Chapter 193 Magical Meeting

Rain stared at the two human girls as he made his way towards them. One was taller then him and clearly older, while the other was a little shorter then him and probably about his age.
"Good day ladies." Greeted Rain as he reached Wendy and Mabel.
"Sup." Said Wendy in greeting.
"Hi. My names Mabel and this is Wendy. What's your name?" Said Mabel.
"My name is Rain the Water Prince." Said Rain.
"Your...really a prince?" Asked Mabel with hers eyes opened wide in awe.
"I am and I also know a bit of magic." Said Rain as he decided to give a demonstration of his power.
Rain pulled out a couple of canteens he had strapped to his back and he opened them. Using his power, the prince called forth the water from the containers and made them rise up into the air as streams, before he split the water up into a dozen spheres that hovered around him. Mabel and Wendy stared at the spheres in awe. Rain then shaped a couple of the sphere into hoops and the rest into tiny dolphins. The prince made the tiny water dolphins jump through the hoops and return to the canteens, before he put the caps back on.
"That was pretty awesome." Said Wendy.
"Totally amazing!" Said Mabel.
"Thanks." Said Rain with a bow.
"So are you called the Water Prince because of your powers, or is there another reason?" Said Wendy.
"Well there is another reason. I have to show it to you and explain it." Said Rain as he walked to the nearby fountain and beckoned the girls to follow.
Rain took a seat on the fountain edge and stuck his legs in it. A few seconds of concentration later Rain's legs had changed into a dolphin tail that was calmly resting in the fountain's waters. Wendy and Mabel stare at the tail in awe. Mabel had dreamy stars in her eyes as she stared at Rain's tail. Back in the virtual world of Gravity Falls, Mabel had met a merman named Mermando and had fallen in love with him, but unfortunately due to a small series of events the two couldn't be together and had to say goodbye. Mabel had been heartbroken by the breakup, but now it seemed like she had a new chance at love. Here was a real merman, who had the ability to travel on both land and sea. It had to be fate!
"Your...your...a merman!" Said Mabel excitedly.
"I am. My mom was a water elemental and my dad was a dolphin, so I ended up being born a merman with magical abilities.
"Your dad is a dolphin?" Asked Wendy.
"He is. I have a dolphin tail and I can speak pure dolphin." Said Rain before he let out a bunch of dolphin squeaks.
Mabel was amazed by this because Mermando could speak dolphin.
"That's super amazing!" Said Mabel with a big grin.
"Thanks." Said Rain, who couldn't help but smile and blush a little at the compliment.
It was then by chance, that Nyx and her group happened to be walking into the area. Alcor happened to be looking over at the fountain and spotted Wendy. The clone panicked and jumped into a nearby alley. Nyx and the others were surprised by their friends sudden action and followed him into the alley.
"What's going on Alcor? Asked Samantha.
"I...just saw Wendy by the fountain." Said Alcor.
Nyx and Samantha looked out from the alley and saw Wendy and Mabel talking to a blue skinned boy who appeared to have a dolphin tail instead of legs.
"Whoa Mabel and Wendy are actually here!" Said Nyx.
"Guess they got freed from that virtual world." Said Samantha.
"Wait how do you know Wendy?" Said Nyx.
"Is it because your a clone of Dipper?" Asked Samantha.
"Well...kind of...that, but also something else. You see I visited and hung out with Wendy a...couple of times." Said Alcor as he rubbed the back of his neck.
"Wait you...did what?!" Said Samantha.
"You see, when I was first...created I started having visions of Wendy and I had feelings for her, which I suppose came from Dipper's DNA. I wanted to meet Wendy to see if these feelings were truly my own or if they were cause of Dipper's DNA, so one night I disguised myself with this helmet you see and went into Wendy's mind, while she was asleep and we hung out. I explained that I was a traveler of dreams and I came across her dream by chance. Wendy seemed to take a shine to me and I realized my feelings for her were genuine and not a byproduct of Dipper's DNA. I also visited Wendy in real life on Christmas." Said Alcor.
"Ah your in love with Wendy!" Said Nyx.
"So have you told her what you are yet, to her?" Asked Samantha.
"No I haven't. Every time I've gone to see her I've worn this helmet over my face. I do plan to show my face and reveal what I am to her at some point, I just hope it doesn't make things weird or awkward between us." Said Alcor.
"Ok hold the phone! Can someone please explain to me what the deal is between you and those people by the fountain, because I have no idea what's going on." Said Chi looking a bit annoyed.
"Oh it's one crazy story. Me and Sammy will tell you everything." Said Nyx.
Nyx began to tell Chi about the adventure in Gravity Falls as she lead the group in a different direction away from the fountain to avoid running into Wendy and Mabel.
