A/N: Moving to an every other Tuesday format now :) Also may be finally condensing a few chapters!

By the time Olivia had arrived to the hospital, all she could do was find Elliot and wait.

The rush to get Kathleen into the OR for a c-section had happened so fast that even Beau had barely had time to partially scrub in and watch his daughter come into the world through a window.

Olivia had hung up on Elliot, rushing as quickly as she could to her car with Fin who turned the lights on and sped.

He was waiting outside the hospital for her when she came running up from the garage.

"Baby," she said, stopping and collapsing into his arms.

"Hey… hey…" he whispered, eyes red from crying.

"Is she okay?" Liv asked, pulling back and holding him just enough at arms length that they could make eye contact.

"Y-yeah I… she hemorrhaged just like, out of no where, and… they're closing her up and giving her blood but they said she's gonna be okay," he nodded, clearly not believing the words he was saying.

"Hey," she tsked softly. "She's a Stabler… she's going to be just fine," Liv assured him, reaching her hands around the back of his head and neck to pull their foreheads together. "Baby girl okay?"

"Yeah," he said, exhaling a soft laugh and making her giggle. "In the transitional unit but they said she's damn strong."

"Good. See? That Stabler blood."

"Good and bad I guess," he teased softly with a small smile and wipe of his eyes.

"I think Emma got into a fight at dance," she said, the FaceTime suddenly rushing back to her memory.

"She did, they called me. All three yelling into the phone," he said with a small laugh.

"Well at least we've raised a daughter who doesn't take any shit," she nodded, dropping her hand to her belly.

"Hopefully we can do it again," he nodded, covering her's.

"Oh, you know we can," she smiled.

"How you feeling, mama?" He asked, pressing his lips to her head.

"Achey but less in my head. Just worried about Katie and whatever is gonna happen now with Emma," she sighed.

"Both our girls are strong… they'll be alright," he promised. "C'mon… let's have a seat and wait. I'll get you some water and a snack?"

"I'm okay," she promised, holding her hands up. "I just need to put my feet up," she sighed, following him into the lobby before sitting down and rubbing circles on her swollen belly while Elliot rushed to get her a stool for her equally swollen legs.

"Thank you," she sighed happily, laying against his arm when she sat down.

"Close your eyes baby… I'll wake you if anything happens."

"Hmmm we need to check in with the kids," she muttered, eyes already slipping shut.

"I've got it," he promised, kissing the top of her head and opening his phone to text the kids.

"M'kay," she nodded, allowing herself to relax and drift off as best as she could.

El opened up his phone to text the kid's chat and at least give a quick update.

E: Hey kiddos. Mom got here a few minutes ago. Baby girl is here and Beau is with her. They're closing Kate up. I'll text when we have updates. Love you all

Next, he pulled up his messages with Eli.

E: Talk

Eli: Emma was stretching at the bar. Asshole came up and ran his hand up the inside of her leg. She swung and broke his nose. Madame reprimanded HER and made her leave for the day. She's fighting with Hannah and Jake is here again ready to kick some ass

E: Me too, Jake.

E: Livid at the Madame. Is Emma okay?

Eli: Frustrated and hurt. She's in our room with Sam right now.

Eli: Worried about Katie on top of it.

E: Katie is okay, make sure she knows that.

Eli: I will. Madame wants to meet with you and mom as soon as possible I guess

E: Well that's gonna be a few days.

Eli: I called and explained. She asked to speak with Sam who was able to talk her down at least.

Eli: Liz lost her shit but Sam called her off

E: Thank god. We don't need your sister to make it worse.

Eli: Agreed that's what I said

E: Or you for that matter. Keep your cool.

Eli: I promise.

Eli: How is mom

El replied with a photo of her asleep on him.

E: Exhausted but seems to be in a better head space. Hoping she takes it easy tomorrow and doesn't go in

Eli: Good luck lmao

E: Yeah, yeah. Tell Emma I love her and I'll call in a few, okay?

Eli: I will. Love you, pop

E: Love you, too, kid.

It was another hour before they heard their names ring out in the lobby.

Liv had just woken up and they were getting ready to call up Emma to chat about the situation when they looked up towards their names and saw Beau approaching.

"El… Liv…"

They exhaled a joint sigh of relief when they saw their smiling son in law.

"Hi," he grinned. "She's awake… in her room," he nodded walking over and allowing himself to be embraced by his second mother.

"How's baby girl?" El asked, clapping his hand to his shoulder.

"Bernadette Mae is doing great and snuggling her mommy," he said, stepping back as tears welled up in his eyes and his voice caught in his throat, the enormity of the fact that his daughter was here finally hitting him.

