What do you expect when you get reincarnated?

Some form of incredible cheat-like power?

An attractive body to gain a harem of beautiful women?

I wasn't like that.

I got a potentially broken power, yes... and a new body, sure.

But I'm painfully average looking.

Not ugly, but not 'panty-droppingly hot' either. Black eyes, black hair, thin overall body.

At least my new power has some potential.

So, basically, it makes me unkillable.

Ah, I suppose I should back up a little.

My special ability is that I have a shop. A 'pawn shop', really.

I can buy and sell things.

That sounds a little lame, and sure, it is, but if you look at it objectively...

My shop is fundamentally indestructible.

That means I have a base of operations that is completely defended. A nuke could drop on my doorstep and it wouldn't so much as shake the window shutters.

That protection extends inside. Meaning my patrons can't kill me while they are inside the premises.

A flaw of this is that this protection also extends to them, meaning I can't kill them either. And hypothetically, they couldn't kill other patrons either.

But I can blacklist them, teleporting them outside.

This is all well and good, but there's a small issue with my products.

I was only given one hundred dollars to start off.

Luckily, my store seems to have been granted a bunch of basic 'product holders' like shelves, freezers, and fridges.

That's about it, though.

So. Basically, I'm fucked.

I doubt anyone will come through my doors, and even if they did, why the fuck would they buy things that I've had to markup the price for... things that they could literally walk down the street and buy from the gas station?

The bell above the door jingles as it is pulled open.

"Welcome to Alex's pawn and trade, what can I do for you today?" I announce blandly as I look to the door.

I pause at what I see.

A woman slowly and meticulously enters the room, a pistol in hand, she wears a blue and yellow jumpsuit, some cobbled together armor that looks out of place across her body. On her back is a large backpack.

Her eyes widen as she takes in the state of the shop. "Wh... what the hell."

Her gun lowers.

"This building had no walls! Why is-" she begins only to cut off.

The pistol in her hands looks strange and blocky.

'She looks a little familiar...'

"This is a... pawn shop?"

"More of a... shop, currently. I don't exactly have an excess of money to buy things right now. Though you are welcome to trade if you have anything you want to sell." I announce.

"How does this place even exist?" The woman asks.

"Magic?" I suggest with a shrug. "This place is literally indestructible and anyone inside is unkillable."

"That's ridiculous." She scoffs as she turns and begins browsing my wares.

"Tell me... do these drinks have any radiation?"

"Why the fuck would they have Radiation?" I question with a confused expression.

"The bombs." She frowns. "The nuclear bombs that leveled the entirety of Boston."

"…"

I slowly walk around the counter. "First off, we are currently in Japan, a small place called 'Kuoh Town'. Next, there were no nuclear wars, thirdly, I have never seen anything like your weapon before."

I gesture to the door and open it, revealing a simple alleyway. "Have a look for yourself."

The blue suited woman's eyes widen as she pauses beside me, leaning slightly outside as she looks both left and right. "What the fuck?"

She comes back in and I close the door.

She grabs the door handle and opens it, instantly revealing a completely different scenery of broken buildings and a collage of browns and greys.

"…"

"Huh... so my shop goes to other worlds entirely... neat..." I rub my temple as knowledge comes to my mind.

I hold up a hand, then summon what looks like a fancy black doorknocker, causing the woman beside me to flinch. "What the fuck?"

"Close the door, please, you're letting the radiation in." I sigh as I turn and walk away, making my way back to the countertop as the door creaks closed.

I sit the door knocker on the table.

"Welcome to my interdimensional pawn and trade. What can I get for you today." I repeat.

The figure seems to walk around the shop for a moment before coming over with a few items.

Two in one shampoo and conditioner, ten bottles of water, and four Onigiri.

I frown down at the objects and scratch my chin. "Ten caps for the shampoo and Conditioner, five caps per bottle of water and Onigiri. So eighty caps in all."

"How... did you know we no longer use pre-war money?"

"Oh, that knowledge got stuffed into my brain when I made the connection that you aren't from around here. Would you like to barter for items or would you like to pay in full?"

She lets out a low click and rubs her chin. "This is purified water, correct?"

"No war means no radiation." I nod slowly.

"I've got fifty caps on me. I'll trade for the remainder. Tell me, how advanced if your world here?"

"What do you mean?" I question.

"What is medical technology and weaponry like?"

"We have bandages, pain killers, antidotes and that sort of thing... as for weapons, we have guns, bullets, missiles, tanks and jets. Nukes are a thing here as well, but we haven't exactly been gung ho with using them."

"Any Ai? What about laser weapons or Stim packs?" The woman questions

"No Ai. Laser weapons are merely science fiction- though theoretically possible- and I have no idea what a 'Stim Pack' is, does it have something to do with Stim cells?"

A sly smile works its way across the woman's face. "I see... a stim pack is a syringe filled with healing chemicals that causes you to regenerate, it extends to things like bullet wounds and stab wounds, but it won't help with this like burns or excessive damage."

She ruffles through her backpack and sits a blocky pistol on the table, it looks cobbled together out of pipes, the trigger is a screw, and the handle has been bolted onto the wooden base.

My eyes slowly trail up to her. "Look lady... a gun here costs like... three hundred dollars, this sort of thing is like... god awful. Toss in some bullets and I'll consider.

"How many?" The woman questions.

"Twenty?" I suggest with a small shrug.

"Hrn... Fifteen." She haggles.

"Fine. Fifteen. It's pretty difficult to get a gun in Japan anyways... and despite how utter shit this one is, it'll help me protect myself from the deranged supernatural creatures... maybe..."

"Supernatural... creatures?" She repeats.

"Oh yeah, I'm talking devils, fallen angels, vampires, werewolves. They rule from the shadows, using magic to mindfuck us 'feeble weak humans' into doing what they want us to, keeping the supernatural all of us 'normal people' for our 'protection'."

"All of those exist outside my door. That's probably the reason why we didn't have a nuke party, to be honest." I announce blandly.

"Huh." She mutters after a long moment. "Alright, a pleasure doing business with you, my name is Nora."

"Alex." I respond as I slowly lift the door knocker and hold it out towards her. "Take this. You saw me make it a while ago, an ability I didn't know I had. This is basically the key to my shop. Put it on any closed door, knock twice, then when you open it you'll come through that door right behind you."

The woman nods slowly and puts it in her backpack.

"Now, since you are my first customer and live in an apparent nuclear wasteland is there anything you'd like for me to keep in stock?"

"Food, water, clothes, survival gear, and hygiene products." She replies.

"I'll try to keep a small stock of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouthwash." I agree. "Please come again!"

"Don't worry, I will." The woman states as she pauses with her hand on the doorhandle. "I may return with some interesting items for you."

"Like laser guns and robots?" I smirk.

"Potentially. Goodbye Alex."

"Stay safe." I wave.

"I'll give it my best attempt." The woman sighs as she opens the door, steps out, and closes it behind her.

Fuck.

My shop can let me enter other worlds entirely.

Holy shit.

I look back to the door.

'Well, I've got a couple more hours of waiting, then I should grab some new stock.'

I fold my arms behind my head.

Thirty minutes until closing time.

My eyes are drawn to the door as it opens, a teen steps through the door, he has short black hair and coal-like eyes, pale skin and wears a long black overcoat and grey shirt underneath.

He has simple black pants and has a sheathed blade at his back.

He quirks an eyebrow as he look around the mostly barren shop.

"Welcome to Alex's Interdimensional trade and pawn." I lazily greet.

The teen walks over and pauses at the counter, waving a hand downwards.

He frowns slightly.

"Yeah, buddy, I'm not some sort of Npc that you can mindfuck with hand gestures." I scoff with an eyeroll.

His eyes widen slightly as he looks around. "You are a player? How did you get the permits to have a shop so quickly?"

"From what you are saying, it sounds like you are from some form of VR game. No. I'm not a player. This is earth. The real world. Vr gaming doesn't exist in my world. That's far too advanced."

"What?" He questions.

"My god, do I have to do the door test for literally anyone I come across?" I sigh dramatically as I stand up and walk around the countertop.

I open the door revealing the outside of my shop.

"Huh... this is... strange." The teen admits. "My name is Kirito. What sort of things do you sell?"

"Anything, really." I hum as I close the door and return to my seat. "This is our first day open and I only had about ten thousand yen to grab stock. Find something you like; I accept cash or trade. Earlier today I got a trade for a pistol if that interests you. I've only got fifteen bullets though."

"A pistol?" Kirito questions as he cups his chin. "Aincrad doesn't... support ranged weaponry... at most you can use throwing knives."

He slowly wanders through the store, eventually spying the gun.

"Sorry if it looks like shit, it came from a post-apocalyptic world where a nuclear war happened." I apologize as he looks over the shit weapon, a glint of interest in his eye.

A screen appears before him as his eyes widen. "What is this damage?! I could have killed the first floor boss in twelve shots with this!"

"I've only got fifteen bullets for it." I call out.

"Will you get more?" The teen questions as he looks up.

"That depends entirely on my nuclear fallout customer coming back."

I can see the gears turning in his head as he looks over the pipe pistol. "Hrn... it would one shot almost any mob up to the fourth floor, not counting any field bosses, but those would go down in only a couple shots.

He lets out a low click. "How much?"

His world's currency converted to yen slots into my mind, it's a one-to-one-hundred ratio.

"For the pistol itself? four hundred and fifty Col. Then ten per bullet."

"oooh." He winces as he looks over the pistol. "That is... steep."

"I also accept trades to cover the remainder." I shrug.

"Hn. Alright." The anime protagonist shrugs as he walks to the table with the gun and the bullets. "I'll take it all."

"Very well, that'll be six hundred Col in all."

"Here's three hundred, and here are six Lesser Petty Healing Potions, they heal one hundred health each and go for about Fifty Col in the market.

"Alright, this is fair." I nod slowly, my eyes skimming the health potion, there is some fairly complex magic going on deep in there. I don't know how much 'one hundred health' quantifies in DXD terms or other worldly terms, but that's basically a full heal towards me.

Plus, they are magic items, I can upcharge the fuck out of these.

