As Izuku thought he was quirkless, he actually did have one. "The Shining" is his quirk's name. Read on as he uses his inborn quirk to take the world by storm, and to be the best hero that surpasses everyone. He will show everyone, with one flash at a time. (Summary and ratings will change.)
