Hey guys! 087-B here, bringing you another chapter! Sorry for the long hiatus, I've been pretty busy, but enough about that! I worked hard to bring you guys this one, so let's go! In the last chapter, Mabel explores Eterna City and finds Wendy and Robbie. However, she gets a package meant for Dipper and inside is a note and a key to something… what could it be? This relates to a Wi-Fi Event from Pokemon Platinum, can you guess what it is? Leave a review with your thoughts and a guess if you want!

Chapter 13: Tea
It was the groups second day in Eterna City. They had healed their Pokemon and went to bed the day before. Mabel still had yet to give the mysterious package to Dipper, and she wondered what the key inside was for, or what it unlocked. She wondered more about who this "C" person was. She listed all the people she knew in Sinnoh that had a C in their name in her head, but none of those people sounded like possible suspects.
Taking time away from Dipper and Soos, Mabel proceeded to explore the city further than she had yesterday. The city had a very distinct flavor, but it suited it perfectly for being an old fashioned village type living area. She had quickly grown accustomed to the region of Sinnoh. Even though she was out of her comfort zone in this completely foreign country, it was nice and easy to get used to the new environment. Especially with her new companions.
Mabel approached a small building toward the southern end of town. It stood out among the rest of the buildings as this building was a small white house with one floor, a yellow roof and one front window and door entrance. She knocked on the door, and at first there was no answer. She knocked again, and the door slowly creaked open. A pair of eyes emerged from the small crack the door had revealed, although the room was too dark to make out an facial features of the humanoid.
"Are you with the… you know?" The voice sounded like a mans voice, an older, senior one at that. Mabel seemed confused by the question.
"What the what?" Mabel asked. The man stared blankly, before shutting the door, then unlocking a lock and reopening it all the way. The humanoid was a man, a tall one, with blue glasses, a nice brown short cut, a blue and green striped shirt with brown sleeves, purple pants, and green shoes. The man also had a little brown mustache.
"Come in for some… tea?" The man gestured for Mabel to enter the house. Mabel hesitated but she slowly walked inside. The house was very dark, as if the sun wasn't coming in through the windows. The furniture was a lone table in the middle, with two chairs on the left side and two chairs on the right side. In the back of the house, a little bookcase with a cracked television on top rested. A little tree rested in a pot in the corner of the room, and cobwebs and dust rested in many slits and nooks and crannies in the house. The man immediately shut the door as Mabel stepped inside. Just to be safe, Mabel brought out her two Pokemon, Grotle and Bibarel.
The man gestured for Mabel to sit down, so she sat on the left side of the table, while the man sat on the right. He pulled a tray out from under the table. On the tray were two little coffee cups full of hot, steaming tea. He picked one up and set it down in front of him, then set the other in front of him and slid it to Mabel. Mabel caught it and looked at it. The color was a dark-reddish, sort of brown kind of color, and the steam coming from the tea was thick. She sniffed it, and the smell was… pungent and thick, almost nauseating. She didn't take a sip and simply set it on the table, letting it cool.
"So… who are you?" Mabel asked the man. The man grinned as his glasses shined, showing Mabel her own reflection. She gasped and decided to look down at her tea once again. The man had completely avoided her question, and Mabel had let that get by.
"Who are you, my dear?" The man asked. Mabel stared at the man before answering.
"Mabel." She wasn't enthusiastic, but she wasn't freaked out at all. She thought this man was strange, but she kept her cool. The man stared at her for a long time before taking a sip of his own tea. He gave a rather eerie smile, which sent a chill down Mabel's spine.
"So, Miss Mabel… why don't you have some tea?" He seemed persistent, which made Mabel very uncomfortable. She seemed very reluctant, but she decided to slowly sip her tea anyway. Immediately, her eyes went wide as she dropped the mug to the floor, making it shatter and sending little pieces of hardened clay everywhere and disgusting liquid flowing over the floor. Mabel grabbed the table and started spazzing as the man gave a sinister grin.
"What is with this drink?!" Mabel's hair frayed a little as she grabbed the table and gasped hard and heavy. The man's grin grew and grew. Mabel's vision grew hazy as she swerved back and forth a little.
"You son of a-" Mabel collapsed backward on to the ground unconscious. Her Pokemon seemed shocked and tried ramming the door to escape, eventually busting it down and running off, leaving Mabel behind with her mysterious captor.
"Perfect. The key is in my hands now…" The man said, laughing eerily to himself and fixing up the door, locking it. He reached into Mabel's backpack and took out the parcel addressed to Dipper, then placed Mabel in a little bed hidden off to the side and left.
"Sweet dreams, enjoy your time with Dar…" His words became incomprehensible as he left the house and boarded up the door.

Eventful plot change is eventful! What do you guys think of the twist? This marks the beginning of a split storyline between Dipper and Soos looking for Mabel, while Mabel will wander her dream land to find answers to all of this and to look for a way out of the nightmare. This plot will last most of the Eterna City Arc, but it won't last the whole story. This story will also feature a different Eterna City, incase you hadn't noticed, one that looks the same and has the same importance as the games but added plot.