With a flash a door knocker appears in my hand, I offer it to the teen who looks at it in confusion.

"Oh, this is basically the key to my shop. Put it on any closed door, knock twice, then you can come in. Otherwise, after you leave, and the door closes you might never find this shop again."

"Oh, I see. Alright." He shrugs as he takes the metal object and causes it to disappear into his inventory with his mind.

"Come again soon, we may have new stuff in the future."

"Alright. Bye." He blandly says as he walks to the door and opens it. "I'll be back later."

As it closes behind him a small smile forms on my face.

I just turned six hundred yen into sixty thousand.

Today has been profitable.

I let out a low hum as I sip my sprite.

Today and yesterday has been a bit of a slow day.

At least the profit from a couple days ago has given me enough money to survive.

*Thud Thud*

The door creaks open as my first customer returns to the shop.

"Hey Nora." I greet casually as she walks through the door and holds it open.

*Thud Chssss* *Thud Chssss* *Thud Chssss*

I stare blankly as a giant suit of armor steps in behind her.

I stare blankly for a long moment with my mouth slightly open, my eyes sliding from Nora to the suit of power armor carrying a laser rifle.

"Interesting... you were telling the truth." A male voice echoes out from power armor as he turns to face me.

He reaches up and removes his helmet.

"Greetings Civilian. I am Paladin Danse of the Brotherhood of Steel."

"I am Alex. Interdimensional shop owner. While you were gone, I've done a little research on your world and I can now sell you some information about where things should be."

"Information, like what?" The soldier frowns as he crosses his arms.

"Oh, some things you would certainly like to know, even some secrets that would fairly useful to you." I casually admit.

"Do... do you know where they took Shawn?" The woman whispers.

I stare at her for a long moment. "I'll give you one free... do you really want to know?"

"I... I do." The mother quietly nods.

"Your son was kidnapped by a person named Kellog. An absolutely brutal bandit that has been kept alive for roughly more than... hrm... anywhere from eighty to over one hundred years... by the Institute. By this point, he's more machine than man."

"The institute?" Paladin dance frowns.

"Now, you were re-frozen in that little Cryo facility of yours and it has been... quite a bit longer than you assume. So your son isn't... exactly a baby any more... or a child for that matter. In fact, biologically he is now older that you are and the head of the Institute."

"What?!" The paladin growls.

"W-What?" Nora whispers. "He is- wh-"

"Now, there's a chance that my information is slightly faulty, slim, but it is there, I do know how to test it, though." I admit casually.

I point to Paladin Danse. "You. There is a place to the south of the Cambridge police station called the Cambridge Polymer Labs. Before the bombs fell, they were working on a prototype device for power armor that converted radiation into electricity."

I see his eyes widen.

"Regretfully, the researchers were trapped in their labs and tensions rose. They ended up killing each other before the experiment finished. If you go there, you'll need sample three-one-one-one, and sample six-eleven. There should even be some research notes there in the lab and a spare fusion core in the directors office. Complete the experiment and you'll get yourself a prototype power armor chest piece that's either T-45 or T-51. I'm... not exactly sure which. Also be ready to fight ghouls. I think there's even a glowing one in the reactor chamber."

"Three thousand one hundred and one, Six hundred eleven." I hear the man slowly repeat, he nods slowly seemingly accepting of the knowledge. "Nora. I will browse his wares. I'm... sorry about your son. If he is right."

He seems wise enough not to press the 'The Brotherhood is probably going to be forced to kill your son' button.

I glance to the woman who has been uncharacteristically silent, she lets out a shaky sigh. "Alex... I hope that you are full of shit."

"It might be for the best that I am." I shrug.

Danse eventually comes back with numerous bottles of water. "I would like this water."

"Caps or trade?" I question.

He sits a blocky white pistol on the table. "I can see that Nora's desire to collect the institutes' weapons was within reason."

"That'll cover what you got." I nod once as I take the pistol and place it under the counter. "If my information about the polymer labs is correct maybe drop by and give me a little somethin-something in compensation?"

"If you are truly as knowledgeable about the commonwealth as you claim... I will be back for more information... this time with legitimate payments made. I am aware how valuable knowledge can be if it is this accurate." The paladin nods as he secures the water bottles in a satchel, and turns to the door, the thudding of his footfalls echoing throughout the shop as he comes to stop beside the door.

"Nora... are you going to buy anything?" He questions.

"I... am... do you have those hygiene products you said you were going to get?"

"I do." I nod slowly as I reach down and sit an already full plastic bag on the table. "I've got basically everything you could want here... sixty caps.

The woman frowns slightly. "Can I pay with bullets?"

"Oh, sure, I need some bullets for that shitty pistol you sold me a while back if you can."

"How many caps off per bullet?" She questions.

"One cap?"

"Alright." She quietly nods as she sits a box of shells on the table. "This is eighty... keep the extra twenty... thanks for giving me some information about Shawn."

"If you want to find him, I'd suggest starting by finding a Synth detective that lives in Diamond City, calls himself 'Nick Valentine'."

"What is a Synth doing in Diamond city?" Paladin dance questions.

"Oh, he's not the type of synth you and the brotherhood hate. Or at the very least he's one that you could tolerate. He is noticeably a machine. Grey and slightly rotted skin showing mechanical parts underneath, glowing yellow eyes, one of the first Synths the Institute ever made. A prototype if you will. He's also smarter and has more personality than the synths you have fought, but this is because he is basically a pre-war human mind inserted into the body of a synth. Like how RobCo was making Robobrains... The people of Diamond City sort of treat him more like a Mr. Handy or Protectron than an actual synth due to the fact that he's not exactly trying to hide what he is."

"Hrn. If he can help lead us to the institute... I will overlook him." The paladin frowns.

"Thank you, Alex." Nora sighs as she grabs the plastic bag full of stuff- after briefly rifling through it and seeing things that she liked- and walks to the door. "I'll be back."

"Oh. Before I forget. Paladin Danse. Here, have a key to my shop." I call out as I summon a metal door knocker and toss it underhanded at the power armor wearing man, he catches it with one hand and looks over it, nodding once and putting it in his bag.

He puts his helmet back on and opens the door. The two leaving without another word.

'Well, I've got some new products for good ol Kirito when he returns.'

"Yo. Kirito."

"Alex." He greets quietly. "Have you got anything new."

"Well, I've got a laser pistol from that nuclear wasteland, no energy cells to power it, though. I've also got eighty more pistol shells. How has the fifteen been treating you?"

"It feels pretty nice to have basically the longest range, highest damaging, ranged weapon until like floor twenty." He admits with a slow nod. "I was even able to raise it to plus one... though no further as it is made of genuine trash."

"But a gun's a gun, right?" I question.

"True." He shrugs as he walks over to the table. "Can I take a look at this new laser weapon of yours?"

I pick it up and hold it out for him to look at, his eyes skim the weapon as he lets out a quiet scoff. "That is so bullshit. It's not that much stronger than the pistol I have, but it can be enchanted far beyond what mine can. This is the only object I have seen pre floor five that can reach a plus ten.

"I'd rather not sell it yet, nor do I think you'd really want it, because it has no ammo right now."

"What did you even trade for it? The lesser petty healing potions?"

"Nah, just some water." I admit shamelessly. "With so much radiation and pollution, you can imagine how valuable standard bottled water would be."

He lets out a low whistle. "Damn. Look at you, talk about greedy."

"In a post apocalyptic world, things have alternate values. People start bartering instead of using yen. Bullets for food and water, laser pistols for armor, that sort of thing."

"Speaking of bartering... I've got some stuff to trade. I'll take all eighty of those bullets. Same rate as before?" The gamer segways into the conversation about buying and selling

"Yep. Ten Col per."

He summons a sheathed dagger and sits it on the table. "I got this rare drop from a field boss, but I don't really use daggers.

The knife is crafted out of a large horn, it is a single-edged, lightly curved blade with a serrated edge.

"It's a weapon that's fairly sought out for knife wielders, it does low damage but it has an effect to trigger a bleed DPS on enemies." He states.

"Hrn. It is slightly magical."

"With the current economy in Aincrad, I could get about five hundred Col for this knife if I auctioned it."

"Right." I nod slowly. "Then for the remaining three hundred?"

"You take crafting materials?"

"Depends, is the ore not typically found in the human world?"

"Nah, it's just copper. We don't get any ores like that until at least floor twen- wait..." The teen cups his chin. "Could... you get me silver... and gold?"

"Why?" I frown.

"Those are ores typically level locked to beyond the sixth floor for silver and the tenth for gold... if I could get them early..."

"You'd need to find a blacksmith with a high enough skill to capitalize." I point out.

He lets out a quiet sigh as he cups his chin. "That's true."

"Besides, getting enough gold to forge things like a sword is borderline impossible. Buuut I'll ask my nuclear wasteland friends about it. Gold probably lost a lot of its value there."

"Will you take more healing potions?"

"Eh... sure, why not." I shrug.

The door swings open, causing me to pause as I gaze past Kirito, a man with short green hair wearing a white short sleeved shirt and dark green pants walks into the room, around his stomach he has a green haramaki, he lets out a quiet yawn as he steps into the room, gazing around boredly.

"Where the hell am I?" He questions, one sword at his hip.

"Welcome to my interdimensional shop, we sell things that don't exist in your own world. What can I get for you today?"

"Swords."

I glance to Kirito. "Have you got anything that I could buy?"

"I've still got my starter sword." He mutters.

He turns around, facing the guy and summons a sheathed longsword to his hand. "Would this be fine?"

"Nah. I'm looking for a Katana." The green haired man states with a small headshake seemingly observing the room, not even blinking at the teleportation trick Kirito just performed. "You got any booze?"

"We do. It's in those cooling units over there in the cans. One thousand Berry for six." I point causing the swordsman's eyes to glint slightly.

I conjure a door knocker and wait for him to return to the counter, he eventually does so, looking a little confused at the cans.

"At the top there's a little tab that you have to pull up."

He sits a single bill down on the table and cracks it open, pouring the entire can into his mouth as he begins chugging.

