Chapter 164 Dream Traveling

Disclaimer: I do not own anything, expect the OCs. This is just a story for fun.

It was nighttime in the Ice Kingdom and everyone was asleep. Bill and Alcor floated into the palace and began to explore the rooms. The two were intangible, so they could enter the rooms without anyone noticing. Sylvester had learned from his spy drones that a group of humans from Gravity Falls was now living in the Ice Kingdom and Bill was interested in getting in touch with Gideon. The boy might prove useful to the organization. Bill had brought Alcor along to teach him how to go into people's dreams. Alcor was more interested in meeting the teenage girl Wendy then anything else, but he didn't let his father know. The two soon came across Gideon's room and found Gideon sleeping in his bed.

"Alright Alcor entering a sleeping person's mind is easy. Just focus on entering and dive right on into that subconscious." Said Bill as he dived right on into Gideon's mind.

"Well here goes nothing." Said Alcor as he dived into Gideon's mind.

Gideon was dreaming he ruled a massive castle and that he was a king sitting on an impressive throne, with Mabel by his side. Stan, Ford, and Dipper stood before the throne dressed as jesters and doing a little dance for their king and queen. The dancing amused Gideon, but he soon grew tired and pressed a button on his throne's arm. A trapdoor opened up beneath the three jesters and they fell through it screaming in terror. Gideon and Mabel laughed as the trapdoor closed.

"It's good to be king." Said Gideon.

"My. Oh my. You sure do dream big. I totally approve of the humiliating your enemies bit." Said Bill as he suddenly appeared next to Gideon's throne.

The dream Mabel starred blankly at Bill.

"BILL?!" Yelped Gideon as he fell out of his throne in shock.

"Relax Gideon I'm here to make a deal." Said Bill.

"What kind of deal?" Asked Gideon as he stood up to face the demon.

"Well I can use a spy to keep an eye on old Simon and a few others and return well that's up to you." Said Bill.

"And why should I consider being your spy?" Asked Gideon.

"Well for starters you'll be joining the winning team. The way things are right now isn't going to last, I can tell you that much. If you join use get power and that girl your obsessed with." Said Bill.

"What kind...of power?" Asked Gideon.

"Whatever you want pal, with reason of course. Now what do you want?" Said Bill.

"I want to learn magic. I want to be a skilled wizard!" Said Gideon with a greedy grin on his face.

"I know just the guys to teach you. Now do we have a deal?" Asked Bill as he extended a flaming hand to Gideon.

"Deal." Said Gideon as he shook Gideon as he shook Bill's hand.

"A wise choice. Will keep in touch." Said Bill as he released Gideon's hand.

Gideon watched as a yellow triangle with a black eye in the middle appeared on his palm and then vanished.

"You won't regret this." Said Bill with a chuckle.

Gideon looked at Bill and saw him standing with a teenage boy in a black suit and top hat. Bill and the teen began to vanish from sight. Gideon starred at the teen curiously. There was something familiar looking about him, but before Gideon could figure that out both Bill and the teen were gone from sight. Gideon just shrugged his shoulders as he went back to ruling his castle.

In the real world Bill and Alcor appeared next to Gideon's bed.

"You enjoy your first dream dive?" Asked Bill.

"It was certainly an experience." Said Alcor.

"It always is. Now we should get going. I don't want that wizard to discover us." Said Bill.

"Why not destroy the wizard in his sleep?" Asked Alcor.

"Easier said then done. That wizard has some sharp senses, that would warn him about an incoming attack and his mind is to strong and well guarded for me to invade his dreams and try to kill him. Simon is one of the most dangerous people in Ooo and not someone to be taken lightly." Said Bill.

"I...see. Well if it's alright with you, I'd like to practice entering people's dreams a bit more." Said Alcor.

"Very well, but don't stay here to long and don't try to enter Simon's mind. Also your going to need to disguise yourself. That mug of yours is going to raise some questions." Said Bill.

Alcor rubbed his chin and thought and then he smiled and snapped his fingers. The clone's head was covered by a yellow helmet in the shape of a star, with a black visor that covered his eyes. The top hat sat on the central point of the star helmet.

"A star is born." Said Alcor.

"Nice one. Now go have some fun. I'll see you back at the base later." Said Bill before he flew off.

Alcor decided to explore Mabel's dream first. The clone had some memories of the girl and recalled she had good advice about dating women. Alcor found Mabel sleeping in another room with Waddles nearby.

"Well here we go." Said Alcor before he dove into Mabel's mind.

Mabel's dream was bright and colorful with giant cute animals and rainbows. Alcor flew around for a bit, until he saw Mabel on a colorful dance floor dancing with Xyler and Craz from Dream Boy High.

"Well there she is. Time to meet my sister and spend a little time with her." Thought Alcor as he landed a few yards from the dance floor and made his wings shrink and go into his back.

Alcor casually made his way to the dance floor moving his head along to the music. The clone reached Mabel, took off his hat and did a little bow to the girl.

"Greetings and salutations. My name is Alcor and I must say your dream is very lively." Said Alcor.

"Thanks. Wait...I'm dreaming right now?" Said Mabel.

