Death Egg Strikes Back Saga Episode 3: Genesis Part 1: In the Beginning…

Welcome to a Whole New World - One unique and beyond what anyone knows from a different world-! Where we begin the all-new, and all-different adventures of two speeding heroes Sonic and Eve the Hedgehogs.

The adventure takes place when Sonic and Eve are running through Green Hills.

Sonic says, "Whoa… feel like I doze off for a minute there…! What were we doing again?"

"Because a group of people and tons of animals have gone missing. And let's not forget my Chao friend," Eve says.

"Right," Sonic says with a nod. "And we're just the hedgehogs to find out what's going on!"

"That's right. We need to keep our eyes out. I heard that there are robots in the area," Eve says.

"Robots huh. I don't think everyone has decided to migrate or go on vacation anywa-" Sonic says.

Just then, the two skid to a stop to see bugs like robots.

"Yow! What's that?!" Sonic asks

Just then, one of the Bug robots begins to attack them. Luckily they both jump over just in time.

"Besides unfriendly," Sonic adds.

And soon, there are six more of these robots coming at them.

"And numerous," Eve adds.

Sonic looks around and asks, "What's up, guys?" And questions, "Or is it girls? Do robots get genders? How about a name-?"

"Sonic, is there really a reason to know about their gender and names?" Eve asks.

"Not really, but we can call these guys…" Sonic says.

Soon, the robotic bugs charge to attack, but Sonic and Eve spin dashes the robots and break them into pieces. Doing so, the animals trapped inside are set free. Then, the two hedgehogs land on the ground.

"...Motobugs!" Which seems… oddly appropriate," Sonic says.

"Like… really appropriate," Eve says.

Soon, many of the animals gather around Sonic and Eve, thanking them.

"You're welcome little friends. Are you all alright?" Eve asks.

The animals nod in reply.

"I guess this solves the mystery of what happened to all the animals, at least," Sonic says.

She looks around and says, "But not for the people who went missing." And sadly says, "And my Chao friend."

"Don't worry Eve, we'll find your Chao friend for sure," Sonic says.

"I hope so," Eve says. "We better get going. There might be more robots in the area."

With that, the two dash off. And like Eve says, there are many different robots for Sonic and Eve to fight.

Sonic grabs a robot and says, "Hey, there. So… who built you…" And Sonic pulls it out of the tree, "And why did they think it was cool to stuff your full of critters."

Soon, Sonic and Eve use it as a flying board to fly across the fields.

"All right, buddy - mush! Take us to your leader!" Sonic says.

"I just hope this robot can lead us to where the missing people and my Chao friend are, and the person responsible for it," Eve says.

Soon, floating over a large crater is Snively riding his Egg Mobile.

Snively writes in his notebook and says, "And with that, I've reached quota. Uncle will be so pleased with…"

However, Sonic and Eve fly the robot to the crater and jump off before it crashes, freeing the critters trapped.

Snively yelps, "-Meek?!"

Stunned, Snively stammers, "What- how-why?!"

"The name's 'Sonic the Hedgehog,'" Sonic says.

Then Eve says, "And I'm his sister, 'Eve the Hedgehog.'"

"We respond better to 'who' but we're flexible," Sonic says.

Then Eve confronts the small man, "And I'll bet you're responsible for what's happening to the people and critters."

"Only in part. I am Snively, a lowly servant to a grander design," Snively answers, "The design of my brilliant Uncle, Dr. Eggman! He will bring order to these wild lands! All greenery will be paved! All filthy animals will power shiny robots! The world will not only work like… but become a well-oiled machine!"

"Wow. What a jerk," Sonic says with a smile.

"A really big jerk," Eve adds.

"No, he's not!" Snively shouts, "He's brilliant! Brilliant, I say!"

He then decides to forget it, "Bah!"As if you could understand, you smelly animals!" and presses the button.

Coming out of the hatch under his Egg Mobile is a metal brown and light brown checkered ball hangs out.

"Whoa! Neat trick!" Sonic says.

Then turns to Eve, "We've got a few surprises ourselves!"

"And we're more than happy to show you," Eve says.

Snively sends the ball to smash them, but Sonic and Eve dodge and speed as fast as they can. Snively continues to swing the ball, but both hedgehogs dodge.

"H-how did they move that fast?!" Snively asks, shocked.

"For example…" Eve says.

Eve then spin dashes at Snively's Egg Mobile, and the man screams, "Gah!"

