Chapter 155 Circuit Clash Part 1

The Gremlobin let out a roar as it stormed into the arcade and began breathing fire setting several of the games on fire. People ran and screamed for their lives as the beast stomped about. The sprinklers turned on and began to douce the fire and get the Gremlobin wet, which caused it to grow, until it's head reached the celling. The Gremlobin bumped it's head into the celling and let a frustrated groan, before it turned it's face towards the sprinklers and unleashed a blast of fire that destroyed them and stopped the water. The monster then went about breathing fire and setting more games on fire. Dipper, Mabel, Pacifica, Soos, and Wendy starred at the Gremlobin with horror not sure what to do. Marceline and Lucinda exchanged looks and then they turned to Lance and William.
"You two get the others out of here, will deal with big, tall, and ugly." Said Marceline.
Lance and William nodded as they hustled over to the others and started moving them towards the exit. Mabel glanced back at Marceline and Lucinda and in an instant they just vanished. The young girl blinked her eyes in confusion, before she and the others were rushed out of the arcade. The Gremlobin stomped around, until it spotted Nyx frozen in place a few feet away. The young witch starred at the flames around the arcade and shook with fear. Nyx had been separated from Samantha and Ying by a wall of flames and now she was all alone as the Gremlobin approached her. The Gremlobin starred down at Nyx and made eye contact with her. Nyx saw her old home in flames and her parents burning. The witch let out of scream of terror as she fell to her knees. The Gremlobin laughed as it raised one of it's massive arms to slam it down, on Nyx, when something slammed into the side of it's face knocking it back. The monster let out a confused groan as it looked around for who hit him, but there appeared to be no one around. The Gremlobin blinked it's eyes in confusion and then something hit him hard in the back, nearly making the beast fall onto it's face. The creature whirled around trying to figure out who was attacking it, when it was suddenly hit by a barrage of blows on both sides that knocked the beast back. The ones that were attacking the Gremlobin were Marceline and Lucinda, who were both invisible and using their flying abilities to combat the monster. As that was going on, Samantha suddenly leaped through the wall of flames and landed next to Nyx, with Ying right behind her.
"Are you ok?" Asked Samantha as she went over to Nyx and gently picked her up.
"The...flames!" Whimpered Nyx as she clung to Samantha.
"It's ok. I'm going to get us out of here. Just close your eyes." Said Samantha.
Nyx closed her eyes and Samantha ran through the burning arcade, carrying Nyx, with Ying flying right behind. The trio passed the Gremlobin, who was swinging at the air madly, as his invisible opponents continued to fly around and deliver blows to him. Samantha, Nyx, and Ying reached the exit and headed outside. Marceline and Lucinda continued to bombard the Gremlobin with punches and kicks, until Lucinda noticed that there was no one in the arcade besides them.
"I think we can unleash the heavy stuff now, since there's no one to see." Said Lucinda.
"It's go time!" Said Marceline.
The two cousins became visible and stood before the Gremlobin. The monster let out a roar of rage as it unleashed a burst of fire at the two heroes, who jumped to the side to avoid the attack and then they flew at the Gremlobin. As they got close to the monster Marceline and Lucinda's bodies began to change into their more monstrous forms. Marceline became a giant bat monster and Lucinda became a giant werewolf. The two transformed heroes each slammed a enormous punch into the Gremlobin's chest knocking the breath out of the beast, before they both slammed a fist into it's face knocking it to the ground in an unconscious heap. Marceline and Lucinda changed back into their humanoid forms and high five one another.
"That's what happens when you mess with the Queen of the Vampires and the Queen of the Werewolves!" Cheered Marceline.
"True that." Agreed Lucinda.
The cousins went invisible and snuck outside the arcade to join the others. They found their friends a few hundred yards away the arcade and after making sure no one was looking the cousins became visible and walked over to them. Lance and William were standing in front of the group of locals before Samantha, Nyx, and Ying who stood a few feet away. Nyx seemed to have calmed down from, the fire and she was now standing next to Samantha looking at the heroes and people from Gravity Falls. Dipper found himself standing between Wendy and Pacifica, who were glaring at one another and each while they each held one of Dipper's arms. Mabel and Soos watched the little drama playing before them.
"Back off red, Dippers mine! Go find someone your own age!" Said Pacifica as she tugged on Dipper's arm trying to pull him away from Wendy.
"Not a chance! Dipper deserves to be with someone, who isn't shallow!" Said Wendy as she tugged Dipper's other arm and pulled him close to her.