"You are." Said Alcor.

Mabel looked at her hands and then she pointed them up at the sky as sparks of bright pink energy shot out of them and exploded into bright lights in the sky.

"Awesome!" Said Mabel.

"Indeed." Said Alcor as he conjured a table and some chairs for he and Mabel to sit at.

"So...did I dream you or are you something else?" Asked Mabel as she studied Alcor.

"You didn't dream me. I'm simply a traveler of dreams. Your dream looked very festive so I decided to pop on in. Pardon the intrusion." Said Alcor.

"Oh that's alright. So you can travel through people's dreams that sounds cool." Said Mabel.

"It is pretty cool. I'm actually going to meet someone." Said Alcor.

"Who are you meeting?" Asked Mabel.

"Well...I'm meeting a girl...who I have a thing for." Said Alcor.

"Is she your girlfriend?" Asked Mabel with interest.

"Well...not exactly. You...see we've never met or spoken to one another, but...I had these visions of her...and I really want to meet her and get to know her." Said Alcor.

"That's sweet! It's like something you would read in a romance novel." Said Mabel.

"I suppose so. The...thing is, I'm worried she won't like me. What if I do or say something stupid and she rejects me?" Said Alcor.

"You know I have a brother, who used to worry about the same kind of stuff. He had a crush on an older girl, but he was afraid to tell her his feelings. So one day I got him to open up and just told him to tell the girl, how he felt and he did." Said Mabel.

"Then what happened?" Asked Alcor.

"The girl felt the same why about him, though now my brother is kind of in this love triangle now with another girl liking him and now that I think about it theres a witch girl that might have a thing for him now." Said Mabel.

"So your point?" Asked Alcor.

"My point is you should just tell this girl how you feel and just be yourself around her, but don't do anything that might disgust her." Said Mabel.

"Tell her how I feel, be myself, and don't disgust her. Got it. Thanks Mabel, you've been a great help." Said Alcor.

"Your welcome...Wait how do you know my name?" Said Mabel.

"I'm a traveler of dreams. Learning people's names from their dreams is one of my specialties." Said Alcor with a smile as he began to vanish from the dream.

"What an interesting guy, though there is something familiar about him." Thought Mabel.

Alcor appeared in the real world and made his way to Dipper's room. The clone then hopped into Dipper's dream.

Dipper was dreaming that he was standing in the middle of a path and before him were two separate paths. One path was yellow, while the other was red. Pacifica stood on the yellow path and Wendy stood on the red path.

"You have to chose Dipper." Said Pacifica and Wendy together.

"Um..chose what?" Asked Dipper.

"Which one of us do you want to be your girlfriend." Said Pacifica.

"I...um...um...ug." Said Dipper looking pale.

"It seems your in a tight spot." Said a new voice.

"Huh what?!" Said Dipper as he spun around to see a man wearing a suit and a star shaped helmet with a black visor.

"Hello there I'm Alcor." Said the man.

"Um...hi Alcor." Said Dipper as he studied the newcomer.

"Hello Dipper." Said Alcor.

"Wait how did you know my name?" Asked Dipper.

"I'm a traveler of dreams and I learned your name from your dream. Would you prefer that I call you Mason or will Dipper do?" Said Alcor.

"Dipper is fine." Said Dipper.

"Ok then. Why don't we have a seat and talk." Said Alcor as a park bench appeared behind him and he sat on it.

Dipper studied Alcor and the bench wearily and then he took a seat.

"So Dipper it seems that there are two girls in your life that you like and your trying to decide which one you want to be your girlfriend." Said Alcor.

"That's about the sum of it. I like both Wendy and Pacifica for a bunch of different reasons. Wendy is strong and cool headed. She's someone you can really count on and she cares about the people around her. My feelings...for Pacifica are a bit different. At first I thought she was a mean spoiled rich girl, but then I got to know her better and I realized that she's a decent person beneath all that glamor, who had a emotional abusive father that made her act that way. Pacifica lived her whole life being controlled by her father's expectations trying to be what he wanted her to be, but what she really wanted was someone to just love her for who she was and a part of her didn't want to be like her father. When I spent time with Pacifica, I told her, she didn't have to be like her parents and that she could be whoever she wanted to be. I guess I inspired her to be a better person and now she's trying to reinvent herself." Said Dipper.

"You care about both Wendy and Pacifica, but your afraid how the other might react if you chose one over the other. Your slightly more concerned about Pacifica, because your afraid that if you chose Wendy over her, this might cause some kind of negative relapse for Pacifica and she might go back to being the way she was before or that she will fall into some great depression." Said Alcor as he scratched his chin in thought.

"That's...it exactly! Wendy is strong and can handle me not choosing her or Pacifica, but Pacifica is kind of delicate, after all the emotional abuse she's gone through. I don't want to hurt either of their feelings though." Said Dipper.

"Well what if Wendy met someone she loved to be her boyfriend?" Asked Alcor.

"Well...that could work, but what are the chances of that happening?" Said Dipper with a shrug.

"It's a big world Dipper. There's someone out there for everyone." Said Alcor.