In the Capitol, Simon was leading Dipper and Pacifica down a hallway towards the Grand Master Wizard's office. Dipper cast a glance over at Pacifica and couldn't help, but suppress a little smile. Pacifica had changed over the past few months. She seemed more confident in herself and treated those around her with kindness and respect. Pacifica now took to wearing brown hiking boots, long brown pants, a long sleeved green shirt, and a bow and quiver of arrows on her back and right shoulder. The former heiress also had her long hair braided back to keep it from getting in the way of her eyes. Pacifica looked over at Dipper and saw him looking at her.
"You should take a picture, it'll last longer." Teased Pacifica.
Dipper just smiled at the tease. They soon reached the office, where they saw Hunter Wizard and Huntress Wizard standing outside. The two wizards ushered them inside, where they found GMW sitting in a massive study chair. Pacifica and Dipper were awed by the sight of the massive wizard who gave them a warm smile.
"Hello young wizards. I am the Grand Master Wizard. I have heard much about you from your teachers and I'm pleased to meet you both."
The massive wizard then stood up and walked over to the humans to study them closely. He studied Dipper's birthmark and then Pacifica's hands.
"Dipper you are indeed marked with a special kind of magic and I can see from what Simon has told you are both smart and imaginative, so you will use your powers to the fullest. Pacifica by studying your hands I can see that you have worked hard to learn archery and use the Celestial Spirit keys. This shows me that your a hard worker and desire to do your best. I can tell that the two of you will make fine young wizards, who will do great good." Said GMW.
"Thank you sir!" Said Dipper and Pacifica together.
"Now then I have a couple of gifts for you." Said GMW.
A silver key and a folded up blue-green wizard robe with a gold star design appeared in his hands and he handed the gifts to the children.
"This key summons a Celestial Spirit named Crux a being of great knowledge and this robe is a official wizard robe that has more then on use. These gifts will help you in your future and studies." Said GMW.
The children took the gifts and thanked GMW. Simon then lead the children out of the office as GMW went to a meeting room to get ready for a Council meeting.
Miles away Gentleman Wizard and Neo walked into a club called the Wishing Wand. Gentleman Wizard saw his friend and fellow Council member Toadblatt. Toadblatt was a large green toad that wore a purple robe and point hat with white star symbols on it. He was currently talking to a young boy. The boy was a humanoid who could easily pass himself as a humanoid. He had lightly tanned skin and a shaggy mop of black hair, with one ridiculous strand in the middle that stuck up and curved in the shape of a boomerang. The boy dressed in a long sleeve dark brown shirt, with a sleeveless red shirt over it, two brown gloves with metal on their sides, dark brown pants, brown shoes, a red headband, and a long yellow scarf that hung down, his back like a cape. He also had two boomerangs made out of crystal at his sides. Toadblatt saw Gentleman Wizard and waved the boy away as he went over to speak to him.
"Hello Gentleman Wizard." Greeted Toadblatt.
"Hello Toadblatt, who was that you were talking to?" Said Gentleman Wizard.
"Oh just a young boy with some magic skills named Reize Seatlan. He wanted me to teach him magic, but I told him I couldn't since the Council had temporarily banned me from teaching magic because of that foolish ex-student of mine and all the trouble he and his friends caused." Said Toadblatt.
"You mean Bufo." Said Gentleman Wizard.
"Yes him! That blasted fool got the Council all up in my business and had my teaching license revoked! Just because he used to be my student doesn't mean his actions were my fault. Hopefully I can get the Council to give me back my teaching license." Said Toadblatt.
"Well good luck with that. I have some business to attended to here first and then I'll be at the meeting." Said Gentleman Wizard.
Toadblatt nodded and walked out of the club.

Gentleman Wizard looked over at a table and saw Sir Slicer, Jordan, Specter Knight, and General Rabbit sitting at it. Jordan saw the wizard and hid bodyguard and waved them over. The two made their to the table and Neo studied them. Neo could tell that two of the people were magic users and the man with blue hair was clearly a warrior. However the figure in the grey brownish armor and red and black cloak was a mystery to Neo. He couldn't sense any living energy from the figure and it was hard to read his body language. Neo's senses told him to be on guard around the cloaked figure. Gentleman Wizard and Neo took a seat across from Sir Slicer's group.
"We thank you for agreeing to see us." Said Jordan.
"Do you have what we asked for?" Asked Sir Slicer.
Gentleman Wizard pulled out a gold locket with a gold chain and blue gem stone in the center of it. Sir Slicer smiled as he pulled out a small bag full of gems and gold and handed it to Gentleman Wizard, who took it and gave the locket to Sir Slicer. The knight studied it a little before handing it to Specter Knight, who studied it and nodded his head, before putting it in his cloak.