"Whoa two girls are fighting over Dipper! This is almost as crazy as our whole world being fake, dudes!" Said Soos.
"Man...Dipper has all the luck. His stuck in a love triangle with two women! And...I have no boyfriend." Said Mabel looking a little sad.
The girls continued to pull on Dipper, until finally he had enough.
"That's enough! Look I like both of you and I had some crazy times with you that I'll cherish, but right now we have bigger problems to deal with. Our whole world is fake and we've just remembered all these different lives and our lives before we came here. Something is wrong and we need to figure out what is going on and then figure out a way to leave this place." Said Dipper as he managed to pull his arms free.
"What do you mean leave?" Asked Mabel looking confused.
"I mean leave this virtual world. It's not real and it's kept us in a time loop that's made us live these different lives, but kept us from remembering them and from aging. We need to leave this place." Said Dipper.
"Ok I understand you don't like the time loop making us forget those past lives, but...why do you care about not...aging? I mean we can stay the same age forever...and go on all kinds of crazy adventures. We can be together forever...and summer can go forever." Said Mabel as she looked at her brother with pleading eyes.
"Mabel...we can't stay young forever and live here. That's...not really living. Don't you want to find love, grow old, and have a family of your own. I don't know what the future holds. It might be good...and it might be bad. The point is we're going to have to face it sooner or later. And whatever the future holds, I'm going to be right beside you." Said Dipper.
"But...I don't want to remember mom and dad dying. It's...just to sad to remember!" Sobbed Mabel.
"I...know and I miss them to, but we...still remember them...and if we remember them, then they're not really gone." Said Dipper as he went over to Mabel and gave her a hug.
"That's deep dudes." Said Soos as he wiped a tear from his eye.
Marceline and Lucinda watched the twins and then they turned to face Samantha, Nyx, and Ying. They were ready to confront them, but they were a bit hesitant. The girls and the bird didn't seem to be evil and they seemed to mean no harm, but they were in league with both Bill and Klarion, so that made them evil by association. However considering that William, Lance, and Henry were once enemies, who switched sides, there was a chance to convince Nyx, Samantha, and Ying to change sides.
"Alright what is your deal? The three of you don't seem evil, yet your working with Bill and Klarion. So what's your connection with them?" Asked Marceline.
"Master Klarion saved me from a house fire and made me his apprentice. He taught me how to use magic and he freed Nyx from a witch." Said Nyx.
"As for me, well I work for a guy, whose joined up with Bill's boss and that guy saved my life, so I kind of owe him my life." Said Samantha.
"You believe you are obligated to serve these people, even though you know what they're doing is wrong?" Asked William.
"That's about the sum of it. Look it's not all black and white you know. The guy I work is...kind of misunderstood and is...trying to do something great for the universe. He saved me from dying and I'm grateful for that. And when someone saves my life, I think it's alright to serve and help them out. The guy I work for is a doctor and he happens to be my stepdad, so I really can't just betray him." Said Samantha.
"Master Klarion helped unlock my potential. His a good teacher." Said Nyx.
"Well so much for trying to turn them." Muttered Lucinda.
"Wait...what is going on with you guys?" Asked Wendy as she, Soos, Pacifica, Dipper, and Mabel turned to look at the group of outsiders.
"Come to think of it I don't remember any of you from any of my previous lives or experiences." Said Dipper.
"And I saw Marceline and Lucinda just vanish into thin air." Said Mabel.
"Just who are you people?" Asked Dipper.
"Well...I suppose you were going to find out eventually." Said Marceline.
"We're from the outside world, we saw a villain by the name of Bill snooping around the remains of Area 50 and we were curious about what he was up to, so we went into the base to see what he was up to and found out about the virtual world of Gravity Falls and that Bill and a few of his comrades had gone into it. We went in ourselves to stop whatever Bill was up to." Explained Lucinda.
"So what about them?" Asked Pacifica as she pointed at Samantha's group.
"Apparently they're with Bill, though this is our first time meeting them." Said Lance.
"So you pretended to be our friends, so you can spy on us?" Asked Mabel as she pointed an accusing finger at Nyx.
"I...am your friend. I wasn't pretending!" Said Nyx.
"You tricked us!" Shouted Wendy.
"Not really. Everything I told you was the truth. We are from out of town, me and Nyx are kind of stepsisters, and we wanted to explore the town. We just didn't tell you certain bits of information." Said Samantha.
