Welcome back to this story... Alright it has been like four years, so I had to reread it... I cannot beleive how much I have grown as an author. Recently I went back and fixed a few small details, like calling Naruto Mika since I had just started using Mika and got confused.

This series is so OP and Cliche... still People like it so finishing it would be helpful I think...

" It has been Four Months since we lost our Tsunade, the village can no longer sit in wait. We need firm leadership Hiruzen... We have already decided who will become the Hokage." Jiraiya glared at Koharu, the older man didn't so much as flinch despite the clear disrespect he was showing the Hokage. " Someone who warned us of Naruto's betrayal, who attempted to reason with you multiple time despite you never listening."

Jiriaya watched his now young teacher sigh, Looking up. " Let me guess... Danzo?"

Said older man stood, ripping off his bandages showing a young powerful body. " Yes. The boy also attacked and restored me. I have spent the last few months monitoring his organization whilst restoring my skills and expanding them as much as I can. It has been ardious but I have managed to accomplish quite a bit." Chakra flared off of his body, making Jiriaya flinch a little. " I admit, I am still not on your level Sarutobi, or yours Jiriaya, but I am much stronger then I was even in my youth. My Root has also greatly increased in strength. I have already ordered them to be intergrated into the ANBU forces here."

Sarutobi just sighed, defeated. " Of course you have... I presume you have proof of the Daimyo's approval?"

The Older man handed him a paper, confirming this was in fact a genuine shift of power. " Yes I do, signed by the Daiymo and witnessed by the Head of our Samurai and Ninja Monks. Don't worry about losing power Hiruzen, I am you in charge of the Village defense. You are going to be increasing the defenses of the Village, training various Shinobi to ensure that such an invasion never happens again. Jiraiya, you will be leading missions all across the Elemental Nations to bolster our reputation and funds. You will of course, be all to maintain your spynetwork. I have been monitoring said network for a while, I am more then aware and am very disappointed that you stay out of the village despite not needing to do so. You spend only a month total actually using your network per year while the rest of your time is spent peeking on women. It is shameful, and will no longer be allowed."

Anger spiked but Jiraiya knew better, barely, then to reveal this anger. " Very well, Lord Hokage." He took a very deep breathe, praying for patience. " Is that all?"

" Not at all, I also am ordering you to take six apprentices. They will be harnessing your skills, all of them. While you are young now, you were not before and without an apprentice your talents and skills will be lost. Hiruzen, this goes for you as well. I have already drawn up a list for those whom you must teach. I expect results to be tested and sent to my office once a month. My Secretary has that list, she has already replaced Hiruzen's old Secretary. Now you are dismissed." The man tapped his cane against the ground, a clear dismissal that the two reborn Shinobi obeyed.

Once they were about fifty yards from the meeting hall, they turned to each other and sighed. Hiruzen spoke first. " Things just keep on going south... "

" Yeah, I know sensei... we can't disobey him, can we?"

The Older man shook his head. " No, I am afraid not. I may have issues with Danzo, but he loves our village more then anyone. If nothing else he will excel at Hokage, though in a way that may takes us down a darker path... all we can do is act as a buffer as much as we can."

" I figured as much, I just wish that I didn't have to... "

They shared a grumble...

" I am sorry, what is your plan?" Mei could not believe her ears, the outrageous nature of it was too much.

Naruto just smiled at her. " I plan on taking over the Leaf, well more then I already have." At her frown he continued. " I wanted to destroy it at first, why wouldn't I with how they mistreated me... but I came to realize that it is a beavey of resources that I cannot waste. No, I will use it as a cashcow. Hiruzen and Jiraiya are my biggest issues, and they are powerful. A better position would be to control them, to make them chafe under my rule in a totally legal way. Give them nothing to fight me with, choking their spirit. Boring to some, but I cannot think of a better revenge."

She gave him a long stare. " Your a lot older then thirteen... "

" Literally, I eat spiritual energy and take in memories. I have actually lived for decades, centuries now that I have consumed my mother and Mito's energy. I am the eldest person on the planet in terms of experience. Though, this relevation comes from your people. I consumed several in my time helping you... the tiredness they feel, bored of combat and war, the soul burning weight of their lives has allowed me to see some of my folly."

" So you've had your fill of destruction?"

" Not entirely, just... pointless destruction." He shrugged, looking out of the window of the Mizukage tower. " This civil war is a prime example of that... how many lives were lost for something as pointless as the death of a single girl? Thousands... When I took the energy ruling over Yagura's mind, I gained Obito Uchiha's memories... he is a broken child and his drive for revenge, at the cost of reason... it disgusts me." A Heavey sigh left him. " Orochimaru... he is like that too. I showed him Obito's memories, and watched him change. I think he is realizing that his drive for revenge is pointless. Same with Sasuke Uchiha's. There are other goals that are more important, making revenge take a back seat."