After a moment he lets out a low hum. "Not bad."

I offer the door knocker to him. "Put this on any door, knock twice, and you can enter this shop again from anywhere. A boat in the middle of the ocean, some back alleyway, a prison, you name it."

He gives the metal a look, eyes straying from me to the black haired teen at the table. "Uhuh, sure."

"Why not give it a try?" I question.

"Eh, alright. If I can buy some booze whenever that'd be pretty cool."

He leaves a moment later.

"Anyways." I begin as I look back to Kirito. "that'll be six more healing potions."

"Got it." The trapped teen replies as he pays and turns away. "I'll check back later to see if you have any new stuff."

"See ya."

"WOooooah it's a Magic Mystery Door!" A straw hat wearing teen gasps as he bounces across the shop.

A teen with a long nose frowns as he peers around the shop from the doorway. "The great and mighty Captain Usopp is the leader of ten thousand men! No spooky doorway to a room will scare me!"

I prop my head up with one hand as Luffy comes to a stop in front of me. "Hey! shop guy! Join my crew!"

"Pass." I blandly announce. "I don't belong in your world. I belong here. Plus I can't fight. At most I can just sell you and your crew things."

"Mnnn nah, I've decided. You're a straw hat pirate now!" The black haired boy replies.

"I'm still going to make you pay full price, I hope you know, regardless of what you say to me or claim for me to be."

"That's fine. How else would you get a bunch of cool stuff!" The rubber pirate grins. "Besides! You can go anywhere from here, right! When I find the one piece we'll have an endless number of journeys in other places as well!"

Strangely thought out for Luffy.

"Would you like to buy something, sir?" I question with a half lidded stare.

He looks away with a pout. "Nami won't let me have any Berri."

I look to the door as I hear a 'Thud Thud'

"Oi. Can you close the door, someone else is trying to come in and they aren't able to with it open like that."

Usopp shakily enters the shop, eyes straying the room like its some form of haunted house, as the door clicks shut he stumbles slightly, the door being pulled open a moment later by a man in a suit of power armor.

Luffy and Usopp gasp. ""A robot! COOOOOOOL!""

The power armor casts a confused gaze to the two, I can see a large sack slung over his shoulder.

"They are new customers, don't mind them, Danse." I shrug nonchalantly causing the man to nod in acceptance and take off his helmet.

""IT WAS A SUIT?!"" the two shout.

"You were... correct about the Cambridge Polymer Labs. So that gives me reason to believe that your other knowledge will be accurate."

He sits down five fusion cells on the countertop. "Each of these should sustain about twenty two shots from that institute pistol I gave you."

"Is there any way to recharge them?" I ask with a slight frown.

"There... technically... is, but I don't believe your world will have the capabilities of doing so. It requires quite advanced nuclear technology." He answers.

"Ah. Damn." I sigh as I shake my head. "Oh well. One hundred shots is more than enough for me to sell it."

"Hey! Cool robot guy, wanna join my crew?"

"Sorry, Luffy, he's already in another 'crew' called the brotherhood of steel."

"So cool." The straw hat wearing boy and the long-nosed sniper whisper.

*Thud Thud*

An orange haired woman steps inside. "Luffy! Usopp! You better not be spending our hard-earned berri!"

Huh... she didn't even flinch at the fact that this is an extradimensional space... neat...

She grabs their cheeks, Luffy's stretching wildly, and drags them both outside. The door shuts behind her.

"…"

"So." I state, my eyes drawn back to the Brotherhood Paladin in front of me. "I take it you are here for more information?"

"I am." He nods as he sits the bag down on the table.

Weapons of all sorts slide out of the bag, dozens of fusion cells, numerous Institute weapons, even a few simple 'ballistic' weapons with cases upon cases of bullets.

"What do you want to know?" I question with a small smile.

"Where is the institute in the commonwealth."

"Under the CIT ruins. It stands for Commonwealth Institute of Technology." I reply.

"It was that close all this time?!" The man questions, caution in his voice.

"Yep. Don't go around there looking for a door, either. They use teleportation technology to get in and out."

"Teleportation technology?!"

"Yeah, it's sort of ridiculous how advanced they are." I nod slowly

"This has given me a lot to think about." The power armor wearing man frowns as he puts his helmet on and turns towards the door.

"Oi. Danse. There's something else I want you to do for me if you have time, it's not exactly something where time is of the essence, but I'd appreciate it all the same. You can grab someone and do it yourself, but I'd personally suggest waiting for the rest of the brotherhood to arrive."

"Yes?"

"I'm going to give you the knowledge of two potential substantial threats to the commonwealth. To the north is a town called Far Harbor it is in a state of strife right now, there are three main groups, the dockworkers lead by a woman who was murdered, buried under a soda factory and replaced by a non-institute synth."

"Someone else is making synths?" The paladin questions a dangerous edge to his voice.

"I wouldn't exactly call him 'someone'. Do you remember Nick Valentine?

"Yes? The officer Synth in Diamond City?"

"He wasn't the only prototype. While he is on the side of the law and has had most of his memories of the institute corrupted and destroyed, reverting to his default programming, the same can't be said for this other prototype, Dima. That leads me to the second group, a bunch of Synths who have escaped the Institute, lead by the prototype, this is dangerous and all, but that doesn't hold a candle to the third group, a sect of the children of Adam. Held up in an old pre-war sub... that has a functioning nuclear bomb that they are desperately trying to gain access to and arm. Not a mini nuke or a simple average sized bomb, a landscape destroying nuclear warhead capable of utterly erasing all the work the commonwealth has done to get back on its feet."

"My god..." He whispers, his voice sounding slightly radio-like due to his helmet. "That is-"

He stares at me for a long moment. "I deeply thank you for telling me this. I will get this knowledge to the brotherhood as soon as I possibly can. What can I do for you?"

"The island of far harbor is merely 'threat one' but I'll tell you what I want from there. Basically, there should be three sets of power armor on the island, not anything special like the prototype from the polymer labs mind you, just standard run of the mill T-51s. The only thing special about them is that they are painted as a marketing strategy for a drink brand. I adore anything unique like that, so I want the painted Vim power armors. I know the locations of two of them, but the last is a total mystery to me, I don't expect you to find it, but just keep an eye out and I'll pay you handsomely. The first, is a set of green power armor, it should be on a truck towards the north of the island, the next, a set of red power armor locked away in the Vim pop factory. I'd personally suggest going there anyways before you try to kill the leader of the humans at the dock, primarily so you can find the body and get proof that she was murdered and replaced."

"I'll find them for you. You at the very least deserve that much." The Paladin announces.

"The next threat is... possibly lower than the nuclear submarine, but it's something that you shouldn't leave sitting around. Towards the western reaches of the commonwealth is a place called the 'Nuka World transit center'.

"I have heard of Nuka World, a theme park, right?" Danse comments. "But I was under the understanding that it held no importance to the Brotherhood... you are about to tell me that I was incorrect, right?"

"I am." I nod. "First off, it's overrun by three very large raider groups who are using it as a base of operations, keeping numerous settlers held prisoner with bomb collars. As callous as that sounds, that isn't really the important part about Nuka world, the main thing that could potentially be a threat to the brotherhood is the fact that the entire park's power functions, it's just turned off, and deep in the pack, something called 'Project Cobalt' resides. Pre-war research that weaponizes Nuka Cola, making far more powerful mini nukes, bombs, and other nasty surprises. In exchange for this knowledge, I want more power armors, this time the Nuka Cola T-51 under the bottling plant and the X-01 'Quantum' armor that is hidden away in the Galatic Zone of the park. I will admit, the latter will be incredibly annoying to grab as you'd need to replace dozens of 'star cores', but damn, I really want that armor."

"Alright. The unique power armor in exchange for the warnings of the massive threats. Very well. I'll at the very least get these four to you sometime hopefully within the next year or so." The man agrees.

"By the way... what happened to Nora?" I ask.

"She left for Diamond City, following your suggestions." He answers.

"Ah. I see. Thank you, Danse."

"No... thank you, Alex." The man nods as he turns and steps through the door.

Noooow. Time to sort through the stuff he gave me.

Pov: Elsewhere.

A man in a suit of brotherhood power armor slowly trudges through the halls, coming to the bridge.

A man with a knee-length brown overcoat and leather combat attire stands, staring out the window as the paladin comes to a stop behind him. "Danse... you said that you had something incredibly important to tell me?"

He turns revealing a bearded face and short well-kept hair, he has a scar on his cheek.

"It is. Vitally. As I have said, recently I have come into contact with something... otherworldly." Danse begins slowly.

"Mhn." The Elder of the brotherhood of steel replies blandly.

"Sir, if you don't believe me about this... space... I have the key; I could very easily show you."

"No, it's fine. What is it that is so important?" Arthur states.

"The person in this shop I told you about has been giving me information. Startlingly accurate information. He is the one who directed me to the Polymer labs, allowing me to gain the experimental T-51 armor."

"Be aware that the experimental suit is the only reason why I am hearing you out about this 'otherworldly being'. That armor is one of the greatest pieces of tech the brotherhood has got its hands on recently." The elder continues.

"He told me something potentially disastrous... something that I couldn't risk saying over the radio. To the north, on an island called Far Harbor, is a submarine with a functional nuclear warhead."

"WHAT?!" The man snarls.

"Children of atom are constantly trying to gain access to this weapon. In addition, there is a Synth refuge on the island... and the leader of it has already started replacing people with synths." Danse frowns.

Elder Maxson fumes, rubbing his beard with a hand as he glares at the floor. "If he was right about the prototype and the location of the Institute..."

He looks up suddenly. "Danse. As of this moment I will be forming a group to go and squash any resistance on the island. Secure the warhead and disarm it. Permanently. Then once you have finished with that task, destroy the Synth refuge."

"Yes sir." The paladin salutes. "One further thing of note, Elder Maxson. One you should be made aware of now in case I were to fall in line of duty during this mission."

