Hedgehogs Colors Episode 9: Hyper-Go-Ons Vs. Nega-Go-Ons
Eggman has activated the mind control device, but because the arm that is pierced in the hole has burst open a hole, the whole machine begins to explode and cause a strange reaction. What's more, the purple energy begins to pour out at once.
In the lab, Eggman sees that his machine is starting to fall apart.
Eggman shouts in rage, "No! This can't be happening. It's backfiring." as he bangs on the chair.
Then he kicks it, "Impossible! How?"
The chair rebounds across the room, collides into Cubot, moving him along with the chair. Cubot is able to get off when it stops.
"Ta-da!" Cubot cheers.
Eggman then leans against the chair and bangs on it.
Cubot turns to Eggman and asks, Yo, what do you mean impossible? Your plans have been crushed by Sonic for like, eh, ever. He stops you like it's his job or somethin'. In fact, I can't remember a plan he didn't stop."
Eggman glares at Cubot, "What are you talking about? He hasn't stopped all of them.
"Name one," Cubot replies.
"Um…" Eggman says, placing his hand on his chin and begins to think.
Orbot floats to Cubot and says, "Way to pay attention pal," And pats Cubot on the back.
That causes him to straighten up, turning his head.
And his voice changes again, "Thank you buddy. "
He soon notices, "Hey! My voice…" And cheers, "IT'S BACK! Alright!"
"Ah, there's the sweet sound my auditory processors know and love," Orbot says.
Eggman facepalms his face and says to himself, "Now I remember why we changed his voice chip."
Just then, Cubot soon says, "Ohh, I get it!"
"Get what?!" Eggman question.
Then Cubot says, "Globotron's arm is jamming the cannon's firing lever!"
Obot soon understands it himself, "Ohhh! So that's where that thing went to!"
"Whew, glad to have that figured out. It was just KILLING me! Well, g'night," Cubot says.
But Eggman shouts, "This is no time to nap, you fool! Go FIX it!"
"Try to stay calm, boss. Fretting won't get you anything now," Cubot says.
Eggman grunts in frustration, " Rrgh, I'll show you fretting if you don't think of a plan!"
"I have been thinking! I just haven't come up with anything…" Orbot says.
But Eggman shouts at them, "Bah! Silence! You two are useless!"
He then decides to forget about it and focus on a different matter, "Eh, no matter! I have suffered a setback, but this thing's far from over! I WILL CRUSH SONIC AND EVE!"
Eggman ascends on his chair off the base room to take care of the hedgehogs.
Cubot turns to Orbot and says, "The man gets an A for effort, that's for sure."
Back at the Tropical Resort, the whole area continues shaking and the Wisps retreat in fear. Sonic, Eve, Tails, Maria, and Jazz feel the ground shaking and know something wrong.
"I've got a bad feeling about this," Eve says.
"Glad you're not the only one," Sonic says.
"Good, so it's not just me," Tails replies.
"When I feel the ground shaking under my feet and see plumes of dust rising and rubble tumbling and aliens running for their lives, yeah, I get a bad feeling," Sonic says.
"It feels like the place is going to fall apart," Maria says.
"I agree," Sonic says. "So, how about you and me make like Eggman's hairline and recede?"
"Uh, this isn't joke-time," Tails says.
"Yeah. This is running to the space elevator-time," Eve says.
"Sorry, couldn't help myself. We're outta here," Sonic says.
With that, Sonic, Eve, Tails, Maria, and Jazz rush off. The group hurries through the Tropical Resort to get to the space-elevator and back to Mobius. The ground continues to shake rapidly.
"The ground is shaking faster," Tails says.
"Yeah. It feels like the whole place is going to fall apart at any second," Eve says.
"Then let's hurry to the elevator before we end up as space dust," Sonic says.
The group continues to run as fast as they can, Sonic and Eve do their best to remain with the others.
Soon, Maria looks ahead, "Look, there it is."
The others look to see the Amusement park entrance, and there is a space elevator on the tracks.
"There's the space-elevator," Eve says.
Soon the ground shakes even harder.
Tails calls out, "Hurry!"
