The Cooper Gang was welcomed into Henry Keener's household. A black and white television set was in the living room. An episode of Leave it to Beaver was playing on the television screen. The living room looked nice. It had a couch, a recliner, a small table, a few paintings and a few other things. The windows were nice and furnished. Henry sat down on the couch with Carmelita and Harley. They took a moment to bask in the glory of the 1950s. Henry's mother helped Bentley into the recliner. Henry Keener took a moment to look at Carmelita Fox. He could tell by the badge that she was a police officer, though he was unsure what police department Carmelita worked for. He looked at her strange looking firearm. The gun was red and gold, with a slightly large barrel. It looked similar to the Austin Magic Pistol, a toy gun that shot out ping pong balls that used sodium carbonate and water as it's method of combustion.

"You guys want something to drink?" Henry asked the Cooper Gang.

"Yes. We would like something to drink." Harley said. "We would like some Coke and Pepsi."

Henry went to get some Coca-Cola and Pepsi bottles from the fridge in the kitchen. Harley noticed a few books and comic books lining the antique bookshelf. The bookshelf looked amazing, with it's oak finishing and sleek design. Harley and Sly decided to look at the books that the Keener family had. There were a few books that were familiar to Harley, like Starship Troopers by Robert HeinLein, Breakfast at Tiffany's by Truman Capote, The Talented Mr. Ripley by Patricia Highsmith, Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov and Old Yeller by Fred Gipson. There were also a few Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel and Superman comic books in the bookshelf as well. Harley grabbed Lolita and a few Wonder Woman comics from the bookshelf and brought them back to the couch.

Henry gave each member of the Cooper Gang a glass of Coke and Pepsi. He noticed Harley reading Lolita. For those of you who haven't heard, Lolita is a novel about a college professor named Humbert who falls in love with a 13 year girl named Dolores, otherwise known as "Lolita." (I'm not kidding. That's the actual plot of Lolita). Humbert feels sexually aroused by the teenage girl. It was made into a Stanley Kubrick movie in 1962. Henry sat down on the sofa. He looked at the TV. He got up to change the TV channel. TV remotes didn't exist back in the 1950s. The only way you could change the TV channels was to turn the dial on the TV. There was also a circular knob for volume control. Henry lowered the volume on the TV. He went back to the couch. Henry wondered how a vehicle could just fall from the sky to the ground like that for no reason. It didn't make any sense to him. Last time he checked, cars didn't just fall from the sky onto somebody's driveway.

"You mind telling me why your car fell from the sky and landed on my driveway? Last time I checked, cars don't just fall from the sky onto people's driveways." Henry asked the Cooper Gang.

"It's sort of a long and convoluted story that you believe it if we told you." Bentley said.

"Believe what? I just saw a freaking automobile fall from the sky in broad daylight onto my property." Henry said.

"This is going to sound crazy, but we were in the Wild West." Sly said to Henry.

"You mean like in a Western?" Henry asked.

"Well, sort of. But it wasn't televised. Me and my friends were literally in the Wild West." Bentley said.

"Where?" Henry asked.

"In Texas, in a town called Cotton Mouth Bluff in the year 1884." Bentley said. "We had to rescue somebody from the evil clutches of a corrupt sheriff named Toothpick." Bentley explained. Henry didn't know whether to believe Bentley's statement about the Cooper Gang being in the Wild West as true or not. It sounded like the plot of an episode of Bonanza or Gunsmoke to him.

"You sure you guys weren't in a Western or something? Because what you just said sounds like the plot of a Western on TV."

"This isn't a joke, Henry! Trust us when we say that we were in the Wild West for real." Bentley said.

"What did you guys do in the Wild West?" Henry asked Bentley. He was starting to get intruiged.

"We had to save my ancestor Tennessee Kid Cooper from going to jail because of a evil sheriff named Toothpick wanted to hang him." Sly explained.

"Is Tennessee Kid seriously your ancestor's name? What's his father's name? Mississippi Man." Henry said. Sly glared at Henry. He hated the fact that Henry was making fun of his ancestor like that.

"I don't really know whether Tennessee Kid was his real name or not. Never really found out his real name." Sly said.

"I think Tennessee Kid is a stupid and nonsensical name for your ancestor." Henry said to Sly.

"Regardless of whether or not you think that my ancestor's name is stupid or not, me and my friends had to save him in the Old West." Sly said. "We had to catch up with a runaway train. Our brakes were cut for some reason. We had no choice but to drive our van off a cliff. Then, Bentley saved our lives by throwing one of Harley's vinyl records into the time machine, which was why we ended up in your driveway in the 1950s."

Henry Keener didn't know how to process Sly's explanation of how they ended up in his driveway in the 1950s. It was crazy, to be perfectly honest. He didn't know what to say.

"That's unbelievable!" Henry said.

"I know. It makes the plot of Back to the Future sound tame in comparsion." Harley said.

"What's Back to the Future?" Henry asked.

"An awesome time travelling movie that won't exist for another 27 years." Harley said. Henry was starting to like the Cooper Gang. The Cooper Gang were soon introduced to Henry Keener's parents and his sister Edith. Henry's father, Jeremiah Keener was intially skeptical about having a bunch of random strangers staying in his house. He eventually agreed to let the Cooper Gang stay temporarily for the time being while the van was fixed. The Cooper Gang would soon learn about the nice and somewhat boring time period that was the 1950s.