"Now that business is conducted, what do you say about joining King's forces?" Said Sir Slicer.
"Well I say, so far you have an impressive gathering so far. The Monkey Kingdom and Puppet Kingdom have sided with you and I also see that the fairies are on your side. Now what can I get out of siding with you?" Said Gentleman Wizard.
"Well we promise you riches, territory, and a better position in the new order. How does the title of Grand Supreme Master Wizard sound to you?" Said Sir Slicer.
"That is very tempting, but what makes you think that you can conquer Ooo?" Said Gentleman Wizard.
"Let's just say, that the rest of Ooo will be dealing with some much bigger issues, that weaken them and make them easier to conquer." Said Sir Slicer with a grin.
"I'll keep that in mind. Let me think it over. Now if you excuse me I have a Council meeting to attend to." Said Gentleman Wizard.
"Let's keep in touch. If you ever need us, we're just a communication call away." Said Sir Slicer.
Gentleman Wizard nodded as he and Neo stood up and left the club.
"I don't trust those people master. You should cut all ties with them and cease any future business dealings with them." Said Neo.
"Your consideration and concerns are duly noted and appreciated, but there's no need to worry. I have dealt with crooks and cons before, so I won't be easily swayed by King's sweet talk of riches and power. I will however consider the current state of the world and what the multiply outcome are. It's best to keep your friends close and your enemies closer in the uncertain times." Said Gentleman Wizard as he and Neo walked in the direction of the Capitol.
Back in the club Sir Slicer and his group were joined by Bandit Princess and Mandarin, who had been sitting at another table.
"So you think he'll join us?" Asked Bandit Princess as she looked over at Sir Slicer.
"We may have got his interest, but it's to soon to tell." Said Sir Slicer.
"Patience friends. A window of opportunity, shall present itself to us. We just simply have to wait and see." Said Mandarin.
The others nodded in agreement, while Specter Knight cast a glance up at the entrance of the club and saw Reize leave.
"I'm going to go for a walk." Said Specter Knight as he stood up and left the table.
"Well there goes another of our guys wondering off. First Plague Knight, Mona, and General Rat go off to go potion shopping and now Specter Knight is going for a walk." Said Bandit Princess.
"Let them be. We can easily get in contact with whenever we need them. What they do in their spare time is their own business." Said Sir Slicer as he watched Specter Knight leave.
Specter Knight exited the club and began to stealthily follow Reize. The undead knight had made a promise to an old friend to look after his son and that was what he intended to do. Reize was the son of Luan and though it had been a few years since Specter Knight had seen the boy, he recognized him. Specter Knight needed to make sure Reize was safe and looked after, before King's plans were set into action. The knight followed the boy and pondered what to say to him.
At Gentleman Wizard's mansion, Gemini had returned with Angelica, Streak, Koba, Gideon, and Ringo. Gideon was wearing a black cloak to hide his face. The human had taken charge of the elite wizard students and he started to make plans to rise up in the ranks of the organization. Gideon learned about the skills of the other wizards and figured out the best way to use them. After some spying and digging, he learned about the stash of magical items in Gentleman Wizard's home and thanks to a special ability of Gemini, Gideon had a way to break inside and steal all the loot. Angelica looked at Gideon, who nodded his head as they arrived at the mansion. The female wizard looked at Gemini and snapped her fingers. Gemini's twin bodies began to glow and change, until they transformed into a exact look alike of Gentleman Wizard. The fake Gentleman Wizard walked up to the house and began to undo the security wards and system. Pretty soon the wards and system were down. Gideon and his group went inside and made it to where all the magical items were stored and began to steal everything using their powers and hands. They stole gauntlets, jewels, wands, scepters, mirrors, knives, books, and a strange little oil lamb. Soon everything was cleared out and Gideon's group quickly got out of th mansion with their stolen goods and snuck out of Wizard City.
At the Capitol, Jake, Jermaine, and Gata had arrived. The trio made their way inside and were directed by a secretary about, where Simon's office was. They knocked on the door, before going inside, where they found Simon talking with Dipper and Pacifica.
"Hello Jake. I see you brought your brother and a new friend." Said Simon.
"Well...you see...this is our sister Gata." Said Jake.
"Sister?" Asked Dipper.
"Our sister and she knows a lot of stuff about us and our adventures." Said Jake.
"And how does this young lady know about all of us and our adventures?" Asked Simon.
"Well it's...complicated. Gata used to live with us, when we were pups, but then something really bad happened when Gata was six and it forced our dad to use some crazy dangerous magical element that turned Gata into a statue and made us forget about. Apparently whatever magic was used put Gata in some kind of dream reality that was like ours and it allowed her to know all of us and age her at the same time." Said Jermaine.
