"I'm telling you that I'm soooooooooo right." Bolin sing songed as he bounced backwards on his feet. His grin wide across his lips.
Rolling her eyes; "You may be right Bo; but I'm telling you that you saying anything will just push the time table back." Opal knew her boyfriend well; she fully knew that he was just bursting to tell Asami and Korra that he knew that they were crushing one one another. But she knew the girls well also; and knew that they weren't ready to deal with it yet. She knew that in order for Asami and Korra to feel comfortable in tell one another their feelings … they needed to to it in their own time … and in their own way. She stopped and placed her hands on Bolin's shoulder's. She prevented her boyfriend from moving. "Bolin, I'm serious here. Please don't tell, talk, hint, or tease Asami and Korra …" She eyed her boyfriend still in the eyes with serious eyes.
Bolin's face feel. "But," He sighed deeply. "You are right Opal; Asami and Korra need to get that point on their own. I just hope they do it very soon." Happiness shrone in his green eyes. "I can't wait till we can double date with them." His smile grew into a full teeth grin.
"Just be patient." Opal sighed. She smiled herself. "I can't wait to double date with them either Bo."
"I think I have to be sure that Mako is in the right place also." Bolin's sad eyes met his girlfriend's. "This may not end up all rosey and sunshine huh?" He backed away from Opal. He couldn't bare to have her hands on him any longer.
Opal felt the loss of him. But she knew that she had to remain where she was standing. He had to work through the rawness on his own. When he was ready for her physical touch once more he'll let her know.
"But there is Wu." Bolin slowly nodded as a light came back into his eyes. A slow grin made it's way back across his lips. "Sides I think Mako is prepared." He pulled Opal into his arms. He kissed her lips softly. "Thanks." He breathed as he rested his forehead against his soul's.
Opal hummed. "Perhaps we can have a dinner with everyone."
Bolin gently squeezed her waist. "I like that idea. A nice causal friendly dinner."
"Okay then." Opal grinned. "Jinora and Kai will of course be invited."
"Sounds good." Bolin pulled back to look into Opal's green eyes. "Do you think we should include Tenzin and Pema?"
"No. Then it would seem like we are hatching up a plan." Opal smiled.
Bolin tilted his head. "Wouldn't two young couples be a warning single that we are hatching up a plan?"
Opal smirked. "Trust me Bo; those four are very clueless. They won't think you and I being a couple; Kai and Jinora being a couple wanting to get together with them would be anything but a friendly thing. But if we add Tenzin and Pema … then they will be on alert and may set themselves backwards instead of moving on their own comfortable pace."
"That's why I love you so much." Bolin rested his forehead against her's once more.