"The Nuka World theme park is overrun by banditry. I have also been told that the power plant for the entire park is fully operational, just turned off. In addition, there was something called 'Project Cobalt', a weapons project to weaponize Nuka Cola. I have been told that it can improve the power of Mini nukes beyond their normal capabilities, thus, a threat to the Brotherhood of Steel should the bandit group fully get the park operational. Overall, the park holds a lot of pre-war technology that could be salvaged and repurposed, such as their functioning train system."

"Noted. Thank you for your warnings. Dismissed. Reconvene here in an hour."

"The commonwealth has a festering disease residing just underneath. The institute! For far too long they have been allowed to do as they please. Murder. Theft. Replacing the poor people of this land with robotic copies meant only to spy, kill, and deceive." A man with a long leather coat with a furry inside announces from atop a large scaffolding.

"No more!" He snaps, much to the cheers of his surrounding men.

"There is much work to do before we can take our fight to the institute... but first there is one vital mission that demands our attention. Paladin Danse. You and Paladin Richards shall be leading a party towards the north. Danse. I leave you to debrief those in the group that has been hand-picked by Lancer Captain Kells."

"Dismissed."

Pov: Returned.

"Ah, Kirito. You're back, good. We've got some new weapons in stock if you're interested." I begin as I gesture to the shelves.

"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!" A voice behind him shouts.

A teen that looks roughly the same age as Kirito walks into the room, she has long Chesnut brown hair, she has a red overcoat with a puffed collar and a white shirt underneath, a metal plate covering her left breast.

"Welcome to my interdimensional pawnshop." I greet casually. "My name is Alex."

"Is this how you've always been so many steps ahead?! Guns?!"

"Yeah." Kirito proudly admits as he comes to the counter. "So, new stuff?"

I gesture to the side, where numerous weapons are lain across shelves you might see in a gas station.

"We've actually got some ammunition for the laser weapons now."

"Laser weapons?!" The girl asks.

"Oh?" Kirito asks as he slowly makes his way down the Aisles, looking over my new stock.

"Hm? Oh this is actually quite good. How much for this?" He pulls out a short gun with a cut-off wooden stock and a shortened barrel.

It looks sort of like a flintlock, now, but originally, that would have been a hunting rifle.

"Thousand Col. Then eighty per bullet." I answer as I lean back in my chair, looking through the word document on my recently purchased laptop that I have used to keep track of my stock.

"Eighty per bullet? Why so steep?"

"I only have ten in stock. It's quite a bit rarer than the other bullets i sold you." I admit.

"Damn. This would have three-hit the floor two mid-boss and four-shot the actual boss." He sighs as he puts it back. "Is there anything I can trade for you to lower the price?"

"Recently a gang of pirates started coming here, one's money hungry, one's that green haired swordsman, another's a chef, the next, a pathological liar with a long nose and the ability to out-shoot someone using a gun with a slingshot... then there's the captain, a goofy rubber guy. I'd imagine the chef would appreciate chef items and, if the game has it, secret chef recipes, the swordsman, katanas and rare alcohol, the slingshot guy's a bit of a craftsman so maybe some unusual crafting materials like itching power or something else like that? The captain's a complete glutton so a large amount of meat would probably also be welcome." I state.

"Wouldn't produce like that spoil?" Asuna questions a small frown on her face as she continues looking around the shop.

"Ah, normally, yes, but I've found that those freezers over there are just a little bit magical. Nothing consumable inside can rot or become 'flat'."

With a flash of light a large hunk of meat appears in his hand. "How much for this?"

"What's its comparison to regular meat?" I frown as I cup my chin.

"A bit tough, but about standard." He admits with a slight shrug.

"Hrn... a cut of meat that size... but it's tougher than normal... how many pounds is that roughly?"

"About ten." He answers.

"I can do... thirty col per. At least until my fridges are filled up a little bit."

"Better than just selling it in the shop." Kirito shrugs "it's worth only like twenty five, there."

"How many do you have?"

"I've done a bit of grinding recently. Forty one."

"You plan to sell them all?"

"Yeah, I guess I will. Plus, I've got some Tipsy milk, it's a bit of a rarer drop and is slightly alcoholic."

"What about fifty per?" I suggest.

"Alright. I've got six bottles of it."

"Fifteen hundred and thirty col." I count up. "Enough for the gun and six bullets, you're two hundred and seventy short for all ten."

"I've got enough col for that."

"Cool. In that case, just put the things in the freezer." I turn to the Chesnut haired girl standing in front of the counter. "Now, you, is there anything I can get for you?"

"I... no... I am just looking around for the moment." Asuna states with a small headshake.

I nod mutely and conjure another door knocker. "Here. A key to come back. Stick it on any door and knock twice."

"So, Alex. I've thought about it for a while, but... what happens if we leave our world by going through another door when another customer comes?" Kirito questions as he begins shoving objects into empty freezers, being forced to remove a shelve or two due to the sheer size of the meat.

"Debatable. If I had to guess I'd say you would become your avatar. Your old unconscious body would eventually die if the game is never cleared, but you as a consciousness wouldn't, you'd probably also get to keep your skills and power... though, you'd probably lose Aincrad's system and be forced to learn things the old-fashioned way and start aging like a 'normal human'."

"Hm." Kirito hums.

"Wait... Don't tell me you are actually considering that crap!" Asuna shouts.

"Nah, it'd be stupid not to. I mean seriously, you become like an Isekai protagonist. I honestly sort of envy you because I don't have some form of bullshit way to get stronger... and things in my world can casually erase continents."

"Mn Mn." The black-haired teen nods.

Asuna turns to me. "W-What?"

"Yeah, Devils, Angels, Vampires, Werewolves, there's a lot of scary things out there and here I am, a guy who could be killed by like... a steak knife. Fucking sad. Why can't somebody walk through that door with like... super soldier serum or something.

"Technically speaking... couldn't you come to our world and kill stuff for Exp?" Kirito asks.

"Nah, I doubt I'd be able to interact with Aincrad's systems considering I'm not a 'player'." I sigh.

"Couldn't items still boost your 'stats'?" Asuna points out.

"…"

"Huh... that is true." I mutter as I scratch the side of my head.

Kirito sits several golden coins down on the table.

"Thanks for the gun."

He turns and walks away as I call out after him.

"Good luck, if you're planning what I think you're planning you're going to fucking need it... also maybe don't assume everything is exactly the same as the beta. That might get you killed."

Kirito's hand freezes inches from the handle. "You're... right... it has already killed someone. I shouldn't think the bosses will be 'easy'. I'll be cautious."

"Stay safe." I wave as Kirito leaves, followed shortly by Asuna.

Pov: elsewhere

A miniature Minotaur is cleaved in half by a slash of his blade as a swordsman clad in black slowly approaches a large stone double door.

Don't assume that it's just like the betas.

Diavel assumed that nothing would have changed... as did Kirito during that first floor boss fight...

But the weapon and pattern of the boss changed. As a result, Diavel died.

He slowly walks up to the double doors, sheathing his sword, and shoves them open, walking inside with a frown on his face, large torches light up the edges of the room, it is mostly empty except at the far side where a large table is sat, a humongous minotaur- or at the very least, a standard sized minotaur, it looks up and lets out a loud bellow, flipping the table which held a map of the second floor, numerous pins keeping it stuck up until it crumbles and breaks into dozens of pieces.

Nato the Colonel Taurus Level 3

Three large health bars appear underneath its name.

A shittily made pistol appears in Kirito's hand as he points it forwards.

*BANG*

Fifty nine shots left.

He watches the first health bar dip by about ten percent.

That's more than enough.

He'll save the other gun for the real boss.

He fires eleven more times, eating through the first health bar before it can even reach him.

He unequips the magazine and taps twice on it in his inventory, pushing a button to refill it, then he pulls it back to his hand and reloads, now that the minotaur is closer, he lifts a hand and shoots the minotaur's horn, causing it to let out a loud groaning roar as it staggers back, its health taking a noticeable dip.

Ah. Fifteen percent for a 'critical hit'.

He carefully aims shooting the horn with his next eleven shots, the last shot just barely pushing it over the edge of death.

He turns to the center of the room as a second figure finishes appearing.

Five health bars, more than twice the size of the minotaur just defeated, and far more dangerous as well.

"Let's get this over with."

Considering how easy the first boss was, he might as well try and save as many bullets as possible. Those rifle bullets are not cheap.

Pov: returned

"-eat will be three thousand five hundred berry. I've heard it's pretty tough, though, so be warned. The milk on the other hand is Eight thousand. It's special in that its lightly alcoholic."

"A skilled chef can make even the toughest gristle and the stringiest fat into a delightful dinner." Comes the reply of the person I am talking to.

The door jingles as I look away from the suited swirly eyed blond chef who is looking over my admittedly limited produce.

Trudging through the door is the black haired teen who has more or less become a regular to my shop.

"Oh, hey Kirito. You deal with the boss?"

"They changed it from the beta." He groans as he runs a hand through his hair. "Thanks for beating it into my head that it could be a possibility. I went in far more cautiously than I would have before, and it probably saved my life."

"How'd they change it?"

"Originally it was one minotaur with three health bars that would lead into one with five... but they added a secret third one who had six. They gave it fucking lightning breath, man. Ugh. I nearly died like five times."

"Glad you made it, man." I nod quietly as Sanji walks over with four large hunks of meat and a single liter bottle of milk

He sits down a stack of bills and offers a small nod to myself and Kirito.

"Thanks for your Business, Sanji." I nod back.

He turns to leave but before he can I call out. "Hey, before you go, do you have anything special you want me to stock up on? Any particular spice? Garlic? Pepper? Salt? I can also grab some cook books if you want."

"I've got enough spices... and a little insulting to think that I would need a cook book." He scoffs.

"Oh, believe me, I know you don't. I just thought that you might have been curious about how other cultures cook."

He pauses, hand inches from the doorknob.

"Hrm. You're right. I'll pick them up when I come by next if you have them." He decides as he leaves through the door, closing it behind him.

I turn back to Kirito. "Sorry about that."

"Nah, it's fine. You've got to multitask." He waves off.

I take the money Sanji left and put it in the cash register and turn my full attention back to Kirito who is pridefully smirking.

"I did something that nobody has done before... not even in the beta when there were fewer players. I soloed a boss. And the system rewarded that."