Sonic calls out, "Over here, Needle nose! And blows a raspberry at him.

Snively is not happy, "You freaks of nature-!"

Then Snively has the ball swing at them.

"You say 'freaks'..." Sonic says, and jumps up, causing the ball to smash to the ground, "We say 'gifted.'"

"You say all that nonsense about your uncle…. We say…" Eve says.

"Get Lost!" Then the two hedgehogs spin dash at the base of the chain and cause the ball to hit the ground.

Snively exclaims in shock, "No! It's not possible!"

"I must retreat! Uncle Eggy will know what to do about this!" Snively panics, and flies away in his Egg Mobile.

And soon, Snively is gone.

"So long! Forget to write!" Sonic calls out.

Eve laughs and says, "Well, that's taken care of Needle nose over there, let's see what he has stashed here."

Sonic hops on the crater and says, "I'm going to feel really stupid if this turns out to be a bomb of something…"

Then the button is lowered and the crater begins to break, and soon bursts open.

Sonic yelps, "Gak! Does everything this Eggman guy build explodes?!"

Soon, many of the animals, including Jazz, a black and red colored Dark Chao flies out.

"Jazz!" Eve happily says.

"Chao chao!" Jaz happily says and flies to Eve.

Soon the female hedgehog and female Chao hug.

"Well, at least we have one mystery to solve," Sonic says.

Suddenly, Sonic notices something, "Oh… um… wow."

Sonic looks up, heads down, to see Sally, a female Mobian Chipmunk walks out. Along with Rotor, or Boomer Walrus, and Antoine.

"Hello!" Sally says.

She stops to see Sonic, "You… you must be… our rescuer."

Sonic jumps off the container and shakes Sally's hand, "Sonic the Hedgehog."

"And I'm Eve the Hedgehog, his sister," Eve says.

"Chao," Jazz replies.

"And you probably already met Jazz," Eve says.

"Chao Chao," Jazz replies.

Then Sonic asks, "You're some of the folks that went missing, right?"

"That's right. My name is Sally Acorn. These are my friends, Boomer Walrus."

"Heya!" The walrus, Boomer says.

"and Antoine Depardieu," Sally adds.

Antoine asks, "Is ze horrible tiny man gone?"

"It's nice to meet you," Eve says.

Then Sonic says, "Now if you'll excuse us, we got more bots to bash!"

But Sally stops him, "No! Wait, please!"

"Make it quick. Nobody will be rescuing themselves," Sonic says with his arms crossed.

"Sonic," Eve sternly says.

"What?" Sonic questions.

Eve walks to Sally and asks, "Is there something wrong, Sally?"

"My friends and I are trying to get to the source of the problem. We want to stop the madman behind these kidnappings," Sally explains.

Boomer adds, "And what's worse, we think the same guy is behind all the big earthquakes we've had lately."

"Dr. Eggman is ravaging the land and terrorizing the people," Sally says.

Then slams her fist on the palm of her other hand, "We're dedicated to fighting for our freedom."

Then Sally says to the hedgehogs, "And I-we-could really use someone like you guys, helping us."

"I dunno.. You guys might slow us down!" Sonic says.

"By we, you mean you," Eve says, rolling her eyes.

"We've already scouted a way to his stronghold. Nothing's quicker than a direct route," Sally says.

"Then by all means… lead the way!" Sonic says.

During the time, Antoine is looking around nervously.

Boomer turns to Antoine annoyed, "Would you knock it off?"

"I am just wanting to be sure ze coasting is clear!" Antoune says.

"Just relax, Antoine. I don't think there's any other robots around right now. We should move forward," Eve says.

Later, the group arrives in some old ruins.

"And we're pretty sure that there's some kind of underground passage that runs from the marble zone to Dr. Eggman's lair," Sally explains.

I'll admit, I had my doubts, but we're definitely on the right track now," Sonic says.

"What changed your mind?" Sally asks.

Just then, Sonic grabs Sally and pulls her away and a caterpillar-like robot attacks them.

"The killer robot," Sonic answers.

Sonic, Eve, Jazz, and Sally look to see the robotic caterpillar lifting his head.

"Careful, Sonic and Eve! That model is called-" Sally advises.

But Eve says, "A Cater-killer!"

"Oh, you've… done research yourself?" Sally asks, surprised.

"Doubt it. Knowing Sonic is something that came to him, and from the looks of it, that robot is appropriate to be called 'Cater-killer," Eve says.

