The next morning Jim helps MacGyver have a shower and put clean nightwear on. "June i'll head home to freshen up then i'll return, is there anything you need beside shower gel, toothpaste and shampoo"
"Two things" she said smiling
"Ok what are they"
"You and chocolate" Jim grin then lean over and kiss her
"That i can handle, i'll be back soon as i can, i love you"
"i love you" they kiss once more before Jim walks out of her room while she sits back thinking about everything that has happened. She got her lap top from the bedside drawer and put it on the bed tray in front of her and pulled it towards her and opened it and turned it on.
Then she moved her arm out of the sling and started doing some research as well as writing up her report about the shooting on Hammersley as well what happened that morning where a security guard was killed. She was typing away for getting about time when the door open, she look up then back down to her laptop
"Agent Murphy it been a while"
"Chief petty officer Roff yes it has, you sure climb the ranks fast in the past five years" June grin
"Yes I have. So what can I do for you" she stopped typing and looked up.
"I'm on the invention case of Ms Cruise and since we had dealings in the past and i know you call a spade a spade, what can you tell me about Madeline Cruise"
"You better sit down" he sat down just as the door open
"sir"
"MacGyver, Greg it great to see you again"
"likewise" they shook hands
"you want to sit down sir, Murphy on the case"
"Yeah i know, i spoke to captain Thomes about it this morning and it all true"
"ok so Murphy you can tell you fed pals who involve with this case what sort of women i am and no need to know crap or there will be trouble understand sir"
"They know and we learn our lesson after the Rick Gallager feascargo"
"Good, now as for your question about Ms Cruise. She is an ice cold heart bitch who thinks she's above everyone else. From the short time she been on Hammersley, i've notice things"
She tells Murphy everything about Ms Cruise, the way she acts, gives out orders, everything including her theories about the bombing of the night club right up till the attack early hours in the morning. Murphy was shocked with what MacGyver was telling him. "She worse than Gallarge"
"Gallager was a pussycat compeer to MS Cruise, Gallager was to cooky that was his weakness, with MS Cruise, she a tough nut to crack and her armor is weakening with everything that is happening now my fokiest is the four cases, what are they and why does she want them. From my information we all should be on alert"
"Why is that" Murphy said
"Gallager was a two, with whatever MS Cruise got plan and the cases i was told about, we looking at a ten plus"
"Meaning what" Mike said
"Massive terrorist attack on Australian soil, most probably worse than the attack on Darwin in world war two"
"This is alarming but we will need more to go on"
"don't worry we will get it, but for now keep eyes and ears appealed for anything unusual like large crates of weapons being stolen to semtext"
"Why is that"
"One of her plans failed thanks to the Hammersley crew and me of course. I'm sure you read about Jim arm dealing mission that almost failed" He thought about it
"Yeah i remember reading about that, your buffer took his place"
"dutchy, he buffer replacement" mike said
"OK at least your plan works but… Ms Cruise plan didn't work, what was her plan"
"the money, we stop the transaction from happening, if it went a head, she would have one point five million dollar in her secret account"
"that a lot of money and with all the other money she's been gathering over the months question is what does she want it for?"
"To buy something, whatever it is, it must be worth millions of dollars," MacGyver said.
Then the door open June smile when Jim walk in carrying bouquet of red roses and two bags
"mike"
"Jim" he walk over and gave her a kiss and put the flowers on her bed side draws
"they beautiful thank you Jim" he give her a kiss
"I got what you wanted and i bought us lunch"
"I didn't relies the time, we been talking" Jim put the bags on the bed
"Oh, i could leave"
"don't you dear" june said as she grabbed his arm and pulled him on to the bed.
He sat down then moved till he was lying on the bed and she was snuggling up to his side. "Captain Jim Roff, Agent Greg Murphy from the feds" She said
"I heard a lot about you agent Murphy" he lean over to shake the guy hand
"Same here Captain"
"Jim, agent Murphy is on on Madeline cruise case"
"Ok, if there anything you want to ask, let me know"
"I will and since it is lunch time, we will leave you two to talk and enjoy your lunch" they stood up
"thanks, oh agent murphy have you got copy of the list MS cruise wanted"
"yes and thanks to you and your information we manage to find a link"
"I don't like the sound of that"
"don't worry we know who the man name that what the wear about of those men"
"Ok what about the three that i couldn't locate"
"they died, one had cancer, one from horse riding accident, and the third was killed in iran two years ago"
"Ok thanks for telling us"
They walk out of MacGyver room leaving Jim and June alone. She turned to him then leaned over and gave him a passionate kiss till they broke for air.
"This is a much better kiss" She said making him laugh
"Yes it is, shall we before it gets cold"
"Why not" they talked while enjoying their chienness lunch and had a couple chocolates afterwards.
They talk for a while till Jim phone rings, he look at the message
"MS cruise want to see me"
"Be Careful" he kiss her
"I will"
"Record everything, go home and pick up the mini recorder that i made"
"Good idea" they kiss once more
"i'll call soon as i can"
"Ok love you"
"love you to" then he walked out of her room.
When Jim returned a couple hours later June was sleeping. He sat in the chair watching her sleep till she open her eyes and smile seeing him there
"Hey"
"sleep well"
"Meds they give me dose make me sleepy, how did it go"
"Tense. She carry on like nothing happen"
"typical, so What happen"
"She asked how many pen drives there were as well other questions. Thanks to your mini recorder, i gave it to agent Murphy since he was at NAVCOM"
"i hope Ms Cruise didn't see you talking to him"
"No, he saw me go into the mens room"
"AH, good cover"
"Very funny" Jim stayed for an hour before he left to go home for the night.