"What'd you get?"

"Plus five to all stats." He states with a sly smile.

"…"

"We only get three stat points a level and we have six core stats." He explains, seeing that I didn't exactly get it.

"Holy fuck. That's ten levels worth of stat points?! You are definitely the strongest player in the game now, right?"

He nods once "I am. You aren't supposed to reach level ten until like floor six. Admittedly, I'd still get absolutely owned by a level ten who specializes, but it's definitely a boon overall. It lets me dump all my level ups into my attack stats for a couple levels."

"Now, the reason I'm here... each of the bosses had a last hit drop, and seeing as how I was the only one fighting..."

"You got all three." I observe.

"And a fourth for last hitting all three and not being a 'kill stealing wretch'." He shrugs. "I'm keeping two of them, the grieves of the second boss, and the crown reward for offing all three, but that leaves two more."

With a thud an absolutely gigantic hammer sits on the floor, the next, a sheathed Katana.

"Oh? You don't use Katanas?" I ask.

"Nah. I'm more of a longsword or shortsword guy." He admits.

"Hrn... can't you do that mystical 'plus one' stuff with these? I'll buy them for more if you can max them out."

"That is... easier said than done. The sword can reach plus twelve and the hammer plus eight. The average success rate for blacksmiths to successfully enchant something goes down the higher its enchantment is at. Every time you fail, you need to start back from zero. Even getting my current sword to six out of eight took twenty seven attempts.

"Hrn." I lowly hum frowning down at the sheathed blade. "How much more powerful would you say that 'enchanting' something makes it? Because, just from looking over it, it doesn't appear that much better than a steel katana. Not something that would interest the green haired swordsman, at least."

"They gain a fair boost in power every successful enchantment, roughly four to five percent. There's a larger increase every five levels though, about fifteen percent at the fives and thirty-ish percent every ten."

I let out a low click. "Damn. I'll buy it for now, but make sure to tell me when people start being able to enchant things to plus twelve casually. I'd like to get it upgraded before I sell it."

I unsheathe the blade and look at it.

It is black in coloration, the sharpened edge a misty grey color, the pattern along the side of the blade twists and churns like you would see in Damascus steel.

"It has a low chance to trigger the 'stunned' debuff and do a little more damage." Kirito announces.

"How much are you looking for?" I ask.

"In game I could get almost anything I want for these." He begins slowly. "Considering that the third floor just opened, nobody is exactly venturing out there quite yet. Boss drops also typically blow most weapons of the next floor completely out of the water, some even the floor after that."

"How much?" I repeat frowning at the two weapons.

Five thousand Col for the blade, three for the hammer.

"Yeesh, man, really taking a hammer to my bank eh?"

I shake my head and reach down, beginning to sit box after box of bullets on the countertop.

"We've got... quite a bit more of the point thirty eight rounds. One thousand five hundred in fact."

"I probably won't need that many, my weapon's about to break and I can't exactly take it to a blacksmith. I don't really want many people to know what I have yet."

I slowly stand walking around the countertop. "That can be solved by simply scrapping the old and getting a new one."

I pick up one of the other pipe guns, this one a rifle with a few attachments on it.

"This is a pipe bolt action. It uses the same ammo as the pistol but does a hell of a lot more damage, then we've got the pipe autos, they can really piss lead at enemies. Plus it does more damage than the standard pistol as well."

He looks over the two guns. "How much?"

"For both? Since you're getting two at once I'll give you a slight discount. Three thousand col." I answer as I step around the counter, laying both weapons gently on the table.

"Hrn. Alright. That'll be five hundred bullets, then?" He questions.

"Yep." I confirm as I continue fishing out boxes and boxes of bullets.

"Can I have five hundred of the payment be Col?"

"You can." I agree as I finally fish out the total four hundred and fifty pistol shells. "So five hundred col, the automatic pipe rifle, then the silenced bolt action pipe rifle, plus a metric ass load of ammunition for the hammer and sword."

"That's right." Kirito confirms.

I grab several bills from the cash register and with a flash they are converted into 'Col' and sat on the table.

"Pleasure doing buisness with you Kirito." I smile.

He offers a nod and a wave. "See you around, Alex."

I watch numerous armored figures slide a suit of cherry red armor through the door.

I stand, slowly approaching the armor. "Let me help out some."

I slide a fusion core into the back of the armor and twist the wheel, causing it to open up, as I step inside the armor seals around me.

It takes a moment for the hud to light up, but eventually I am left standing there in a fucking mech suit.

I let out a low giggle. "Ah. Well, this is certainly a childhood dream completed."

I look to the numerous soldiers and slowly walk backwards, my footsteps thudding on the wooden floors. "Please, come in, come in. Would you like to purchase anything? Water? Food? Healing supplies?"

The figures slowly march inside, quite a few wearing suits of power armor, but others merely wielding laser weaponry, they cautiously look around the shop as they file in, Danse closes the door behind them. In all it looks like roughly twenty people.

"For the time being, we are safe. You can let your guard down in here." He announces as he takes off his helmet, approaching the countertop as I exit my new power armor and remove the fusion core from the back. "Thanks for letting us in, Alex. Far harbor is even more hostile than the commonwealth was. It's good to have a moment to breathe where we aren't attacked by wildlife or cannibals."

He gazes across the group as another man in power armor slowly walks up. "Danse."

"Richards. How are the wounded." He replies.

"They took a few hits. We need to disinfect their wounds." He sighs, taking off his helmet and putting it under his arm, he is a younger man, about as old as danse, with short brown hair and a little stubble, he looks over towards me. "You. May we stay here for at least a time?"

I stare for a moment and let out a low hum, gesturing to the door behind me. "You're sort of in the way right now for my customers, I'll let you rest here if you do it in my unused storage room."

He nods and steps past the counter, opening the door.

"You can use my medi-kits for your wounded. Be advised they don't have anything advanced like rad away, stim packs, or rad-x but it does have bandages and things to sterilize wounds."

"Thank you, Alex, you are too kind." Danse states with a slow nod.

"It's the least I could do for you getting the suit to, even if its payment for the nuclear sub information."

The group seems to file into the back room, helping along some people who look pretty badly hurt.

My eyes stray to the suit of red power armor stood beside me, it is red and white in color with blue shoulder pads and the logo of the soda brand it is representing placed upon its chest.

Well... now that I've got this I can finally start making offers in my original world.

Or... maybe I should improve my own strength before I do that. Freed is still a threat, right?

But how do I do that?

I've got no real way of improving my strength.

I blink down at the figure that walks through the door of my shop.

It is a short and stout little thing, a bipedal pig wearing a green camo army uniform, there is a hat of the same color on his head with a single star upon it.

A Chinese military uniform...

"…"

I've got no real way of improving my strength Until Now.

Now I just need to convince him to do things my way.

I pause at the doorstep of a school, messy black hair atop my head, fairly buff and toned body, I've gone from painfully average to dare I say attractive.

I lean upon one of the columns framing the large metal gate to the schoolhouse, merely waiting for someone to take notice.

It takes some time, roughly five minutes, but eventually a group of four appears, three black haired women, two with glasses, and a fourth red haired woman approach me.

I stand, rising to my full height that has increased a couple inches, I offer the four a lazy wave. "Yo."

The first black haired woman has purple eyes her long dark hair tied up in a pony tail behind her head with an orange ribbon, the next, with short chin-length black hair, purple eyes, and glasses, the next, the black haired girl without her hair tied up, she has slightly blocky glasses that cover her eyes, one a light violet and the other a light brown color, the final woman has vibrant long red hair, blue eyes, and pale skin, all four wear the Kuoh Academy female student uniform.

"Who are you?" The short haired girl demands. "What buisness do you have at Kuoh?"

"I've been living in Kuoh for a while, so I thought that I should finally meet the overseers. You are them, right?"

A wave of magic seems to explode around the violet eyed girl in the front as she looks around slowly, gazing at the passing students. "Yes. We are. Would you please come in? This talk isn't something we should have in the open."

"Fair." I shrug as I calmly walk forwards, folding my arms behind my head. "My name is Alex, by the way."

"Please follow me, Alex." The student council president-slash-devil heiress states as she turns away, sharing a look with the red head and leading me deeper into the school.

"So, who are you exactly?" Sona questions as she and Rias sit behind a desk, the two other girls stand behind them, arms folded simply in front of their laps.

"Like I said, my name is Alex, I own a small shop towards the southern end of town, some of the objects sold there aren't exactly... commonly... seen in the world. I've undergone a little change recently, so I figured that I might as well get this meeting out of the way instead of waiting for you to find me."

A brown monkey-like tail uncoils from my waist and lazily sways behind me.

"A youkai?" Rias mutters with a surprised blink.

"Close enough." I nod. "Anyways, I am merely here to announce my presence. If you ever wish, you can stop by, it's in an alleyway down the street of that one roadside ramen shop and the seven-eleven. Now for more... official buisness. Tell me, I have heard that a certain devil around your age is obsessed with robotics and mecha anime? Her name was... Seekveria I think it was?"

"Seekvaira is into mecha anime?" Rias questions, eyes glistening with excitement.

"Ah, right, Seekvaira was her name. Do you think you could get me some form of contact with her, I've got something in my shop that I think she would want." I nod slowly as pleased smile on my face.

"You've got a mecha?!" Rias shouts.

"Er... not exactly. More a suit of armor that has robotics installed into it... power armor if you will. Plus I've also got about a dozen laser weapons... all nonmagical mind you, the things that show up in my shop are certainly a little random."

Rias' eyes sparkle slightly, seeming to be deeply intrigued. "You are telling me that you have a non-magical mecha?"

"It's not a-" I let out a quiet sigh. "It lets humans lift several hundreds of pounds pretty easily. It's more like an exosuit than a 'mech'. Mecha have to be large. These just stand at like the upper ranges of six feet to about seven feet tall. It isn't bit enough to be considered a 'mech'. It also has no real 'built in' weapons that you could trigger with the push of a button. It's just basically a walking tank."

"Can I see it?!" She questions.