One of the Cater-killers try to attack them, but Boomer grabs it by the tail, and smashes it into pieces.

"And that's why they call you 'Boomer,' right?" Sonic replies.

"Always happy to help," Booner says.

Sonic, Eve, Jazz, Boomer, and Sally charge for the attack.

Antone then approaches one of the marble ruins with a nervous expression, "I would just be getting in ze way. I shall wait over here. Okay? Okay."

Soon, Antoine walks inside to see there are no robots inside.

"There… nice and safe," Antoune says, relieved.

Unknown to Antoine, multiple pairs of eyes open beneath him. Antone starts to feel like he is being watched. He slowly looks up to see the glowing eyes.

Then he runs out of the building, screaming, "EEEEEEEK! Aidez-moi! Bats!"

And then the rocket-like bats begin to chase after them.

Sonic and Eve continue to fight off the boots.

Suddenly, they hear Antoin screaming, "HELP! Il y a des chauves souris!"

Eve turns to Sonic, "We should help him."

"Yep," Sonic answers.

With that, Sonic and Eve jump and spin dash the bat robot rockets with ease and many animals are free.

"Well, that was moderately entertaining…" Sonic says, dusting his hands.

Suddenly, Sally says, "Thank you, Antoine!"

"Antoine?!" Sonic says, confused and turns to see Sally hugging Antoine.

"Way to go! We never would've seen that ambush coming!" Sally happily says.

"Ah, well, ahoo-hoo-hoo! I do what I can…" Antoine says, embarrassed.

"Yeah, right," Sonic says and crosses his arms, "He meant to do that, my spiny blue…"

"Oh Sonic," Eve says.

Then turns to Boomer, "Hey, Boomer! Whatcha up over there?"

Soon, they see Boomer doing something with the destroyed robot.

"Yeah. We just got done smashing those," Sonic replies.

"I'm reprogramming it. How cool would it be to have one on our side?" Boomer says.

"Pretty cool, I guess," Sonic replies.

Looking at the robot, Boomer says, "the problem, though… is we would need an animal to power it."

"That's not good," Eve replies.

"Chao Chao," Jazz says.

"Yeah. I don't want to stoop to Eggman's level," Boomer says.

Sally soon notices a bird perched on the building, "Maybe we won't have to…"

Suddenly, Sally soon begins to sing a little, "Excuse me? Could we ask a favor for you?" Allowing the bird to fly over and perch on Sally's finger.

Then Sally asks, "Would you ride inside the robot for just a little while? It would really help us out."

The bird begins chirping.

"She agreed to help us," Sally says.

"Thanks, little Flicky!" Boomer says, feeling pleased.

Then the Flicky lands on Boomer's hand.

Boomer helps the bird inside, "In you go!"

The bird then climbs into the robot, and Boomer closes it.

The robotic bee begins to fly off.

"Okay, that's pretty cool," Sonic says, and gives a thumbs up, "Think you can keep up with us?"

Then the bee bot flies over. Sonic and Eve follows. Of course soon after, multiple bee bots fly towards them.

"Here they come," Eve says.

"Then let's clear the road!" Sonic says.

Sonic and Eve then spin dash and work together to free the animal who has been captured.

"...Wow! Look at them go!" Boomer says, impressed.

"Ha-ha! Wait for us!" Sally calls out.

Before the group can come after the hedgehogs, the ground begins to trimmer.

Antoine panics, "EEEEEK!"

"Antouner earthquake! Brace yourselves!" Sally panics.

Just then, the ground begins to break apart, revealing the lava beneath them.

"It exposed a magma deposit! Run!" Sally cries out.

The group tries to run, but they have no place to do so.

"E… Where to, Sally?" Sonic asks.

"Sinking! We are sinking!" Antoine panic.

Indeed, the ground they're standing on is starting to sink.

Meanwhile, Sonic and Eve are trying to dodge the lava themselves.

"Wow! That was worse than any of the last…" Sonic panics.

But the two hear the others' voices, "SONIC! EVE!"

Sonic and Eve turn their heads to see the four friends are trapped.

"Hang on, guys!" Sonic calls out.

"We're coming!" Eve calls out.

Sonic and Eve try to reach the two hedgehogs.

Sonic and Eve jump over with Jazz flying behind. Then Sonic begins to pick up Sally.

Eve then uses her Chaos Energy to levitate Boomer in the air.