" A Total change then what you were like when you first met me." She smiled, leaning up to him. " A Welcome change. Now, why tell me this?"

He laughed loudly. " I will be allying our villages, and our countries. Masking our resources. A natural evolution of Hashirama's dreams... then I will be getting of the Tailed Beasts. I found a way to render their spirits from their power. I will, if time permits, allow them to be reborn as mortals, ending that cycle. I do believe this will help our world. I will need your help to make this possible."

" I'm in... now, time for some murder talk. We need to wipe out the Star Village. The Radiation from that Star of theirs is tainting the whole area, we have detected trace amounts of it in the water. We can keep the Star for research, of course, but no more."

" I'm game... I'll send Kushina and Mito. They have been bored and I do believe they would love the chance to stretch their limbs."

Mei shivered " I imagine so... have Mito seal up the radiation if she can. We cannot allow it to continue to spread."

" No... we definitely cannot."

" Deidera is dead." Black Zetsu shivered internally, while looking at Pein." He fought a member of the Rebirth, losing quickly. He didn't even get the chance to fight back to be honest. A Single jutsu took his life, a genjutsu from what I gathered. I can show it to you when I return."

Pein nodded with a sigh. " They have become troubling... Deidera, Kisame, Hidan... three slaughtered by the same group. Nothing of them left... we need to deal with them fast, otherwise our goals will be for not." He turned to Itachi, ignoring the mild panic in Black Zetsu's face. " You will going to the Star Village. We have been given a mission to stop their training methods. We were paid handsomely. Do what you must, retrieve the Star if you can."

The stoic Uchiha nodded before his image vanished, leaving only Pein and Black Zetsu looking at each other. They shared a nod before the connection was cut and Black Zetsu returned to his body.

It was here that he panicked.

' I am sorry mother, but I may fail.' He shivered, feeling powerful chakras all around the Elemental Nations radiate with power. Several matched the tailed beasts. They were growing in power, and soon they could match the Sage of Six Paths. He gave them a year before this happened. ' Humans have finally evolved to match the Otsusuki... Mother, if this happens... I do not know if I can save you...' He looked skyward and cried.

He was going to fail in the one task he spent a thousand years trying to accomplish...

Nothing hurt more... nothing could ever come close.

" Come on Sakura, you can do better then that!" Sakura trees, ironically, exploded into life and chased the pink haired Kunoichi. She ducked and weaved and dodged, using impressive dance like movements to evade every single branch and root.

A Stalemate lasted for several moments before the girl faded away and a hard punch slammed into Nawaki, sending him flying. In mid air he twisted and landed safely. Of course he had less then a full second to enjoy firm ground before countless water senbon bombard him. Several managed to pierce his torso despite his dancing, he just wasn't as graceful as his girlfriend. Her whole style revolved around evasion after all.

' Damn it sis, this isn't fair. Why must you teach all of your students so much evasion!' Giant fake tears filled his eyes as he pouted. " Enough of this shit, Turtle Dome!" A Large dome of wood wrapped around him, stopping the Senbon. " Finally, breathing room!"

Or So he thought until he suddenly sank into a patch of Underworld Swamp.

From the ground, Sakura rose with an Orochimaru like smirk. " I think that means I win."

He just pouted. " Not fair, your being taught by two Sanin..."

" And your being taught by Kushina and Mito, I think that balances everything out. Now, get out of there." She reached towards him, and yanked him out, planting a very firm kiss on his mouth.

It took about fifteen minutes before they remembered they had an appointment...

Still, they managed to look nice before they got to Tsunade's office. The very, very pregnant Sanin smiled at them, for once not a trace of Alcohol filled the room. " Hello you two. Today you are being assigned a medical mission. You are heading out to Snow country, and are going to help Lord Doto with the etablishment of his shinobi village. You are going to help train several people in medical justu. While you are there, you are to send a clone to spy and gather information on their defenses in case they betray us. Set up monitoring seals as well. Is that clear?"

They both nodded. " Hai!"

" You are dismissed. You leave at Dawn."

This is not going to be a very long set of chapters. They are filling in the gaps til the end, maybe five chapters? OP shouldn't last long in my opinion...

I am, kind of, planning a story where Sakura leaves with Sasuke... a huge series change with a non medic but still interesting Sakura. No cliches, just me fixing a story type that no one has done without making it a clone of the others in that type... I even have her skill set down... and Naruto's but that is different.

It would be very focused on individual paths and how in the end there is no one right way to go about something. Perspective is everything...