"That sounds crazy." Said Pacifica.
Jake and Jermaine told Simon how they came across the statue and how Gata was freed from it. They then explained their encounter with the Thought Demons and how they came from a portal in Gata's mouth, when she fell asleep. Simon scratched his beard in though as Jermaine explained how they captured a Thought Demon in a trashcan and then he presented the trashcan to the others. The wizard asked Jermaine to remove the tape that held the tray on top and the dog complied. The Thought Demon burst out of the trashcan and attempted to escape, but Simon fired a freeze blast at it and froze it in a block of ice that clunked to the floor. Simon picked up the block and studied the frozen demon.
"This is indeed a Thought Demon. It's a creature I haven't seen in Ooo, since the fall of the Magician Kingdom." Said Simon.
"What was the Magician Kingdom and what happened to it?" Asked Gata.
Simon looked at Gata for a few seconds before answering.
"You say your an orphan, with no regulation of where you came from before you were adopted by Joshua and Margaret?" Asked Simon.
"I have no memory of any other family before my adopted family. Why do you ask?" Said Gata looking a little confused.
"I think...I might know where you came from and who your parents might me, though I don't think your going to like it." Said Simon with a sad look in his eyes.
"I...have to know Simon, regardless of whether I like it or not." Said Gata with determination in her eyes.
"Does it have something to do with that Magician Kingdom place and it's fall?" Asked Dipper.
Simon nodded as he went over to a bookcase and grabbed a large brown book.
"About 14 years ago there once was a powerful kingdom full powerful magicians and magic users. The people of this kingdom were nearly as powerful as the wizards of Wizard City and for a time we lived in harmony with each other. The kingdom was ruled by the Magician King and the Magician Queen, both of them were kind rulers with tremendous magical powers."
Simon open the book and showed the others pictures of two humanoid figures dressed in fancy orange and white clothes of royalty and wore yellow crowns. It was the Magician King and Magician Queen. The king had light purple skin, a purple mustache and tentacles on his head combed back like hair. The Magician Queen had pinkish purple skin and tentacles on her head hanging down like locks of hair. Gata stared at the pictures of the king and queen in shock. They were the same race as her and as Gata looked closely she could see a resemblance between herself and the queen. Gata looked up at Simon who had a sympathetic look on his face. The old wizard continued on with his story.
"Things were peaceful, until the Magician Queen used her magic to open a portal to another dimension and discovered the Though Demons and let them into our world. The demons spoke to Magician Queen telling her about new dark ways of magic and supposedly told her the thoughts of the people around. Magician Queen's magically powers began to grow, along with a new sense of paranoia and distrust of others. Then one day she killed Magician King and set the Thought Demons lose on her subjects. A few Magicians survived and fled to Wizard City alerting the Magic Council about what happened. The Council along with several wizards teamed up with Bubblegum's army and a few other armies from various kingdoms marched into the Magician Kingdom to deal with the threat. When we arrived, we saw that Magician Queen's magic had warped and transformed her body into a monstrous demon and that she started calling herself Demon Queen."
Simon flipped the page and showed the others a picture of a large red skinned demon wearing a loincloth. Gata gasped as she recognized the creature as the same one she saw in her dreams. The picture and realization sent a shiver down Gata's spine.
"After several days of intense battle, the Demon Queen was cornered in the wrecked remains of her castle and banished to the dimension of the Thought Demons. The Demon Queen cursed the Council and vowed that one day she would return to conquer Ooo." Said Simon.
"So...the Demon Queen is Gata's mother asked Jermaine.
"I believe so." Said Simon sadly.
"That...still doesn't explain the portal in my mouth." Said Gata.
"The Demon Queen was a crafty being skilled in magic. She must have known the Council planned to banish her to the dimension of the Though Demons, so she came up with a way to return to Ooo by creating a secret portal to help her escape. I believe she decided to hide this portal by placing it inside another living being and that being was you." Said Simon.
"I...was created?" Asked Gata shocked.
"There are those that posses both a strong will and magic abilities and with those two combined many things can be accomplished. The Demon Queen must have used her blood and perhaps blood from her husband and magic to create you and then place the portal inside you and make it active, when you fall asleep." Said Simon.
Gata stared at the floor in shock of this new and revelation of all this. The truth was crazy, yet it made sense. Gata didn't know what to do. To her it seemed like the world was on the verge of falling a part and she would bring danger to the people she cared about.
"I...wish I was back in the statue with my world." Mumbled Gata as she wrapped her arms around herself.
A dark truth had been revealed and it was tearing Gata apart.