"If you drop by the store, sure." I shrug. "I've got to go open, now. I eat a lot... like, enough food for ten people casually per meal, so, I need to keep the store open so I don't starve to death. I'll see you four around maybe."

"We're here." I blandly announce as I step through the doors of my shop. "Welcome to my pawn shop. I have the T-51 power armor stood in the far corner over there."

Rias rushes in, followed by a slow walking Akeno, the read head doesn't spare even a slight glance to any of the other products as she rushes to the back of the store.

Akeno, on the other hand, gazes across the shelves as she stlowly follows Rias.

"OH MY GOOOOOOSH! IT'S SO FRICKIN' COOOOOOL!" Rias gushes as Akeno comes to a stop beside her.

"It even has my colors!" She exclaims. "Vim? Hey, Alex, what's a 'Vim'."

"It's a soda brand from where the suit of armor comes from. There are thousands of T-51s. But that one there is a one of a kind. It was painted to sell more Vim drinks. There are only three like it, each with a different paint, promoting a different flavor they had. I should be getting the second sometime soon, but the final suit is missing, so I doubt I'll be getting the full set."

"Wait... what do you mean by 'Where the armor comes from'?" Rias blinks.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you that the door to my shop leads to numerous different worlds. It's merely decided by the person who touches the door handle. You or I open it to our world, but another person opens it to theirs."

"WAIT WAIT WAIT! You are telling me... that your shop goes to OTHER WORLDS?! C-could I go to the world with these cool mech suits?!"

"You really don't want to do that, Rias." I state. "It's a nuclear wasteland."

"…"

"Basically, in that world the cold war evolved into a nuclear war. The old world was devastated leaving mutated animals, humans, and radiation in its wake. Even now, centuries later, the world hasn't returned to normal."

"Oh... I... see..." Rias mutters, a small frown on her face as she slowly looks back to the armor.

"Hey... Can I put it on? Please? Just for a minute?"

"Your boobs are probably too big." I admit. "Also, it'll pinch your hair when it closes, possibly causing some kinks and split ends."

She lets out a low 'hmph' noise as she crosses her arms, not so subtly pushing her breasts up to make them look even bigger. "Perhaps we could come to an... agreement?"

I let out a long sigh. "You aren't going to stop bothering me about it till I agree to let you walk around in it for a minute, right?"

"Nnnnope!" She proudly smirks.

"Do you seriously not care if it'll pinch your hair?"

With a wave of her hand her vibrant and silky red hair becomes flat, appearing slightly wet, as if she had just got out of the shower.

"…"

"Fine fine." I sigh as I grab a fusion core from under my desk and walk over to the armor.

I wrap my arms around the stomach of the suit from behind and slowly pull it away from the wall, eventually putting it back down with a huff of exertion.

To think... I wouldn't have been able to nudge this before... yet here I am, a mere month since I started selling stuff, lifting an object that weighs a little under a ton.

Admittedly, it's not like I could lift it for long, nor did I get it very high off the ground, but the act alone is superhuman.

I slide the fusion core into the armor with a click, then turn the wheel on the back, causing it to begin to fold out wards, opening the back up.

I gesture to it for Rias who steps up into it, breasts smushing against the chest plate, as she gets settled the back of the armor closes with a loud 'ker-chunk' sound, Rias letting out a slight moan as the armor squeezes around her.

Nothing happens for a moment, then the eyes begin glowing as the girl looks around.

"WOOOOAAAAAAH!" Rias grins, her voice coming out sounding slightly like a radio.

She looks down at her hands, clenching the fists, then takes a shaky step forwards.

"This is so freaking cool!" She exclaims.

"I'll admit, back in the old world, this type of armor has some crucial weaknesses, first off, the power source is exposed... also highly explosive. A sniper could shoot the core and cause it to begin to melt down, at which point, the armor will eject the core like a grenade. But. You won't have power, so you'd either be forced to get out... or tank the miniature nuclear explosion."

"It uses nuclear power?!" Rias gasps, still sounding absolutely jazzed about this situation. "Cool!"

"A fusion core is basically a nuclear battery... something I don't have a method to recharge. If you use more than five percent I'll be forced to charge you."

"Okay." She nods as she looks to Akeno. "Akeno! Get a picture!"

The black haired girl smiles and nods once, pulling out a smart phone and begins taking a couple photos of Rias as she places her hands on her hips striking a heroic pose.

"You can take off the helmet as well." Explain as I take a seat back at my desk.

Rias carefully places both mechanical hands on the side of her helmet and with a light click it disconnects from the power armor, the eyes darkening as she places it under her arm and does a peace sign over an eye with her other arm as she winks.

Akeno takes more Photos.

Rias eventually puts on the helmet again and slowly stumbles over to the countertop. "Hey, Alex, how much for this? I want it soooo bad."

"Like I said, I really don't want to sell it because it has collector's value." I frown.

"I'll give ANYTHING."

"…"

"An 'Anything' from one of the richer devil clans like the Gremory is... pretty substantial... hrn." I note as I cup my chin tapping my finger on the countertop as I let out a low hum. "Hmmm... what would I want?"

I let out a low click as I look up at the ceiling slumping back in my chair as I look up to the ceiling, taking a deep breath as I think deeply on what I could possibly get from her.

"I doubt that you could simply give me the worth of that item without talking to someone about it. Why don't you speak to your family about it and come back after you've got a budget for the armor." I begin slowly. "I'm not saying that I will sell it, it's just that, well, money dooooes sort of intrigue me as I could use my shop to buy more things."

The red power armor turns to look over its shoulder at Akeno. "Akeno. Send me those pictures."

"Done, Buchou." The black haired woman smiles.

Rias stands and slowly approaches the back of the shop. "How do I get out of this thing, exactly- oh! I see."

The armor opens, earning a sharp inhale of breath from the red haired girl as she slowly steps out of the armor.

"Did it pull your hair?" I ask with a knowing smile.

"N-No." she lies.

She runs a hand through her hair, causing it to dry as she pridefully puffs out her chest. "I will return."

A green haired woman with red eyes looks down at her phone with a bored expression.

What is happening in the wide, wide world of the devilnet today?

The Barbatos clan's newest member was born... good for them, but that is entirely unrelated to her.

She skims the news with an expression of absolute boredom.

Rating game season predictions. Rating game results. An enchanted vehicle exploded in the Bael clan's territory, killing numerous low class devils and one medium class servant of the house of Bael.

Boring.

She might as well see if 'Imp' has anything.

She logs onto the social media.

"Here is your tea, Madam." A black haired young man in a suit says as he sits a plate down on the table beside her.

"Thank you, Alivian." She replies with a slow nod.

She grabs the teacup and brings it up to her lips, taking a quiet subdued sip of her drink.

She chokes on the tea as she sees something.

Rias Gremory (Checkmark) 1/02/2014

"I'm ready to take a waltz through the nuclear wastes! (This is real, functioning, non-magical power armor btw~ not just a cosplay.)"

Below the 'dark whisper' is two photos, the first of a bulky red suit of armor with blue shoulder pads and glowing red eyes, the word 'Vim' is written across the front, the next shows the helmet taken off, the eyes now a dull black as it is held under the arm, the wearer does a peace sign and winks with a mischievous smile.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAT?!"

"You said that this shop leads into other dimensions?" A red haired man frowns as he slowly follows after his little sister.

"Mhm!" She nods. "It's so cool! That power armor was AMAZING! It's like all of my dreams"

They come to a sole door in an alleyway, the red haired man's eyes scanning the door for a moment, trying to find any sort of magical aura.

Scarily... he can't feel anything.

Rias opens the door and leads him inside, instantly they both freeze as a blue haired girl is kneeling on the floor, her clothes torn, some blood on them, there's an oversized black suit jacket draped around her shoulders it appears that she has taken a pretty serious gash to her side, but... its scabbed over now, tears brim her eyes as she shakes, fearfully looking at the door they just came in.

Sirzechs takes a moment to take stock of the room. Four large hunks of meat and two bottles of milk are sat on a nearby counter with a bag of... cookbooks? Now that he's in here, he can feel some subtle magic auras around. Seemingly radiating from a knife, a hammer, and a sword. Also, a fair potion from six blocky green objects sat on a shelf behind the counter.

Rias crouches beside the girl. "What happened?! Are you alright?!"

"I-I'm fine- I-I was being chased by this guy from an opposing guild... and I accidentally came in here... t-this guy with a monkey tail and this blond guy h-helped me... then went through the door to go beat up the guy ch-chasing me... I-I don't know if they can do it! He was one of Phantom Lord's S Class Mages! He already trashed our guild hall and I- oh gods." She whimpers.

"Can... you take us there?" The red haired man frowns.

"H-Huh? Are they not outside."

"Not our outside." Rias states. "Alex told me that the door goes to separate dimensions based on the person opening it."

"You're a mage, right?! P-PLEASE! You have to help them!" The blue haired girl shouts as she gets to her feet stumbling to the door.

She fumbles with the door handle for a moment, then closes and re opens the door.

Instantly they can see a great blue light and hear the rushing of wind.

Pov: Minutes ago.

"Hey Sanji."

"Alex." He greets boredly. "You have a tail."

"Yeaaah. I'm not really human anymore. I've got your cookbooks if you want them."

"Not human? Huh. Alright? And I'd appreciate that." He nods as he turns to the freezer section and grabs four large hunks of meat and two bottles of 'tipsy cow' milk.

"Do you think you could get some more of this milk? It allows for some fairly unique cuisine." The man begins.

"When Kirito or Asuna come back, I'll ask them." I nod.

The door slams open, catching our attention.

A girl staggers into the room, she wears white shorts, a bikini top and an open azure jacket that doesn't extend past roughly half her stomach. Her clothes are torn and ripped, she has a large bleeding wound on her side, one eye weakly clenched shut.

She trips and falls, roughly landing on her hands and knees and collapsing to the floor.

Sanji is beside her instantly. "Are you alright?! What happened to you?!"

I look back and grab two healing potions and quickly make my way around the countertop.

I crouch across from Sanji and offer the potion to the girl. "Drink this. It'll lessen your wounds."