The next day Hammersley left port for a two week patrol and it would be good experience for Bird to do the cooking with help with other crew and training with Swain on the medical side in that time. MacGyver was in hospital for three more days before she was released to go home. Jim picked her up and took her home which she was looking forward to.
That night they made love which they both missed and slept in each other's arms. While Jim was at work MacGyver was doing updates on her super computer and checking to see how many try to break in and find out where they are. She had twenty attempts, half of them from one computer in the past month while she was out at sea.
So she manage to get the IP address and she hack into the person computer and find out who it is and see what the person got on there. She find out things that is alarming and manage to get copies of it all then she put a file on his computer and up load a virus which will cause damage to his or her hard drives. When finish she left the guy computer then check on the others that try to hack into her computer, she sent them all warning messages.
Then she hacked into the IScO computer and checked out agent Smith's profile. She finds out which one is his computer and hack into it and does some checking out. She saw the files showing he was corrupted. She got a copy of everything including the properties information before log out of there. Then she looked over it all.
What she saw proves she was right. So she called Murphy
"Murphy"
"Murphy it MacGyver, meet me at NAVCOM commander white office in half an hour, i got the information for you"
"Ok half an hour" then she hung up.
She went and got changed then she called a taxi. When it was time she walks into the ballpen and into Maxine office
"commander White, Agent Harrison, Murphy"
"you got something for us"
"Yeah agent smith, he was set up" she passed Maxine and Murphy file each.
"What do you mean"
"The information that was on his computer was put there at the time his body was found, look at the properties information, it shows the time and date it was put on the computer and over the next page it shows when his computer was hacked and files planted. I got the IP address and I hacked into the person's computer and got copies of everything. What shocking it the list of names of known undercover agents, missions they been on, every thing"
"This is incredible," Murphy said quickly going over everything.
"Oh it gets even better. Who ever this hacker is also got information on one MS Madeline cruise, i'm talking video and phone recording, it proves that she got this hacker to hack into agent smith computer and plant the information there so it shows he dirty"
"you got it all" Maxine said
"Yes including having Jim and dutchy face and profile added to the site hours before the meeting."
"This is great stuff MacGyver" Harrison said
"you going to need this" she pass Murphy a pen drive "It a copy of every thing on the undercover feds, names every thing"
"Who is this hacker" Murphy asked
"it all on there and" she pass both murphy and Maxine a portable hand drive each "copy of everything from the person computer, who he is, where he lives"
"Thank you for all of this MacGyver. If you ever think about leaving the navy we could do with someone with your experience and expertise in the feds"
"No thank you, I'm happy where I am out on the sea. But while I'm on sick leave, i'll try to help you guys out as much as I can"
"You done plenty" she stood up
"any questions, you know where i am, ma'am" she walk out of the office and NAVCOM and walk down the steps to where she knew the feds are when a car pulled up
"Hey"
"Get in"
"ok" she got in and manage to put her seat belt on as he drove away "how did you find me"
"I follow you from your house"
"Ok so what is it you want to talk to me about"
"Michri, he want to talk to you in person"
"Ok when"
"now, but i notice we been followed"
"black SUV"
"Yes i notice it was following you from your house"
"that the feds, don't worry, they my security"
"Security, are they after Micheri"
"No, the reason is, they are protecting me. That night you came to see me. Someone tried to kill me, but a security guard was killed in my room, the killer thought it was me, he was killed by a scalpel knife and the killer escape"
"Any idea who it was"
"Yes the same one who put me in there in the first place. When she relied she killed the wrong person i was able to bruise the back of her legs before she escaped limping away"
"you were lucky"
"Yes i was, i needed to pee that why i left my room and return with a nurse when I noticed the door was partly open and not close, she call security, the guard walk in and was killed"
"now I understand why you got security, what about your husband"
"He out on a mission and till my shoulder heals i'm stuck at home for now"
"Ok" when they stop at a mariner. They got out and saw the SUV pulled up. She turned to them and gave them hand signals which the passenger gave her a nod. Then she turns and follow the guy down to the mariner
"What did you do"
"Hand signals. I said everything ok, i said that you are a contact" they walk till they stop at a large pleasure craft. He walked on and she followed him to the upper deck where she was stopped by an armed man. He went to touch her breast when she grab his wrist with one hand and twisted it and his arm and body till he was on the ground in seconds
"Let him go he was checking to see if you carrying any weapons"
"He didn't need to grab my breasts and the only weapons I got is what you see my hands and legs and for guns, where can I put one in my uniform" she let the guy go and he stood up
"Your right about that and that was a quick move you did"
"thank you"
"follow me" she followed him down some steps and into an office where she saw a man there sitting on the couch. He stood up "Micheri this is June Roff"
"Sir"
"Chief petty officer June Roff, you are one tallanted amazing women, please sit"
"thank you" they sat down.
"I made some calls and read your profile, you done the navy proud"
"thank you sir"
"But you are very secretive also"
"Meaning"
"there is nothing about you before two thousand and one which got me worried"
"You don't have to worry sir"
"for me to give you this file on the table in front of us, you will have to tell me, are you a tearist, a killer"
"I'm not a tearist sir, in fact I'll show you, may I use your laptop"
"Show me" they stood up and walked over to Mishati's laptop where Macgyver typed with one hand then brought up two pages then stepped back.
"This will explain who I am" he sat down and his second step ford and they both read the gazette articles about what happened to Maggie and the computer wizz who helped crack the code and that she was shot and killed in a drive by hit.
