Hedgehog Colors Episode 4: Pirates of Sweet Mountain

After freeing the many Wisps on Sweets mountain, and helping Jade save her friends, Sonic, Eve, and the others continue their journey to free the little aliens and stop Eggman from whatever plan he has. Right now, they're trying to find the generator Jade has explained to then.

Sonic looks around and wonders, "Now where did Jade say we need to find the generator."

"Jade said that it should be somewhere around here," Tails says.

Eve stops and looks ahead and upward, "Yeah. And this looks like somewhere where Eggman could be at."

Sonic and the others stop and look to see a large structure up ahead. It's almost like an energy plant or something.

"Let's go check it out," Tails says.

With that, the group decides to head into the area to see if this is the place Jade is talking about. Unknown to the ground, something is flying towards the same factory, and it's pretty big. Whatever it is, someone is secretly spying on them from a telescope and has Sonic, Eve, and the others in their sight.

Sonic, Eve, and the others begin to sneak into the large structure. The group reaches the front gate to see two robots. Sonic has an idea and fuses with Yacker to create a Boost power. Sonic is able to use that speed to knock the guards down in a matter of seconds. Once the guards are gone, Tails connects his Miles Electric to the keypad and hacks the code for them to open the door. Then the group hurries inside before any robots can notice.

Once inside, the group rushed inside and down the hall to find a way to stop Eggman's operation. The group sneaks past the robots and other of his henchmen. Eve sees a few robots and quietly uses her Chaos Arrow and fires them both at a few of the robotic henchmen. They get electrocuted and fall over. Sonic and the others then rush past then, and do their best to sneak around without them noticing.

Soon enough, the group find themselves in an open outdoor area. They decide to look around to see if they can find some clues.

Sonic looks around and says, "Hmm, If I was an alien in need of saving, where would I be?"

"I'm not sure if there's any more around here, but…" Eve says.

Then points to a giant generator junction box that has glowing purple lights on it.

"Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. And that looks like an Eggman made generator," Eve says.

"So this must be the generator Jade is talking about," Maria says.

"Yeah. I wonder what Eggman is using the generator for," Tails wonders.

Suddenly, Jazz hears something and sounds concerned.

Then notify the others, "Chao Chao! Chao Chao Chao!"

"What's wrong, Jazz?" Eve asks.

"Chao! Chao Chao Chao! Chao Chao!" Jazz cries out.

Just then, floating over is a giant pirate ship that is literally made out of desserts piloted by Eggman's machines. It has large flags with skulls with crossbones, and Eggman's face is on the bow of the ship. Everyone becomes surprised to see the large pirate ship has arrived.

"Experience has also taught me that the best way to solve problems is to kick robot butt," Sonic says.

Just then, Eggman's voice appears over the speakers of the area, "Visitors are cautioned to avoid feeding, petting, or saving any aliens."

The group becomes dumbfounded as Sonic and Eve shake their heads with annoyed expressions on their faces.

"Does he honestly think that telling us his park rules is going to get us to listen?" Sonic questions.

"Unless he just did it for his amusement park, I have no idea what goes on in that guy's head," Eve says.

"Whatever, we're still going to have to beat that robot," Sonic says.

He then turns and calls out to the giant robot, "Excuse me, giant killer robot. You wanna do this the hard way or the easy way?"

Appearing on the ship is a robot that resembles a robotic, jellybean-shaped pirate who uses a lollipop as his 'sword'. He has an eyepatch over his left eye that has Dr. Eggman's logo on it. And has a purple coat and pirate hat that also has Eggman's logo.

The robot angrily aims his sword towards where Sonic and Eve are with a whistling around. With that, the ship fires the cannonball at them.

"Incoming!" Sonic shouts.

Everyone quickly moves out of the way before the cannonball has hit them. Sonic and Eve dodge to one side as Tails, Maria, and the others dodge in the opposite direction.

"Somehow, I knew he'd say that," Sonic says.

"You can say that again," Eve says.

Just then, the cannon fires more of the cannonballs. The group quickly dodge the attacks.

Eve turns to Tails and the others, "Guys, find a place to hide and Sonic and I will take care of these creeps."

"Okay," Tails says.

With that, Tails and the others hurry away to find a place to hide and away from the cannonballs being launched all over the place.

Sonic turns to Eve, "Alright sis, let's dance!"

"Yeah. Let's kick some robotic butt!" Eve says, and brings out her sword.

Sonic and Eve see the cannons continue to be fired at them. Sonic and Eve quickly dodge the attacks.

As Eve dodges, she says, "We need to find a way to get on the pirate ship and take on the captain on it."