She fearfully looks around.

"She's in shock. Terrified." I observe quietly. "Sanji, roll her over."

The straw hat gently flips her as I open the potion and pour it into her mouth.

She shakily swallows the medicine, her shaking lessening as she lets out a few fearful gasps.

She manages to sit up under her own weight as I look to her stomach wound.

'it's still not healed? Damn. Apparently 'one hundred health' isn't much. Another should stop the bleeding, though.'

I open the next and hand it to her, she shakily drinks it only to flinch and nearly choke as a hand with fingerless gloves grabs around the doorframe.

"Sanji." I growl.

He moves rapidly, the man at the door widening his eyes as the heel of black dress shoes slams into his nose.

He is sent flipping away from the door.

He wasn't inside the shop, thus he wasn't within the protected by the non-violence aura.

Sanji steps outside as I stand up and grab four more potions, then step around the kneeling girl.

"You stay here. We'll be right back." I frown as I strut to the door, the sounds of fighting coming from the dark streets outside.

I walk outside and shut the door behind me.

A man with long black hair that goes to his lower back, wearing a black shirt and baggy white pants, he has metal studs across his body, primarily around his ears, the bridge of his nose, across his brow, and down his chin he is currently punching at the blond swirly eyed chef of the straw hats who's leg is up, clashing with the large pillar that his foe's arm transforms into.

I sit down the four potions gently beside the door as Sanji flips back into a back handspring.

"Who the hell are you supposed to be?!" Gajeel snarls as he punches forwards with his other arm, a steel pillar extending far beyond where his punch should have landed.

The chef manages to barely avoid it by cartwheeling to the side.

A red orb of energy appears in my hand.

'let's go Saiyan power.'

I hurl it like a baseball, the wizard looking over in surprise as the ki sphere smacks into the side of his head and explodes.

Sanji capitalizes as I rush forwards, lunging forwards and kicking our target in the stomach, his skin begins to turn grey and steely as he is slid backwards

He wipes his jaw, red eyes sliding in between me and my blond ally.

"Iron dragon CLUB!" He roars as he punches towards me, I leap suddenly avoiding the attack, a reddish aura crackling around me as wrench myself free of gravity.

He avoids two more balls of Ki which detonate on the road below.

Sanji lands a dropkick into his torso, causing Gajeel to let out a roar and swing body arms downwards shooting two 'Iron Dragon Clubs' at the straw hat pirate.

A beam of energy crashes into the top of his arms, causing both to slam downwards into the road, kicking up shards of pavement and stones, but the attack misses Sanji, but numerous smaller bulge on the arms and abruptly shoot towards the straw hat, thudding against his body, arms, legs, and face.

I swing an arm outwards, conjuring a flickering blade of ki.

'damn. Still not good enough, eh? It'll have to do.'

I fly downwards as Sanji, gets up and shakes his head, one of Gajeel's arms transforming into a blade.

*CLANG*

A shower of sparks fly through the air as I deflect his slash with one of my own, a ki blast arcing from my other hand and crashing into Gajeel's eyes, obscuring his vision.

A foot slams into his torso, then a second into his face as Sanji lands two rapid kicks on the Phantom Lord wizard before flipping away.

I stab forwards with my Ki blade, only to let out a his of pain as the tip of Gajeel's sword slashes across my chest, cleaving through my shirt and cutting a fairly deep gash across my torso, my own attack missing him barely, causing a few sparks to skim off his body from the close contact.

My fist smashes into his face, my knuckles creaking as I punch his steely skin

Sanji spins in place for a short moment before kicking the iron dragon slayer in the ribs, causing him to let out a wheeze as the attack seems to get through his defenses and knock the breath from his lungs.

Gajeel snaps his arm downwards trapping Sanji's leg against his side as his sword arm shifts, numerous pointed edges surrounding the blade and rapidly spinning.

He stabs it towards Sanji, but I lunge forwards wraping my elbow around his and halting the stab dead in its tracks, the bladed teeth of the chainsaw limb cut into the flesh of my arm and my cheek as the ki around my other hand shifts from blade into an orb which functions basically like brass knuckles.

Sanji's other foot comes up and slams into Gajeel's face, causing him to release his leg.

Sanji flips back as I carefully disengage and raise both hands in front of me.

"HAH!"

An invisible gust of wind from my Kiai attack blasting him down the street, he flips and eventually lands a fair distance away, clambering back to his feet.

I wipe my cheek as blood rolls down my arm and drips off my elbow. "Hey... Sanji... that spin kick seemed to hurt him... you think you could go faster?"

"I can. Is your arm alright?" He questions as he brings a hand up and wipes his busted lip.

"Oh yeah. I'm good. But I think he hit an artery. I'm bleeding a lot. I should get back to those potions over there soon. are you good?"

"Yeah." He nods. "I've had worse."

"Then let's end this."

I cup both of my hands at my side, a red orb forming.

It rapidly changes to blue as I continue charging.

"I Don't even care who you two are anymore!" Our foe snarls. "ALL I KNOW IS I WANT YOU BROKEN AT MY FEET!"

"Kaaaaaa meeeeeeeeeeeee-

A large steely magic circle appears in front of his mouth as he tilts his head back. "IRON DRAGON:"

"It's an area of effect attack. Probably sharp bits of metal in it. Get out of the way. I'll stop it in its tracks." I lowly whisper as I pump more energy into my forming attack. "Haaaaaaaaa meeeeeeeeeeee."

Sanji nods and darts back.

"ROAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!" Gajeel shouts as he tilts his body forwards, a whirlwind of shards of metal spiraling and twisting, carving up the road as it rockets towards me.

I fling my arms forwards unleashing my own attack. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

The two attacks meet in the middle of the road, my clothes rippling under the force of the attacks, the breath attack seems to condense down to meet my attack, head on, molten slag is sent peppering out to the left and right of the two attacks.

'Yeesh, this is... heavy...'

My feet slide slightly on the cobbled road.

'Saiyans destroy planets casually... shouldn't I be erasing this attack utterly with this much Ki?'

Rias stares, eyes wide as she watches a churning grey twister clash with a blue laser beam about as wide as she is tall.

There's a flash of movement as a blond figure rushes past the two attacks, fragments of burning metal clinging to his body and beginning to smolder as he begins spinning rapidly, approaching the starting point for the twister of metal.

His leg ignites abruptly, the superheated metal gaining tremendous oxygen as the friction of his rapid spin creates even more heat.

He looks like a top with a flaming edge as he spirals behind the tornado.

The groaning of metal is heard as the twister abruptly weakens, allowing the beam to shoot forwards, rapidly overtaking the shard filled tornado, it crashes into a figure and curves upwards into the sky.

*BOOM*

A tremendous explosion in the sky shakes the air as the red haired girl stares up in wonder.

That sort of destruction is almost as much as she can create with magic.

Pov: returned

I let out a low pant as I slowly lower my arms, Sanji picks himself up from the floor, the place he flung himself after kicking Gajeel in the side of the head with a mock-Diable Jambe. He managed to avoid the blast radius easily enough just by kicking off Gajeel.

I let out a quiet pant of exhaustion as I wipe my forehead.

*CRASH*

Gajeel's unconscious body smashes into a nearby rooftop, cracking the tiles.

I turn back to the door we just came through to see two figures, the first, Rias, but the other, slightly more ominous, a tall, long haired man.

The super devil, Sirzechs Lucifer.

I offer a lazy wave as Sanji walks over, a slight limp to his steps.

"Hey, Rias. I take it this is your faaaaaamly member? I wanted to say 'Father' for a second, because you can never really tell with devils. But you have a super powerful brother, right?" I idly comment as I walk over. "One moment. I'm probably bleeding to death. Fighting a guy with the ability to make his body solid iron and his arms chainsaws is... annoying."

I grab two of the green potions and chug them, my bleeding wounds slightly scabbing over it looks like I'll probably need at least four to fully heal.

I pick up the next two and offer them to sanji who looks over the two potions in his hands and nods once. "Thanks. But you probably need them more."

"Nah. I've got like six more inside. I just didn't want to seem like an inconsiderate asshole." I wave off.

He nods mutely as I cup my chin, letting out a low hum. "Those are seriously useful... I need to buy more from Kirito."

I look back to Rias and Sirzechs-

Then Sanji sees her...

And goes straight into Ero-Cook mode. Hearts in his eyes, clasping his hands together. "Ooooh you are so dazzlingly beautiful my fair lady, what brings you to this glistening night? The numerous stars in the sky hold nothing to your enchanting beauty!"

"She's underage."

He pauses.

"Huh?" He blinks as he looks over to me. "R-Really?! Even when she looks so mature?!"

"She's like... sixteen or seventeen."

"Seventeen in twelve days." She clarifies.

Sanji lets out a sigh pulling out a cigarette and lighting it, taking a long drag and breathing the smoke up into the sky.

He nods once. "What I said still stands, but I will not further speak on this matter for another three hundred and seventy-seven days."

"Wise." I snort with a small eye roll as he carefully slips past the two Gremory devils with a polite 'excuse me.'

He begins fawning over Levy.

"I'm also fairly certain she's in the sixteen to seventeen range judging from her body type." I call after him with a shit eating grin.

He glares pointedly at me, with a slight frown.

I look back to Sirzechs. "So. I take it you are here to talk about Rias' newest little obsession?"

"I am." He nods slowly

"Alright let's talk inside." I gesture behind them.

We walk inside and I take a seat behind the counter. "Sanji the stuff you picked out is free. Thanks for the assistance. I had a good time punching that dick's face in even if every time I did it, I felt like my knuckles were breaking."

"If I turned the other way after seeing a girl hurt, bleeding and terrified I couldn't call myself a man." He announces proudly.

"Make sure the crew knows that they can come to me if you're about to get into some big battles, I'll help out if I can." I announce as I reach up and grab a healing potion. "By the way, did those two heal you enough or did you need another?"

"I'll let them know, but I'm good with those two." He announces, putting on a brave face. "I do believe that the lady here could use another, though."

"N-No... it's alright, I'm okay now... is... is he gone?" Levy whispers.

