So I got some grammar errors in the previous chapter so I replaced it with a better one. If y'all didn't know, then good. If y'all know, then I'm sorry.

Also, I changed the poster image in case one of you wondered if the image was different from last time. Oh, without further ado, read on to…..

Chapter 3

Nepgear had been gathering a quite large amount of all things that would be of use in the upcoming war against Chika and her Leanbox army, ranging from troops, artillery, firearms, contraptions, Mecha's, and many other things that are beneficial in war. With the thought of her having the chance to get the pest that started this whole mess makes her thirst for battle leaking from her body, making anyone who goes near her get a fear and a chilling aura from the Sole Goddess.

Despite that all, she still has some concern for her friends and helpers. She ordered IF to only prepare the army and nothing else, meaning she wouldn't join in battle so IF won't get hurt physically or mentally from attacks and from the guilt of having to kill a human.

The same goes for Compa in that regard with Histoire too, Compa supplies the medical equipment for the army while Histoire deals with the paperwork.

Meanwhile for Mina and Kei, both were told to not interfere with the battle and just keep the citizens in check, and if they found other Makers she told them to tell them the same thing Nepgear asked the two.

Nepgear also checked her Sharicite crystal in the Sharicite chamber inside the Basilicom. Ever since she sacrificed the other CPUs, she merged the Sharicite into one big crystal. The only people that can get near it are her, Histoire, IF, and Compa.

Though the one that checks the crystal is either Nepgear or Histoire.

When she saw the state of her crystal light, she let out a sigh as the crystal's light was really weak, almost like it was pitch black. She had to get her Blaster sword to lighten up the room to get a better look.

'Hah…. guess this is the result of this chaos huh? No matter, after i get rid of Chika and make her remaining armies submit to me I will fix this' She thought to herself

After looking at the crystal for a while, she exits the room and makes her way to the training room which is also inside the Basilicom.

When she arrived, she transformed into her HDD and summoned her Blaster Sword again to train with it. Nepgear thought to herself that she needs to be in top shape so her army won't take too many casualties.

Nepgear turned on the dummy program to the highest level and started to slash and blast against the dummies, hitting them in different spots and angles; she even has flying dummies to make her fly as well.

As Nepgear had finished her training which took her more or less one hour, she turned back to her bedroom. On the way, she met Histoire waiting while hovering near her bedroom door.

The small fairy then hovers around to Nepgear with a sad and concerned face, she then spoke up.

"Dear…"

"What is it, Histoire? Is there any problem that I need to take care of?" Nepgear asked

"No dear, it's just I'm worried for you with all the problems outside the Basilicom and the upcoming battle tomorrow"

"So most of the people are still in a negative mood towards me huh? Figures, especially with my brutal stunt last time" Nepgear answered

"Yeah…." Histoire said

"Don't worry about it, once I get rid of Chika I'll fix this mess"

"Now hold on, why don't you just make her surrender?" Histoire suggested.

"With all that she had started and done?! No way I'll let her live peacefully!" Nepgear growled.

"But Nepgear! she is your friend….."

"WAS my friend!, until she decided to suddenly go up against me just because she couldn't her CPU death" She took a deep breath after that and then continued "I should make a special public execution for her to enforce my authority to the people!"

"Nepgear! what did i tell you about thinking things like that!" Histoire said with a shocked look

"It's different this time! Chika is the cause of all the problems that we face! I-" She trailed off as she blinked and look at Histoire's sad look on her face "I-i'm sorry….i was thinking too far ahead, again"

She was reminded that she had the same thought like last time after dealing with the rioters-burning-a-building incident.

"Don't worry dear, and I'm sorry for bothering you. Some rest would do you good, you need to prepare for…..tomorrow ..." Histoire spoke.

"Alright then" Nepgear said as she approached the door and opened it, but before she went in, she looked back and called onto Histoire hovering away from her. "Histoire?"

"Yes dear?" She looked back at Nepgear calling to her.

"Even if I am like this, would you stay by my side and help me? for the good of Gamindustri?" She asked to the little book.

"...I'll do what i can for that, but for now we both need some rest" Replied Histoire which made Nepgear nod and went inside her room to rest.

'I'm sorry Nepgear…' Histoire thought to herself as she hovered away to her room.

Meanwhile Nepgear had already changed to her usual purple pajamas and quickly fell asleep on her bed, resting from all the exhaustion in preparation for tomorrow's battle.

The next day.

Nepgear and her army arrived at the designated southwest area from Planeptune, with Histoire, IF, and Compa on the backline. Nepgear had already told them to stay inside Planeptune but her three friends insisted otherwise. Nepgear had no choice and agreed to their decision but on a condition to only stay on the backline, they also agreed back on it.