"Oh," Liv gasped, holding her hand to her heart. "Grandma is going to…"

"She knows," Beau laughed. "We're gonna call her Bea… she's so excited. I've gotta call her!"

"I'm sure she's waiting very impatiently," Elliot laughed. "Give her a call, and your parents, we'll go see Katie."

"And take a breather," Liv added with a laugh. "It's all okay."

"Will you text everyone?" Beau asked El who nodded right away. "Of course."

"Alright," he nodded with a big grin before hugging them both again. "Alright… my girls are in room 214," he beamed and nodded. "I'll be right there."

Katie was laying with Bea on her chest when her parents walked in. She looked exhausted, but her eyes were shining with pride as she held onto her baby girl.

"Bea… look who's here," she cooed very softly.

The baby in her arms squeaked quietly, her tiny hand grasping at her mom's chest.

"Oh… look at you," Liv whispered, tears in her eyes as she made her way to the edge of the bed. "Oh you look just like your mommy," she smiled, leaning down to kiss Kathleen's head.

Elliot sniffled behind her, and the two women looked over at him with soft laughter.

"Y'ok daddy?" Katie asked, laying her head against the pillow and shooting him a sleepy smile.

"Should be asking you that," he exhaled, moving to wrap his arms gently around her and the newest addition. "Scared the hell out of me."

"Well I couldn't have a normal birth, could I?"

"You? Never," he chuckled. "She's gorgeous… congratulations, baby."

"Thank you, daddy," she smiled, and all three adults glanced back to the door as Beau came through.

"Couldn't stay away," he said with a goofy smile, bee-lining for the edge of the bed and sitting beside his wife and baby.

"I don't blame you," Liv smiled. "I'm so glad you guys are okay."

"I'm just so tired," Katie admitted with a soft laugh.

"Get some rest… I'm gonna take this one home," El said, motioning to Liv, "and then I'll be back with some dinner, okay? Text me what you want. Anything!" He clarified, and the new parents laughed.

"Sounds perfect, daddy," she smiled, reaching a hand up to hug Liv when she leaned down.

"Get some rest sweetie," Liv whispered, pressing a hand to Bea's back very gently. "I'll be back to love on you both once I get out of these clothes," she chuckled.

"Take your time," Katie winked. "Say 'we'll see you soon, Cap,'" she cooed to her daughter who gave a tiny smile in her sleep.

"Already a big fan of her Cap," Beau chuckled. "Join the cousins club, there, baby girl."

"Just wait till she gets around her Papa," Liv smiled, hugging Elliot's waist.

"Papa's are around to give their grandbabies whatever their Cap's don't," he said with a decisive nod.

"That's going on a shirt!" Beau exclaimed.

"Shit," Liv sighed once they got in the car, digging through her bag.

"What?" El asked, looking over to her and her purse that barely fit on her lap.

"I thought…" she trailed off and groaned. "I can't remember anything these days. I need to swing back to the precinct. I forgot some files I needed in the rush out the door."

"Don't you…" He was cut off by a warning look and nodded slowly. "Precinct it is."

"I'm still one month from my due date," she reminded him.

"Three weeks," he corrected with a sly smile.

She shot him a look and he smirked a little harder as he began the short drive to the precinct.

They parked out front and were walking inside right as her phone buzzed with Fin's name.

"I'm walking in," she sighed as a greeting.

"Brace yourself," he said with a brow raised. "Madame Blanchet is here."

"Mother…" she trailed off, shaking her head and hanging up on her old friend.

The elevator doors closed and she let out a frustrated groan.

"'S'ok," El nodded, placing a calming touch on her back. She leaned into him, taking a moment to steady herself before storming off into the bullpen when the doors opened again.

Fin was sitting in the conference room with Madame Blanchet when the loud click of the Captain's heels filled the space around them.

"Madame Blanchet, coming to my place of work to discuss a situation that happened between my daughter and your almost of age grandson is less than appropriate."

Her voice rang out through the corridor leading to the conference room, growing louder as she briskly walked in to where her Sergeant and daughter's long-time dance teacher were sitting.

"Liv…" Fin said carefully, making her look up as she took a seat at the head of the table.

She noticed then the red and watery eyes of the woman sitting before her, and immediately softened, holding up a hand.

"I'm sorry, Marie… it's been a long day and I feel I'm too pregnant to function. How can I help you?"

"I…" she began, shaking her head and gathering herself. "I… I watched the tape back. Emma is not at fault."

The woman's heavy French accent was even more difficult to understand now that her tears were flowing. The concern on Liv's face grew and Elliot sat beside her, taking hold of her hand.