The group rush over to the elevator as fast as they can until they're at the station. The alarm continued to buzz for the evacuation.
Sonic says, "Time to bail!"
The group rush to the elevator, but before they can get in, the ground shakes even harder, and they see a large machine flying above from behind the elevator, confronting the group.
"Isn't that...?" Taila asks, shocked.
Sonic feels the same, "It can't be!"
What they see is a giant machine that looks similar to the Purple Wisp Purple Frenzy power. On its back are multiple tanks full of negative energy from the Wisps. Sonic and Eve quickly stand in front of the others to protect them. The hatch opens to reveal Dr. Eggman controlling it.
"Leaving so soon?" Eggman questions, "There are no lines, and I've saved the best rides for last. At least let me STAMP your hand so you can come back in."
Eve turns to Sonic and asks, "Is he seriously still doing that?"
"I think he is," Sonic answers.
Then turns to Eggman, "I know you're trying to be clever with this whole amusement park pun thing, but it's just coming off lame. Say you're going to destroy us and stop embarrassing yourself."
Eggman shouts in rage, "Curse you, Sonic! Not only do you foil my plans, but you foil my speeches as well! I work hard on them! No matter. I WILL destroy you and I WILL be victorious! Is that better?"
"Like, a million times better Thank you," Sonic says.
"Yeah. A lot better," Eve says.
Then Eggman says, ""This robot is special. He's powered by the energy from your little friends. He is invincible. So I'd say it's been nice knowing you... but it hasn't."
"I have to admit I'm a little scared," Tails says, warily.
"Me too," Maria says, hiding behind Eve.
"Chao Chao," Jazz feels the same.
Sonic turns to Tails, "Tails, you get to the elevator and get yourself, Maria and Jazz out of here."
But Tails says, "No way, Sonic! I'm fighting with you!"
"Have a little faith, buddy. Eve can handle these jokers alone!" Sonic says.
But Maria says, "But, we want to help, too."
"I know, but it seems very dangerous, and I feel much better for you to not get hurt," Eve says.
Tails, Jazz, and Maria look at the two hedgehogs reluctantly.
Then Tails says, "All right. I'll wait for you back home. Good luck!"
"Make sure you get back safe," Maria says.
"Chao Chao," Jazz replies.
The three then hurry into the space-elevator. Tails activates it, making the door close. Then it rides on the track and down to Mobius.
The ground continues to shake and the two hedgehogs turn to see Eggman and his machine. With that, the two hedgehogs are ready to fight Eggman.
In the robot, Eggman scoffs, "Hmph! Cocky little hedgehogs! My robot, fused with a modified Wisp, will crush you two to bits!"
Eggman presses the buttons on the controls and the machine is ready to fire at them.
Then Eggman says, "You're through, Hedgehogs! Ha ha ha!"
With that, Eggman begins to attack them. The robot raises its arm and begins to swat down at them. The two hedgehogs quickly move out of the way.
Sonic calls out, "Whoa, chill out, Eggman."
Eggman growls in anger, "Grrrrrgh! Silence! Siiiilence!"
"Now it's our turn!" Sonic says.
Sonic and Eve quickly speed up and spin dash at Eggman's machine. Then they both move out of the way as Eggman tries to swat them. They both soon begin speeding around Eggman, much to his frustration.
Eggman growls in anger, "Rrgh, always with the buzzing around!"
Eggman continues to fire the guns to attack them, but the hedgehogs continue to dodge the attacks. Soon, the ground begins to rumble even more.
"I don't think this place will hold any longer," Eve says.
"Yeah. I say we get out of here before the place goes out of orbit," Sonic says.
Just then, Eve notices, "Eggman's getting away."
They turn their heads to see Eggman flying away.
"Let's go after him," Sonic says.
With that, Sonic and Eve begin to chase after him. Soon, Sonic and Eve find themselves in the upper area of the space elevator as they chase after Eggman. Eggman presses his control and activates a Blue Cube power. That causes multiple dark purple blocks to fall out of the machine and onto the road.
"In coming, Sonic!" Eve calls out.
