those who helped me like Neville, Ginny and Moody?."
Dumbledore and Snape looked at each other, this was the first time they had heard anything about Mad Eye being involved with things.
"What do you mean Moody helped you?," Professor Snape asked, in a tone that Hermione recognised as this turned out to be true then Moody was in big trouble.
"He helps me all the time, especially if it involves annoying you professor, " Hermione replied, happily willing to let Moody face Snape's wrath. "I don't think he likes you very much or trusts you and I'm pretty sure that if he could kick you out the Order he would."
"I'll kill him!," Professor Snape threatened, it was one thing for Hermione to make his life hell but Moody was a different matter. He got that a majority of the Order didn't trust him, but never did he think that anyone would stoop so low and help Hermione make his life hell.
"Severus, you are not killing anyone and Miss Granger stop smiling none of this is amusing," Dumbledore ordered.
"Actually Snape's face is really funny right now and I could laugh at it all day, but unfortunately I have to throw Umbridge a Welcome Back to Hogwarts party," Hermione told the headmaster with a mischievous glint