"But it prompted me to… to talk with my Julian. To look through his phone, and…" a sob escaped her throat. "I am disgusted!"

Liv held her breath as she was passed over the phone. Popping her readers on her face from her hair, she felt bile rise in her throat as she scrolled through the text messages that were already pulled up.

"I…" she started, clearing her throat when her voice caught after reading just enough to paint a picture. "How many of these are there?"

"At least 16…. Half of my girls," she said, holding her head. "Emma included, but she didn't respond."

Elliot's grip on his wife's hand tightened as Liv quickly found their daughter's name and pulled up the message thread.

The last 15 or 20 messages he'd sent her hadn't been delivered, but the ones that had were graphic.

"I…" Liv said, clearing her throat and shaking her head. "This is… the age of consent is 17 and these girls are 13… 14 at best," she said, trying desperately to stay in Captain mode instead of switching to Mama Bear mode. "While he may be 17 this is technically still illegal and harassment."

"He's not 17," Madame Blanchet said quickly, eyes wide and brow furrowed.

Elliot's head shot up and Fin gave him a warning look.

"What?" Liv asked, phone falling from her hands.

"He's… he's not 17," the older woman said again, tears falling quickly. "He's 19."

The Stabler Family had a certain knack for timing that others just didn't.

With so many kids, Elliot supposed, it was God's way of cutting him and Olivia some slack.

Kathleen and Beau were exhausted from the morning's events, and especially after being briefed about Emma, chose to not have anymore visitors until the following day, save for Elliot bringing them dinner.

This change in plans allowed their siblings to focus fully on Emma, who was sent into an immediate panic attack when her big brother told her that their parents not only knew what was going on, but also knew that she knew Jules was not 17.

His approach was full Elliot Stabler, and his instant reaction was to begin harping on her for not telling them sooner, stopping only when Sam dragged him from the room by his bicep.

"You could have been 100% softer," she hissed, meeting him in the kitchen once she and Liz finally calmed the young girl down.

"She should have told us!" Eli cried, his father's protective temper flaring. "Especially when she found out he was 19!"

"Stop," she said firmly, pointing her finger into the center of his chest.

All of the siblings were over and in the small living room at Sam's, watching the argument in the kitchen with bated breath.

Sarah had pre-warned Dickie to keep his mouth shut while Carl and Peter knew their place and were silently looking through the messages and taking notes, standing only when voices raised.

"You're being an asshole. She needs her brother right now. Are you going to be this harsh with Joey?"

He scoffed and shook his head. "Don't do that."

"I will do that!" She exclaimed, her tiny frame suddenly towering over his large one. "Go apologize and love on her right now. She doesn't need a hard-ass, she needs her big brother!"

He opened his mouth to speak again before snapping it shut, dropping his head, and hustling back to the bedroom where Emma sat with Liz and Noah.

"Maami," Teddy said with a pout, pulling himself up to stand at her legs. "Mama," he said, crinkling his nose and forcing a few tears to his eyes.

"I know baby… she'll be home soon," she sighed, kissing his nose and rocking him gently.

"Little Liv and Little Elliot," Peter mused as Carl nodded.

"Yup."

"Go away," Emma sniffled when Eli walked through the door.

"Em, I'm sorry I reacted," he said, holding his hands up to her in surrender.

"I don't wanna talk to you, this is embarrassing enough," she said through quick breaths and sobs.

"I know you feel that way, Em, but there's no need. You did nothing wrong," he tried, sitting and taking her hand.

"Go away, Eli!" She snapped, louder this time before snatching her hand away.

Noah's eyes went wide and Eli's shoulders slumped in defeat before he exited the room with a sigh, followed closely by Liz.

"I think we all need to go," she announced. "Except me, Sam, and Eli."

"I'll take Noah and Teddy," Dickie nodded, standing up.

"Maybe just take them next door to mom and dad's," Mo suggested, and Sarah nodded.

"Perfect. These little ones need another nap I think, anyways," she nodded between Lilly and Teddy."

"I'll text mom and dad and let them know we've got them. Maybe I'll switch cars with dad so that he and mom can focus on Emma and Katie today."

"If she ever leaves the office," Sam sighed, sitting at the kitchen table and pressing her palms to her face.

"Don't get me started," Eli grumbled, rolling his eyes when Sam shot him a look.

"Eli, knock it off," Dickie said finally, chest puffing. "This isn't a good look on you."

"Oh don't start on me, poster child for rage," he grumbled.

"Dickie," Carl sighed, stepping between the two hot-heads and crossing his arms.