Sonic and Eve quickly speed past the boxes and even jump over some. When Sonic and Eve get close both of them spin dash at the weak points of Eggman's machine. Then they both spin dash and push the machine back.
Just then, Eggman uses the Pink Spike ability, and throws glowing light purple spikes at them. The two hedgehogs quickly jump over them as rows of them begin to roll towards them. They both are able to get close to Eggman and his machine. Then they begin spin dashing and beating the robot's arm. They both continue to spin dash, and suddenly, a Cyan Wisp and a Yellow Wisp are set free from the machine.
"It looks like Eggman still has some Wisps in that machine," Eve says.
"Yeah. All the more reason to destroy that machine," Sonic says.
"Let's hurry," Eve says.
Sonic and Eve speed up to Eggman and his machine. Just then, Eggman begins to fly over until he's behind them.
"Uh, what's he doing?" Sonic asks.
Eve turns her head around and says, "I think he's going to attack us from the back."
"Why am I not surprised?" Sonic questions, rolling his eyes.
Eggman then fires the Cyan Laser powers that turn to a purple laser beam. The two hedgehogs dodge the attack as they jump spin in the air.
Suddenly, Eggman performs the Blue Cube attack. Three cubes appear around them, and it suddenly creates a barrier with the laser.
"What the?" Eve questions.
Luckily, the power hasn't lasted long, and Eggman is now in front of them again. Sonic and Eve then speed up and spin dashes him again. With the multiple attacks, Sonic and Eve free the Blue Wisp, the Orange Wisp, and the Pink Wisp. Eggman then begins to use multiple of the Wisps' attacks on the hedgehogs. Sonic and Eve do their best to dodge every last of the attacks. They are able to free a Red Wisp, a Green Wisp, a Purple and Violet Wisp, and even Jade, the Jade Wisp.
Eggman grits his teeth in anger, "You horrid little hedgehogs! Get the taste of this!"
Eggman has the machine open its large mouth wide to reveal a giant cannon. It begins to make a giant dark purple glow as it's ready to fire at the hedgehogs. Just then, the Wisp they set free are beginning to glow as they circle at Sonic. And then, Sonic and Eve are lifted up as they gain a rainbow color aura around them.
"Woah!" Sonic says, amazed.
"This is so rad," Eve says.
"Let's do this!" Sonic says.
"Yeah!" Eve says.
With that, the two hedgehogs and the Wisp fly to Eggman as he fires the cannon at them. Both powers collide at each other with full force. But then, Sonic and Eve along with the Wisp overpower Eggman's machine and strike at it with full force. Eggman's machine is sent flying as it bounces on the elevator.
Soon, Sonic and Eve see the Egg Mobile lying on the path next to the compact Cubot and Orbot. The Egg Mobile is upside down,
Eggman says in pain, "Oh, my head. Who turned out the lights?"
Just then, a large purple vortex appears around the Terminal Velocity and is drawing closer to them. It soon sucks Orbot and Cubot.
Soon, the announcement says in Eggman's voice, "At Dr. Eggman's Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park you can feel comfortable knowing your safety is our number one priority."
Eggman screams, "Oh, shut uuuuuuuuuuuuuuup!"
Soon, the damaged Eggm Mobile is sucked into the purple void along with Eggman.
The purple void continues to grow large and begins to suck in the mind control cannon, breaking it apart, along with Eggman's amusement park. Soon, the entire building is sucked into the voice, and the space elevator is next. Sonic and Eve watch from where they're at as the elevator is getting sucked in as it breaks apart.
Sonic facepalms and grains, "This might not end well."
"Less talking, more running!" Eve says.
With that, Sonic and Eve run off from the purple voice as it continues to expand and consume the space elevator. The two hedgehogs run as fast as their feet can go, but the purple void continues to expand and suck anything in its path. It's spreading so fast, that Sonic and Eve are unable to outrun it. Soon enough, the two hedgehogs are consumed inside the purple void.
Trapped in the void, Sonic and Eve are knocked out, but have been rescued by the Wisps they saved. Since the hedgehogs save the Wisps, the Wisps decide to save them. They then carry the hedgehogs through the void to safety. Sonic opens his eyes for a bit but then closes them.
