"Can you do it? Are you able to figure out which one is the real one?" The circle of Narcissas spoke as one around her.
Hermione growled in frustration at the fact that this person was playing mind games with her and using Narcissa as a pawn in her game. She instantly put up her mental shields, blocking anyone or anything from reading her mind.
"What happens if I don't choose one? What if I simply just walk back out of here?" She said with confidence. The circle of Narcissas chuckled in unison as they smiled sweetly at Hermione.
"That would be an interesting choice, but would you really leave this sweet, lovely omega in here for all eternity? I can smell how much you want her. You may have come here of your own free will, but once you enter here, there is no leaving until you either fail or beat the challenges cast before you, young alpha. Now, choose which one you think is the real Narcissa."
Hermione growled deep in her throat as she pulled at her hair in frustration. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and concentrated on pulling her magic to the forefront of her third eye.
When she opened her eyes again, she could see all the different magicks around her. She took in how the clones of Narcissa didn't look completely like Narcissa anymore. She could see that they were just illusions, except for the one, lone figure who was the one that was instigating this whole endeavor. She took another deep breath, scenting for Narcissa. She realized that the omega wasn't even there at all. "None of you are her! She's not even here! I demand that you tell me where she is. Now!"
The illusions disappeared into a mist. The only one left was the previously-hooded figure who was chuckling softly. "Alright, feisty alpha, you beat my game. You've shown prowess in your knowledge of magicks, and I must say that you are quite beautiful. Most of the beings that have come before me are not much to look at, nor have the mental capacity to figure out my illusions," The figure said, walking toward Hermione sensually, still looking like Narcissa in every way.
She cupped Hermione's face gently and leaned into her before whispering into her ear. "How would you like to bed me, young alpha? You seem like the type that has a high stamina to keep a woman happy till she begs for mercy. What do you say? Be with me and forget about that other woman? I'll do things to you that you've never even dreamed of. I'll even keep this form, if you'd like," she said as she flooded the air with turned on omega pheromones to entice the alpha. She softly slid her arms around Hermione's neck and lightly scratched at the back of her head.
Hermione was caught off guard for a moment with the sudden onslaught of heavy pheromones. The smell of cedar, spice, and the smokey smell of bonfires filled her nose, which caused her eyes to start to glaze over until she mentally registered that this was not Narcissa's scent. This wasn't Narcissa, and that's the only person that she wanted to be with. Hermione shoved the woman away roughly, growling deep in her chest as her eyes swirled red in anger. "You are not Narcissa, you bint! I won your game of illusions and I want the real Narcissa. NOW!" She roared on the brink of rage at being toyed with. The woman finally dropped the illusion to reveal a beautiful woman with long black hair, green eyes, and full red lips. Her cheekbones could cut glass, while her body had curves that omegas would kill for and alphas would worship and thank her for the privilege.
"Hhmm, I was hoping that you would resist my thrall. Ooh…this has been quite fun. Now that the true game is finally over, I will reward you with my necklace of complete protection. You are free to continue on to find your omega."
The woman vanished out of existence. Suddenly, a foreign weight was now around Hermione's neck that wasn't there before. She put her hand to it and felt a metallic pendant with a leather band around her neck.
She looked around and suddenly noticed a doorway leading down into the earth in the middle of the circle. "Please be okay, Cissa," she said to herself as she descended down into the dark passageway.
"Well that helps tremendously. How would I find it? Also, what do Alpha and Omega Primes have to do with all of this?" Narcissa asked.
"My gift to you, when you leave this room, will help you find the information that you seek. As for the Prime couple, only a mated pair made up of the Alpha and Omega Prime can save your plane of existence. They would be the perfect match for one another. No one else could compare. The alpha is stronger than all other alphas in both physicality and magickal prowess. The alpha will have the ability to bend all other omegas completely to their will, even against the omega's will, without the use of an alpha command. They also possess the charisma and over-powering will to have some command over other alphas. The omega has complete resistance to all other alphas, except for the Alpha Prime, and even then the omega has some resistance to their commands. The Omega Prime cannot be given a claim mark by a lesser alpha than the Prime. The omega will also be more fertile when paired with the Alpha Prime, while having difficulty bearing children with any other alpha. The omega will also be the one that will have the ability to help the Alpha Prime and other alphas return from a feral state. Together, they will be the only ones that will have the mental and physical fortitude to withstand what is to come."
Narcissa looked annoyed by the information. "I can't believe that we have to deal with another psychotic megalomaniac in the same lifetime. It wasn't bad enough that it was only a decade ago when the Wizarding World was ravaged by war. We've only just recovered, and now this."
The woman nodded solemnly. "That man was nothing compared to what might happen if The Demon Overlord is given what it desires. With all that is answered, I bestow upon you my ring of knowledge, which will help you in this crisis." The woman vanished, and, in her wake, Narcissa felt the subtle weight of something on her pointer finger.
She looked down and saw a large Merlinoite stone encased in metal. "Well, at least the jewelry isn't terrible, but this endeavor will be interesting indeed," Narcissa sighed as she walked toward an opening behind the statue that led down into the earth.