"No, he's being a big baby right now," Dickie said, shaking his head and gathering his girl's bags.

Eli opened his mouth to shout at his brother, only to be interrupted by his tiny girlfriend.

"Enough!" Sam said, standing from the kitchen table and making the boys fall silent. "Not in my house. Go. Everyone but Liz."

"What?" Eli asked, spinning to her.

"You heard me. Out. Take the twins and I'll see you tonight."

Everyone was dumbfounded by her sudden firm stance against him, and slowly made their way out, offering soft apologies and hugs as left.

Eli had the twins on his hip, their bags over his shoulder, and stopped in front of her once they were alone.

"I'm sorry," he said, leaning down to her lips but receiving her cheek instead.

"I'm overwhelmed and I need you to go," she whispered.

"Sammi," he said, his face and demeanor softening.

"No," she muttered, kissing the twins. "Have fun with daddy," she cooed softly to them. "I'll see you before bed."

With that, she made her way in to see the girls, leaving him standing in the kitchen with his jaw on the floor.

Just before the twins bedtime, they'd switched houses; the girls heading to Liv and El's and Eli going back to Sam's apartment with the twins and his little brothers.

Emma was waiting on the couch when Elliot and Olivia arrived home; Sam was seated on one side of her and Liz on the other.

The young girl burst into tears when she saw her parents, and Elliot rushed over to wrap her in his arms.

"I've got you… daddy's got you," he whispered, nodding a gentle thanks to his girls who kissed his cheek and gave Liv a quick hug before leaving.

"I'm sorry, daddy," Emma sobbed out once the front door closed.

"You've got nothing to be sorry about," he said, shaking his head and pushing himself onto the couch beside her to cradle her in his arms.

Liv sat down on her other side, wrapping them in a hug as best she could and kissing her daughter's cheek.

"I-I should have told y-you because my friends got hurt!"

"Emma the only thing that's important right now is that you're okay. You did the right thing by blocking him."

"And that's all me and daddy care about," Liv added, kissing her head. "We wish that you'd have told us, but Emma we understand your fear and we're just are glad you weren't taken advantage of."

"E-Eli is mad at me," she stuttered, shaking her head.

"Your brother is an idiot," El said with a nod. "An overprotective idiot, and he gets that from me."

"I'll handle him okay?" Liv added. "How about you and daddy get settled on the couch for a movie while I get the boys and talk to your brother."

"O-okay," she nodded, her death grip on her father not loosening. "M-mommy I'm sorry."

"Emma Bee," she sighed, taking her face in both of her hands. "You've got nothing to be sorry about," she said, her firm Captain voice shining through. "I promise."

"O-okay," she sniffled, gasping softly as she tried to catch her breath.

"I promise."

"Y-you'll have to work m-more," she said, shaking her head.

"I will… you're right, but guess what? Your sister is going to be just fine and so will I. I promise you that."

"Wh-what if I l-lose my… people want me to dance, mom. I want to dance!"

"Hey," she whispered. "Madame Blanchet has already made it clear your place in that studio will not change. We've got Jules in custody. She's on our side, Emma, I promise."

"Hannah is gonna hate me," she whispered, face screwing up once again with emotion.

"Hannah has a lot of home problems, baby… Uncle Fin and I talked to her today. This was a good thing, Emma. He was taking advantage of you all."

"And mommy and I just wish you told us so we could help you sooner," Elliot insisted. "That's all we want to ever do, is help you Emma."

She nodded into his chest, curling in further as he rubbed circles in her back and shushed her gently.

"Let mommy get the boys… we'll have a family night, okay?" He said softly. "Mom has to go in tomorrow, and I'll be home with you and Teddy after we drop Noah off for the bus to soccer camp.

"O-okay, daddy," she nodded, quickly.

"I'll be right back," Liv whispered, kissing both of their cheeks before heading over to Sam's.

"Mama," Teddy sobbed dramatically, crawling over quickly towards her the moment she stepped through the door.

"Mom, I've got him," Eli rushed out, scooping Teddy up and setting him on the counter so Liv could easily hug him.

"Thank you," she nodded, wrapping her arms around her littlest and giving her older boy a stern look.

"I know… I'm…"

"In the dog house," she finished for him. "Yes. You are."

"I'm sorry I just…"

"I know," she said, holding her hand up. "But it's not necessary. She's got daddy and me to be bad cop. You're her brother and she needs to feel protected. And more so, Eli? Your girlfriend doesn't need to see anymore explosive behavior from anyone in her life, but especially you."

Realization washed over his face and he squeezed his eyes shut. "Fuck."