When Nepgear reached in front of her army, she looked on to the Leanbox army and measured their numbers. As she expected they were a lot, about two and a half times larger than her army numbers. It's no miracle that they were able to hold on their own when their Goddess Vert had disappeared for three years when CFW Magic captured them, and without any CPU Candidate no less.

Nepgear wasn't afraid of the Leanbox army, because she is strong and will cover up the lack of numbers in her army. She then called Chika on her phone.

"So Chika, any thoughts of surrendering?" Nepgear spoke first.

"Not in the slightest, especially against you" Chika answered without hesitation.

"You do know I'm strong right?"

"I'm well aware, which is why I brought help. It would be a fool's errand if I rely on my own" Said Chika with a slight grin when she looked onto her left and right side as two armies had shown up.

Nepgear had also noticed this and shocked in disbelief as she saw what the armies represent

It was Lowee and Lastation with Mina and Kei appearing on their own respective side.

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!" Shouted Nepgear when she turned the call into a group call with Kei and Mina.

"This is what it looks like, we band together in order to eliminate you, Goddess…." Spoke Kei with a cold tone.

"It's for both the citizens and us as well, the citizens fear you as a tyrant and have become restless in our countries" Said Mina after Kei, she then took a deep breath and continued. "As for us, we fear and also resent you. At first I didn't want to do this but Chika persuaded me otherwise. I just can't let go of my hatred against you, same as Kei as well!" Kei nodded at Mina's sentence.

"Alright then…..I'll just end all of your lives!" Nepgear stated as she gripped hard at her own phone and destroyed it to bits and transformed into her HDD form.

"CHARGE!" Nepgear yelled an order to her army to attack the armies opposing her whilst flying towards the three armies.

But what happened after that was not what Nepgear had in mind. The first thing that happened to her was that Nepgear's HDD form was suddenly forced back into her human form, making her fall onto the ground while in a weakened state. The second one was that she was bombarded with firearms, magic, and other ranged attacks from various sides, she had to focus on defending herself and so she did with using her block, evade, and attack moves against and from the bombardments.

From a high point of view, the explosion radius caused by the various ranged attacks was immense to the point that most people would've thought that anyone couldn't have survived all that.

it goes on for a while, until all of the attacks suddenly stop. Nepgear on the other hand was panting in exhaustion and was covered with a lot of damage and blood on her body, but she was still intact.

Same cannot be said for her blaster sword, as it had finally broken into pieces because it had sustained enough damage from the attacks, leaving only the grip that Nepgear kept holding on her right hand.

When Nepgear heard footsteps approaching her, she looked in the direction of the footsteps and she saw Histoire with Compa and IF behind her. Nepgear's face was filled with despair upon realizing what happened to her.

"Why…..." Nepgear spoke with a weak tone.

"My apologies dear… The people's fears are originating from you so in order to bring peace to Gamindustri….you must die…" Histoire spoke while looking away shamefully.

"I'm sorry, Ge-ge…." Compa said with crying tears from her eyes, she then turned back and walked away.

"Sorry for this, but goodbye" IF said with a frigid tone before she also turned back and walked towards Compa to accompany her.

"Thank you for all your efforts in trying to make Gamindustri a better place, so from now on…rest" Histoire said lastly to Nepgear and turned back and hovered away from Nepgear, she then turned on her earpiece and spoke to Chika "Lay her to rest swiftly".

"Got it" Chika replied "Now, activate all of the anti-CPU barrel cannons!" Chika said to the people that was assigned to the cannons from all four of the countries onto the lonely goddess.

While the cannons were starting up, all that Nepgear had done was kneeling down, hands free from anything and her grip blaster was gone and went back into Nepgear. Her face showed a despairing look, especially after all the ones that she had considered a friend and ally betrayed her in the end. Her emotions were many, sadness, grief, hate, anger, but most of all, rage.

'Don't you fucking SCREW WITH ME!' She raged loudly with her pupils shrank and her eyes were sharp and narrowed inside her as she was too weak to speak.

But as she was in rage, the cannons were done charging and immediately fired to the kneeling CPU simultaneously. The beams hit the area where Nepgear was and it caused an explosion at the area.

As it died down, the goddess was no more.

All of the armies were in relief after getting rid of Nepgear and her rule over all, Chika, Kei, and Mina sighed then started to leave the place.

Histoire, IF, and Compa were also going back in a jeep to Planeptune to tell the people that Nepgear is gone and stop causing more problems.

'I'm so so sorry Neptune' Histoire thought inside her, hoping that her action was the right one.

With Nepgear being more aggressive and was able to make Histoire fear her, she thought the only way to solve all this was to get rid of Nepgear. But after seeing Nepgear gone, she wondered if this tragedy that befall Nepgear would leave Histoire and the others with nightmares.

Even with all the preparations that had been done in order to keep Gamindustri in balance without Nepgear, Histoire can't help to stop herself from thinking there would be another calamity.