"Yeah," Sonic says.

Then says, "Eve, you go up there and take down that ship. I'll create a distraction."

"Sounds good to me," Eve says.

Eve then speeds off to find her way to get on the pirate ship.

Sonic calls out, "Hey sugarbots, you're a bunch of slowmos that you can't hit me with your cannonballs!"

Hearing the remark, the pirate captain bot is not pleased and commands the robots to fire their cannons. The cannon fires multiple cannonballs and flies towards Sonic. Sonic uses his speed to dodge the attacks.

Meanwhile, Eve uses her Chaos Energy to lift herself in the air and fly towards the pirate ship. Soon, she lends on top of the stern deck of the ship.

"Alright, now it's time to take care of those sweet buccaneers and turn off that generator," Eve says.

Eve then rushes over to see the many robot pirates on the ship.

Eve calls out, "Hey Captain Sweet Bot!"

Just then, the captain bot of the ship and his robotic mates turn to see Eve on deck.

"So would you and your robotic mates like to stop blasting us and let us turn off the generator, or would you like me to kick your robotic butts!" Eve calls out.

Just then, the robotic captain raises his lollipop sword and points them at Eve to attack. With that, the robot pirates begin to charge.

Eve sighs, "Guess it's the hard way."

Eve then brings out her sword and charges to the robot pirates as they charge towards her. Eve then swings her sword and begins to slash at the robots and cut them to pieces. Eve then jumps up and spin dashes at the robots. The robots are knocked down and they explode in seconds. Eve then continues to speed to the captain as she slashes and spins dashes at the robots. Soon enough, Eve reaches the captain.

"Alright, time to show you the kind of sword fighting I can do," Eve says.

Eve then swings her sword at the robot captain. The sweet captain swings his lollipop sword and both swords clash against each other. Eve and the robotic pirate continue to clash their swords at one another. The robotic pirate pushes Eve back, and about to attack, but Eve quickly dodges and swings her sword to repel the robot's attack. Eve continues to fight against the robotic pirate and plans to defeat it.

Meanwhile, Sonic is able to dodge all the cannonballs until none of them are firing anymore.

"Well, it looks like sis is able to stop the cannons' firing," Sonic says.

Then turns to the ship, "Now, to take down that ship and help Eve."

Sonic then speeds and jumps towards the ship. He soon spin dashes upward and is able to land on the deck of the ship. Sonic quickly speeds over to see Eve is fighting against the captain of the ship.

"Hmm," Sonic replies as he looks around.

Just then, Sonic notices a few prison capsules with Wisps inside. Sonic quickly spin dashes at them, breaking apart the capsules and freeing the Wisps trapped inside. The Wisps are happy that they give Sonic a hug.

Sonic laughs and says, "You're welcome little guys. That tickles."

The Wisps then leave Sonic and are still grateful to Sonic for rescuing them.

Then Sonic asks, "Think you can help me take out that dumbot over there?"

The Wisps happily nod their heads, accepting their assistance. The Yellow Wisp comes up to Sonic.

"Alright little guy, let's do this," Sonic says, and gives the Yellow Wisp a High five.

They both glow and they both fuse. Sonic transforms into Yellow Drill and dives under into the ship. He travels through the desert structure of the ship.

At the same time, Eve continues to fight against the sugar pirate robot in a sword fight. The robot tries to trip Eve, but she dodges and swings her sword. The robot uses its own sword to repel the attack and ends up moving back. Before the robot can strike an attack, Sonic in the Yellow Drill form bursts out and knocks the pirate robot into the air, and loses its lollipop like sword.

Eve sees her chance and jumps in the air. Eve then raises her sword up and with a hard slash, she slices the robotic pirate into pieces and the pieces explode into the air. Eve then lands on the ground.

Sonic changes back as he says, "Nice work, sis."

"Thanks. You did great yourself," Eve says.

Then says, "Come on, let's see if we can find any Prison Capsules on this ship and sink it."

"Then do it, to it," Sonic says.

With that, Sonic and Eve begin to speed through the ship to find any Wisps trapped inside the Prison Capsules. Sonic soon finds one and uses his spin dash to break apart the capsule with the trapped Wisps. Eve finds another one and uses her sword to slash the capsule to pieces. Sonic and Eve continue to use their speed and attack to travel through the ship and are able to free all the Wisps trapped inside. All the Wisps are happy and they leave the ship as it begins to fall as the engine is cut off from the damages it's been given. Sonic and Eve speed to the deck of the ship and jump off, landing close to where the generator is.

Soon enough the generator was deactivated and the light on the glowing chain disappeared. Sonic and Eve turn their heads to see Tails, Yacker, Maria, and Jazz hurrying towards them.