"So...wait, where did the two of you vanish off to?" Asked Mabel as she looked at Marceline and Lucinda.
"We...went invisible to fight that monster in the arcade. It's unconscious now." Said Marceline.
"Wait you have the power to turn invisible?" Asked Dipper with awe.
"That's super cool dudes!" Said Soos.
"Now is not the time for small talk. We need to deal with these three." Said Lance.
"Please surrender and join us. I once served on the side you are currently on, but I changed sides. You can do the same." Said William.
"Sorry man, but we can't do that. Looks like we're going to have a little fight." Said Samantha.
"Then so be it. I will restrain you and try to make you see reason." Said William as he ran at Samantha arms extended.
Samantha just smirked as William raced towards her. William grabbed Samantha's right arm and firmly grasped it. The cyborg felt the strength in William's grip, but it didn't bother her at all. Samantha delivered a quick powerful punch to William's face making him let go of her, before she delivered a lightning fast kick to his chest that sent him flying a few yards back, before crashing to the ground. The heroes and people of Gravity Falls starred at Samantha with awe. Then William pulled himself up and faced Samantha.
"You ok?" Asked Lance.
"I'm fine, though that women's punches are about as strong as Marceline and Lucinda's punches. I also predict that Samantha has a few more tricks up her sleeve." Said William.
"Your one to talk. I could tell from your grip and your weight that your not a normal human." Said Samantha.
"Normal...human?" Asked Dipper.
"Look it's probably best that you get far away from here. Things are going to get rough." Said Lance.
The people of Gravity Falls looked at one another not sure what to do. William flung himself at Samantha and began to throw a furry of punches at her. Samantha just grinned as she dodged and deflected William's punches. Dipper, Mabel, Wendy, and Pacifica watched the fight with shock. Soos starred at the fight with awe.
"It's like watching a real live anime fight! This is awesome!" Declared Soos.
"Leave the area! It's not safe!" Shouted Lance.
Dipper and the others were hesitant, but then they quickly began to run away. As soon as they were gone, Lance hands began to spark with electricity as he prepared to fire a burst of lightning at Samantha, but before he could fire, two bands of purple energy shot out of the ground and wrapped around the mutant tying him up and making him fall to the ground. Lance cursed as he tried to break, his bonds, but nothing happened. Nyx stood by grinning as she waved her hands tightening the bonds and made a purple bow appear on Lance's head. Marceline and Lucinda were fixing to step in and attack the witch, when the strange person with the torn pants and big hoodie appeared before them.
"Out of the way!" Said Marceline.
"I'm afraid not. You two are coming with us and your going to be our gnome queens." Said the strange person.
"Gnome queens?" Asked Lucinda.
The figure removed his hoodie and pants to reveal that he was five short bearded gnomes standing on each other with long sticks. The gnome that served as the head, was name Jeff and he had a brown beard.
"Your coming with us!" Declared Jeff.
"Yeah that's not happening." Said Marceline.
"Then you leave us no choice then to use force. Gnomes assemble!" Said Jeff.
More gnomes began to appear on the scene. Some burst out of trash cans, while others burst out of a bunch of car trunks, and a few came out of a manhole. The gnomes gathered together and began to merge into one giant gnome made out of hundreds of gnomes. Jeff appeared on the top of the giant gnome grinning down at the two cousins.
"That's a lot of gnomes." Said Lucinda.
"Now marry us or will do something crazy!" Declared Jeff.
"We choose crazy." Said Marceline and Lucinda.
The monster gnome let out a roar as it swung a fist at Marceline and Lucinda. The two heroes jumped out of the way and flew up to the giant gnome swinging their weapons. Lucinda hit the gnome monster with her hammer, while Marceline hit it with the flat side of ax. Gnomes went flying as they were hit and the monster gnome lost an it's left arm and fell to it's knees. The monster gnome was getting back up as Marceline flew in and grabbed Jeff.
"Let me go!" Yelled Jeff.
"Hey Lucinda, you feel like playing a little fastball?" Asked Marceline as she turned to her cousin with a mischievous grin.
"Oh I most certainly do." Said Lucinda with a mischievous grin of her own.
Marceline then hurled a screaming Jeff like a baseball at Lucinda, who swung her hammer like a bat, striking Jeff, and sending him flying towards the monster gnome. Jeff hit the monster gnome and it exploded into a bunch of gnomes who fell to the ground, while Jeff continued to fly through the air, until he vanished from sight. Marceline and Lucinda landed on the ground and starred at the gnomes, who were all panicking and screaming.