"Uh huh," she nodded. "Fuck. Help me bring your brothers home and then fix this," she instructed, motioning to the space around her.

Emma was curled up on the couch under one of Elliot's big fluffy blankets while he made her a cup of tea when Liv and the boys came in.

Passing Teddy to Noah, Eli made his way to sit and hug his sister tightly, thankful when she melted into his embrace.

"I'm sorry," he whispered. "So sorry."

"'S'okay," she sniffles into his chest.

"'S'not… I'm working on it. I just love you so much and I want to protect you. I'm sorry I was harsh."

"O-okay," she nodded. "I love you too."

"Good," he smiled small, kissing her forehead.

"Now go make up with Sam," she directed, wiping her eyes after pulling away from his embrace.

"Agreed," Noah groaned, popping beside her with Teddy who immediately snuggled under the blanket and into her.

"On it," he smiled small, kissing their heads and hugging his mom again before going.

"Mom, dad?" Noah sighed, once they'd all sat down.

"You're going to camp," Emma said, giving him a look.

He blinked quickly, looking between them all and then down to Teddy who nodded. "No no."

The littlest Stabler, who always managed to bring levity to the worst of the times, giggled hysterically when all of his favorite people burst into laughter.

Sam was snuggled under the covers when Eli walked in.

He completed his usual pre-bedtime routine before sliding in behind her and fitting his body against the curve of her's, arms wrapping around her snuggly.

"I'm so sorry," he whispered into her ear. "I love you."

She didn't respond, just snuggled backward into him and held on tightly to his hand.

"Tell me how to fix it," he whispered, pleading almost.

"Just shut up and hold me."

"Anything," he promised, closing his eyes and doing exactly as she asked.

The following week was a blur.

The dance studio was closed while they investigated, so Emma spent the final week of summer while her brother was away at soccer camp with Eli, Sam, Teddy, and the twins.

Liv had been pulling 10 hours days with numerous interviews, leaving her exhausted and swollen, but determined to find resolution for the case that hurt her daughter so badly.

On top of work, and much to Elliot's dismay, she'd been trying every home remedy in the book to induce labor.

"Sick of being pregnant, Elliot," she'd told him the night before after they'd finished.

"I know baby," he sighed, brushing the sweat from her brow and helping her get comfortable. "She'll be here before you know it."

Elliot was equally swamped with a case of his own, and was thankful for his son and daughter-in-law's assistance, despite the fact that things were still a little tense in the downstairs apartment.

It was Friday before he managed to find 45 minutes during the daylight hours to slip away and drag his wife with him.

The kids were back to school the following Tuesday, and Noah would be coming home the next day from camp.

Emma had decided to spend the night at Eli and Sam's with Teddy as Liv decided on working late so she could finish her interviews and move to a fully remote schedule until the baby came.

The late night she planned on taking and a cancelled interview were the only reasons she allowed her husband to drag her up to the cribs for an afternoon quickie and her favorite, spicy Indian dish.

"Pussy feels so good, baby," he muttered, sliding his hand up into her hair and pulling at it so that her head raised.

She was bent over the bathroom counter when they'd finished eating, pants around her ankles as he took her mercilessly from behind.

"Clit," she muttered with a whine, unable to reach the bundle of nerves herself.

"Hmph," he grunted. "Got ya," he nodded, slipping the hand holding her waist down to her clit, rubbing tight circles just the way she liked and pushing her over the edge quickly.

Her pulsating pussy brought him with her, and he spilled inside of her with a muffled moan as she collapsed, boneless, onto the counter.

"Gotta get back to work," she muttered into her arm.

"Liv," he sighed, giving her ass a playful smack. "You kill me."

"Told you," she sighed, forcing herself up on her arms. "I'm done after today."

"Whatever you say, mama," he nodded, helping her stand. "Need help getting cleaned up?"

"Nope," she said defiantly, resting back against him. "Keeping it all in there to soften my cervix."

"I feel used," he teased and she let out a tired laugh in response.

"C'mon… help me to the elevator," she instructed once her pants were pulled up and her hair were fixed.

"Yes Captain," he teased, escorting her towards it and climbing in beside her.

They were midway between floors with the elevator stopped short.

"You fucking kidding me," he muttered, hitting the 3rd floor button again that would bring them to the bullpen.

"Fuck, baby," he heard her mutter from behind him.

His eyes were glued to the panel he'd just pried open with his keys.

"I know, right? Just our luck."

"No," she muttered, her now slightly strangled voice making him turn. "Baby," she said, dropping her eyes to the wet spot that had appeared on her pants right below where she was gripping her belly.

"Fuck, baby," he echoed and she nodded.

"Fuck."