Tails happily says, "Welcome back, guys!"

"Hey, guys. You missed the BBBE," Sonic says.

"Huh?" Tails says, confused.

Sonic strikes a pose, "Best Boss Beating Ever!"

The group looks at Sonic dumbfounded.

"Oh Sonic," Eve says, shaking her head.

Sonic turns to Tails and asks, "So, has Yacker given you any more information, or limericks, or whatever it is he's spouting?"

"Yeah. Did Yacker know more about what Eggman is planning to do with them or the generator we found?" Eve adds.

"He explained to me a bit more about it," Tails says.

Then translates, "According to Yacker, he says that his kind is made up of a REALLY powerful energy source called Hyper-go-ons. It's inside of them…"

"Like a battery?" Sonic asks.

"I don't think it's like that Sonic," Eve says.

Then Tails says, "Well, sort of. It's their life source. You only got a taste of it and look at what happened. 'Battery' is sort of an understatement."

"So the Hyper-go-ons are the energy that gave Sonic and Eve those powers?" Maria asks.

"Chao?" Jazz replies, tilting her head.

"I'm starting to think that's what the strange energy from the Wisps are," Eve says.

Then Tails continues, "Anyway, it seems an evil man - and you might know him - who they call 'Baldy Nosehair' was…"

Just then, the others excluding Tails and Yacker begin laughing to hear that funny name.

"Baldy Nosehair?! That's the best thing that I've heard all day!" Sonic says.

"Yeah. That has to be the funniest thing I've ever heard," Eve says.

"Yeah. I gotta remember that one," Sonic says.

Jazz practically falls to the ground and continues laughing. Soon enough, everyone stops laughing and continues to listen to Tails.

Tails chuckles and says, "I know. I even thought it was funny when he told me. Anyway, he's draining them of their power, ALL of their power, and using it for an evil purpose."

"Why am I not surprised," Eve comments and crosses her arms.

"That's great intel," Sonic says.

Then Maria asks, "What kind of evil purpose is it talking about?

"That's something we need to figure out," Eve says.

"Then let's get going," Sonic says.

Then hurries off.

Tails calls out, "Hey, where ya goin'?"

"To find Baldy McNosehair, of course," Sonic answers with laughter, "Ha ha! I'm totally calling him McNosehair."

Then hurries off.

Eve then rushes to Sonic, "Hold on Sonic, we don't even know where Eggman is."

"All the more reasons to find him," Sonic says.

"But what about the rest of the Wisps that he has captured," Eve says.

Sonic says, "Yeah, you're right, so what's our next destination?

Eve looks at the map and reads it, "According to the map, the next planet close by is Starlight Carnival."

"Alright then, let's head out the Starlight Carnival," Tails says.

"Then let's hurry. Who knows what Eggman is doing to those little guys," Eve says.

Just then, Yacker begins to talk to them about something very important that has him worried.

Tail reads the translation and is shocked, "Woah!"

"What's wrong Tails?" Maria asks.

Tails says, "Yacker says if you take a Wisp's Hyper-go-on energy, he becomes a Nega-Wisp!"

"Nega Wisps? That doesn't sound too good," Maria asks, concerned.

Soon, Yacker begins to talk to them again, and sounds very worried.

Tails translates, "According to Yacker, are like mutated forms of themselves, and their powers become corrupted, resulting in having an unequal type of energy. They may not be evil, but they can be very rather violent and have a more animalistic state of mind. And sometimes, it makes them very weak"

"That doesn't sound so good," Maria says, still sounding concerned.

Suddenly, Eve remembers, "Not good at all to be honest. Remember when Metal Sonic was sucking the energy from the Wisps with the Prison Capsule?"

Everyone thinks and their mind flashes to when they witness Metal Sonic has one of the White Wisp in his clutches. He uses the prison capsule to suck up its energy and the Wisp transforms. He lets the White Wisp go, and it turns purple and looks weakened.

"That must have happened when their energy was being drained," Eve says.

"Yeah. And that is low of Metal Sonic to use the energy on himself by force," Sonic says.

Maria worriedly says, "And who knows what happens when Eggman takes more of their energy. They could be in real danger."

"You can say that again. We have to free these Wisps before Eggman can do a thing," Sonic says.

"Which leaves one important question. What could Eggman be using their energy for?" Eve replies.

"Something really bad," Tails says.

"Which is all the more reason to find out. Our next stop is the Starlight Carnival," Sonic says.

Agreeing to the idea, the group heads off to head to the Starlight Carnival to investigate Eggman's theme park and his scheme further.