"Whose leading?!"
"Where's Jeff?!"
"I can't decided what to do if no ones giving orders!"
"Scamper!"
"Scamper!"
The gnomes then took off running in different directions.
"Well that happened." Said Lucinda.
Marceline went over to Lance and cut the bonds freeing him. Lucinda looked around for Nyx and Ying, but they were nowhere in sight. The three heroes looked over at William, who was still fighting Samantha.
"I can handle this. Go find the twins." Said William as he deflected a punch from Samantha.
The other heroes nodded and ran off to find their friends. William and Samantha continued to fight. Samantha's fist collided with William's fist unleashing a shockwave. William then swung his free hand and punched Samantha's right cheek. The punch made Samantha stumble back and it scrapped a tiny bit of her fake flesh off, revealing a tiny bit of black metal underneath. William was slightly started by this.
"Are...you an android?" He asked.
"No I'm a cyborg." Said Samantha as she spat a tiny drop of red and black liquid from her mouth and touched the tiny bit of exposed metal on her face.
"Your part organic and part machine?" Asked William.
"I'm sure am. You see there was this huge incident on Earth over a thousand years ago where these robots went rogue and began to attack humans. I was fatally injured, my body was broken, and on the verge of death, but fate had other things in store for me. A great scientist rebuilt my body and saved me. He adopted me and now I serve him to help accomplish his goals." Said Samantha.
"Who is this doctor?" Asked William.
"His name is Dr. AGE." Said Samantha.
"This doctor must be a dangerous man, if he can turn this women into such a formidable fighter." Though William.
"So what are you supposed to be?" Asked Samantha as she glanced at her reflection in a shop window to examine the cut on her face.
"I am an android that was constructed by an artificial intelligence named Xana. I once loyally fought under Xana against the heroes, but then he abandoned me after I failed to many times. Now I fight alongside the heroes. I think you should join us, you don't seem like the villain type." Said William.
"Nice little backstory. I appreciate what your trying to do and I'll admit your kind of cute, but I don't turn my back on the people I owe." Said Samantha.
"Then I will stop you and make you see reason." Said William as he charged forward.
"Sorry to burst your bubble pal, but that ain't going to happen. You see I've been holding back this whole time. Now I'm going to get serious and show you how outclassed you are." Said Samantha with a smirk.
As William got closer to Samantha four spider like arms shot out of Samantha's back. Two of them poked out from Samantha's shirt collar, while the other two shot out from beneath her shirt. The spider limbs each fired a chain that wrapped around William's arms and legs stopping him a few feet from Samantha. William struggled, but couldn't break the chains. Samantha smirked again as a surge of electricity went up the chains and electrocuted William! The android screeched in pain as the shock went through his entire system. Samantha then raised her right arm up and the syntactic skin and muscle shifted away to reveal a black metal arm. The arm shifted into a large powerful energy cannon and began to charge up. William realized there was no way he could avoid the coming attack. The android braced him himself for the blast.
"BANG!" Said Samantha as the cannon powered down and she lowered it turning it back into a normal arm and having the fake skin and muscle cover it.
William starred at Samantha in confusion as the chains released him and he dropped to his hands and knees. Samantha waltzes over to William and looked him in the eye.
"I have no orders to terminate you and I don't have a desire to either. You made me feel something I haven't felt in a long time and that feeling means a lot to me. You also happen to be tough and have a cute face. So I'm just going to leave you and be on my way, but next time we meet you better be stronger or willing to change sides. If neither of those things happens, then...I guess I'm going to have to terminate you the next time we meet." Said Samantha before she leaned in and kissed William on his right cheek.
William felt a strange warm sensation in his face as he watched Samantha walk away with a smirk. It would be a few minutes before William recovered from the electrical shook and be able to move properly.
"Love is a confusing thing. I need to collect more data on it." Thought William.
Miles away, Preston was frantically driving a sports car, with his wife Priscilla in the passenger seat. The two had been driving around town, when the blue light had spread through the area and made everyone remember their past experiences and the real world. Preston remembered that he used his fortune and some connections to get him and his family digitized into the virtual world and he also made a few bribes to make sure his family would be the richest and most powerful family in the program. This power had made Preston cruel to the other people in the virtual world and unfortunately all the people, he had ever double crossed or mistreated now remembered what he did and now they wanted revenge. An angry mob had surrounded the car, but before anything could happen Preston put the pedal to the metal and sped off towards, his mansion.