"I guess your right." Said Dipper as he stood up and faced the yellow path and Pacifica.

Alcor watched as Dipper walked towards Pacifica and then he glanced at Wendy.

"Your not going to be alone." Thought Alcor.

"Hey...thanks for the help Alcor." Said Dipper as he turned to look at Alcor.

"Glad I could help." Said Alcor as he vanished from Dipper's dream.

Alcor reappeared in the real world and made his way to Wendy's room and looked at her sleeping form. The clone starred at her for several seconds, until he finally worked up the nerve to leap into her dreams.

Wendy was dreaming she was at the Mystery Fair back in Gravity Backs. The teen was hanging around the Ball Toss, when a strange young man wearing a black suit and a star shaped helmet with a black visor approached her. The man smiled at Wendy.

"Hey. My names Alcor." Said Alcor.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Wendy." Said Wendy.

"You like the Ball Toss?" Asked Alcor.

"It's cool, but I'm pretty sure it's rigged to keep people from winning." Said Wendy.

"Well I bet I can beat it." Said Alcor.

"Your welcome to try." Said Wendy.

"Oh I intend to succeed." Said Alcor as he picked up one of the balls.

"So what's with the suit and helmet, are you some kind of mascot trying to promote something for the Mystery Shack?" Asked Wendy.

"Oh I'm just a traveler. These are just my normal clothes. Im here just to have some fun and meet some people." Said Alcor as he prepared to throw the ball.

Instead of throwing the ball forward, Alcor threw it backwards. Wendy watched as the ball flew through the crowd, somehow avoiding hitting anyone as it raced towards the Dunkle the Grunkle dunking game, where Stan happened to be sitting over a tank of water. The ball struck the lever target and Stan splashed into the tank. The ball then pounced off the target flew back through the crowd and knocked the bottles down. Wendy blinked her eyes in amazement as Alcor grabbed a enormous stuffed teddybear and offered it to Wendy.

"Ok seriously how did you do that?! That shot you made was impossible!" Said Wendy.

"Well nothing is impossible in a dream." Said Alcor.

"I'm...dreaming?" Asked Wendy.

"You are." Said Alcor.

"Are you a part of my dream?" Asked Wendy.

"No. I'm a traveler of dreams." Said Alcor.

"So if I'm dreaming I could do whatever I wanted?" Asked Wendy.

"Yes. For example you can imagine someone you dislike and place them in a dangerous or embarrassing situation." Said Alcor.

Wendy scratched her chin as she eyed the dunking booth. Stan vanished from it and was replaced by Robbie. Wendy then imagined a ball in her hands as she walked to the dunking booth.

"

Oh...um hi Wendy. You...still mad at me?" Said Robbie looking at Wendy nervously.

Wendy answered by throwing the ball at the target and hit it. Robbie let out a yelp as he splashed into the tank.

"Man that felt good." Said Wendy with a smile.

"Nicely done." Said Alcor as he clapped his hands.

"Thanks, so what brought you to my dream in the first place?" Said Wendy as she turned to look at Alcor.

"Well...you see I had this vision of you in my dreams...and I wanted to meet you. So I went dream traveling to see if I could find you. Is...that weird? I don't want you to think I'm a stalker or anything like that." Said Alcor.

"No it's not that weird. I was in a virtual reality world that was on a time loop that put me and a bunch of other people through a bunch of weird situations, now that was weird. Now I'm in the real world, where magic is real, some of my friends are supernatural beings, and there are people made out of fire and candy. You having a random dream about is pretty normal compared to that other stuff and I don't think your a stalker." Said Wendy.

"Well that's a relief." Said Alcor.

"So what are you underneath that helmet? You look pretty human from what I can tell." Said Wendy.

"I'm...um humanoid. As for the helmet...I suffered a head injury and I have to wear this helmet for my protection, until my head heals." Said Alcor.

"Even in dreams?" Asked Wendy.

"Especially dreams." Said Alcor.

"Sure you do." Said Wendy not buying it.

"Look...my face is a little disturbing and I don't want to freak you out or anything like that. I want us to both get to know each other a little better...and then I'll show you my face." Said Alcor.

"Alright fair enough." Said Wendy.

"Good." Said Alcor.

"So tell me one thing first. Are you a real being or you just someone who can only exist in dreams?" Asked Wendy.

"Oh I'm real and I can prove it to you." Said Alcor as he conjured up a rose and handed it to Wendy.

"How's this supposed to prove anything?" Asked Wendy.

"You'll understand when you wake up. Now I must be going. It was nice to meet you Wendy and I look forward to spending more time with you." Said Alcor as he vanished from Wendy's dream.

"Well that was an odd experience." Thought Wendy.

Alcor appeared in the real world and looked down at Wendy. The clone waved his hand conjuring up a rose, which he carefully placed beside Wendy. Alcor made his helmet vanish as he smiled one more time at Wendy, before he sprouted his wings and flew out of the Ice Kingdom.

A few hours later Wendy woke up and noticed the Rose laying next to her.

"He...was real!" Gasped Wendy as she held the Rose in her hands.

To be continued.