Back in outer space, a massive number of Wisps appear to stop the purple void from growing any bigger, giving it a white glow. The Wisps that rescued Sonic and Eve transported them both back down to Mobius before returning back to space. And soon enough, the two hedgehogs remain conscious as the Wisps place them on the ground. Then they both fly off into space as the two hedgehogs help each other up. They turn to see the Wisps leaving. Sonic gives them a thumbs up. Just then, Tails, Maria, and Jazz rush over to them in relief.
Tails calls out, "Sonic! Eve! You made it!"
"Are you both okay?!" Maria asks, worried.
"We're okay," Eve says.
"We're okay, same as always. It was a bake walk!" Sonic says.
"It was so not," Eve retaliates.
"The only thing we remember is that we had to leave you guys behind," Tails says.
Then Sonic says, "A hedgehog's got to do what a hedgehog's got to do."
"Great job, guys," Tails says.
"Thanks, but we had a little help during that last part," Eve says.
Back in outer space, the Wisps continue to halt the purple void. The numerous Nega-Wisps are seen to transform back into the other regular Wisps.
"It looks like the Wisps are getting their energy back," Sonic says.
"And now the Wisps can finally return home," Maria happily says.
Just then, Eve says, "But we still haven't seen Yacker since at the Asteroid Coaster."
"You're right. We haven't found him," Tails says.
"Where could he have disappeared to?" Eve adds.
Suddenly, they hear a familiar voice. They turn their heads and flying toward them is Yacker.
Maria happily says, "Yacker!"
"There he is," Sonic says.
Yacker rushes to Sonic and hugs him in relief, but is sounding very upset, catching the other's attention.
"What's the matter Yacker?" Eve asks.
Jazz flies to Yacker and replies, "Chao Chao. Chao Chao Chao."
Yacker begins to talk to Jazz and the others. Yacker is in a frantic state as he flails his tentacles around in the air.
Eve turned to the others, "Yacker is clearly upset about something."
"You know what he's saying, Tails?" Sonic asks.
Having his Miles Electric, Tails reads, "Yacker said that…" Then reacts in surprise, "... Woah!"
"What is it, Tails?" Sonic asks.
Tails then says, "Yacker said something about 'Mama' 'Mama on a rampage?'."
"MAMA?!" Sonic and Eve ask, shocked.
Meanwhile, at New Mobotropolis, everyone is busy with their everyday lives, meeting with friends, having meals, and the Freedom Fighters are doing their best to make sure the city is safe from harm.
In Freedom HQ, Sally is at the monitor where Nicole is on the screen.
"So have you heard anything from Sonic, Eve, or Tails yet?" Sally asks.
"Not yet. I haven't heard from them in a while," Nicole says.
"Thanks anyway, Nicole. I wonder how they're doing, or if they're okay," Sally says.
"I'm sure they'll be okay, but they've been gone for a while now," Nicole says.
Suddenly, the alarm goes off.
Nicole says, "Sally, there seems to be an unidentified figure coming towards the city."
"Can you get a visual on it?" Sally asks.
"I'll try," Nicole says.
Nicole then changes the screen to see the figure.
Sally gasps in shock and asks, "What is that?"
Outside of New Mobotropolis, there is a large floating purple looking creature approaching New Mobotropolis.
The mysterious being is very large, approaching that of eight meters and has a much sinister overall appearance. It has a head shaped almost like a garlic bulb which lacks any eyes, but instead has a wide mouth with sharp teeth. On both sides of her head she has a curved horn, and on top of it, she has a flower-like appendage with pink petals, an eye-like gynoecium and hair-like fungus around its root. It extends from around the bottom of her head, has three layers of a fringed, leaf-like violet collar, with several ragged and cloth-like purple tentacles stemming from the bottom of her head, possesses two larger and much more ragged tentacles with appendages resembling heads with large sharp jaws and several pink eyes, on the end of them.
The being continues to float to New Mobotropolis as it lets out a roar in rage.