"Honey this is terrible! Everyone remembers and now the town wants revenge on our family!" Cried Priscilla.
"Calm yourself women! This is just a setback, were supposed to be protected. Will just head back to the mansion and bunker down, until this whole mess is over and the next loop begins. Everything will be alright." Said Preston.
"But what about Pacifica, one of the servants told me she headed into town. She could be in danger!" Said Priscilla looking worried.
"Now no need to worry. Pacifica is a Northwest and we always find a way to get through tight spots. Besides I'm sure she's fine." Said Preston.
"I...think we should head back into town and find her." Said Priscilla.
"Honey we barely escaped from the common folk back there and now you want to head back? Don't be absurd! Our main goal should be to return to the safety of the mansion and bunker down. Our daughter can make her way back on her own." Said Preston.
Priscilla thought about arguing, but she knew once her husband made up his mind, it was impossible to change it. The mansion soon came into view and Preston and Pricilla were full of relief. Everything was going to be ok. It was then that the tornado that Probabilitor had created earlier came swooping in and began tearing the mansion apart forcing all the servants to flee. Preston starred at the tornado with a look that was a mix of shock and anger. The tornado then began to head down the road towards the couple causing them both to scream. Preston turned the car around and began to head back towards town as the tornado began to throw things. A large tree crashed into the middle of the road, making Preston lose control of the sports car as he tried to avoid it. The car flipped onto it's side as it began to roll down a small hill, until it hit a tree with a loud thud. Preston pushed his way out of the driver's seat and stumbled to his feet. The rich man's clothes were torn and he had a few scrapes and bruises, but other then that, he was fine.
"Preston...please...help...me." Groaned Priscilla from the passengers side.
Priscilla was in worse shape then her husband. The women had multiply cuts and bruises. There was a gash in her head, a black eye, and a dislocated arm. Preston looked at his wife, before he glanced nervously up at the sky.
"I'm sorry, but there no time dear, but things are starting to get out of hand. Your to injured to move and your current condition will slow use both down and get us both killed. Pacifica needs at least one of to be in her life and I guess that me. Goodbye...my love." Said Preston as he began to head towards town.
"Preston...you selfish...jerk! Don't you...dare leave me like this!" Screamed Priscilla.
But soon Preston was long gone. Leaving an injured Priscilla alone.
Back in town, Henry and Slippy had made their way into town without catching to much attention. The two of them had found their way to the arcade, where they found William, who had just recovered. William explained what happened, while Henry put out the fire in the arcade, with his powers. The fire was soon out and the trio went looking for their friends.
In another part of town, Stan was driving his car looking for Dipper and Mabel. Stan had driven by the arcade a little earlier, but he, Ford, and McGucket didn't see anyone there, so they went about driving around. Stan looked on ahead and saw the kids, with Soos, Pacifica, and Wendy.
"Oh there ok." Sighed Stan with relief.
"Thank goodness." Said Ford.
Stan honked the car horn getting the group's attention as they got closer. A look of relief appeared on Dipper and Mabel's face as they saw their grand uncles. That look soon turned into horror as they saw something appear behind the car. It was Gideon's robot! The robot stomped out from behind a building, picked up the car, and held it in front of it's face.
"Well. Well. If it isn't Stan and his brother. And I see McGucket is with you." Said Gideon as the robot's mouth moved like a creepy puppet.
"Aaaaaaaa! This like a really messed up dream!" Yelled Stan.
"I'm going to be killed by my own creations! I should have seen this coming!" Yelled McGucket.
"Gideon, please stop this madness! We are all in danger. There are two powerful forces that are fixing to collide to determine the fate of this world and everybody in it!" Said Ford.
"Silence! I don't care! I know this world isn't real, but that doesn't matter. I'm going to be one of the people running it. I'm going to be the KING! You hear me! And for my first royal proclamation, is that I'm going to banish you. Hope y'all have a nice little trip, because it'll be your last!" Said Gideon before he started to spin his robot's arm around.
Stan, Ford, and McGucket screamed as the car was spun around and then sent flying through the air. Mabel and Dipper watched as the car flew away in horror. Gideon made his robot face the group and he began to march towards them.
"Now it's time I got my queen and get rid of some thorns in my side. This has been a long time coming!" Laughed Gideon.
As Gideon terrorized the twins and their friends with his robot, several other dangerous beings were making their way into town and Giffany had gathered all her security programs to combat them. The fight to decide the fate of Gravity Falls was soon to begin.