Sally calls out, "Hang on to the Buzz-boomer, Antoine!"

Antoine then jumps up and grabs the robot bee.

Seeing the help, Sonic says, "Okay, you won me over, Boomer! That thing's pretty cool for sure!"

Soon, the group begins to get away from the lava.

"Is it hot out here, or is it just you?" Sonic asks.

Embarrassed, Sonic says, "S-Sonic! This is hardly the time or place…"

"Yeah, you're right. Sometimes I move too fast," Sonic says, and places Sally down.

"N-well, maybe, I mean…" Sally says, unsure.

Boomer turns to Eve, "Thanks for the lift!"

"It's no problem," Eve says.

Relieved, Antoine says, "Please to be ze end of ze terror!"

He turns around and gasps in shock, "Zut Alors!" "followed by a maniacally laugh.

What the group sees is Dr. Eggman, a round man with red, yellow, and black clothes, wears glasses and has a big orange mustache.

"The terrorizing has just begun! Myah ha ha ha ha!" Eggman says and maniacally laughs.

Soon, the group looks to see Dr. Eggman in his Egg Mobile.

"Looking at your oh-so-round shape, I guess you're this 'Eggman' guy everyone's talking about?" Sonic asks.

"Indeed…" Eggman says with an evil grin on his face, "And you must be Sonic and his sister, Eve. The nasty little boy and girl who bullied my nephew this morning."

"Yep. We can't wait to do the same to you," Eve says.

Eggman maniacally laughs, "Oh-ho-ho-ho! We will see about that!"

Then Dr. Eggman begins to fire rockets down to the hedgehogs. The two hedgehogs use their speed to dodge the attacks.

Sally calls out, "Sonic! Eve!"

However, the two hedgehogs are running from the madman.

Impressed, Boomer says, "Wow. Look at them go! There's nobody else like them!"

"Yeah!..." Sally says.

Then Sally wonders, "… So why does all this seem so familiar?"

Sonic and Eve run across the place and jump on the pillars over the lava.

"My! You're a couple of quick ones!" Eggman says.

"Faster than fast, doc!" Sonic says.

Sonic hops until he reaches the last pillar, "And swifter than sw-" and comes to a stop, "Oops! That's not good!"

"No. not good at all. Game over, rodent," Eggman says.

Just then the Bee Bot Boomer reprogram fires at Eggman from above.

"Bah! What do you think you're doing?!" Eggman exclaims.

Eggman uses the Eggmobile and turns it upside down and fires it. The robot is destroyed and little Flicky flies away.

"Take that, you traitor! Ha ha ha ha ha-" Eggman says with maniacal laughter.

He soon stops to see Sonic and his own nose touch, "-Ha?"

Sonic turns to Eve, "Hey sis, care to do the honors?"

"Gladly," Eve says.

Eve then spins dashes at the Egg mobile and sends him flying.

Eggman screams, "NOOOOOO!"

Eggman flies and angrily shouts, "That tears it! No more toying around with you two! Once my Master plan is complete, you will all suffer my wrath!"

Then Eggman says in thought, "...Just as soon as I figure out what that plan is. Just what is that glorious battle-station for…?"

Then Eggman flies away on his Egg Mobile.

Meanwhile, Sonic and Eve land on the ground.

"Yo, Sal! Tell that Flicky I owe it one!" Sonic says to Sally

Sally gives the Flicky a kiss and says, "You were very brave. Thank you so very much!"

"Well, that was fun. What's next?" Sonic asks.

Boomer says, excited, "Seriously?! You're amazing!"

"I know, I know," Sonic says.

"I'm sure you do," Sally says.

Then turns to Eve, "You both did great as well."

"Thanks," Eve says.

Soon, Sonic Eve, and the others turn to see the marble building.

"That should be the way into the underground passage," Sally says.

Then asks, "How does it look, Antoine?"

"Um…. perilous?" Antoine asks.

Soon, everyone begins to walk inside to see a staircase with flowing water in the center of the stairs.

"Yow… he's not kidding. But you know what? It doesn't feel that way," Sonic says.

"Yeah. There doesn't seem to be any of that," Eve says.

Eve says, "Being with you guys seems… right."

"Yeah. It feels right," Sonic says.

Sally smiles and says, "I'm glad you feel that way."

With that, the group begins to walk down the stairs.

"Let's go, gang. We'll show Eggman he shouldn't have messed with our world!" Sally says.

And with that, their search for Eggman has begun.