"Unconscious and charred." I answer with a small smile as I down another two potions, new power thrumming through my body.

She lets out a sigh of relief shakily getting to her feet. "I-I should go... J-Jet and Droy blocked him... trying to let me get away, I need to go find and help them."

I grab my last two healing potions. "Take these. It should be good enough to stablize them, though I doubt it'll bring them up to tip top shape."

With a flash, a door knocker appears in my hand. "Take this as well, put it on any closed door, knock twice, and you can enter my shop from whenever."

"I... alright. Thank you. I'll be sure to pay you back for what you have done to help me." She bows her head.

"Don't worry about it." I wave as Sanji takes his groceries, nods his head at Rias and Sirzechs, then closes the door and re-opens it onto the straw hat's ship.

"SANJIIII I want meat! What took you so looong!" I hear Luffy shout before the door clicks closed.

"He... didn't take back his coat..." The girl whispers.

"Keep it for now." I shrug. "your clothes are ripped. You can give it back later. He comes here pretty often so sometime in the future you could just leave it with me."

"I- A-Alright." The girl nods as she looks to the two potions in her hands and the metal door knocker. "I should go."

"Be safe." I wave as she walks to the door, opens it, and closes it behind her.

"So. Now we are alone. That whole dragon slayer fiasco is done, and we can get down to business." I state as I sit back down.

"You are here for my collector's edition one-of-a-kind Vim armor, right?"

Rias nods. "It's red. I want it."

I let out a low click. "Egh. I guess Vim is sort of a knockoff Nuka Cola anyways. Fine. I'll agree to sell it if I like your offer."

"Magic weapons forged by some of the greatest blacksmiths in the underworld." Sirzechs begins.

I tilt my head and tap my chin. "How many and how powerful?"

"At least ten weapons within the top twenty five percent of magic weapons." He states.

I stare for a long moment in consideration. "I see."

"Next, we are willing to offer a large sum of money alongside the swords. Ten billion yen."

My eyes widen slightly.

They're offering me one hundred million dollars casually... and almost a dozen top quality magic weapons.

"Finally... one favor from myself. The satan of domestic affairs." The man finishes.

"Hn. Alright. Sounds good. I'll toss in the two fusion cores I have as well."

I look to Rias. "Considering that the fusion cores are limited, I take it you are going to be finding some form of way to charge them, yes? Otherwise that armor of yours will become just a heavy paperweight after a couple of days. Once you figure it out, I'd like it if you were to give me the solution as well."

"That sounds reasonable." Sirzechs agrees. "But I want you to promise to not let anyone from..."

He gestures to the door. "Out there... into our world without first asking for permission from the four Satans."

"It is technically devil territory. Fine. Besides, most of the people who come here probably couldn't function out in our world due to their inherent weirdness. Be it, living their entire lives in a nuclear fallout where the third option in literally every dialogue is shooting your conversation partner in the face, in a world where magic is a common everyday occurrence, or where being able to punch through entire steel walls and lift battleships means you are only a little strong... oh, then the one where animal people casually exist. A dog is the president of earth, and there's an intergalactic tyrant in space pillaging and destroying worlds to sell to the highest bidder. The people who got trapped in a vr death game would probably do pretty well for themselves, though."

"I will of be letting you know in advance that all bets are off if some- and I quote- 'wild shit' is happening in Kuoh, like an angry deity trying to blow it up, or like... a war of some sort."

"That is fair, I suppose. As long as you are not allowing those from elsewhere to run amok in our world whenever they want." Sirzechs announces.

"Then we have come to an accord." I smile as I offer a hand to the satan.

"Shaking hands with Luficer, are we?" He smirks in amusement.

"Eh, sure, why not." I shrug with a lazy smile.

We shake hands as I slowly stand walking towards the back of the room, my tail lashing out lazily behind me after snagging the two fusion cores.

"Oh, and for future reference. Don't ever call me outside on a full moon... at least unless you want me to destroy Kuoh as a several story tall ape in a blind rage."

"W-" Sirzechs seems to have a moment where he considers if I am joking or not. "What?"

"Oh yeah, I'm not a Youkai. I'm a Saiyan. A warrior race... from that one world where there's an intergalactic tyrant. There's only like... ten Saiyans left across the entire universe cause they had an extinction level event and were secretly being hunted by the people they worked for... that one tyrant guy taking over planets. He feared us Saiyans. Feared our potential. Then well, y'know one thing led to another. Redirected meteor meets planet, groups of saiyans get wiped out leaving only a handful as we are still useful to him. It sort of sucks. Considering all the remaining saiyans are dudes. Our race is basically extinct at this point."

"Anyways, here's the suit you bought." Announce as I gesture to the red suit of power armor.

The satan gains a slightly inquisitive look as he gazes over the power armor. "It is... quite impressive, if a little scuffed."

"This is two hundred years of wear and tear. The fact that it merely has this much is already a miracle."

"Do you care if I paint it a little?" Rias questions.

"Like, just a little touch up on the colors and scratches or a full on new paint job into like... the Gremory Crest. Either way, it's yours now so I don't really have a say, but I do have the 'design' on a floppy disk, so I could theoretically get another if... I figured out how to even open the files without a computer from the nuclear fallout world."

I cup my chin and let out a low hum. "They also said that the four 'Vim' flavors were on the disk as well."

"If you can paint another set, then yes, I believe that I will be getting a designer to paint this in the Gremory colors." She nods.

"Red... and more red?" I question.

"And maybe some black." She nods.

"If you want, I could get someone to gather the files and return them to you." Sirzechs suggests.

"There's some more things in that universe that I want to check out, so I'd probably need someone to do it a couple of times." I admit.

"I can very easily do this, in exchange all I ask for is the right to keep a copy of the files we translate."

"Alright." I shrug. "Even if you profit off it in that world, I've got an infinite number of others to sell to. So it's not like I'll lose out on anything."

My tail coils around and drops the two fusion cores into my hands as I offer both to Rias. "Here."

I turn and rapidly move over to my desk, opening one of the drawers, then return to the two devils, offering the holotape to Sirzechs. "Here."

He looks confused for a moment, looking over the device.

"This is a holotape. It's what they stored information on in the other world."

I shake my head. "How can they be so advanced. Robots. Nuclear power. Lasers and mech suits. Yet also have tech that looks like it came right out of the sixties. Honestly the entire world seem to be what they thought the future would be like in the sixties... at least before the bombs dropped."

*Thud Thud*

I glance to the door as it opens to see several armored men.

"Oh. That must be my second suit." I mutter mostly to myself as my tail coils around my waist.

"Ah, Danse you're back." I smile as I step over and grab onto the green armor being hauled through the door. "Let me help with that."

I lift the armor and drag it backwards, the action far easier on my body than a couple days ago.

It must be the small Zenkai I got from Gajeel.

"What... the hell?" I hear a muffled and radio-like voice question as I slowly lift and drag the armor tug.

I eventually leave it stood beside the countertop as the soldiers file in, there are noticeably fewer than before, but their heads are held high, moral is strong. Only one or two people seem to be missing.

"So have you got around to that missile, yet?" I question as I take a seat atop the counter.

"Missiles." Danse frowns as he takes off his helmet. "It was more than one."

"Oh... oh fuck."

"Yes. Which makes it even better that you warned us about them." He nods. "If those cultist bastards were allowed to arm them. The commonwealth and possibly most of America would be facing utter extinction."

He nods his head to me. "Thank you yet again. I will be asking about a future excursion to Nuka World when we return home."

He turns, putting his helmet back on as I wave after him. "Stay safe."

"I always try to." He responds as he leaves, closing the door behind him.

Rias pouts slightly as she walks over. "Their armor was bigger and cooler than mine."

"Eh, the brotherhood isn't too keen on selling their T-60s. Not much I can do about that." I shrug. "There aren't exactly many suits of power armor in the nuclear wastes, most are broken, a large majority of the remainder are owned or scrapped for parts."

"Hrm." She pouts, gazing over the green set of armor with an inquisitive expression. "Fine. I'm happy with what I got."

I watch Sirzechs hold up a hand to the red armor in the back of the store and with a red flash, it disappears.

"Shall we go, Rias?" Sirzechs questions.

"Can we buy the green set as well?" She quietly asks.

"You really want to make Seekvaira mad, huh?" I question with a small smile. "I mean, you are already taking the only two fusion cores I have, so she'd be forced to go to you anyways if she wants to power it, but man, talk about a low blow."

A sly smile crosses her lips. "Well, what can I say, devils are greedy~"

Sirzechs lets out an amused smile and shakes his head. "Yes, fine. We can buy this as well."

"I don't actually have the schematics for this one's paint job, soooo... uh, let's say eleven more magic weapons of the same quality and if you could include the designs for its paint job in the files you extract, that'll be all."

The man nods once and seems to store this armor as well. "Let's go, Rias."

"Pleasure doing business with you." I smile.

"Bye Alex!" Rias waves, seemly giddy to have her very own power armor.

"Bye Rias." I wave.

As the door shuts I let out a long sigh, tail drooping.

There's my first 'big sale' done... wow that was a little stressful.

The door opens a moment later as a small, stout pig walks through the door.

"Ah, Oolong. Good to see you." I greet.

I reach down and sit a box on the table then a large, sealed bottle, then several magazines.

"Here's your Cigars, high quality whiskey, and porn mags."

"Alex my friend, you are a true lifesaver." The pig states as he waddles over to the countertop.

He grabs the items and with a flash, transforms into a moped with a little basket on the front that holds everything he just grabbed. "Remember, if earth is ever in danger, I can help out."

"Yeah, yeah, I care less about the world and more about these amazing Cubans." He snorts as he slowly drives back to the open door and closes it behind him. "See you around, champ."

Giving him free booze, cigars and porn is the least I can do for him after he made me one of the strongest races in the cosmos.

Alright, so this idea is blatantly ripped off from Cross' newest snippet, sorry not sorry, go check it out for more chaos. Mine is honestly tame in comparison

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter. It's at 17k words so it's probably the longest snippet in here... I had fun writing it as well, I could just see it as getting really confusing the longer it goes on.
